My technician Jacob was excellent He gets 5 stars. He took the time to explain what was going on with my HVAC and how he planned to correct it and show me pictures of his work. Overall I couldn’t give them 5 stars because when I called to schedule the appointment, the young lady only quoted the price of the service and never mentioned a dispatch fee which I wasn’t expecting. Overall, I would definitely use them again and would refer them to other people.

I had been using Air Innovation for years and they were great up until recently. My AC stopped producing cold air and I called them up. A tech came out, which was a $95 diagnose fee, and he also immediately diagnosed that I had a leak and need to replace my evaporator coil WITHOUT even going into my attic to even check. This would have been an extremely expensive job. Not to mention they quoted me a $200 fee just to check for a leak and a price to replace the coil on the high end of $5,000. Was going to bite the bullet before deciding to get a second FREE diagnosis. Had a competitor come out. They were a lot more diligent and actually went into the attic to check and did a leak test. They found nothing using a leak detector and said my coils were in great shape and looked new. He pumped some Freon into the line and found out it wasnt a leak. But instead, it was a bad zoning board!! That fixed the problem. Needless to say that I was extremely disappointed at how everything was handled by this company and everything had a charge. Imagine I went through with the replacement? It would have been a nightmare!!I understand that times are hard. I personally cannot recommend this company because I felt like I was just another bottom line and there was no caring. Another shady practice was their texting. They texted me asking me to review their company after the inspection, which is cool. HOWEVER, once you click on the link, it immediately posts a 5 star with a glowing review without even asking for my approval. That is just bad. Makes me question how many of their reviews are actually typed by a person and wasnt automatically generated.
Travis did a great job at checking out our new house. He helped us pick up the proper filters online and let us know that we have possible rodent issues and to keep an eye on that. We plan to use Air Innovations over this next year.
Travis was my technician and he did an awesome job for my fall inspection and my diamond club membership. He recognized things right away that were not right in the unit and quickly fixed them the way they should be in the first place. He also identified other areas of concern in the conditioned space that may be effecting the cooling and heating of the home. I highly recommend Travis !

I have to name names in this review. I bought my house two years ago. The entire system, as I understand it, was wired incorrectly. Ben spent the entire first year fixing another company’s mess. Many techs would have given up and just said can’t do it. I ask for Ben every time I call. He is always honest with me and he does a great job. I saw him today for my semi-annual check up. Because I trust Ben, I’m hopeful Air Innovation will allow me to ask for him!
I called this Company at the worse possible time the day before the big artic freeze with my main floor heater stopped working. I called around 2pm and they fit me in, and Chris the service tech was very polite and knowledgeable on my unit and was able to repair it. This was a life savier for us. I will definitely use this Company again.
We’ve had recurring issues with high humidity in our rental home and the leasing agency usually calls Air Innovations. Every time they’ve come out it’s been excellent service. Very thorough and they always explain things in depth so I know what’s going on and what they did. Travis was here today for the second time and I couldn’t say anything negative about him if I tried! Josh (I think?) was here as well and he explained everything that was done and what I should expect to see going forward. Thank you all!
All that I see from this company is giving excuses for the company’s philosophy and/or technicians unqualified for the job. No finding a leak because of the rain should not be giving to the customer a suggestion with a temporary solution that will cost over $1,000 that is insane but for the company is easier to say it because that money does not come from it’s pocket. I had to deal with this company previously when my A/C system was still under warranty and the solutions taken back then didn’t work. Being professional means Competence, Knowledge, Conscientiousness, Integrity, Respect, Emotional Intelligence, Appropriateness, and Confidence. By finding ways to strengthen each of these attributes, you can become confident to act professionally wherever you find yourself working and the experience that I have had with 3 different technicians from this company do not meet these requirements to be called professionals.I completely with all my honesty do not recommend this company at all. , look for other companies with better reputation and knowledgeable.
The worst! Do not buy into their service package. Bought the diamond service package to my heating and A/C unit. Set up the service 3 weeks in advance. They tell you they will call 30 minutes prior to arriving.I work over an hour away from my house so had to take the day off to wait and never get a call or the tech to arrive. They never called or showed up the next day either. This is the second time they have done this. Absolutely the worst company out their with no customer service. I will never use them!

