Dallas Plumbing & Air Conditioning

$1800 main water line repair only lasted 2 weeks. I thought I had a “new” water issue and called another company to fix it. Turns out the previous work by Dallas Plumbing was crap and new company fixed it for $750. They replaced entire line and added new shut off valve rather than patching it up and doing least amount of work possible. I will never use Dallas Plumbing again….STAY AWAY

The overall experience with Dallas Plumbing & Air Conditioning for a new HVAC install was very good. Victor was really great to work with, and the 10% discount and extra $1000 off the new unit really made that final difference I needed to be able to afford it. Really appreciate his willingness to answer general questions, too!Install went well, and they reset the line and insulated it outside like it should be (old one hadnt been insulated all the way down, and the 2nd line wasnt next to the other, but that may not have yet been code). The internal unit was larger than its predecessor and they had to remove the door and wooden frame to get it in, which they put back together. Not 100% like it was, but the door still closed, and thats more than Id be able to accomplish in less time spent, so no complaints here. Appreciate the effort msde there. It will require some caulking and touch-up painting to help restore the nicer look.New unit is very quiet compared to the old one, which was naturally going to be noisy as the fan engine and bearings were dying (it was also having some other problems and was 11+ years old). The new one barely runs to put the temperature at the same place as the old one, and I feel like it both dehumidifies and cools quickly for very little effort on its part (this is the high-end unit, and we were coming from a basic). Really like it already.Overall, Im very happy. New systems are expensive. Only downside there, but I am happy to have it, have a more efficient system that works really well, and not have to worry about the old one dying on me now.

Jay a very presentable, cordial and knowledgeable young man that explained our plumbing problem and gave an estimate that we can not afford at this time. We really appreciate a company that employs such trustworthy individuals that you can invite into your home. Mr. Strong and I are seniors and Jays expertise and insight was very helpful.

Alex and Armando from Dallas plumbing just completed my tankless hot water heater installation and they couldn’t have been more courteous, professional and competent. They took the time to not only explain to me the process and issues with the previous system but they double and triple checked their work. These two employees of the company illustrate exactly what the company represents, professionalism, competence and integrity. They were an absolute pleasure to have done this work. Fantastic team!

Although David was ultimately not able to find the source of our leak, and we will continue to watch it, he was thorough in his investigation, knowledgeable, and very pleasant to work with. There is no doubt the leak will resurface, and hopefully this time it will be found. We now know where to watch for it to resurface.

Jay came to help us with (what we thought) was going to be a major plumbing emergency after hours. Luckily, it turned out to be nothing major, but he was so kind in educating us on our home and some basic plumbing maintenance! He was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and personable. I cannot recommend enough!

Travis Holmes was professional and completed work in time frame mentioned. The need for a damper system was mentioned for the first time since Dallas Plumbing and Air Conditioning techs have been maintaining the system they installed a year and a half ago. Original installers never spoke about it, supervisor never stated anything about it and the previous 2 techs never said anything about it. Now Im going to get a special visit from a supervisor to analyze the duct work. The system DPAC installed is warrantied for 12 years the way they installed it.Just for clarification, the tech did a fine job. My lack of trust extends solely to Dallas Plumbing and Air and our past relationship.

Dallas Plumbing came to provide a duct check and were very thorough. Giovanni was very nice and patient with my crazy dogs. He did an awesome job! They fully accommodated me and are taking care of my whole system.

Both gentlemen that were here were fabulous! Both took care of the plumbing issue we had and discovered we had a leaking hot water heater. We did purchase a new hot water heater based on condition and age of the current one. They got the sink unclogged and the backup all taken care of. Can’t say enough about how pleasant and professional they were. They represented Dallas Plumbing and Air Conditioning extremely well. They are complete disaster. I dont recommend using this company. They told me that their service charge was $131.00 to come out and diagnose the issue, but if I used their service to fix the problem, I would not be charged the $131. They did the repairs for me, and I was still charged that. I have called 3 times and each time the agent says yes I should be refunded that money and they are not sure why they have not. I went ahead and filed a fraud charge with my credit card company and they will handle it.In addition, they have called 2 other times asking if I would like to schedule an appointment. Not sure what is going on there, but extremely disorganized. There are better and more competent companies out there.

