Terry and Dusty make a great team. They installed our new AC unit and furnace. Pretty much an all day job in 105 degree temps. They were courtesy and professional. They didnt dilly dally around either. They took the time to answer my questions and patient setting up my new Control unit with the app. The scheduler and lady that called to give us a heads up estimate prior to the work were great too. And who knew they have financing. I would highly recommend Lochridge Priest.

I have been doing business with Lochridge Priest HVAC department for a few years, great service, no issues. So I assume the PLUMBING DIVISION would be the same, BUT Nooo. I scheduled an appointment with Lochridge Priest plumbing division. I was told I had to put card on file (Dont do it) never did that with the HVAC division. I was told the technician would call that morning, received no call from the department, so I called later to find out a technician from another area was coming. He finally came not prepared to work of course. Gave his spill on the damages took a few pictures and said he would send an estimate. Finally received two estimate. Two different times.To make a long story short it was a waste of time and money. Very disappointed with Lochridge Priest Plumbing Division.

We needed our system removed for mold remediation in the hvac closet. They were quick and efficient, and voiced some concerns about our set up. When they came back to reinstall, they went above and beyond and set us up with a better air flow and parts on the unit. We really felt they cared for our well being. Very efficient, quick, clean and professional. Highly recommend!

Michael was fantastic as was Nico previously. Was able to provide a portable A/C unit for my 85 year old mom when an unforeseeable fan motor would not separate from the fan blade during replacement. Expected a 4-5 day wait for replacement cage but they were able to de-siege the motor and fan at the shop and were out the next morning to quickly replace. Great customer service, customer conscious and attitude. Thank you Michael and Nico for your exceptional skills and personality. I really appreciate that you educate and discuss options during the initial issue evaluation and always ask “ Do you have any questions or concerns” before they leave. I am a seasoned customer service manager so I am really tuned into good and undesirable service habits. I would not hesitate to add a negative comment if there is one and in this case Michael gets 5 stars for sure. Thanks Michael for a job well done.

Very professional and courteous. Explained what they had done and kept my home clean. Unfortunately, Nico was unable to correct the issue and told me some one would contact me the following day and would schedule an appointment to return on either Tuesday or Wednesday. I have heard nothing and my new unit cannot bring my a/c lower than 74 degrees and it rises to as high as 80 degrees in the afternoon running on high speed ALL the time.HELP!

5 stars are not enough for the great service repair Nico provided. He even told me about a program that yall have for being a Service Partner. Called because air ont working. Young man sent John Paul . Said it was breaker problem to get that fixed and call back the won’t get charged for diagnosing again .Fixed that problem called again another 99.00 and tech Rudy came said it was a relay and said offering part but I had to pay the part plus labor 287.00 because he was leaving the temporary part but when part came in did not have to pay part and install. Now the part is in and they want to charge another 267.00. This company is very disorganized and are out to get money any way they can and do not stand by their word! Beware!

LP sent out an excellent technician when they sent us Nico. Excellent young man, very knowledgeable, polite, and professional. I plan on spending over $2000 to repair my AC system after my compressor died, and I’m happy to do it knowing this is the guy taking care of us. I know that sounds odd, but it’s true. His customer service makes the difference in who we use. Thanks for a great first impression on these new customers. We look forward to doing business with you any time we need something for our HVAC, plumbing or electrical if this is the caliber of employees you hire.

Michael did our diagnostic testing on our HVAC system and advised us about what work needed to be done to make our unit most efficient. We were given a couple of options and once we agreed to maintenance I was at ease knowing that Michael would be doing the work. I’ve had an a/c unit out for a couple of months and was dreading the worst. Thankfully we had another unit to keep the house comfortable. Charlie was our technician today and we could not be happier with his service. He was thorough, and did not try to push addition services on us. It ended up being something relatively minor (yay!) and it was a little pricey. However, 5-star service and honesty is worth the price.Thank you Charlie! You’ve earned us as a permanent customer!