We’ve used Air Innovations for 10 years. The techs are typically friendly and knowledgeable which is a huge plus, but there is room for improvement. 1 - we have had a couple major repairs done and not once has part warranty information been provided. 2 - Our house was new construction ~10 years ago. The HVAC system was installed by Air Innovations. We had our first major repair at just over 5 years. The tech asked if we filled out the paperwork with Lennox to receive a free 10 years warranty. We never received the paperwork. Air Innovations process is to provide this to the builder who is then supposed to pass this on to the home buyer. Our builder, like many in Houston, was subpar for many things and didn’t provide this paperwork. It ended up costing us thousands of dollars. Air Innovations needs to ensure this information is provided directly to the home buyer.
I salute the two gentlemen that came out to assist me with our AC unit programming. They were very patient, professional, and knowledgeable as they explained the system, and answered my many questions. They also assisted us with registering our equipment, which is a great help. If you want honest REAL reviews on this company, look them up on Yelp! Very poor customer service!! Even when their unit that was installed two weeks ago was dripping so much water from condensation and causing water damage on our ceiling they would not treat us like an emergency. Here we sit 7 hours later and still nobody has been here. If I could give ZERO stars I would. Do NOT use this company!!!!They say on their website that they are 24/7 emergency services. That’s a joke! NOPE. They NEVER have the parts. They will not fix your system for at least 7-10 days and even then you better keep your fingers crossed the person that shows up knows what they are doing, most of them don’t. So inevitably someone else will have to be out a couple days later when it all goes to crap again. Our circuit board apparently is fried after 10 months! We have had them out replacing multiple parts on our system and unit and even after all of that they could care less!! Our heat AND ac are out after 10 months, and this is not the first time in 10 months. Their response “they can try to fix it before Thanksgiving.” Unbelievable that this is the standard of service they offer. And they don’t care how many bad reviews they have because they are contracted with local builders. So they know they will have business either way! Do yourself a favor read every review on this company and make sure if you’re building a house the builder DOES NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Very fast. Ac went out on Friday. Paid extra for the guy to come out and was there within the hour. Had parts in stock and fixed it Tuesday. Luckily under warranty so not too bad on the pricing
Air innovations installed a non working dehumidifier at my house in Cypress built by Taylor Morrison . My house was so humid, and I realized that the dehumidifier was off and wasnt connected to the thermostat to begin with . Called them, and they sent a technician called Justin who connected it to the thermostat but did not turn it on. Called them up again and told them my dehumidifier is still non functional. They stated that the humidifier which was installed was faulty and causing the circuit breaker to trip. Now they are charging me $615 in labor to install a new dehumidifier. Apparently 10 other new houses in my neighborhood have the same issue with dehumidifiers installed by air innovations. The money hangry Management handled my case poorly.

Would not recommend this A/C company to do business, prices are extremely high. Uses 3rd party company do actual work. FYI keep up with your warranty on home. Inspection should be done by owner to assure all air ducts and thermostat is properly installed/ sealed/ located in home. we have issues in our home purchase which has been less than 3 years ago. Air vent supply distributions the air to 3 different rooms. Which I disagree with. Amount thermostat location not in center of home. Many other issues. Air condenser not sealed properly. My opinion find another company to use.