I had a very frustrating experience with this company. They advertise reliable and affordable drain cleaning services, but that couldnt be further from the truth. They charged me an outrageous $359 for a 5-10 minute service. To make matters worse, the technician gave an incorrect diagnosis, claiming my house’s pipe was broken and that I would need to replace the entire sewer system for around $60k. This incorrect assessment stressed me out for several days. After getting a second opinion, I learned there was nothing wrong with the pipes. I feel misled, overcharged, and deeply frustrated by this experience. I would not recommend this company and strongly advise others to get a second opinion before trusting their assessments.

Alex, Armando, Terrence and Steven did a great job on very short notice. We needed a new water heater and we had concerns from smelling gas. Steven identified and repaired the gas leak. Alex, Armando and Terrence replaced our water heater within 3 hours. Great job!!

During a routine six month A/C checkup, the technicians, Joseph and Walter found an issue with the air conditioner portion of the unit, of which my wife and I were unaware of (it was early February). After quite a bit of troubleshooting, they found that the Nest thermostat was at fault. Interestingly, when Dallas Plumbing did the install two years earlier, we opted to keep the Nest thermostat instead of a replacement. Bad decision as it turns out. Dallas Plumbing was amazing, and replaced the bad Nest thermostat with a Honeywell wifi thermostat, installed, and set up by Joseph and Walter within the hour. No charge. Both technicians were professional, knowledgeable, patient, clean, and extremely polite. Aaron and Scott back in the office also went above and beyond to make sure we were completely satisfied with the experience. Thank you !!

Sébastien and Jay were excellent. They both took the time to explain everything thing to us, when they came out to check the plumbing and Air conditioning units. They made a few suggestions and they will be sending us some quotes. They do not pressure you into anything. This company is the best. I would not change companies at all. Love them. Dallas plumbing is excellent they came right out and got our water back on. ! They are the best! they have an after hours number to call. the plumber they sent was awesome-- Olvis!!

Price was too high, the gentlemen that came out were nice and professional BUT work was not done well.. improperly installed. Tried to call them back and can not get anyone to answer calls, or return emails.. This is no longer a family owned company that had an awesome reputation when we had used them in the past! BEWARE!

Jay was excellent. He was polite and explained clearly the problems we are having including showing us photos. He was very competent and so polite, a joy to have when plumbing is nothing but trouble.

Joseph was tenacious in determining the cause of our problem and took ownership of fixing it. Ha came to our house a couple of times and even personally went to the parts store to make sure he got the correct part to install. He can work on my HVAC system anytime!!

Dallas Plumbing and Air Conditioning team was great! I had a crack in my condensation pan on my HVAC and the promptly came out and fixed the problem. Erick diagnosed the problem and patched the crack to stop the leaking water. Seth and Juan installed the new pan and made my unit more efficient. Cindy and Wendy were the dispatchers that made sure everything was scheduled and techs were onsite with the correct part.. And of course Calvin “Mr. Finesse” showed up to assist. Outstanding work. Travis was helpful, friendly, and professional and provided as much detail as needed to help me make the best decision. I have used DP&H to install another AC system and repair a main water line for me as they are fast and responsive and always willing to go the extra mile for their customers.

Sorry for taking so long but I am new at this. The technician that visited me and performed my service was one of the most knowledgeable and friendly people I ever met. Hes the best and if I ever need service again I want only him to perform it .

Jay McKenna was the best. He came right over, diagnosed our problem and got the ball rolling to fix things the same day.He was completely professional. Glad to be using Dallas Plumbing and Air Conditioning. Alex then came and replaced both of our hot water heaters that were dead. Alex did the work himself and was great.

Do not use these people. They quoted me a price to fix a toilet that was $650 more than anyone else and it was not even an urgent call. That was during normal business hours. The trip charge of $119 should have also been a warning sign, but I was just not thinking. I will NEVER call them again.

Dont use this company if you need them to respect an appointment time. Made appointment days in advance. Told they were on there way 30 min into th appointment window and never showed up. Never called to acknowledge any issues with meeting the time. Dont waste your time with this group. There are too many quality and respectful options out there.

Olvis gets a 5 star.The price was much higher than elsewhere but you got to it quickly.I used to get prices over the phone before you changed management.Now I understand why you dont do that anymore. Once youre here, most people probably go forward, even though the price is out of line.

