I bought a Daikin mini split from Wise in May 2024 to replace an old one. The team of two was very fast and professional and did an excellent job at a fair price. The system kept me cool throughout the hot weather.Fast forward to December 2024, I had a minor problem with the wiring that came loose when the weather turned cold and the heater did not work. Josh came out the next was knowledgeable and and rapidly solved the problem. He gets and A plus! And I will have a toasty winter when the weather gets cold. Thank you Wise and Josh!

Service guy, Josh, came out check the system, took time to answer my questions and gave me some pointers on getting the most out of this system. Aaron did a great job! The price was very reasonable and they did the job quickly and left absolutely no mess! I’ve been using Enviromax for years now and they are number 1 in my book. They take very good care of us! Wise guys responded to my review from 5 years ago. I haven’t used them under this name ever. I stopped using Enviromax 4 years ago because they didn’t have any good techs anymore. They all quit. I have no idea how Wise Guys works or anything about them. I just thought it was a little misleading for them to reply 5 years later.

Josh and his helper worked quickly in the heat to get a cracked primary (not secondary) drain pain replaced in the a hot attic. They communicated clearly, checked to make sure service was restored before departing. And the price was what was quoted ahead of the job. I would do business with them again.

Morgan arrived about 20 minutes after I put a call into the main office. He resolved a problem that was caused by a previous HVAC company that installed a new condensing unit. Very happy with his knowledge and professionalism. I will use them again without fail and highly recommend them.

I will always call Wise Guys moving forward. It was nice to know that I wasn’t being upsold anything I didn’t actually need in order to get my AC back up and running again. It was ridiculously hot and the temp was getting uncomfortable in our home pretty quick. The response time faster than I expected and the service tech, Marcello, did a great job of keeping me informed as he diagnosed the problem. It seemed like he genuinely cared about getting things fixed quick while also being thorough in his repairs. Jim was quick about getting us an appointment for an estimate for what we knew we needed. Dylan did a great job explaining all of the options available, the process, and was quick to answer questions I had later that night and the day the work was performed. Crew that installed everything was on time, very polite and considerate of the situation, and did quality work. Highly recommended.

Service was in a bit of a hurry. Did he take photos of before/after equipment cleaned, check Freon? Did he have a look at the warm room or simply assume it was as good as it gets?

Josh serviced our unit on May 26. 2024 a Sunday. He was prompt, polite, professional and friendly. I googled the average price for compasitors and it was within range (higher end). I was satisfied with the service provided.

Im updating my review and giving them 5 stars, after a not good first experience.The way Wise Guys have listened to my concerns regarding the first job done, and how they addressed all the issues it has been amazing.This is clearly a customer oriented company.

I was in need of AC repair and I hired Wise Guys as they were the first company to call back. They came out the same day that I called and sent the on-call Technician. Unfortunately the on-call Tech was unable to make the repairs needed to get my system back up and running. The following day their lead Tech came out and had my system up and running in no time. Both Techs were friendly and respectful of my property.Since my current system is 11 years old, and not the best to begin with, I requested quotes for replacement (single stage, full replacement, different brands, etc.). I received various quotes but all were too high for me to accept. There are many options these days for new systems but I do not need all these bells and whistles. My home is 1,350 Sq ft and I have a 3 ton system. When it is running it works great for my little house. I have decided to seek out other companies and quotes.

I have been with Enviromax for over a year and love their products and professional service. I had Tyler out last week to provide an annual duct inspection, and he was great even though I wasnt able to be there due to a last minute appointment. He explained everything to my mother and was in and out in no time. I received great communication from them and greatly value the service they provide. Definitely glad we signed up!!

Had Wise Guys (formerly known as Environmax) install my mini split a little over 2 years ago. Recently has not been cooling like it was originally. Called them out for a service. Upon arrival it didnt seem like the Tech was confident. He checked the freon level (sounded like he let quite a bit out). Then he stuck his screwdriver in the vent while it was running. I stopped him there. The tech then says we dont service mini splits we only install them. Then tried to charge for the service call.Fast forward 2 months I have another company come out and they began inspecting and found it was faulty installation. Please view these photos. This unit is a little over 2 years old and SHOULD NEVER look like this. Now Im going thousands into the whole to fix this.AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!

