Doug was my technician. He took his time to throughly explain our unit how it works and how our action affect performance. He provide maintenance tips to preserve our investment going forward. Doug was very polite, courteous and pleasant the entire time all after driving over 5 hrs to get here! He is a great asset to your company.

I have bought 3 ac/heating units from Texas AC Comfort and just bought a 4th unit for the top of our barn. It is a huge game room and they did a fantastic job as usual. Pedro was amazing and took great care to make the look of the unit exactly as I wanted. They worked so hard and I was so impressed as usual. Gus followed up with me to make sure I was happy and I truly appreciated the service. I highly recommend this company for anything air or heat related. They are the only ones I trust!

Lilly helped me renew my Spring and Fall maintenance. She was very helpful and patient with me. I highly recommend Houston Air Comfort for my air and heating needs.Doug was here checking my air conditioner for the spring maintenance. He was very thorough and thankfully found no issues. I do not recommend Houston Air Comfort worst experience ever. They are not professional, they also don’t know how to install their owned equipment. The brand new equipment that I paid for was all damaged and there customer service blows. They also charged $200 just to come and take a look at their mess up and I was not reimburse. I do not recommend at all, do not get this company.

As important as Air conditioning is to Houston Homes, I appreciated the time they took to ensure that everything was working properly and also taking the time to explain to me the process so that my AC can last and work to its full potential! Watch out for these guys they charge you for stuff they say they will install but actually don’t. They leave propane lines loose causing leaks and act like it’s no big deal. Attached are photos of my equipment with marks before the install and after.

Doug came out to replace our ECM in our attic unit. He was very pleasant and helpful. He had a great attitude and was willing to go out of his way to make sure he treated us with respect and answered all our questions. I would greatly recommend this companies services. Have him call me sounds like he’s the only one who knows what he’s doing at this company.🚨🚨🚨🚨One star because i can’t get past this page with leaving no star marked!We had our AC installed back in April 2023 by Houston air (only used them because of American home shield warranty). The drain as shown in pictures needs to be fixed. First technician came out a month ago requesting the install team come fix the problem. Second tech came out last week requesting an installer come out. We have called the office and spoke with Lillie and Brittany, can’t get passed them to speak with anyone else. My husband finally reached Cynthia in installations and had an appointment scheduled today between 4-7, at 7pm when nobody arrived we called and Brittany said someone would be coming tonight, NO CALL NO SHOW from their installation team. Last week i asked for a manger which Gloria has never called me! Asked to Speak with George the owner to get a resolution which was recommended by the last technician, no answer. Supposedly everyone is in the field but not sure what they are doing because after reading reviews sounds like every customer has the same problems. And Lillie don’t get on here to tell me what number to call and your extension because the customer service reps don’t get any issues resolved. All i want is for someone to come fix our drain, we paid 14k for an ac unit that work isn’t even done. Looking back i wish i would have read reviews and the BBB reviews before using Houston Air. Hoping a news reporter reaches out to show how unprofessional Houston Air is. Sad that they treat their customers so poorly and lie about when they are coming to fix the problem.

Bon service our home with efficiency and strong professionalism. He educated me on the different additional services the company offers to keep our two units operational.

I strongly advise against using this air conditioning company. They are nothing short of scammers. Despite promising a 10-year warranty, their service is non-existent when issues arise within that period. When my unit malfunctioned, they refused to honor the warranty and kept sending technicians who only exacerbated the problem while charging extra fees. Their lack of resolution and transparency is infuriating. Save yourself the frustration and avoid doing business with them at all costs. They deserve 0 stars. Do not read these fake 4-5 star reviews, you will be disappointed.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! If I could give zero stars, I would. We have been dealing with this company since 2018 and we are finally fed up. They will tell you that youre on the schedule, but theres a 75% chance that you arent. If you dont get a confirmation txt/email, dont expect to be on the schedule. They misrepresent their warranty. You have to have preventative maintenance to maintain your warranty, but they wont call you to set it up-its your responsibility to call them to schedule it. You cannot schedule fall and spring at the same time. Actually, they only have set windows to schedule and if you miss them then youre out of luck. And you better pray you dont actually have to use your warranty. As a non-paying customer you are not a priority and will be put off time and time again. We were left with no AC for 6 days during a string of excessive heat warnings. My thermostat was reading 99 degrees and our temp gun was reading over 100. When we spoke to a manager, we were told that they do not have emergency protocols in place and that this circumstance did not constitute an emergency. They just dont have that type of business model. We were repeatedly told that there was nothing they could do by dispatch, technician, and management. Please do yourself a favor and pick a different company.Thankfully we were able to get a different company to honor our warranty and fix our problem after they tried to tell us that we would have to wait an additional 3 more days before they could get us on the schedule. The other company was able to have our problem fixed with a temporary solution while sourcing the OEM parts in less than 4 hours. Theres always something that can be done.

