I called to ask for repairs. Robert answered the phone and I asked for prices to look at my pump. He asked if I checked a few things and preliminary questions and suggested we check the tightness of the belts. It fixed our problem and Robert was knowledgeable, professional and helped for free. I will come here from now on for all my needs. I completely understand why they have so many 5 star reviews. Good job.

My shop compressor shut down about 10:30 on a work day. I was calling around looking for someone who could get to it quick. H&K had a full day scheduled, but they made time to stop by between calls. They spent 15-20 minutes diagnosing it, but did not have the part to fix it. Because of their busy schedule, they would not be able to get the part till the next day. Since the problem was going to be easy to fix, ( now that I knew what was wrong) I was able to get the part and install it myself. My shop was back in production by 1:30 Their attitude and service could not be better Thanks Eric

Our shop air compressor had a problem that put it out of use on Monday. Tuesday morning before noon Eric arrived to provide the check out on our equipment. We had been expecting them between 1 & 5 pm, so we were very pleased with the early accommodation. From start to finish, Eric was the consummate professional. He checked out the problem quickly, explained what was needed and performed the repairs. Eric was very knowledgeable on the compressor we have had since 1983. He looked at a few other compressors we have in the shop and gave a qualified opinion on them as well.Really good service is getting harder and harder to find. Eric and Zoe earned our business and will be our go to company when we have compressor issues.PS: When you call H K Pump, humans answer the phone, not automated systems that direct you everywhere but the right place. I just needed to get my IR air compressor serviced. I called today and they said they would be out tomorrow. Actually showed up at the end of the day today and took care of it very quickly. My first experience was very good and technician was friendly! I will call them again

H&K is great. When they come for a service call, they are quick at figuring out the issue and fixing it, so you dont have much down time. They are also great if you need new equipment or just parts.

My family business has used H&K PUNP for over 40 years. These guys are FANTASTIC. No other company in Texas knows more around air compressors than H&K Pump. If you need air compressor service, CALL them first.