If I could give no stars I would.Dallas Plumbing treated us so well a few years ago when we had to replace pipes under our home. They’ve done a bit of work on our AC, and in general were wonderful to deal with. We have paid thousands of dollars to this company over the last few years, and we’re grateful for the work they have done for us. I always felt like I was treated fairly. We have recommended them to family and friends a few times, however we will not be doing so anymore and are sharing our experiences with them.There is one plumber they seem to send to our house now every time we’ve needed something the last few times. After this last time I was 100% sure this is not a good person. He spoke down to me and seemed irritated with my questions. I’m not an idiot however I want to understand and educate myself. I know this company has been around since 1903, I didn’t need to be reminded no less than three times. I also understand this man has over 20 years experience, good for him, I didn’t need to hear that more than twice. I tend to be direct, not disrespectful. As I continued my questioning he became more evasive. Giving me flat rates, saying that’s just how much it is, not wanting to help me understand what’s made up in that price. Do your homework people, research parts, research, labor, what are your friends and family paying for similar services. I promise you it won’t be anything near what this man has quoted.This man gave OUTRAGEOUS quotes for the repairs/work. I have compared his quotes, his best quotes, the very lowest amount he would be willing to go for the work involved, and by far still incredibly high. My comparisons were done with not only three other companies, but also a friend who’s a master plumber, and then a local plumber a family member of mine uses.Dallas Plumbing, I am so disappointed that you would keep a person like this on staff, who obviously continuously works to take advantage and pillage normal every day, working people, especially in this economic environment.For these reasons, sadly, we will no longer do business with you, as we can’t trust that we will be treated in a fair economic way.To the Dallas Plumbing management/owners, I’m not sure if you even know this is going on behind the scenes, however, if you would like more details and care to understand what has unfolded, you have my information, and are free to reach out to me.

Travis of Dallas Plumbing came out on a follow up call today regarding a problem I experienced with my ac after a new coil was installed. He was very polite, thorough and explained to me in detail what he felt the problem entailed and had an appointment scheduled to correct it.

Artinez and Chris were really awesome. My unit was not properly installed by builder and they took time to trouble shoot and gave me updates as they were working. Highly recommend these two!

The maintenance tech that came to my property, Travis H., has great customer service. Top notch expertise made me feel I was able to understand the issue so that I can better contribute in avoiding the issue in the future. Travis H. went above my expectations with this visit. Dallas Plumbing & Air Conditioning as a company has dropped the ball because the issue that I had could have easily been prevented from the initial installation, which took place around April, but the installers and maintenance techs sent earlier this year did not take into consideration the signs the system was showing and it was left to become an issue I ended up paying for monetarily. I will be reaching out to see if the company will do right by their customers, and not just leave me stuck with a new set of problems that will cost me even more money, time and emotional distress.

I was overcharged on the price we agreed on. I discovered this when I saw the credit card charge.The technician ,Shawn, who gave me a quote for replacing my ac coils charged me $200 over the quote. He said he made a mistake and would reimburse me. This was about 2 months ago and I have called them a dozen times. They always admit to the over charge and say they will check on my refund, but they never get back to me.This is a warning to anyone dealing with Dallas Plumbing. I do not trust them.

9 months ago I left a rave review, really thought Dallas Plumbing was great and would vouch for that. NOT ANYMORE!!! Bought the membership, every time an inspection is done i like the technician but feel like I am trying to be sold on the spot. I usually decline. I did not on August 28th. Was told no charge until work completed. Low and behold there was a deposit fee of $1200, fully refundable if canceled in 72 hours. I canceled within 24. I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY $1200 REFUND, NO WORK WAS PERFORMED. Calling the office i get a well call you back. Ive talked to Wendy previously, now have called last week and this week and no call back. This is absolutely awful service! I will be canceling my membership and will find a different company that knows how to make a return phone call and doesnt keep deposits for weeks on end with no work performed! Save yourself and use someone else.

Mixed experience overall. HVAC was malfunctioning technician was able to quickly come out and fix it, which was great. However, the issue came back within 12 hours and had to have them come out again. The second time the technician came out, they did not inform me of the work they were going to do ahead of time.They ended up removing the P trap from the system, which seems odd to me, but I am definitely not an HVAC expert. At the very least does not seem up to code. Ive tried to reach out several times to the company to explain the work to me, but it has been weeks now and I doubt Ill get any explanation by now.I will say, Cindy who works in the office has been very helpful and tried to remedy things for me.

