We have worked with this company many times since we’ve moved to Bridgeland Community. Always friendly and prompt service. Explain any issues with pictures and communicates any prices before service is complete. We will always use AM AC Service for any of our AC needs!

Sold AC unit to my landlord and didnt honor warranty. They come out 4 times this summer saying the unit is working fine even though its 90 degrees upstairs. They claim the exterior of the unit is dirty which is a complete lie as I went out there and looked at it. The technician gave me attitude and walked out claiming its fixed even though he didnt do anything. They know the unit is faulty but keep making excuses because they sold it to her. These people are liars and con artists. Avoid!

One of the worst business I’ve dealt with. Spoke with the guy on Wednesday and he informed me they would be out to fix the a/c Saturday morning. Called him to confirm and get a possible eta he never responded. He later responded around 2 and said he was sending someone out. The guy that came was HIGHLY unprofessional and didn’t fix the job or give us a quote on what the issue was. He also had a bad attitude. I would not recommend this company at all!!

It’s hasn’t been an easy process for our A/C to be fixed but Antonio and his staff have done amazing in every step trying to get it fixed. Coming every few days to check out system while we even waited on parts to be available.

Excellent service and professional techs. Jose stayed in contact with me and responded to my text and or calls from the beginning to the end. Highly recommend this team for all your HVAC needs.

Company replaced my coil last year, coil is now leaking and won’t hold freon. Won’t respond to any of my communications regarding the same. Avoid…..