Their service is truly the best. I have never experienced so much care and amazing service from a company like I have with Wise Guys. Mike is amazing and what he does, and Jim is so caring and truly values all of his customers. Will definitely be using them for all my heating and cooling needs!

The installers did a great job swapping out my old coil and were very respectful of my home and myself. They covered their entire path to the attic to protect my floors. The tech that performed the start up did a great job as well. When everything was complete, I received an email with an operational report showing me all the details about how my system was performing. If you want honest work done with high quality, Enviromax is your best choice. Highly recommended.

Make sure you get a second opinion. I’ve used them since moving to Houston and they recently convinced me that I needed to replace my entire HVAC system to fix the constant leaks. Turns out there was a crack in the line.Update: Turns out, they took a simple finance of this system and its a lease with a lien on my home. Watch out for them.

Ive had good service until last year. I order (2) 1-year air filter replacements from them in November 2021.It is now September 2022 and I still havent received them!I have called them 6 times over the course of this issue and the manager called me today promising to hand deliver my filters to me in a few days.-Ill update this review if I receive them...

Have been very impressed with the Enviromax team. They are extremely responsive and have gone out of their way to ensure Im satisfied with their work and services. Called in yesterday with a question and they had a team member (Robert) out the next morning to ensure my units were working properly. Not only did he answer all my questions; he ensured the units were working optimally and was very thorough. One reason I chose Enviromax was their reputation, and they have validated that for sure.

Their response time to my request was impressive, and very good at following up with estimates. Workers were on time and efficient installing new system. We have used wise guys/enviromax for many years. My husband has a severe dust allergy. Their semi-annual change of the their a/c filters plus ultraviolet? lights in attic have made all the difference. I do not know any other company that would match their quality. The only suggestion I have is that they should have a brochure or something explaining their plans that they offer. It is confusing what is included.

They cleaned my dryer vent. Very professional and courteous! I’m impressed and would highly recommend them. Had a reasonable flat fee charge that they held to. Other companies quoted me a fee and then raised it when they came out and saw how my ductwork snakes through the house, even though I had explained that upfront. Great company to work with!

It is hard to quantify the value of an Honest AC company, but I am impressed enough to share this with the community. After the recent events in Houston, as a result of Hurricane Harvey, I was left without a working AC unit and was very concerned that I would not be able to quickly recover. Harvey was over for me, but I certainly feared I would be without Air Conditioning for at least a few days. I only wish my first call had been to Enviromax. I had a company come out that seemed more interested in selling a complete system than making the minor repairs required to get my existing AC back into working order. They were not only extremely persistent in recommending that I spend $8k +, the cost associated with repairing instead of replacing seemed exorbitant as well. It was a much better choice to pay them the $79 fee and call Enviromax.Enviromax sent a technician out after 5pm, on the same day, and had my AC cooling within an hour. If their professionalism, courtesy, and efficiency, was not enough; they also were about 1/3rd the cost of the previous company for the fan and capacitor replacement. Perhaps the best part was that not only did they provide a great service, they actually were there to resolve my problem not sell me a new system or try and get the most that they could from my Bank Account. They sent a Technician not a salesman.I cannot express my gratitude enough for the great work that Enviromax provided and would highly recommend that anyone needing Air Conditioning, repair or replacement, consider this company.Brett B. Fast service and was happy with the installation. Inspection failed due to a requirement to raise the unit in the attic. That was quickly corrected by Enviromax. Would recommend these guys.Rob from Enviromax came by today, to check the unit, since it was not cooling. Found the issue(s) with the unit. We used Enviromax for Air Duct Cleaning and were very pleased with the results. The technicians were professional, friendly, and cleaned up when they were finished.We knew we were on borrowed time with our 16 year old AC units, so we got quotes for replacing both units. Enviromax has great prices, service, and was able to fit us in when the AC unit stopped working!I was amazed that the crew dismantled the old units and installed 2 new AC units and furnaces in 4 hours! Excellent job!!The start up technician was very thorough, and went over programming the new thermostats with my husband. These people are actors. All talk until you buy their service. My AC does not work correctly and the owner did not care. He keeps giving me the run around when his own employees told me the system was installed incorrectly. i regret trusting them to work on my AC.