Panic! AC quit working, it was after 5:00, and still 100 degrees . Dallas Plumbing to the rescue. Paris, at the call center, worked overtime to find an available tech to come help me. When a tech was not available, she prevailed on the manager of the HVAC department to help. Hooray for Aaron! He fixed a drainage problem and spent about 2 hours making sure the unit was cooling properly.Many, many thanks to Paris, Aaron, and Dallas Plumbing taking care of me on a miserable, hot evening!!😁👍‼️

I paid $14K for a new air conditioning and furnace unit that was installed last August. It was installed incorrectly and caused extensive water damage in my home. I contacted Carlos at Dallas Air and he did not come out to see the damage. He is refusing to pay the remediation company for them to remove all of the damage. He will not answer my phone calls and is not finishing the baseboard trim and carpet repair that is needed. Therefore, I do not recommend them to anyone.

This company has great customer service! Our air conditioning system took longer to repair than expected and the had people at our home until late in the evening. They came back first thing Monday morning and made sure everything was thoroughly completed. We will definitely be using them again

After several years of issues with other companies with our newly installed ac unit, Dallas Plumbing and Air Conditioning diagnosed the unit in one thorough visit and got us scheduled for a repair. Jimmy was kind and compassionate and let me go through the story piece by piece to get a correct diagnosis. He examined the entire ac unit and with his unmatched knowledge and expertise, Jimmy quickly got it up to running correctly, where other companies either misdiagnosed or installed patchwork fixes. Jimmy worked with Aaron from his office to find a solution that was affordable and addressed all of the issues. Scheduling the repair was easy and timely. Now our unit is whisper quiet and fully up to code. I now have peace of mind that our ac unit is safe and functional. I am definitely a customer for life and know Dallas Plumbing and Air Conditioning will treat you right and get the job done every time!

They have friendly technicians and highly experienced supervisors who help the technicians solve and and all problems. I usually look for companies with good and honest service. My experience with Dallas Air and Plumbing has shown thats how they operate. They take the time to patiently explain the problems and solutions properly. Ive had a complex issue with my furnace where they had to come out multiple times to fix the same problem. During that time, they treated me fairly and didnt overcharge. They didnt charge me for the same fix multiple times and I felt that was fair.

Terrible experience. The excavator Dallas Plumbing hired tore up and broke irrigation lines that still arent repaired more than a week after the job was finished. They insisted on installing an easy-access emergency shut off whichI did not ask for. They put it behind a new Japanese maple. Easily accessible? Nope. I wish Id used a better company. Really expensive and disappointing.

I strongly advise NOT TO USE this plumbing service. Either they do not know what they are doing or they use bait & switch methods of doing business. Continually quoted the wrong price on a basic service after asking numerous people numerous times and it was always the same. Five minutes before the tech is due to arrive I received a call from their office saying the price would be almost four and 1/2 times what was quoted. I definitely did not use them and never will. I deem them to be untrustworthy.

Same day service, wow! Tech Walt came out and completed checkup of 2 units, both over 7 years old. One had a leaking coil, arranged with office for same day service for warranty item. Techs Hector and Juan immediately serviced, very professional. Highly recommend.

This is my first time using Dallas Plumbing. The technician was knowledgeable and polite. He did not jump to immediately replace my current recirculating pump system to my hot water heater, but worked to unclog and reset it to save money. The price for service was reasonable. He gave a reasonable quote in case replacement of my system is needed in the future.

We have been long time Dallas Plumbing customers. We recently had an AC unit installed. Shortly after, the unit quit cooling. Our installer Walter came back out to discover ants nesting in the contacter. Without question he replaced the part and we were good to go…….until it happened again. Although it was not a faulty part nor a problem with installation Dallas Plumbing stood behind it and Walter once again changed it out without cost to us. Walter was easy to work with and kept us informed with what was going on. We appreciated how it worked out.

I have been a Dallas Plumbing customer for over 10 years. I believe their quality of service has deteriorated over the past couple years. The techs seemed to be undertrained. It is difficult to talk to a knowledgeable person in the office. Problems are not thoroughly addressed. .