This probably took me about 2 weeks of thinking before submitting this review. My air stopped working and it cost me $291 to get a diagnosis. I was told that he could not find the leak so he suggested that I could purchase refrigerant to determine if he could pinpoint the leak. In this case he would come back in a month. I ask how much would the refrigerant would cost me and he states, “We charge by the pound and it is $175 per pound and you will need 9 pounds of it for your particular unit”. I did some math and it came up to be $1,575 dollars to basically determine where exactly a leak is located. After that the average price to get condition coils fix is about $1800+++. So, I would have been out of approximately $3,375 which would have put a huge burden on my finances. At this point I started googling and found similar reviews online regarding this company. After I dismissed the consultant for a pointless visit that cost me $291, I got a second opinion from another company. They came out less than an hour after the previous company. They only charge me $99 for a diagnosis. They were very thorough and spent at least an hour and a half running test to see what the issue was. They took pictures and videos and was able to determine instantly where the leak was located. They communicated with me throughout the whole process. Nevertheless, after 2weeks of having no ac due to part being on back order, I now have AC. People, please remember these are businesses and some business strategies are out for as much money they can get out of you and there are some that are actually understanding and have great morals and values for their customers. Please shop around in this type of situation. What a stressful situation.
Our technician Chad was amazing. It shows he really cares about his job. He came out to do an air balancing after we had another technician come out and just adjusted the vents. Chad took the time to check all rooms, make sure the air was cooling and we saw instant improvement. I am so glad he came out!!! Thank you! We will FINALLY have a cool good night sleep!
Taking advantage of heat!!! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! These pictures are the way it was left.. after my experience I believe he left it this way on purpose to make it hotter... Tech was rude and not informative. Just wanted to charge me more money. Said he could see the leak the proceeded to explain why he needed to charge me 200 more bucks to put his meter on there and say yep its leaking. so great i need new parts.......my parts are covered under warranty, but they want 2k to fix it......ok, I understand its business and, well, thats too high for me. So when asked if they could help me order the part so i can install myself i was told if we cant install it were not going to help order the part The tech said those exact words!!!! Ok, so they wont help with my warranty claim. Lennox warranty specifically states they have to order it.MAKING A WARRANTY CLAIMTo make a warranty claim, the Owner must contact alicensed professional HVAC contractor. Air innovations unfortunately we did not have a good experience. We have a warranty and all parts are covered under the plan but they charge 1850 for labor. After calling around and trying to figure out if this is the normal going rate most places said no they don’t charge 1850 for labor for two hours of work just to fix the evaporator coil. Sadly this company has disappointed me as to ripping people off.

Ross has been very kind and professional he came home on a Saturday and inspected the AC. He scheduled the coil replacement that happened after three days. In few hours the job was done in a very professional way and now we have our AC back up and running.
Builder sent air innovation tech over to address an issue. The technician was very courteous and knowledgable. He throughly examined the situation. Even though there was nothing wrong with the setup he still went the extra miles to address the issues that wouldn’t expect an HVAC company to do, while explained everything clearly and concisely. 5 stars all around

The service men who have come out to my house are always very nice, they are cautious about not bringing in dirt into the house, so they put shoe coverings on, EVERY time they come into the house.One year, the service man noticed that one of my vent covers had fallen out, and though that was not his job, he reinstalled it for me.Im always more than satisfied by Air Innovations.

Air Innovations installed my hvac system on my newly renovated house. The system was well designed and functions much better than my prior system. They have provided great service by very knowledgeable technicians.
Toll Brothers used them for our new home and it’s been a disaster to say the least. I reported our master bedroom and home office being at least 2 degrees hotter than everywhere else in the house, sometimes 3 degrees, and it’s still not resolved. Of course now they say it’s out of warranty. Terrible! I’d avoid at all cost.

Scheduling an appointment was easy, the technicians were on time, and they were very knowledgeable—about my unit, general air conditioning topics, and additional upgrades they could offer to make sure I was taken care of. I also love that their service is for the whole year. No need to pay for appointments twice a year or cold call to get someone out who might already be booked up or have blackout dates.

Air Innovations and all their technicians have been great for us. A few years ago they solved a chronic problem that other companies had failed at. Since then we have been happy with their Diamond service plan.
We have had our system repaired by Air Innovation, and they did a great job. The staff, and technicians were friendly and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend them and definitely will use them again in the future.

Weve been troubleshooting our bath and utility room exhaust fans for many years now. After Ismael recommended installing back drafts, Nathan came out and installed them in the 5 affected areas. Keeping our fingers crossed this has solved the problem while we wait for the hot summer months to arrive.Ismael and Nathan provided much-appreciated information and have been great to work with.

We have lived in our new home for less than two months. We had to warranty the A/C work and Air Innovations was sent out.Chad was our tech and I hope you get him if you have to have work done. He was on time, polite and knowledgeable. Chad worked through all of the possible solutions and fixed all of our issues. He even noticed some bad work done by the builder and fixed it too. We are hoping not to have to call Air Innovations back anytime soon, but if we do we know we can count on them.