Early this morning I had a thermostat issue and I called the emergency line for a technician. An hour later, Rob showed up at my home and had the system back up and running in no time! I am very impressed with Enviromax Services. I hired them to install their year long air filters and UV lights February 2018. Staff was on time, helpful, and did a great job. Today was the annual inspection along with UV Bulb and Filter replacement. Robert was the technician and was top notch. Very detailed and informative, answered all my questions, and did a complete systems check.Ive finally found a reputable HVAC company that stands by their product for a reasonable price, is on time, efficient, and detailed. We have a fairly new house and noticed our A/C wasnt blowing cool air. Not an emergency since it was still in the 70s inside. I called right before close yesterday and was told they would work to get me an appointment ASAP. Sure enough, first thing in the morning I got a text advising a tech was on the way and shortly after their truck pulled up. The tech quickly diagnosed the issue and gave me a bunch of good information as well! I will be using Enviromax from now on for their check up service and peace of mind.

Enviromax is a great company to do business with. After Harvey they installed my new air conditioning unit and did a terrific job including meeting all the new city requirements for installation of new units. Today their technician did my spring check and replaced my filters and tested everything. He also spent a little time with me on certain parts of the thermostat to make sure I knew about the various settings and how to make certain changes. He left my house spotless and cleaned up any debris and removed it and I appreciated that. I would highly recommend Enviromax if you are looking for a new provider for your air conditioning and heating services

Rob Ernst did a very good job in tuning the AC on his visit to my home after the new AC was installed. He noticed water in the drain pan when checking the attic. He came back again with another technician (given it required lifting / adjusting and fastening) to help adjust the coil inclination so that water would drain through the primary drain and to keep the drain pan dry. Excellent service!I m very impressed by the level of service I received with everyone I interacted with from the beginning with consulting, getting quotes, installation, and post installation tuning and support.

Rob saved my day as 3 of my 5 HVAC units went down from lack of maintenance from the previous owner of the building. It was extremely humid that day in Houston too. All in all he was very professional and courteous to my staff as they had to continue setting up for the night. He took pictures and showed me what was the problem and gave me options. My A/C kept going out and I knew it would be very hot today. I called in the morning and they were here in the afternoon. The tech was very honest and candid. He made sure I knew exactly what was going on. He even told me how to better defrost my unit until I’m able to get it replaced. Excellent service and very professional and honest about units/ packages. They didnt try and push for the deluxe unit knowing it wouldnt fit our needs. Installation team was excellent as well as quick, efficient, and courteous. All new units need some air adjustment to airflow and they even came back the next day to provide additional adjustment without question. Every person treated us like family which made us feel very comfortable and confident in their services.

After determining our home needed a new HVAC system we contacted several companies. While Enviromax was not the lowest bid, we were very impressed with the fact that Jackie sent a technician over to confirm the problems, and gave us several options in various price ranges including repairing the old unit to a full replacement. The quotes were detailed and he answered all our questions. After we made our selection, he came to the house, measured everything and set up the installation. The work was done in one day, the installers were very pleasant, and they removed all the boxes and other material when the job was done. They sent a representative out that afternoon who set up the digital thermostat and explained how to use it. We were very pleased with their work and would not hesitate to recommend Enviromax.

I have used Enviromax services since 2011, i find them honest, reliable and customer service oriented. Whenever I had minor issues such as not answering an email I sent OR filters shipped to my previous address, they acknowledge and follow up to get it resolved and the results has been positive. I use their services at my work/office and also in my home, I recommend them to my friends and family.

Mike was our technician, and we couldnt have asked for a nicer guy. He arrived earlier than we thought would be possible on a 102-degree day, got right to the repairs and had our unit blowing cool air in no time. He was very knowledgeable and great to deal with.

