My heater wasn’t working and Tyler was able to come check it out within an hour of my call. Of course, when he got here it was working fine. He was friendly and professional, looked over everything and didn’t make me feel silly for calling. The owners, Jason and Jon were so kind and went out of their way to help me and answer my questions. If you find yourself in need of HVAC repair, I would trust Sala 1000%. Thank you guys!

They won’t leave into the job is done. They said he would be there at 9:00 and my door bell rang at 9:00. The keep records of the equipment and thoroughly explains want needs to be done in the future. Yes he was telling me l needed a new hvac system but didn’t strong arm me into purchasing a new system. Waste of my time. These guys gave me the I dont want this job price or the theres no way hell accept this price. $5265 was the quote to install a humidifier, plus Im to source an electrician and plumber.The Aprilaire 800 is $950 retail. Even 2 techs, 8 hours each / full day rate @ $150 per hour plus $150 trip charge, plus $500 in materials, plus steak dinners for both techs is STILL coming out less than the $5265 quote.Based on the quotes I got, the HVAC forums and Dallas Pro List current market prices, the going rate for installs like this is $2000-2500 so these guys are hovering at double market price.The tech was very friendly though (5 star tech).

Called yesterday afternoon and they scheduled me for first appointment this morning. Tyler from Sala came out this morning and was able to fix us up for just the minimum diagnostic charge. After he fixed our (capacitor) problem he then did a thorough check of the outside unit and the blower unit in the house. He was very friendly and helpful in answering my questions to help educate me about preventative maintenance for the future. Will definitely use Sala again in the future.

I am a commercial real estate broker for 4/Way Investments. Our company has used Sala Air to do the preventative maintenance, AC repairs, and air balancing at some of the properties we manage. Their friendly staff does excellent work, fits you in their schedule quickly, and communicates well about the entire part of the repair process. Then, the job is followed up by an email with a completed work order and pics of the repairs. I highly recommend them to take care of your HVAC needs!

Tyler was early, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the issue and advised how to remedy it. While they were here both Tyler and his assistant Diego serviced the HVAC system and made sure it was in good shape for Summer. We appreciate the excellent on-going service Sala has provided to us for almost 20 years.

Air went out overnight and called several places only to be told about 3 to 4 hrs. Already hot at 830 am and have ill mom and animals.Called Sala and they were able to get out here in about 30 mins. Tony came out, was thorough and checked everything. Found the issue and repaired our AC for a great price. We only use Sala Air Conditioning and they continue to deliver excellent results. They are extremely friendly and I feel they are very honest and have never tried to rip me off. I think they know honesty in a dishonest industry is what keeps customers coming back. I recommended them to friends as well and they have also said really good things. I had a really great experience with these guys. They were recommended by my neighbor who had used and recommended them up and down the street. Jose came out and thoroughly checked out the system. At the end, all I needed was some cleaning and basic maintenance. There were no tricky gimmics or tricks, and the quoted price was what I paid. It was really like having a friend come over and give you straight answers.

Sala A/C has been taking care of my heating and air conditioning equipment for years and they are really the best. They care not only about the equipment, but also about the customer. They are very trustworthy, knowledgeable, friendly, and will continue to keep the equipment running long after its time to let it go. My over 40 year old A/C unit just got replaced yesterday. Reached out for HVAC issue on 7/22. Tech showed on 7/23 recommending replacement. Asked for a quote. Was told quote would be in our hands by end of day 8/9. Still no quote. Was told they were in the process of writing the quote on 9/1. Still no quote. Engineer FINALLY shows up on 9/8. (How could you be writing a quote without the engineers input is beyond me). On 9/22 was told “waiting on the engineers report and give it another week”. It’s been 2 months. August in Texas with no AC is awesome. Glad this company was contracted (sarcasm). Maybe I’ll have AC just in time for winter. Perfect!

Had Sala come out for A/C check. The were very efficient and explained what needed to be done and why. Tony didnt even let a wasps nest deter him, he just went out and bought some spray and came back and finished the job. Tony & Tim were very professional. Highly recommended.

We were exceptionally pleased with Sala A/C and the two men, Tim and Mark, who came to repair and replace a portion of our duct work under our house. We called another AC company several times and they never called back. We found out later that they do not go under the house! In the mean time we called our American Home Shield and they denied coverage. We needed the work done. Tim diagnosed our problem. Tim and Mark replaced a portion of our duct work under the house. They were professional, courteous and got the job done. We highly recommend Sala. They explained everything they were going to do and took pictures of the broken ducts so we could see the damage. They recommended the flex duct, that could be attached to our old hard duct work. This saved us money and was a good solution for the long line that had to be replaced. Thank you Sala A/C!

SALA air is AMAZING!!! They deserve more than 5 stars. When our old ac unit decided to bite the dust and leak, the tech came out. He tested everything, walked me through all the steps he was doing, explained everything to a “T”.When the install guys came out- they were phenomenal. They installed our new ac unit in record time, and didn’t leave a mess behind.Not only does sala air provide good service out on the streets, but their office provides outstanding customer service. We used Tim at Sala Air Conditioning; both of our A/C units had stopped working over the weekend. He came in early Tuesday morning (a couple of days before any other provider could get out there--in fact, another small HVAC company recommended Sala!) and got right to work identifying the problems (capacitor in the one fans motor and a capacitor in the other systems condenser were both blown out). Tim was super nice and polite and came in before each fix/part to tell us the cost of the part and ask us if it was OK for him to install.He was definitely honest, too--he told us that the Freon was a little low on one of the units, at a level where we could probably leave it or he could top it off. We told him to top it off and the amount was less than he estimated. A less honest tech could easily have used that as a way to pad the bill and theres no way we would have known.He was super fast at resolving several different problems and definitely didnt overcharge us. And our house is cool again! We would use him (and Sala) again (weve also used them for regular maintenance, with fine results).

These guys were awesome! Our A/C went out on a weekend, and they were ready to come out on a Saturday. We decided to wait until Monday since we had temporary cooling, and they came out first thing. They found and fixed the problem that day. We were very happy!

Their technician, Mark, arrived on time and provided our a/c check in a friendly and professional manner. He informed me that both my hvac units were working well . He also detected, and then repaired a leak in my ductwork that was causing a problem. I would highly recommend Sala Air Conditioning based on my experience.
