I called on the Otis family or assistance with my elderly moms a/c repair needs. As with most elderly people, she gets very nervous when things arent working. She had another company come out several times at great expense and her a/c was still not working properly. When she asked for help, I contacted Otis Heating & Air Conditioning and boy am I glad I did. Not only were they sympathetic to my cause, they worked her into the schedule the same day and were able to solve the problem the during their visit. They kept me informed on the issues (and cost) and put her at ease. I am grateful for this family run business and they will always be my first call for her a/c needs. Really professional and dependable company. We have used a lot of contractors over 40 years in construction, but this group is outstanding. This is a real review. I only leave reviews when I mean what I say. Very honest, capable and professional.

I had several estimates before I reached out to Otis, and they both told me I needed to completely redo my ductwork (witch was going to cost a lot!). Otis, on the other hand, was able to repair the existing ducts, and they did it in short order for a fraction of the cost. They also repaired my AC fan motor for a reasonable price which is important because im a pensioner). These guys were first rate!

They are an up to date HVAC provider. They are quick, professional and does honest service! My AC wasn’t cooling and my house was getting pretty warm. I was noticing the humidity was getting close to 80% and I didn’t want to wait. I reached out to Otis Heat and Air. Kristen answered and the tech arrived quickly. He charged the unit and explained that there was a coolant leak. Seeing our age and condition of the system they worked up a replacement system and got us up and running.After all we went through, now my house is comfortable. It’s great to have a HVAC company that I can rely on in a pinch.

Honest, dependable, and dont try to upsell. They actually try to save the customer money. Weve used their services for 20+ years and have never been disappointed.

We have a very old unit. It needs to be replaced and we will be doing that soon. In the mean time we have had to call this company 3 or 4 times to patch it to hold us over until we are ready to buy a new one. Of course it always breaks late on a Friday. Every time we call they answer. They always come out same day or early the next and always at the expected time, or we get a phone call. He always explains exactly what is wrong and always what needs to be done before doing it. He knows we need a new unit and he doesn’t push the issue just fixes it and answers all my questions and shows me the broken piece. The issue is usually age related. I will use these guys every time.

These guys will forever be my AC company. They love what they do and I love them for it!

I used Otis A/C twice and they always helped out big style and went beyond my expectations. So, I can honestly recommend them as an excellent local A/C service, father & son business.Last summer my AirCon went kaputt in the biggest heat, and they came after working hours to repair it solid with out any extra charge. We are not making money with people in need the man said.Now, you tell me when youve witnessed such a noble attitude the last time?!I was very positivly impressed and will go back to them whenever I need to.Thanks a lot!

Horrible. Problem never resolved. After 4-5 calls on same issue. Another local AC/Heating company resolved the issue with one visit.

Called this morning and spoke with their answering service. Gave detailed information about our issue. She said a tech would get right back with me. It’s now after 6pm and nobody has contacted us to come out or even say they can’t make it. Now 95 degrees inside and when I call their number it just hangs up. Call doesn’t even go through.

Otis and his crew give 5 star service every time I call them. These guys are fast, efficient, and work clean which I like.

This was a waste of time calling them out for ac or heating repair. I do not recommend using them. They never showed up and never responded.