Always on time, very knowledgeable, If by any chance they miss their window, they will call you immediately. They do a complete check up of your a/c and handler. Most companies are 15 minutes and gone. Not EnvIromax their diagnostics are very detail and they give you a copy. They do preventive maintenance ,if your unit is getting old so that you will see many more years out of you a/c and handler. It’s been 2 years since I got my ac replaced by EnviroMax. I had a couple ups and downs with them but they pulled through. Mr. Wolf got into contact with me and professionally and calmly mitigated the situation. He sent a senior technician who quickly analyzed the situation and explained and fixed everything so that there were no issues. It was recently fixed but so far I see no issues. Im very grateful that they were patient and understanding and rectified any errors their past young technician missed.

Morgan and Jacob, the technicians, were very courteous and respectful of my home by taking off their shoes every time they walked through my house. After completing the main job on the outside unit, the inside unit was not working. Instead of them packing up and leaving since they had already spent many hours here, they persevered through the agonizing heat in my attic to determine the problem. Rob came out to perform the bi-annual system checkup- everything checked out fine. Rob was on time, courteous and helped in trying to resolve an issue with the radar feature on our thermostat. It turned out to be a software problem with the weather provider, not the thermostat! Very pleased with the service weve received from Enviromax.

Finally found an honest AC company! I was told I needed a new system by another company because mine was icing over....Rob with Enviromax came to my house (we just bought it last month) and pulled out a dirty filter that had not been changed in months...AC working fine now! I wound up purchasing their special filter that lasts for 12 months! Highly recommend!

Our technician, Rob, arrived on time, and got right to work. He quickly noticed an issue with my upstairs unit that was not performing correctly. It was less than a year old. The entire Emax team has been awesome. The owner followed up with me in an email upon my initial inquiry. Mr. Wolf wanted to ensure I was quoted accurately for my replacement system, so he sent the HVAC Manager, Ryan Golden out to my house. Mr. Golden was extremely patient with me in answering all of my questions and ensuring I purchased a system that was right for my needs and budget. He did not try to upsell me and kept my budget in mind. I felt he had my best interest in mind when looking at my longterm goals (residing in the house for 5 or more years). Extremely pleased with the Enviromax products, techs, and services. I feel that they are trustworthy and honest with their approach. I had an old unit go out last summer and they were able to replace it within days. It made such a difference with the cooling and humidity level in the house, that I called them back the to replace my upstairs unit the following week. I immediately saw a 35% reduction in electric bill. I don’t see them as one of those companies that stick you with a bill for unneeded services and products.

Service tech installed after market fan motor on outside unit when he told us that he was bringing the Trane fan motor. The fan motor he installed vibrated and incredibly loud. We had them come out the next day to install the correct Trane fan motor. We were charged $613 for the first wrong fan and charged $925 for the correct Trane fan that we requested in the beginning. We paid a total of $1538 for a fan motor that lists for approx $450. We talked multiple times to Paul, the manager, to try to get a fair price and he never returned our phone calls and refused to resolve the issue with the charges.

Rob came out at the end of a long hot day to diagnose our AC issues. It was a complicated issue since we had an incompetent repairman come out several days earlier and made things worse. Rob was very polite and determined to figure out the issue and took the time to explain the problem. Overall a great experience.

Frustrated with various HVAC businesses that sort of got the job done, I finally called my neighbor- Enviromax (5 minutes from here). Their technician clearly explained that my old system could possibly be repaired, but as dead as it was the cost may not be a good investment. He gave me the short version of the sales pitch to replace my unit and had me scheduled for the full story from the boss (& left me with a loaner window unit to tide me over). Tyler convinced me with solid engineering evidence that I should invest in a Trane. They had the equipment and installation crew in place the next morning and by afternoon I was experiencing the cool fruits of their labor and the product of top-tier AC equipment. Quickly and professionally installed with follow-up customer care, this experience with Enviromax in Cypress, TX has been a pleasure.