We had some leaking in one of the vents and they were timely enough to come by and find the source of the issue and fix them in a timely manner. I was happy they were very courteous and respectful. They made sure to address the issue properly and even assured us that if the problem comes back again or worse that they gave their commitment to address it.
Air Innovations did the new construction installation for our A/C systems. I have continued to use them for the past 3 1/2 years for semi-annual preventative maintenance and inspections. Ricky did our spring check up this morning. He took plenty of time to tell me what he was doing at each step, and why it was done. Thanks again!Update 5/2024- Now nearly 5 years running, they take care of us 2x a year, and on one other occasion when we needed some non-scheduled service. We had our spring maintenance this week, and the technician was exceptionally personable, professional and thorough. I shadowed him in the attic and outside, as I like to understand fully how our systems are doing. Great service called at 5:45 pm on Friday, they got to my house in alvin, from cypress and completed the work by 7:11. Granted, nothing was wrong, but the expeditious process was painless! Update: ac went down the next day, Saturday, called them, they came back out. 1 Hour later we had the culprit, was the compressor, told me they had to order the part, and probably be Friday. Fast forward to Tuesday, yes 2 days later! They came and replaced the compressor, and the ac is working! There are many companies out there to use, but air innovations is the coolest!

We are members of the Air Innovations Diamond Club. They schedule an inspection and routine maintenance twice a year. A couple of times they have found potential issues that could have led to serious problems. The technicians are professional and generally very timely. We love their service.

We had a leaking vent and called to see when we could receive some service to come check out our unit. They had someone out to service our house that same day. We really appreciate the quick service especially in this 100 deg weather, and we’ve have had no leaks since!Update: We had the same leak on a reoccurring basis, then it started in a different vent. Even though it was a repeat problem it fell just past the 30 day mark. So I was charged for each event. Also had to repair the ceiling due to a inverted pan that was installed wrong either by Air Innovations or the manufacture and caused a leak on the sheetrock above the dining room. This was 4 years in on a brand new house build installed by Air Innovations. Even though we were paying for their maintenance Diamond Club program, they said they dont check for that when they install the units or when they come for season checkups. It kind of sounds like a joke to pay that much for a program with the most basic of services, that doesnt cover much in the end. Even though we submitted a request for their upper management to reach out to us to see if there is anything they can do to help - we never heard back from them after numerous attempts to get a response. We eventually had to go through the builder to help with the repairs. After we had more issues with our units and an unprofessional technician - we had enough with all charges for problems that shouldnt be present on a system that isnt that old. This company obviously cut a deal to install multiple units with the builder at a rapid rate with out the quality controls to back it up, and clearly Air Innovations doesnt stand by their work. We found out later that by the state law they were liable for the repairs. Weve switched to Air Tech of Katy a few months ago and weve been very content with their services ever since.

We were told that a technician would be out Friday afternoon. Travis called shortly after 12pm and said he was on his way from another house in our neighborhood. We were so appreciative that we weren’t made to wait all afternoon!Travis suspended our dehumidifier and blew out a clogged line. I have used them for our biannual maintenance, they have came each time on time and have never been pushy on other services or suggestions. They are communicated well and I never feel the urge as if I am being forced to purchase anything else.Our AC stopped working over the weekend in the Texas heat. On a strand of hope we called to see their availability and to our surprise the 24 hour hotline told us we were be contacted with a service tech within 30 mins. Travis called back and was able to get to our home that same morning and resolved it promptly.Travis is a professional and well spoken man. The response from Air Innovations has been good so far. However one of the nagging problems has not been addressed yet. Two downstairs bedrooms get either too hot or too cold compared to rest of the house. The issue was brought up a few times.

The technician was very professional and polite. We had a sound like a motor in the attic and Air Innovations was called to investigate. The tech explained every detail about what we were hearing. He then put extra insulation under the dehumidifier to deaden the sound. It made a great difference.He also took the time to explain other information on the use of the A/C and dehumidifier. First of all they had a faulty conditioning system which broke down in 1 yr 8 months. Luckily just before the warranty expires. They come out change it but somehow messes with the half of my house not getting air flow. They come out again and said it’s fixed. I come home from work, no improvement so call them again. They come and did their assessment. Found to have something or device not working, had to schedule for that equipment to be fixed. Again still ITS NOT WORKING…… what should I do? Call a third party and have full house inspected before the warranty expires and send them the bill 😡😡😡…… THIS IS RIDICULOUS AND FRUSTRATING. ALL THESE 4 stars and 5 stars are fake. I would involve anyone to have them pay for our inconvenience

When I spoke with Michelle over the phone after diamond club discount I was quoted $178.50.Then after install I’m told that didn’t include a trip charge and now I had to pay $273.50. Why wasn’t this quoted originally is besides me if it’s routine?