Dont use this company!Update and Ive been working on this since June 18th.: The BBB complaint was responded to over a week ago, and the owner said hed have someone call to fix....no phone call or anything! I cant say Im surprised. Houston Air Comfort has no integrity or business ethics. Theyre liars and cheats. Total scam operation. I hope this review saves someone time and money.I got a company named AirFlow that came out at no charge. He needed parts so hes coming back Friday.I dont know who has been giving Houston Air Comfort 5 stars on Google, but check BBB ratings. They have had over 70 complaints in 3 years!!! They all say the same thing. Horrible customer service, fees on top of fees to fix issues they caused, and bad installaions. American home shield sent them out to me and all I checked was Google. My bad.. Please check BBB. I assumed theyd send a reputable company out. Reading the companys responses is very telling as well.My situation... They didnt install a duct to the AC that goes to my kids room. Should be easy. Send someone out. Done. Nooo. They collected money before the guy would even be scheduled to come out. So I give them 195 to send a tech out who couldnt fix the issue when I specifically told them what was wrong. I waited around all day with an 11-4 window. He called at 4 said he was 45 minutes out. He went upstairs said yep the ducts not connected, but I cant fix it. I was supposed to be refunded my 195. Never happened. I had to dispute the transaction with my bank. The scheduler has told me for 9 days now that someone will call me in 24-48 hours. Birds chirping. I hope this company decides to do the right thing and just send someone out to fix their incomplete installation.

My technician Seth came out and took real good care of me. He walked me through step by step as far as the process. He answered all of my questions as well. I highly recommend Seth for all your AC/ HVAC needs.

Update: The unit was so mismatched and poorly done we were not eligible for the city rebates. They have had to come out twice to fix things, once before the unit was signed off on because it was blowing cold air, once to fix an unbalanced blower motor and loose duct and I am now calling in because my heater isnt working again. Of course there is no after hours answering service so who knows when they will be able to restore heat- and they charge $200 per call to walk in the door. A less than year old unit should never have 3 service calls, much less be charging for them.Update: we still have failed inspections and no permitted work. I still cannot file for my rebates and am still having to take off work for them to correct shoddy work and fail time and time again. Avoid at all cost. The state is now involved in a complaint.Update: Since I dont know how to put in a reply to the owners response- emailing me a permit opened after my job was complete with no final inspection or closure is not a communication error. It is a poorly handled contract and illegal installation. You should be calling me as I have been calling you for over a week.This company illegally installed an HVAC unit, lied about it, pulled the permit after they were contacted multiple times and the work was completed and is refusing to work with me to get it resolved. They all take notes but never get back with us. The city says the contractor has to call to get the final inspection , but I cant get the company to take this issue seriously and they want 48 hour windows for each time we correspond.

Similar to the other low ranking reviews for this business, I too received a horrible experience utilizing Houston Air Comfort. I am not sure what service ethos they operate under but it appears that scamming, fraud and greediness is the hallmark of it all. We were charged nearly $200 just to have a technician come and evaluate our air condition unit. We had an inkling even beforecontacting them that it may have something to do with the freon. When we were told what the issue was-which was indeed a freon leak-we were then told that he would not be able to fix it that day and would have to call them back to determine if its under warranty. When I called the next day to get more information about them coming back to repair it, I was told to wait 24-48 hours for them to contact me. They never did. So,I contacted them. They then proceeded to inform me that replacing the Freon would be $3,050!Why would they take our money and give us the run around knowing that the repairs were not under warranty in the first place then go on to quote an insanely over market price? They are running a scam and if I were you I would take my business elsewhere.

Part of Royal Air conditioning. Still have major air flow leak. Utility room is freezing and my granddaughter s is Hot. Told because i had my ducts cleaned now my warranty is void. Do not recommend

Very informative. Patient and exemplary service from technician Doug. They travel from Houston to San Antonio and always make time for me when needed.