We have been long-time customers of Dallas plumbing. We are gold star customers, and it I great to have them check our AC systems and water heater. They replaced our units with Goodman. One unit had issues and took a while to get it repaired. Dallas Plumbing did stick by us and had to replace the compressor twice. We are happy now.

Eric arrived on time and was very professional. Quickly identify the problem, ordered the parts, schedule the repair. Also he found that my parts were under warranty. That saved me a lot of money. Very professional and courteous.

House got hit by lightning, needed to get a quote for repairs to AC unit. Shawn came out and was polite until we told him we wanted a quote for full replacement and for repair of the current unit. I could have done that over the phone at the office, I drove an hour out here. Plus he complained we were going to go thru insurance. Completely unprofessional and rude. Do not recommend.

We had a new AC system installed last summer with Dallas Plumbing . They did a great job. One of the few knowledgeable Carrier System technicians around. We continue to use them for our twice a year tune up. Prices are reasonable and service is excellent.Update 11/15/23: Had to have service to my heating system and once again Dallas Plumbing did a great job. They are very good about trying to keep repair costs down and give multiple options . Their technicians are very personable and clean up when finished as well .

Replaced a circulating hot water pump which had failed. The two technicians, Brian and Tino, did an outstanding job with the installation. They answered several questions I had regarding the hot water flow, and their work was very professional. The work itself earned a 5 star rating, but I reduced my final rating by one for billing. The original estimate was described to me by the manager as a maximum amount. He also told me that the new pump would have a timer function. It did not. I called him to ask for a reduction in final price as a result. He gave me a nonsensical answer explaining that all new pumps SHOULD have a timer and thus he insisted that the estimated price would not be reduced. I paid the full price because of the solid work done for the physical installation.

I took advantage of their $49 water heater flush special. The technician arrived on time and was very professional. He finished the job in about an hour and answered any and all questions that I had about the unit. The company called me the morning of the appointment, and the technician sent me a text when he was about 30 minutes out from my house. Everything went very well, I was quite pleased, and you really can’t beat the price!

Jimmy is a 5 star service representative. He was capable, patient and kind, and very informative. I only gave 4 stars because the COMPANY’S prices are out of line. A service call is $131.00. .

Used them for several years, but Dallas Plumbing seems to have changed owners and they are now much more expensive than other plumbing companies. An expensive trip charge just to provide a quote. Way overcharged for 30 minutes worth of work (plus 15 minutes of arguments and the guy inefficiently going back and forth to his car to get more tools) to install a MOEN sink faucet that we bought ourselves. Then the guy gave us a ridiculously expensive quote to change a shower faucet cartridge. We stopped right then. All of the work was simple too, no skill involved, just follow the MOEN videos.

Was here for 5 minutes; just unhooked something and charged me $242. He then priced a repair at $1800. I already had a bid for less than half that. Unbelievable! I definitely won’t be call these guys again.

I’ve looked at the reviews and it seems that Dallas Plumbing doesn’t employ it’s own techs. Some reviews are great. The ones rated one star like my review are similar to our experience.My husband signed a contract to have Dallas Plumbing repair/replace a Toto toilet that was 6 years old. The problem was the Toto tank parts. Toto replacement parts are not good. New parts will leak. DP told my husband that they could replace Toto with a like Anerican Standard toilet, new tank assembly, stainless steel flex connection to new shut off valve.I come home to find a small American Standard toilet in place of Toto ( which DP took away and gave us no credit for even though the toilet was fine. The shut off valve is not new and stainless steel flex connection is about $75 worth. Contracted price $2500. Had plumber who did plumbing when MB was redone in 2017 and he said that with toilet included, this was no more than a $750 job. Second plumber came in with same diagnosis.To make matters really strange, DP contract says that:Doug’s will replace and install new American Standard toilet.Doug’s???? We did not contract with a Doug’s which I assume is another plumbing contractor. No license listed nor address.This is bait and switch practice…fraudulent. I have yet to get anyone at DP to talk with me. The manager is always on a conference call.

