Do not contact this place. He put a brand new unit in 2022… the heat wouldn’t work. Summer comes and guess what air conditioner doesn’t work. He will not tape hoses that go off has a constant leak. Horrible customer service. Extremely rude. He will blame you for everything. He will accuse you of lying about air conditioner being broken when it’s 103 outside and your thermostat says it’s 95 inside. He will tell you he fixed everything after he had to haul out water instead of fixing the drain pan and letting it drain out to show you it works and you won’t have to worry about your roof leaking again. Instead he will tell you he’s going to pick the water up off the ground in your front yard and put it back in the pan. He’s rude and clearly has no idea what he is doing.

Had brand NEW air conditioner and coils installed in 2018 and had problem from that point on. He never corrected the problem with leaks after the new installation. He came once this year because he refused to answer my calls last year. He called himself fixing the leaks this year that was never fixed last year and within a month the a/c was not holding the temp that was desired. Floyd is now not answering my calls after promising me to come for over a week. Now that i have to pay someone else to fix a problem that he never prepared from the new install, I will now get my attorney involved and sue him. He is not dependable and no quality work. WOULD NOT SUGGEST!!!

I woke him up, not thinking of the time of day. He answered was very nice. Came straight over,we live close, and did a fair timely repair. I will definitely use him again.