My appointment was scheduled between 8am to 1pm. The technician arrived after 4pm. The technician was very informative and helpful in explaining the problem and the solution. Hopefully the problem will be solved in a timely manner. This is a recurring problem that was not diagnosed and corrected to prevent this problem from occurring again resulting in additional repeated cost not covered under the warranty. Although this service call focus on diagnostics, hopefully the service call to fix the problem will timely.

Meet with Aaron today initially was just going to get a quote until he looked at everything. Should us what was wrong and needed replaced to say the least we are getting a new system heating and cooling new duct work. No high pressure just the plain old truth. Out cooling system was at least 11 yrs old. Received a great price and great warranty. If you are thinking about a new system he is the one to call.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! my husband and I had them install a central air unit and it was a nightmare from start to finish! We told the rep we wouldnt be ready for the unit because we were remodeling and he said no problem, the next night at 9 pm a crew that did not speak English came knocking on the door. We explained we were not ready and they didnt care! Made us let them install and then wouldnt install it where we needed it. Then the wiring was left exposed outside and a wire connected incorrectly that almost burned our house down! The wires outside kept touching and ran my electric bill to $1200 ! We called and took five service calls to resolve the issue. Got so bad I just disconnected the unit and refused to use it ! They promised to send us a check for the difference in electric bill that was clearly their fault and they admitted it was. Said for us to email them the electric bills and they would take care of us. We have been calling them every month for six months and they just keep avoiding us, management and regular employees alike! ! Do not trust these people! They will make huge mistakes then act like its no big deal! We want them to honor their promise and pay us for almost burning our house down and causing a regular electric of $350 jumped all the way up to $1,200! In no world does this make sense!!

Doug was right on time and quickly diagnosed why my mini split was leaking out the front. The unit was installed leaning forward not back and the condensation is flowing out the vent. He couldn’t fix it but assured me that installers will be dispatched to come fix it.

Looks like they started a new account here on Google because they are not a new company, all old reviews have been wiped so i wanted to make sure my story made it to the new profile.This company is a scam at worst or completely incompetent at best. Im leaning towards the former...They were sent out by our home warranty company and they told us that we needed a completely new unit, my mistake was not having another company come out but this was my first and only experience with a home warranty. The unit was purchased from Houston Air Comfort, later that evening, when it was time for install all employees had on Royal Air uniforms... strange.Install was done poorly, we eventually had issues fixed by another A/C company.After this we were having issues with the heater, Houston Air Comfort said that we would need to swap out the entire unit (again). This time I got a second opinion, turns out the repair cost under $100 and that unit has worked without issue for an additional 6 years now.That really makes me question if we even needed the initial work done on our AC. That is why i feel like this company is scamming people.Please stay away from them, if they are sent to your house PLEASE do yourself a favor and spend a little extra to get a second opinion.I cant say enough bad things about these people.Update: Looks like I can add a few more bad things. Our evaporator coil was not leveled at all and was tilting towards the emergency drain line.

We’ve used this company for several years. Our AC stopped working in the summer of 2018 and they installed a new unit (back then they were Houston Air Comfort). Unit has worked great since that time; We did have one minor issue after the install where the drain pan had gotten blocked and caused a leak in our ceiling. They responded immediately and fixed the issue and repaired and painted our ceiling and paid for professional carpet cleaning. Yesterday they replaced our ducts which was long overdue as the old dampers and ducts were falling apart. Install was done quickly and the house is cooling well with all vents blowing cold air again! Bon, one of the maintenance technicians, came out today to perform the annual maintenance and is a top notch technician, very informative and comprehensive in the work he does. He’s come out a few times over the years and always does great work.

Before payment of my new unit, the owner/supervisor was very helpful. Once payment was made and the installation was complete the owner/supervisor was not interested in providing great customer service anymore. We did not get a walk through on what was done. We also did not get a walk through on how to properly maintain the unit. When I called to ask a question about the unit, he seemed unbothered about trying to help me. As a owner of a business, you would want to keep the same energy you have before payment to ensure customer satisfaction/returns and I just didnt feel like that was the case. Would I refer this company? Probably not.