Working with this company for a new HVAC system has been a horrible experience. First, the system they installed was lower efficiency than the bid. They called immediately after the instillation and demanded the second 1/2 of the payment. When we refused to pay them until the issues were corrected, they threatened to call the police if we did not let them into our house. They also did not install new filters or larger pads as promised in the bid.After multiple threatening phone calls including one from their lawyer (who I am sure was someone pretending to be a lawyer because we asked him to call our lawyer and he did not) they finally acknowledged that they installed a less efficient system. They told us that it would be 7k to upgrade the system because it was slightly more efficient than the initial bid, apparently they could not replicate the efficiency of the actual bid. They wanted us to split the 7k with them. We indipemdently bid the difference in equipment and it was less than 1k which we agreed to pay because we just wanted the work done and this company gone. They came to change the system and didn’t bring the filters (again) and managed to take out our internet connection by unplugging a connection next to the AC system and then trying to gaslight us by saying they didn’t touch it.They returned a 3rd time and finally replaced the pads and left a box of filters (I did not want them in our house at this point). The head of their service crew was a jerk and the general manager is a bully and a liar. The AC’s work but we have spent so much time dealing with these thugs. I would never recommend this company and I am 1/2 afraid the manager will come slash my tires for writing this review.

Terrible customer service. Repeatedly just telling me what I wanted to hear and never honest or upfront. Tankless water heater went out, needed it fixed or replaced. Was told on the phone a tech could fix it upon initial visit, wrong. They can’t and don’t do that. Asked if I could just upgrade, was told someone would be at my house the next morning and an install could be performed the same day…wrong. To add insult to injury, I had to call them when the supervisor didn’t show up, they didn’t think it was necessary to call me. Taking our business elsewhere. Would not recommend, unless you need lies and frustration in your life.

DPC installed my tankless water heater. When they called about my account I thought perfect. I have been meaning to call for a routine maintenance. Then I got transferred to someone who began asking about my A/C units. Should have been my first clue. Then they said I needed to talk to someone in plumbing. I got called back and explained what I wanted. Scheduled for next week. Guy shows up and I direct him to the unit, at which point he says he is not sure he can service it based on how long ago (2017) it was installed. Needed to call the office. In the meantime he would continue my inspection. Checked the rest of the house. All good. Talked to the office again and said to do the requested maintenance on the tankless it would be +\-$400, not the $89 I was told on the phone. I paid the $89 for the “inspection “ but asked him to leave my home. I will call someone else to do the maintenance. I will never again give this company my money, and I would urge others to take the same steps.

Scheduled an appointment and was required to pay a deposit for service via credit card in the amount of $750. the day of service the tech DID NOT show up during the scheduled appointment time, after contacting the company they said the tech would arrive later that day and again failed to show up. the next call to the company they wanted to reschedule in which i declined and asked for a refund.After several minutes of discussion they eventually agreed to refund the deposit. I request an email be sent confirming the refund request which was sent. I was told it would take 4 weeks to process and issue the refund!!!! regretfully i waited the 4 weeks and never received my refund. Again reaching out to the company for updates, was informed they never received some paperwork from me approving the refund. I sent the paperwork and was told it would take up to another 4 weeks to receive the refund.Take a guess!!! STILL NO REFUND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!THIS COMPANY IS A RIP OFF, THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NEVER SHOW UP NOR REFUND YOU THE MONEY THE TOOK.RUN AWAY FIND ANOTHER COMPANY THAT WILL TREAT YOU AS YOU SHOULD BE TREATED

After having ac issues every yer for the past few years, I called Dallas Plumbing Air Pros. They scheduled a free estimate for the following Monday on my first available day. My salesman, Allen Tuel, wrote me an estimate on new units and worked with me to get a great price. He scheduled the install for the very next day, and I had 2 new complete units installed and working by 5pm the next day. I couldn’t be happier with the speed, professionalism, and value. Completely recommend this company to anyone who is having ac issue and needs repairs or replacement. If you’re replacing, ask for Allen. He’s a really good guy and will treat you right from start to finish.

We have spent a lot money to replace multiple a/c and condenser units and a water heater. One brand new condenser unit stopped working after several months. They replaced it and it failed again within a few days. They came out and were told it would need to be replaced again. We called several days later to report no one had contacted us. We were told the technician didn’t note it wasn’t working. We were told the technician would call us that day. No call. Our son has no a/c in his bedroom. Called this morning, this afternoon and this evening to let them know what’s going on. No return call. Have asked a manager to call. REALLY BAD SERVICE.Update to my original review. Carlos at Dallas Plumbing resolved all of our issues. They replaced the compressors and all is working great. Carlos followed up with us afterwards to make sure all the units were working properly and made sure they were under warranty. He explained that the phone messages left at the main number were not reaching management. So he promised that problem would be addressed with management to make sure the disconnect would not be a problem for other customers.