Weve ordered 3 different sizes of 4-inch HVAC filters for our house from this place for years...so $1K-$2K worth of very expensive filters. Everything was fine (just expensive) until 6 months ago. Now, the service is awful. If anything gets delivered at all, its months late after numerous phone calls. The staff is not responsive and seems to be playing some kind of game. There are other sources for these filters online, vote with your dollars!

My service guy was extremely friendly and helpful. He explained everything to me and was very prompt with his service. This is how service should always be when it comes to someone having issues with their a/c unit(s).

One of my rental propertys second floor was not cooling and I called Enviromax for help. Thry tried to replace parts and fix the system but the ac didnt get to work properly. After consultation with the specialist I decided to invest on a new ac system for my property. Enviromax installed the new system and their special framed filters within 3 days and offered my tenent window mounted ac. Rob is in charge of the whole project and he was responsible and honest about the business. The cost of the whole thing is higher than my expectations and some online quotes, I wish Enviromaxs professionalism and customer service would pay it off in the long run as they stated. Now we are still waiting for the duct cleaning service and I will update the review when its done.

Rob came on a Sunday on Memorial Day weekend, found a problem no ac tech had ever checked for and we had cool air in a matter of minutes. He was able to troubleshoot our other unit also to let it run better. Great!

I had just Enviromax replace my AC Condenser and Coils after years of patching/repairing my old system. From the initial contact to the final inspection the whole process only took a week. Jackie was very easy to work with and kept me in the loop as needed. He dealt with the inspectors to get everything signed off and inspected per the citys requirements and was quick to respond to any questions I had. The installers were quick and courteous while in my home. They put down drop clothes and made sure no debris was left behind.It is only the beginning of March, but Im looking forward to a much more comfortable house in the height of summer.Its never fun to have to replace your homes AC unit, but if you get to that point I would definitely use Enviromax!

Your promise to us was to send reminders to change our filters and thats never happened.. And every time Ive made effort to call you to get a my filter myself, I get an answering machine or Im told you guys are closed.... Oh, and the one time you actually picked up the phone, your guy was out in the field or something like that, and when I asked for a filter, you never came through? Absolutely awful service and not worth my time.I spent literally 1000s of dollars for empty promises. You got my money but lost my respect as a customer. Like Ashley Olmstead and many other dissatisfied customers on here, we are having a nightmare with Enviromax and specifically Jim Wolf. Their equipment was not installed properly and was too big for the area. We recently purchased our home and one of the big selling features was that it had a brand new, almost $16,000 Trane ac unit that was just installed in Sept 2018 by Enviromax. We have only been living here a couple of months and have had numerous problems. We have had no luck getting them to fix the problems so we contacted our home warranty company - they have had to come out twice and have recommended that we file a complaint with the licensing board due to the fact that the ac unit was not installed properly and was not up to code. With an ac unit that is not even one year old, we should not be having this many problems. We will be following up with the licensing board and the BBB. Will be working with the previous owner for legal remedies.

Although there was some confusion around typos on the bid, the installation and activation went very well. Teams were on time and worked well. Everyone cleaned up after them selvesOverall I was very pleased with Enviromax, their sales team and installation efforts and staff.

Rob Ernst was my technician: As 2018 hit its peak of heat during this summer, my air conditioner died. After asking just a few questions, Rob came to my house, and with his bright smile, immediately put me at ease that he would get my air conditioner sorted out immediately. I have no idea what Rob did but before I knew it, he had the machine humming and blowing what felt like life-saving cold air. There are trees around my unit and he reported some concern about the debris and other things in and around my AC. Knowing nothing about air conditioners, Im sure I glossed over within his first ten words. He just flashed his friendly smile and said, Dont worry about it, maam, Ill take care of everything. EnviroMax was quick to respond, very professional, true the quoted amount, no hidden or on the job increases. They installed an AC unit for my zoned system. It was a Trane at the most competitive price I received. Their custom filters were also installed that should last a full year and will help keep my return ducts clean not just the feed ducts. The installation was clean and no messes were left. Probably one of the best things is they have a quality inspector come by after the installation is complete to get a fresh set of eyes on the install to make sure it was done properly.I highly recommend thm.