I have an AC that’s less than a year old. Up until now my experience with the service I get from this company has been abismal. Nothing has worked right. I have lost count of the times a service technician has come out and no resolution. Sammy may have changed my mind. He actually listened to me and did a thorough evaluation of the situation . He took his time and may have found the root cause of and extremely uncomfortable summer and what looked like was going to be cold winter. He is an example of what a service technician should do and how to conduct himself. He found a piece of insulation blocking the blower and explained how and why that was the problem. It was obvious that he wanted to find resolution and not just look around, add freon and point a laser thermometer at the vents and leave. Time will tell how well he fixed it. But his effort and attention to detail gave me a little more confidence

I would like you all to know what a fantastic job Doug did while working on my A/C. Doug is the only technician that took time to investigate my problems, all the others stayed here 10 to15 minutes and left with my problems unresolved.I truly appreciate Doug and I hope you do as well.

From diagnosis, to consulting, to financing and installation; 24 hour turnaround for two systems. That is unheard of for a thermostat to condenser complete installation. They made promises and kept every single one of them. After inspecting the work when it was finished, I don’t think anyone else could do it better. Sam the consultant was awesome and Juan with his team of installers were great. Juan and Sam made sure we were taken good care of through the entire process and bent over backwards when they needed to. Great service!!

Update: I should have posted this much sooner and I hope this helps anyone else who deals with this company and their reps. The extreme measures we had to go through to get the a/c unit installed properly was outrageous. First off the sales rep Robert basically ghosted us after we signed the papers. He’s never followed up. Between July 31 thru September 20, 2023 I had to call weekly and constantly for the repairs to the ceiling and for the installation crew to repair the a/c duct work they did on the original installation. The dates are not an exaggeration. I kept a log of every call I made and appointment that wasn’t kept because we thought we may need to take legal actions. We really have not seen any difference in our electric bill and we have to run the brand new unit at a lower degrees than we did with our old unit to keep the house remotely cool in the summer. Basically 3 degrees lower than what we ran it with the old unit. They do not call if they’re late or not going to show up. They’re constantly “short handed” or their “system is down” save yourself the troubles and look elsewhere.

I have had bad experiences with their installers and repairmen. However this time they sent Sammy out and he was very good. He listened to me and did some troubleshooting and made a change on how the unit runs (mine is a multi-speed). Now need to give it some run time to see if what he did works.

This company is a SCAM. We bought our AC in 2019 and had our labor warranty through them. We have had our maintenance services maintained every year since. However, every year the company reaches out to tell me we are past due our my maintenance service and will have to pay a fee to reinstate the warranty. They refuse to provide receipts for the services so they can list it in their system however they want without your consent. In 2022, they listed our maintenance from 2021 as a repair. Our unit was barely 3 years old, we had never had an issue with it. Luckily we were able to speak to a representative that was honest enough to look at the notes and notice the services listed under the repair were services you have done for a MAINTENANCE. After learning my lesson for 2021s service, I requested a receipt for my 2022 service. The receipt only shows the charge, not what the services were provided... and I was only provided a receipt because I had to call over 10 times. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt for last ears mishap, however, I received an email AGAIN this month stating my maintenance service was past due and my warranty had been voided. So after talking with them again, and telling them we even had a receipt for last years service they told us the service was never provided, and they claimed when they tried to come to our house we were not home.....That is because we scheduled an appointment on a specific day then the technician tried to arrive at our home on a different day just because he was in the area so we told them no we would keep our regularly scheduled appointment. The technician came on the scheduled day and provided the maintenance service.I feel bad for the technicians because they are always kind and professional but their home office is a complete SCAM. Im curious how many people they are able to fraud into paying the warranty fee for being past due when they are not truly past due.

I can’t say enough good things about this company. A few years ago we had to deal with a bad tech from their company that tried to rip us off for unneeded work. Once I learned that what he was suggesting wasn’t right I called the company upset. They didn’t try to make excuses,weren’t rude of anything. After I talked to the lady that answers the phone a few minutes later John called me. He’s the supervisor. He made it right and apologized for the behavior of the tech. He sent 2 more guys out and they fixed the problem right away.So this week our other AC went out. And they were the 1st people we called. Mistakes happen. Companies can hire bad people. Those bad people don’t make the company. The response to the bad employee does.So the guys come out late on a Sat night and fully replaced our AC and all 3 did an amazing job. Thank you John for an outstanding job once again.