FRAUDS!!!!I called Air Innovations because my nearly 3 year old house wasnt staying cool anymore. Oscar, the tech came out and spent over an hour trying to figure out what the issue was. First, I was low on refrigerant and he said it would cost $187 per pound to put in. So I said go ahead. Then when it didnt take refrigerant (because it wasnt low), he said my model of air conditioner had a known defect with the coil and it needed to be replaced at the cost of $1,850 for labor since the coil was under warranty still. He told me they could only replace the coil with the same kind it had so I would be looking to replace it again in 2-3 years. I looked up the cost of a coil replacement and the total cost for labor AND the coil is less than $2,000 with labor coming in at $600 on average. I called Air Innovations to verify that they werent charging me for the coil and was told $1,850 was just labor because it was a big job that required several people. She said I was welcome to get other quotes as if calling my bluff. I called another company and that tech diagnosed the problem within 5 minutes. The valve leading to the coil had become faulty. It was a quick fix and cost less than $100 as any labor charge for one hour should. Air innovations blatantly lied about my coil, tried to charge me an extremely blown up labor rate and then had the audacity to act like its a standard industry rate. This place should be fined for every fraudulent transaction theyve made and have to pay it back to the customers that took their word for it without doing outside research. FRAUDS!!!!!!!
Air Innovations LLC come out the day I called them. I had went all weekend with no a/c. They had the house cooling within 30 minutes. And did a recheck a week later. I happily recommend this company. They care for the seniors citizens customers with pride, honor, trust, respect, and honesty.

Stood there listening to me rant about having to fix my dryer and my warranty was now shot and simply said let me see what I can find to get this fixed for you. Awesome, awesome employee and it was a breathe of fresh air to have someone like Travis to address the issue, thoroughly troubleshoot, and resolve my dryer vent problem. Promote Immediately! But keep him in the field where we need him.

Ricky came to our home last week to give a quote on replacing the drip pan in the attic. He was knowledgeable about the equipment we have and was professional about recommending maintenance/replacements that are needed to keep our system working.While we werent able to do exactly what he recommended, he came back to complete the pan replacement and added some additional safety measures so we wouldnt have any damage or failures.Ricky and Oscar were professional and punctual, here when they said they would be, completed the job quickly and even made sure to clean up any mess from the attic before leaving. I highly recommend giving them a call for any HVAC needs!

Had not checked my A/C system in 5 years. Still running good but thought it was time. The technician from Air Innovations introduced himself and then proceeded to do a very thorough job of inspecting my system. Had a couple of things to do since it had been awhile, but he got it done.
I have really enjoyed my experience working with Air Innovations. The people are always friendly, professional, and responsive. Eric just came by to perform the regular maintenance on my system, and he was top notch. Very solid communication along the way and kept the areas where he worked inside my house clean. It’s nice to know something as important as our AC and heating system is in such good hands.
This is the third time I have had them out this year. Every technician has given a different and wrong diagnosis. On the most recent visit, the technician broke our thermostat and then tried to say that was the problem. He then replaced the the thermostat and purposely didn’t plug in a wire so we would have to call them back out. The system just hit 5 years old and air innovations installed it incorrectly based on current information. I had purchased the extended warranty on the unit and air innovations lied. They stated Lennox told them it was not under warranty, but the new company we used was able to verify with Lennox in less than 15 minutes. Even if your system is under warranty and they verify it, they charge you an unreasonable amount for processing the warranty. So big picture you would save about half. I called to speak to their supervisor, Josh, about not being able to verify the warranty and he never called me back.