Enviromax installed a complete trane system in one of my properties on 11/13 in about a year latter was not cooling so they sent out 2 or 3 deferent technicians after the third one they found a problem with the coil. They fixed the problem. So I told myself I can trust them right? So on 7/17 I needed anther one for a deferent property so they installed a complete trane system and there is again a year latter have a problem with the coil. They have new management so they are not willing to fix it, They blame it in the dust from remodeling the house. which in any case they should have told me, when they installed it to not let the remodeling workers turn on the AC. Any way I call for a second opinion and they said the problem with the AC coil is not the dust and they point out everything that Enviromax installers did wrong when they first installed the system, they said if they had pull a permit from the city it will never pass inspection. So I call back to speak with the owner, which I spoke with him before, but this time they only transfer me to the answer matching, I left massages 4 times they did not return my calls. They wanted $1250.00 to clean the almost new coil. And on top of everything they wanted to sell me an access door to get to the coil easy for $500.00. Which I think they should have installed when they first installed the new system. I am still waiting for them to call me and come to fix everything that is wrong with the system. I was planning to use them again, because I need to replace an old system in a deferent property. How scary!

Enviromax is the only place I will call when I need anything for my air conditioning or heating needs in my home! The people are honest and trustworthy. They do everything they can to keep my home clean and cool (or warm in the winter) when they come do their work. The air filters have been a life changer for me. Im an asthmatic who no longer requires an inhaler in my home!!! I recommend them every chance I get and I wont go anywhere else!

Let me start this review by stating that the actual work crew was professional and did a good job with the tasks they performed. My problem is completely with the sales and management of the company.I discovered mold on the ac vent of an upstairs room. After removing the vent, it was clear that the problem was significant. They came out and inspected and let me know that they needed to swap out 5 ducts and some other minor work. The job was done and I was happy at the time.A couple of days later I started to remove and ventilate the vents throughout the house and discovered that mold was present in the insulation in every single room, sometimes to a staggering degree. I asked them to come back out and expressed that I was extremely unhappy that after I just paid a significant amount of money that I still had lots of mold in my system.When the technician came out, he talked about the 3 vents they replaced. This set off alarm bells since I paid for 5. It turns out that 2 of the vents were never replaced. I was furious at this.I had to make 3 phone calls before a manager came over. They indicated that the mold was not found in other rooms becausetbecause only did a spot check in the area I told them about. Although I expressed that they were hired to assess and remove the mold in my AC unit, they indicated that it was not their practice to look in other areas of the house. They also indicated that the two ducts the charged me for didnt actually need to be replaced after taking a second look.So at best Environaz was going to charge me hundreds of dollars for work that didnt need to be complete. At worst, through either negligence or shady business practices, they were going to charge me for work never completedI was refunded the money for those ducts, but it took some strong words from me for them to address in one other room with significant mold problems at no charge. Instead of feeling like they understood the seriousness of the issue I felt they were actively trying to downplay the problem by posing it as an AC issue rather than a customer experience one.I was sorely disappointed with my experience and would warn others to double-check the work completed to make sure it happened as charged.

Had Joshua come out and test just about everything to figure out what was going on with our system. He pinpointed it and fixed it right up. Didnt need to install anything new so we only got charged diagnostic fee which was beyond fair. Would recommend.

We’ve utilized EnviroMax for years for their awesome one time a year air-return filters and then when our original AC was on its last leg in 2014; we got a complete new HVAC system from EnviroMax. Ever since, they have been out twice a year for system checkups and everything has been running perfectly, not a single issue. My experience with Enviromax was the worst Ive ever had. The general manager had no idea what he was talking about but made me feel stupid for questioning him. I googled the things he was telling me and found out he was completely wrong. When I called to speak to the owner, Jim, he told me that it was my fault for not understanding correctly even though I wrote down exactly what his manager had said. He also said he could have someone come by and do a chuck in a truck job and I wouldnt even know. I found them to be dishonest, ignorant and highly expensive.