This company has been a headache from the beginning! I should have listened to the other reviewers and now Im paying for it! They came from out of town after filing with my home warranty to have my A/c looked at. Tech comes out and identifies some issues which required us to replace our entire A/c inside and out due to mold and age of the unit. So be it. Then the manager a salesman comes out and gives us an overpriced but relatively comparable quote to complete the entire project. He also sold us on a 5 ton dual -stage unit that should keep the house cool with no issues!After the instal guys show up hours late, the job gets done. They left a mess everywhere but i half expected that and it was late so I told them it was good enough.After monitoring the house for several days the temperature is still 2 degrees hotter in the house set to 74 degrees. Also the instal team put the wrong size ducts to the bedrooms so it is much warmer in the kids rooms! So I let the manager know and he said they would come fix it! This was 2 months ago. After contacting the manager, the company, driving to the warehouse 2 hours away, we were promised they would come fix it and we still havent heard from anyone!!! This company is the most unprofessional and uncooperative company I have ever dealt with! I dont know how they keep any business!

Purchased a 10k 4.5 ton unit from them in 2017, they said they need to do check yearly to keep warranty. We complied until 2021 when one of their techs pinched a wire in the attic air handler after inspecting he unit when we told them what happened they didnt seem to care. So basically they like to cause and issue for you and literally neglect to take fault. Fast forward to 2023 and the unit has been having issues, call them and am told they are going to charge $195 to come out because my warranty was voided due to no inspection in last 2 years. Well if youre going to cause a problem when inspecting it why would i want you to come out and inspect it? And now they claim i have to pay them $195 to inspect it and get my warranty valid again. They come out and its working and take my $195 and leave me with nothing but a horrible experience. They were pretty good in 2017 but now they are HORRIBLE and I would not suggest anyone use them! SCAM SCAM SCAMMERS.

Our AC stopped cooling so we contacted our home warranty who sent Houston Air Comfort Inc out to assess and order parts. The technician who came out was awsome and friendly, which unfortunately is the only good thing I have to say. After that the supervisor came out, attempted to upsell us a $9,000 system and insisted that certain items in our coverage where not covered (they in fact are). He only submitted half the work orders he attempted to charge us for, and then never ordered the parts for the work order he did submit. He and his office dodged our calls and our warranty company calls and emails for a week, and it wasnt until I called from a borrowed number that I got through and found out they wanted $1,125 upfront before they would even order the parts. That $1,125 was so they could charge $250 for a float switch (normally $30-$60), $290 for plenum, $185 for a drain pan (mine is fine), and $360 for 10 lbs of Freon. My system is only low, not empty. You have to love when people think you dont know anything about the services they want to sell you. This company is a scam, they knowingly left us in a 100 degree house with an infant for a week and had no intention of communicating with us that they had no intention of actually fixing our system. They were going to let us wait it out in 100°+ weather, until we gave up and called another company. Shame on you Houston Air Comfort INC. I should and may still report you to the BBB.

I had a cooling issue to called Houston Air Comfort to come out. It took some time to get these guys out but being the middle of summer I understand. Bon came out and found the issue immediately. He was great at explaining why I was having a water drain issue causing my system to shut down. After giving options to address future issues he had it up and running smoothly! I also opted to have some surge protectors installed to protect any large out of pocket cost in the future. Bon was easy to deal with and will make sure to have him come out for my annual maintenance check. 😀

This company is horrible. I have requested a call from a supervisor repeatedly and never received a callback. I requested someone to come out and see why my unit wasn’t cooling in March. They said the compressor was broken and were charging a $1000 handling fee. I didn’t have that money then. Now that I have it, I call back and want someone to come out and the “handling fee” is now $1950 plus an additional $195 for a rediagnosis for the tech to come out and tell me that the compressor is still not working. My unit is still under warranty with them. So now I have to wait for a new diagnosis visit and then wait longer for a repair visit.

Dont use this place.They sold me a brand new central air that broke after the 2 year. Charge me a outrages amount then want me to pay 300 dollars for maintenance every year or they wont fix it.Charge me 900 dollars just to fix it cause they didnt put a power surge on the unit when the guy walk me outside and said he had put a power surge. NOW THEY WANT TO CHARGE ME 1000 DOLLARS FOR A POWER SURGE.They are a RIP OFF. They take advantage of seniors. ESPECIALLY thier salesman too. (BEWARE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Thats not even all they did.