The employees are always courteous and responsive. Very busy as expected so this causes time to be off but thats fine. I appreciate them for coming to adjust the new system as it was put in during the fall but the summer adjustment has taken some time and many calls. They work hard. The only reason Im giving 4 stars is because it has taken so many times to get it adjusted.
I would highly encourage anyone considering Air Innovations to choose another company for you’re A/C needs. Service quality is horrible, and they are extremely overpriced. A month ago, a tech from Air Innovations came for standard maintenance on my Lennox A/C unit. The unit is 7 years old and was working fine, but I wanted to ensure there were no issues that would result in losing my A/C in the middle of Houston’s unforgiving summer heat. Upon the technician’s completion of his inspection, he indicated the refrigerant was low about 3 pounds, and it was likely due to a leak. He then informed me that he used a special tool to search for the leak, but was unable to find it, which usually means the leak is extremely small. He suggested replenishing the refrigerant, and in time the leak will likely get bigger so it would be easier to find. I agreed and the cost of that visit was nearly $700. A few weeks later I realized my A/C wasn’t cooling. I called Air Innovations again and they sent a technician to my residence the following day. A different technician arrived and within 5 minutes was able to confirm my evaporator coil had a leak. He also explained they would need to submit a workorder to determine if a coil was in stock at the manufacturers, then they would have to wait until it was received to come back to install. A process that would take 3-5 days and the cost of the coil would be ~$3,900.00. My thermostat was already nearly 90 degrees. I didn’t have 3-5 days to wait for a Lennox coil nor was it remotely reasonable to pay $3900 + $700 (previous visit) just to identify a problem and install the coil. I realized later the first technician that came, lied. He didn’t use a special tool to search for a leak and only did a visual inspection. I know this because use of the tool was not documented in his notes, nor was I charged for it, and in my brief experience with Air Innovations I know they will nickel & dime you for everything, so I absolutely would have been charged for use of the tool as per their policy and I was not, therefore it wasn’t used, and I was misled. I unequivocally would have asked the technician to use the tool for the sake of being thorough and to be sure the leak was found to prevent future disruption. I spoke to a supervisor named, Josh to explain my concerns and he was inflexible on pricing suggesting that the technician did all he could. This is not the case because doing all he could, would have included using their “special tool” to find the leak. Additionally, I asked Josh if there was a way to expedite obtaining the coil and he again explained there was not much he could do. Not being able to immediately tell a customer if and when you can get a part for their system is unacceptable, especially when the part is a Lennox coil which are notorious for leaking. (Google Lennox class action lawsuit) This is a failure from ownership on down to have a process that takes so long to obtain such a critical component. Not only that but I did not get the impression there was any sense of urgency to complete the job. Having a customer wait 3-5 days without A/C in the middle of summer in Houston is also not acceptable. It puts people and pets at risk. Also, replenishing A/C refrigerant when there is a known leak goes against Texas’ emissions regulations and in this case if those regulations were followed, and a thorough search was conducted initially, I would have avoided disruption and not unnecessarily paid for refrigerant only to have it completely leak out a few weeks later. Thankfully, I was able to find a GREAT company to work with, who offered to come out even at 8pm to give me an estimate at no cost to me. They also quickly confirmed they had a coil on hand and would be able to come out the following day to install so that I could go to bed Friday night with my home at a comfortable temperature. Not only that but their pricing was nearly $2,000 less than Air Innovations.
My tech Amanda, showed up shortly after the pre-call and was ready to fix whatever was wrong. She listened to the symptoms, pulled out all the HVAC gadgets and got my issue resolved quickly. Customer service from initial call to tech was top notch.

Would love to give zero stars but it won’t let me they’ll get one. They installed a system in a new construction home. The day we closed we noticed it wasn’t cooling and after waiting several days they came out and found it was completely out of refrigerant. The tech found a leak at the metering valve. I can only assume a proper leak check was not done. Flash forward and now we have water pouring out the secondary drain line cause the drain line is not plumbed properly. We were told it would be 2 weeks before this was fixed. Customer service is terrible. The service manager was exceptionally rude. Talked to me like I was an idiot. Would never recommend this company to anyone.Edit: Have had issues with humidity since moving in and they are absolutely no help. Would rather blame the homeowner than actually looking and fixing the issue. I see other hvac company trucks in our neighborhood weekly with people getting new systems and the oldest home is 4 years old.