Based on a firm recommendation, I had a top of the line Trane HVAC installed by Tyler at enviromax in October of 2019. In June, less then a year later, is began not working properly. After several visits on a very hot weekend, it was determined that they tied the new unit into the old AC wiring and the wire was corroded. Apparently a common time saving but not correct measure. Attaching a new wire solved the issue but it was left spliced with wire caps just laying open in my back patio next to a gutter spout. In fact, the technician first made an error and cut my other units wire and had to repair it so it too has the same issue. He left saying they would return with some type of cover and to date they have not. The office says they give Tyler messages, I text his personal phone but he will not make it right. It is a code violation that they side stepped on a city inspection. Now I know but I didn’t at the time. I would absolutely AVOID enviromax because they are happy to take your money but will not make things right. If there is an issue. They would rather you stay in your lane and take part in their annual maintenance program. KEEP LOOKING FOR A MORE REPUTABLE COMPANY.

Found this company through Home Advisor. Jackie with EnviroMax called and came out. Good presentation, there were several other contractors that came by that morning. Not only were there prices higher but they did not offer as many installation perks as Jackie had told me. Went with EnviroMax, so glad i did. There crew showed up at 830 and they had installed an XR-16 total unit by 230. They put tarps down on my wood floor and were very careful of my wall finishes. Thanks to Jackie, Jose and his crew.

Jim Wolf the owner of Enviromax outsourced the installation to a crew that CUT MY RAFTERS to install the AC unit. I have reported Enviromax and Jim to the state (TDLR), as well as Trane. The report is currently working its way through the system. I doubt he will be able to keep his license, but in the mean time wanted other consumers to know the absolute horrible experience that I had with Jim and Enviromax. They never even pulled a permit with the city, and LIED to me when I asked about it. My AC still doesnt work property, after I paid Jim over $8,000, oh and he structurally damaged my roof. Horrible experience, a bunch of crooks and thieves!!!!!

I had Environmental Services install a filter that is much more efficient and once a year and installed uvc lights to kill viruses. Our health has improved and certainly glad these days with all the virus we now face. I highly recommend them!

DO NOT do business with this company unless u want problems. Enviromax installed complete Hvac unit on house we bought. Seller is elderly with dementia and now in nursing home. After install, one room, study, is freezing cold while the rest of house is warm. U can hear unit running super loud on stairway. For the 1st time in 40 years, electric Bills are $600/month. Before closing, Enviromax came out to correct theproblem and said they did but it still doing same thing. Anybody that takes advantage of the elderly should not be in business.

The tech actually did diagnostics rather than replacing boards until it was fixed. Relocated the board with a loose connection to a support beam to eliminate vibration as part of repair to avoid a repeat problem.

Called Enviromax after I got a $950 quote to change a fan motor. Not only did they beat the price by a significant amount, they had the tech out the next morning. And, when he didnt like the way the new motor was running, he went and got a new motor, installed it and didnt charge me a dime more! I cant recommend this company enough! Thanks Enviromax!

Paid 6,500 for a new system almost a month ago and hasnt worked since. Theyve been out 4 times and every time they say its a different problem. Called Josh back and he literally hung up on us after blaming us. All we want is to set it 73 and leave it. He came up with a plan to install another vent, now all the bedrooms are blistering. So we tried to shut that new vent, it fell out of the ceiling. Called the company to speak to owner, hell call you back. Nope! No returned call! No care in the world. They got their money! In a nutshell, we spent over $6000 and no A/C. Guess theyll receive a call from Arbitration & Associates!This is an absolutely true review from Mortan Ranch rd area. 6/7/17

They identified a significant problem with the speed settings of my old airhandllers that resulted in better temperature control. They installed really effective filters and ultraviolet lamps in the airhandlers that have been successful in controlling microbial contamination of the air distribution system. All together EnvironMax has made a great contribution to improving air quality in my home at a reasonable cost.

At the end of April 2015 EnviroMax installed a new A/C and heat system for our home. It was installed in a day without problems. The staff made sure all my question were answered and that I understood how to operate the new system.The new A/C is a heat pump and is working well. The humidity in the house has been reduced and the electric bill is down. The special A/C filter EnviroMax installed is working great. The temperature in the house is easy to regulate and it is saving money.
