Mr.Hill was on-time and very professional. He was very informative and explained how my new unit worked, including his warranty and the manufacturers warranty as well. Overall very respectful and made sure the unit was positioned perfectly. I am very happy with the unit and his install. We will definitely be living more comfortably!

Mr Hill installed a new outside unit 4 1/2 yrs ago and it has preformed flawlessly. Called him for preventative maintenance and he informed me that my outside units condenser was at proper temperature and I had lost no coolant. We called James on Saturday morning and he was at our home in two hours. He gave us several options (didn’t pressure us to go with the most expensive option). You can’t go wrong with these guys. They do quality work with quality products and warranties on everything.

Mr. Hill came out on a Sunday when my ac wasnt working it was like 90 degrees in my house. He only took 15 mins to get to my house here in Crosby. Me and my 4 kids were sweating and my baby was crying. He gave her a cookie he got from Whataburger. I was so impreseed with his kindness and big heart. He had my ac up and running within 45 mins. He suggested I will need to get a new unit soon since I have an older unit. This is the second time hes come out and Im very pleased with his professionalism and knowledge. I was referred to him by my mother who also lives in Crosby and she had nothing but kind words to say about him. He seems to be very intelligent and I would absolutely recommend him to anyone who needs an ac technician. The owner is usually the tech so its a much more personal experience. Its been two weeks ac is still blowing at 68. Great work. Thanks Mr. Hill!!

JAMES HILL is like a hurricane,he sucks all the air out the atmosphere then do damage.He came to my house to fix my ac unit cause it wouldnt come on,he said it would cost me 650.00 i trusted his word so i paid him the money....After he left about a few hours later it went out again ...long story short ...JAMES HILL came to my house 3-4 times to TRY to fix the same problem and he fail to do so..The 4th time i called him to come out to my house he told me that i need to change out my new nest thermostat and when i save up enough money i need to change out the AIR HANDLER cause its (old and rusty) which is not true..would cost over 1000.00 ..He also told me that my neighbors will more than likely be having the same problem and to give them his business card..Im a new home owner and the 1st to live in this house..Ive only been living here for 2 years now,JAMES HILL was very rude and disrespectful....After i paid him 650.00 my ac unit still was not working...I then hired a different company to come out and fix my ac unit.I took the technician 45 minutes to have my ac unit up and running again..my kids was so happy they told the technician thank you..The technician charged me 60.00 for coming out to my house and 120.00 for the defective part a total of 180.00I told the technician my experience with JAMES HILL he told me that guy did not know what he was doing he replaced a lot of parts that did not need replacing he was trying to see how much money he can get out of you.JAMES HILL was pretty much experimenting on my ac unit..PEOPLE BE AWARE OF JAMES HILL HE IS A WOLF IN SHEEPS CLOTHING..HE STOLE 650.00 FROM ME...STAY AWAY,, HE IS A REAL SMOOTH TALKERTHEN AS YOU CAN SEE,HE IS THE ONLY ONE WHO GAVE HIMSELF A 5 STAR REVIEW NO ONE ELSE...THAT SPEAKS FOR ITSELF!!!!!!

We called James but he didnt fix our a/c unit and we are waiting on him to refund us the money he changed for nothing. We have a 1 year old and a 3 yrs old at home without AC because him.

James HIll is an outstanding individual with fantastic people skills and exceptional customer service he is honest respectful and he is very efficient and effective when it comes to installing quality priced a/c units he is the go to guy hands down

Called the man up on a Saturday afternoon while driving from Oklahoma, told him my problems and he went to the job a gave me detailed info on what I needed. Fixed the problem at a great price.would recommend him to anybody!

JAMES HILL CAME TO MY HOUSE TO FIX MY AC NOW THIS WAS THE FIRST TIME AT MIDNIGHT IT WENT OUT. NEXT DAY THE AC WENT OUT AGAIN HE CAME BACK AND SAID HE FIX IT. THE NEXT DAY IS SAME THING THE AIR WENT OUT AND WHEN YOU TRYING TO GET IN CONTACT WITH HIM TO FIX THE PROBLEM THE THIRD TIME HE ADD MY HUSBAND NUMBER TO HIS BLOCK LIST. THIS GUY JAMES HILL IS A GOOD TALKER WHEN IT COMES TO HIM CLEARING HIS NAME. SO HE CAME OUT THREE TIMES AND WE STILL DONT HAVE ANY AC AND HE CHARGE 650 NOW I UNDERSTAND WHY HE DONT HAVE ANY REVIEW ON HIS PAGE BESIDE HIS OWN REVIEW. JAMES HILL IS A CONARTIST CANNOT BE TRUSTED TO GET THE JOB DONE. SO TOADY IS THE FOURTH DAY NOW I CALL HIM THIS MIRNING AND THIS IS WHAT HE HAD TO SAY AM BUSY TODAY, TOMORROW AND FOR THE WHOLE WEEK OF NEXT WEEK LIKE REALLY ALL HE DID IS STEAL PPL MONEY AND GIVE NO SERVICE. JAMES HILL DONT CALL HIM OR REFER HIM TO NO ONE. JAMES HILL IS NOT A HONEST GUY!!!!

They were very quick to come out and repair our issue! Thankful for Mr. Hill repairing our unit so fast.

My ac went out on a Sunday and he was at my house in 1 hour .Very friendly and had my house cooling fast ... I can say he is my ac man from now on.