Artinez was fantastic, diagnosed the problem in 10 minutes and made the repair immediately. Would recommend Dallas Plumbing 🪠 7 days a week .

Our AC went out in the middle of summer and we couldnt have had a better experience than we did with AirPros! Terrible service!!! Do not use them!!! We had a toilet leaking at the bottom and asked them to come to do the fix. The technician fixed the bottom leaking but broke another park which lead to leaking at the top. We have to find another plumber to fix the leaking to prevent them charge a lot. But after 2 months, the bottom is leaking again. I called dallas plumbing & air conditioning and they are going to treat the whole thing as a new repair and charge a lot again!!! Crazy!!! It is sad to see a company doing the service this way.

I rarely write reviews - even more rare to leave bad reviews as I believe its bad Karma - that being said, Im compelled to write this poor review of Dallas Plumbing. My water bills were outrageous this summer and found the culprit was a running toilet in a guest bathroom I dont often use. I received a flyer from Dallas Plumbing (*logo is a horse drawn carriage - stating its been in business for over 100 years - what could go wrong?!) I called requesting toilet repair. Multiple calls later, after multiple reschedules(!) - they finally got me in later that day. Two older guys came over - took pictures of simple flap device in toilet that needed to be replaced. They seemed to make a huge deal out of everything they saw + informed me they had to make a special order for parts (?? = WHY dont they keep these very common flaps in truck? Could of sworn I saw the exact toilet flap in Home Depot!)...Then they looked at my hot water heater (??) + made a huge deal over a simple exhaust contraption that just needed to be refastened = exclaiming: Thats going to be expensive! They agreed to order toilet flap + return the next day to replace it....Fast forward - another much older gentleman returned the next NIGHT (my service window was b/w 3-6PM = he arrived at 7:30PM = as a single woman - this was unsettling, but wanted to get toilet fixed) To my surprise, he had ZERO clue about the prior service call, or toilet flap + proceeded to take more pictures of flap, stating: This flap replacement is going to be expensive - like $242! ....Completely confused WHY this man was in my house at now 8PM and NOT actually fixing my toilet(?!) I asked when he was planning to return with new toilet flap to fix toilet....He stated hed be back in touch as soon as he ordered toilet flap to schedule repair....That was early October 2023....It is now mid-November 2023....NO follow-up call....NO one even attempted to return to fix toilet(!)....A complete + total WASTE of my time + effort! I had to leave work early two days in a row for these plumbing service calls with ZERO repairs or follow through on their part! VERY disappointed with Dallas Plumbing = would NEVER use or recommend = they NEED to get their act together after 100 years in business = POOR FORM!

The guy was timely was notified they were on the way. Very nice, polite; left everything clean and tidy. I highly recommend them.

I received a coupon in the mail for a cheap water heater inspection that came with a “water heater flush and free camera inspection for your sewer”. The technician who came was not equipped to perform any of those tasks. He replaced the battery in my water heater detector (I had to provide the batteries) and said he didn’t have a camera in his truck for the other parts of the service (flush & camera inspection of sewer). This is highly unprofessional, logistically nonsensical (as it will now cost them more money to send another technician to my home), not to mention inconvenient as 1. I’ve already paid for the services I didn’t receive and 2. Now I have to take MORE time away from work in order for them to come again and perform the requested service. Super aggravating - I’m assuming it’s their “scam” - maybe thinking most customers won’t follow up to receive the additional services, but that’s just a guess. Based on my first experience, I would not recommend. Last time I take advantage of any coupons in the mail, lesson learned.ADDED: Thank you for your response, but if you truly cared you would reach out to me. I shouldnt have to do the extra legwork since it was your fault. Just my opinion.

My A/C drain was constantly clogged, and was causing problems for my new system when temps got above 100F. A technician came out and worked with his engineer to get a drain pump installed within two days of the estimate.Quality work on an old home, and the installers were very professional and efficient. Great job, guys.