The technician that visited my house was very honest about what was not configured correctly when they initially installed my system. I appreciated his openness and willingness to educate this average consumer. He spent an above average amount of time looking over my system as well.Only drawback was the wait to have the a/c looked at. I had called Sunday and left a detailed message. The recording stated Id receive a call by 10am the next business day, and I did not, so I called them Monday. No biggie. Im sure they are super busy when the weather heats up! The person on the phone was very cordial, too, even though she delivered bad news that the first available appointment was Thursday. Even with the sticky, humid-filled wait, after this experience, Id certainly recommend this company.

John did a great job...very thorough but still have not resolved cause of persistent dripping/leaking through secondary drain line...Now waiting for a manager to trouble shoot/resolve in the next few days before departing on an extended leave. Critical that this gets done. Update....manager and tech returned two days later and determined that there was an initial design and installation issue that will require increasing I the diameter of the flexible ducting to relieve back pressure in the plenum. This is scheduled to be done when I return at no cost to me even though system is out of warranty.....They are treating me right and this is very much appreciated...many companies would have rationalized a way to extract full or partial payment due to the time that has elapsed.

My toddler was very curious as to what he was doing, and was under foot at times, but the technician was very sweet to both my son and my dog (who may look vicious to some but she’s a big baby). He explained exactly what the issue was and that they needed to order a part for each system, but would be in contact this week to come back and install it. The visit and service could not have been better!

The folks at Air Innovations were lightning fast not only in coming out for the service call but also in coming out to do the actual repair. They were professional and knowledgeable and took the time to answer all the questions I had prior to performing the repairs.

AC specialist checked the HVAC In the attic and made adjustment so the cold air distribute evenly in every room of the house. He was very attentive and he did the work what we requested. I will be looking forward to call this company again if we have any my issues with our AC system.

Techs were courteous and nice, but the installations did not seem fully necessary. Initially they changed out a switchboard and then dampers at a later time. Their logic for the switchboard being faulty was that the system couldnt reach 2nd stage, but also that the dampers need replacing to hit 2nd stage successfully. Why would you base a diagnosis off of an issue that could be caused by the dampers, which we have to replace as well?If the dampers were messed up and affecting 2nd stage consistency, that is not a good metric for a faulty board. Since the ability to hit 2nd stage would be inconsistent on any board.Im sure theres other factors, but after the switchboard replacement, there was no change in our AC performance.So its possible the switchboard didnt need replacing, which costed $1100. They were supposed to bring it back during the dampers install to test but never did.The switchboard install occurred on Monday, I texted the tech regarding it Tuesday, and asked to bring the board back from the office on Wednesday.On Friday a different tech arrives without the board and says the board is already sent to warranty and they cant do anything. Even after multiple tries to contact them prior to the damper install. Initially was informed by the tech, the board was still in the van. Just very unorganized and uncoordinated.
My A/C system failed. I called Air Innovatios using their emergency call service. They dispatched Jacob, a very knowledgeable technician immediately. Jacob came over, diagnosed my A/C system and verified that the failed part (Coil) was still under warranty. He ordered the spare part and now Im waiting for the replacement coil to arrive and get it replaced. I will only pay for the labor. Jacob took care of everything. Great service for this first part of the repair work.Update Aug 2023: My A/C failed again. This time is the indoor blower motor. I called Air Innovations and they dispatched Erick in less than an hour! Erick diagnosed the system and ordered the parts, which iare under warranty. They took care of all the details for obtaining the parts at no cost for me. Great service and response time from Air Innovations! The repair was done very quickly. Thanks again!

Had some small issues with the house not cooling like it should. Hector was very nice and went above and beyond to find and fix the problem that was going on. Very quick but also did it with great quality and skill. If I had anymore issues I would definitely call him for his advice or have him come look at it again. Very pleased with his work ethic.

Signed up for Diamond Club Maintenance Plan. Great service by Air Innovations! The service tech, Erick was very friendly and knowledgeable. He took time to explain the maintenance details and recommended solutions to improve the life of system as well as provide solutions on how to self-maintain it.
We just had a technician come out (Mr. Josh 😊) . He was very professional, knowledgeable and polite. I highly recommend this company. Their pricing is very reasonable and he was able to get my AC back up and running within the hour. There are still really good service companies out there. This is definitely one of them!!
