Ive used Elston Aire for several years. They have always done great work. I use them every fall and spring to make sure my a/c and heater are working well. Ive save money on my electrical and gas bills bc they keep my systems running efficiently. Recently my a/c was not working and they were able to come the same day and complete all the repairs. Devon (tech) is always professional when working on repairs and explaining information.

ElstonAire is a very professional and a reliable company. I had my ducts replaced back in 2019. They were very affordable and beat other companies prices. The guys that came out to perform the work were on time, professional, efficient, and clean. I was very impressed. After that experience, I decided to use them to service my HVAC unit and again the same great service. I would definitely recommend ElstonAire for all you HVAC needs.

I stumbled on to Elston Aire when I was staying in Desoto. They treated me well at that home. I had a house built in Red Oak. The HVAC was under warranty so I didn’t need their services but as soon as the warranty ended I got right back onboard with them. They do great work and do not try to up charge you. The technicians are very friendly and helpful. I have recommended them to my friends as well.

Eric was very thorough with the inspection inside and out, he explained the next steps, and followed up with a detailed email, and pictures of the before and after. He allowed us time to review the latest products without pressuring us to purchase them. Payment was quick and easy and the prices where exactly what we were quoted, with no up charges. Had made an appointment for my semi-annual system maintenance. Jason arrived at the appointed time. Did the maintenance quietly and efficiently. Found a problem, explained what the problem was and remedied the problem. Have been a client of ElstonAire for several years and have always been pleased with their work and customer service.

Ive used ElstonAire at two different residences. The first house we had been scammed by another company that had sabotaged our outside unit and lied about what happened. We felt like that was fishy, and ElstonAire came out and talked us through why what the other company had claimed was not accurate. They were honest, helpful, reliable, and got the job done. I knew when I moved that they would be the first people I called if I had a problem.

I recently received a service visit concerning my ac/heating unit. The technician (Devonne) was very professional, knowledgeable and answered all of my concerns, It was a very pleasant experience followed up by a call from an admin regarding any concerns. The Elstonaire rrp came out to service my unit on one of the coldest days. He did a very thorough job of diagnosing the problem and of making the necessary repairs to get my unit up and running smoothly. Excellent service by a good and knowledgeable technician.

I was referred to this companies some years ago and have used them a couple of times. My 1st experience was great with them so when my 80 year old parents heat was not working this week with the winter storm they were the 1st to come to mind. I called and spoke to Kim and she was very pleasant. I told her my parents situation and they they have a heat pump and she told me what to do. Later I got a call from Devon stating he was on his way to my parents hime and he explained what I needed to do being that their heater is different from most which confirmed what Kim had already told me. It worked out and so far my parents heats has been working without any problems. I want to thank you so much for being there and being so professional especially when you all were so busy. Kudos to your dad for instilling those qualities in you all. Keep up the good work....

Fast, reliable and honest! Had them check out my HVAC system for the Spring and my technician went above and beyond! He even took pictures inside my attic (which Im afraid to go into to) to show me the before and after of the work he did. Excellent service!

We have been with Elstonaire for 20 years plus. Their staff is very professional, friendly and know what they are doing. When we have a problem they take care of it in a timely manner. I would recommend them highly to anyone.

I came home one evening from work to find my house HOT. Needless to say, I called ElstonAire immediately. They had a technician out first thing the next morning. DeVonne was prompt and professional. Ill definitely be using them again! Great company.

My brother had a leak in his living room that wasnt covered by the home warranty. We were told that condensation was building up and there was a blockage. Made call to the only company I trust, and they came out made the repair, and stayed around for about an hour to make sure no more leaks. Thanks Elstonaire.

My wife called Elston Air 12-9 when I was on a business trip. $59 service charge to tell her that the defrost board needed replacing and they had to order the board. 12-13 they replace the board for $347. We call them back after the next cold day to tell them they system isnt heating. They come back out on 12-19 and look at the system and then tell me that the thermostat that Vivant installed was installed incorectly so the defrost board was never getting the signal to turn on. $89 to rewire the thermostat. Called them back after the next cold snap and they came back out again and rewired the thermostat that they had just rewired. Called them back again after the next cold snap and they came back out again and they replaced a 60 amp braker and added 1 pound of R22 for $238. Now I have paid $733 for a system that they just kept guessing on and I spent most of the winter (12-9 to 1-24) without the upstairs heater working. I paid $347 for a board that wasnt needed as the signal never got to the old board to tell it to turn on. My wife called asking if they were going to take care of the last bill as we paid for their guesswork and was told We will look into it. Never got a call back on the issues just past due bills every month. I finaly paid the bill and told them that their company is dead to me. I will never use them again.