Desi was on time. Explained everything he was going to do and when he was finished went over everything he had found and recommended future service. He was pleasant and professional. The only issue I had was when the appointment was scheduled I did not realize you were using out of state people to schedule appointments and what I was told they would do wasnt the way it happened. Eric was my service man. I am a disabled senior, having to use a walker and he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in the air conditioning system as he did his maintenance. He helped move my car for me in and out of the garage and checked on a couple of other things that I asked him questions about and was very knowledgeable, if all the servicemen that came out were as polite and kind as this this young man was I would have no problems with any companies!

Well at the time of my initial review, although 100+ degrees, I encountered a technician, Jimmy who was nice and patient who replaced a connector on the system at a cost of $400 but the heat continued with multiple attempts to correct the system. Unfortunately its still 100 degrees inside of my home after 3 weeks and multiple visits. I spoke with dispatch yesterday and a rush was placed on the order due to the amount of time passed with the same result, a compressor that shuts off after 10 min of running. A new tech, Mark came with a trainee and seemed to have diagnosed what he thought the problem could be, contacted management and was informed that to replace (CVT?) Valve would cost $2400.00 but the compressor still was shut off and residence have already been using this company for last 3 weeks and system is covered by warranty. Ive tried in consecutive days to get clarity on what that bill entailed, yet still no logical explanation or call back. Ive lost money dealing with this company over 3 weeks and am having to use another company to fix an issue that shouldve been corrected weeks ago. This is a bad look for a company who I had high regards for but I nor the hundreds of people I encounter everyday, in my profession, will never use Dallas plumbing again for any reason whatsoever. With you being a Carrier provider, I thought youd atleast be a good look for them as a 3rd party affiliate. Unfortunately you could even do that. Ill take my money and go elsewhere. Take heed. Just a trash experience with good techs, good dispatch and trash management/decision makers. Money pit.

I would not recommend this company to anyone! They have a national call center that answers their phones and the reps do not have access to any owner account. They ask you to repeat all of your account information each time because they cannot see your service details or account details. Company gave me a 2 hour window and did not even call to let me know they were running several hours behind. They gave me a window of 1-3pm or 3-5pm (which I was to choose) and no one called me when tech was running ours behind. I called the company to find out where the tech was. The tech that came to our home was beyond rude. And then the price was 3x more than others in the area. I would never use this company! When I asked to speak with a manager, they said that had no phone numbers or emails of anyone to contact but the Manager will call you back. I asked for a Manager to call back yesterday and then never did. I called again today with the exact same script given to me. You cannot cancel any appointments with the without speaking to a Manager and good luck getting a hold of any Manager.

A/C Technician Calvin performed maintenance on my unit and highly recommend Dallas Plumbing and HVAC. They have also done plumbing work on my main line before, highly recommended.

Good service from Travis at the initial stage. He explained everything and covered all of the pricing options. Walter and Tony were excellent at the installation.

We just moved to McKinney and didn’t know who to call to fix our air conditioner. Found Dallas Plbg on Yelp. Guys came out promptly and were so very cordial and transparent. They are a great team. When I need your service again, send those two. They are awesome!

Unfortunately, had to replace two A/C units … but fortunately Joel, Tendo and Rafael were friendly, punctual, professional, detailed and communicative of how installation was going. They assured me from the start that they would “take care” of me with this massive installation and they did. They were here from 9Am-4:30PM and locked in on the job entire day. And left my home very clean. Thank you Dallas Plumbing team!! I am appreciative.

- they have a process where they first send a technician (typically charges 120) and THEN send the real work people another day- other services did same day. Thankfully I didn’t get charged 120 since it’s only for fixing and not first time installation but still a tedious process when others do it quicker- for 2 bidets they charge $500 which is MAD, found other places much cheaper- when I told the technician we don’t want to do that he left. Then he comes back 5 minutes later saying oh they must have forgotten to tell you about the service fee probably Expecting to scam us in to unnecessary fee just because we probably wasted their time. Like if it was legit why would he leave without it and then come back 5 minutes laterThis place just wants to take max money for minimal value

The technician was friendly with a great smile. He continuously informed me as to what he was doing and showed me photos where he saw an area of concern with my HVAC. We discussed our course of action, treatment and cost. Great all the way around.
