Do not buy a Trane from Fillmore!I purchased a Trane system that was recommended by Fillmore in April and have been very disappointed.I payed a premium price for a system that advertises a 56% savings on their website. My old system was @ a 7 seer rating and had components that were 30 years old. I paid a lot of money expecting some savings benefit with the 17 seer Trane. It has been 5 months now without any. Trane replaced defective components after install but system is still not efficient. I would have been better off keeping my old system and the money or choosing a different manufacturer/company. After contacting Trane, I can say they couldnt care less about their customers. They sold defective equipment but take no responsibility.

Mario was great told me he would show up first thing in the morning to fix my unit and he was there on time and working on my unit. Discovered the problem and helped resolve the issue. HIGHLY recommended.