Be aware Houston Air Comfort communication and service is ONLY good until you make your purchase , then they will ignore emails and calls. Bought new full system April 2022 and 2 months later I had issues. Now my drip pan keeps overflowing (they told me I have to take care of it every 2 months) without telling me they messed up and did not install new drain to drain potside the house. They left the old drain and pan and they are defining in the same pipe that goes under the bathroom sink which due to the way it’s connected is leaking quite a lot in the ceilings in multiple rooms, ruining the sheetrock. 2 months after new system was installed the drip pan was overflowing but he never said it wasn’t draining outside and was draining into a pipe in which it should not be draining. Now when I was finally able to reach someone (3 separate calls, holding 11 + min each time) they want to charge me $195 diagnostic fee which has to be paid the day before the tech comes! I will be calling the licensing board and the FTC tomorrow.Now they reply to my post with they cant find my acct. WTH? After I spent $13K with you? And I NEVER received a copy of what I bought and what it included. They NEVER said new drains are NOT included nor did they say you need an external drain line, and it costs $xxx.xx. Do you want to pay extra for that? Their $195 fee is a diagnostic fee. I Know what is wrong, yet they want me to pay $195 to tell me whats wrong and whats needed? 4 other plumber, HVAC, and handymen have TOLD me the problem! Houston Air Comfort talks a good game, but they definitely dont put instill trust in customers. Less than a month after new installation, I had this same issue, and they did nothing. They had the chance THEN to fix the problem but simply said you have to pour bleach in pan to prevent overflow. With I had spent my money elsewhere!!!

These reviews are all scams. If you want an AC company who schedules appointments and never shows up....this is the company to hire. They lack any professionalism and are liars. They claimed appointments are made but dont show up. After numerous calls to have someone come out, they scheduled me for 3 days later during a heat wave in Houston. Unsurprisingly, they didnt show up for that appointment. I called Astro-Tech Monday night after being ditched by Houston Air Comfort and they sent a tech out Tuesday night and had my issue solved by Wednesday. They deserve your business, not this crook company.

Houston Air Comfort is the last place anyone should consider having HVAC installed. We purchased a new HVAC unit for our upstairs a year ago next month. One month after install it quit cooling. Expansion valve was incorrectly installed. Three months later the compressor fails and as of yesterday it stopped cooling again(they left the old compressor in a box in the yard). The first two repairs took over a week to get fixed. We have a 10 year warranty but find out yesterday they can’t come out until Monday and charging us a $195 trip charge. They stated that six months after installation they charge trip charges. We spent close to $10k! Next on to BBB!Update: Technician came out today and found that the side of the air handler had fallen in side unit due to poor installation. Houston Air Comfort won’t give me my $195 trip charge back. I am disputing the charge. I will get my money back!

Just had an AC unit install two months ago and it keeps shutting off during the hottest part of the day. They told us they would be out and fix it two weeks later. Then the technician never showed do not buy an AC unit from this company. They have an F with the better business bureau

We too purchased a new unit in 2019. I really wish we shopped around and got quotes, because I am positive we payed way more for our unit than we should have. We only used this company becuase our home warranty service company sent them. We have had to call them back every single year for service, because our unit wasnt cooling. We were told they were just Maintenance issues, and because it was booked as a service call, and not maintainance, which is the service they did, we are being told that our warranty is now void because we didnt do our maintainance.Thats fine, if I have to pay anyways, we will use another company that is more reputable. BUYER BEWARE. Shop elsewere.

Scam! Installed incorrect unit but their “records” indicates correct unit was installed. I looked up Carrier serial number and confirmed it was the wrong unit. I’ve been trying to get someone to correct the issue for more than 2 months now and still nothing.I should’ve gotten a Daikin instead.

They sold me a brand new ac thats has gon out 5 times in 1 year. It came with a warranty but here they are trying to sell me another 1 saying my warranty is up. So day, Monday morning, my ac is out yet again. I call them & stay on hold for a machine tell me to leave a message so they can call me back but no one ever did. We all know Tx heat is nothing to play with indoors or outdoors. I suffered through the day to end up hiring another company to come out same day out of frustration. In the past, when I did get my ac serviced for maintenance the tech would either not show and no one would call or be late so Id be waiting all day. On top of them not having availability together they must not know what theyre doing if the ac is continuing to break so having to deal with them & their services havent been fun