The technician (Nico) was very friendly and professional. He explained to us what the problem was with our ac unit and showed us pictures of the corrosion in the unit. He told us the parts we under warrant. All this lead us to feel like we could trust him. He did a great job. We will definitely call them for any future problems and we will recommend the company for service calls.

I’ve been using Lochridge-Priest for years and today was impressed by the service I received from Nico. My HVAC unit needed its seasonal Spring maintenance. Nico called when he was on his way, and arrived on a timely manor. He inspected for hot and cold spots, asked if I have had energy basically seeing in their were any concerns. He ran his checks inside then went out to unit for those checks; then a short time later came in with his assessment and recommendations. I elected to have two of recommendations completed which he then did (unit cleaning and cold start installed) as he had the tools/parts on his truck. Nico was very professional and informative kept me apprised of his progress as well as potential costs. I loved that they have an iPad or such tablet with their forms and billing on it even hot an email once the call was completed. I highly recommend Lockridge-Priest for your HVAC needs and Nico in particular. I also used their plumping services before and that also went well.

They made lemonade! We purchased a house with Goodman HVAC systems that were about a year old. A different contractor installed them. One system has had multiple different problems that have required repairs over the past couple years. Recently, we have had trouble with the core of the systems. We replaced the inner evaporator coil a couple months ago. Then we had to replace the evaporator coil on the outdoor condenser unit today. Goodman, replaced the parts under warranty. However, shipping and labor were not covered. Since you have to practically disassemble the whole unit, the labor is pretty extensive to replace the coils. And, we were starting to wish we just purchased a different system. The problem is that the reputable manufacturers have supply chain backlogs. However, Lochridge-Priest really stood behind their work and helped cushion the blow from piece meal approach Goodman takes to their warranty. Lochridge-Priest told us they understood our hesitancy to keep pouring money into a lemon. And, they actually didnt charge us at all for the extensive labor today. I highly recommend Lochridge-Priest for going above and beyond. It was especially nice this week as we were already stressed from losing a close family member.

Very pleased with service technicians except for the two who installed my new Daikin unit. Not only did it have a defective part, the heat was not connected to the thermostat. System was never inspected. It has taken three successive technicians, Nicole, Michael and Pancho to rectify this situation. I went without heat for five days.

I requested a plumber around 8 pm on a Thursday night. Because they advertise that they offer 24 hour service I figured they may be able to help me that night. The plumber arrived at 11 am on Friday, attempted to clear my drain for 2-3 minutes then told me he didn’t have the correct drain cleaner and would need to come back tomorrow with the correct one, and it was going to cost $600. Several issues I found with this: 1) if you advertise 24 hour service, you should offer 24 hour service. 2) when you send a plumber to do a job, they should have the correct tools to do the job they came to do. He also had to borrow my extension cord because he didn’t have one. 3) the cost is extremely high, the only reason I let him try to work on it was that I NEEDED to get my wife and one week old baby back in the house. By the way, they still charged me the $89 service fee for coming out. I understand the fee but if you aren’t equipped to do the job, you shouldn’t come out and expect people to pay that. Unfortunately, I would not recommend using this company.

Over the last month, Lochridge has tirelessly worked to figure out why our HVAC unit was leaking. Today they solved it, and spent half the day correcting the installation to fix the issue. The best part? Since the issue had to do with the way Lochridge installed the unit 4 years ago, they fixed the problem completely for free. They really care about their customers and are one of the most honest and ethical companies I‘ve ever hired. They don’t give up and they come when you need them, even in the middle of the night. I highly recommend their “subscription” service.We will be lifelong customers!

Nico arrived to team with Mike Garcia to replace the coil in my Lennox HVAC unit. Both Nico & Mike kept me updated as to the progress of the process as well as answering any questions I asked.They completed the work in a very timely manner. They also removed any boxes & other loose items they used to complete the process--nothing left for me to dispose of! As always, Lochridge Priest service scheduling dept staff & technicians remain helpful & professional.

During the storm Uri we had many pipes burst in our home and needed a full repipe. I called to get pricing and was advised that they would need to send someone out to see the property to provide a bid. Great. Someone came out, asked me for my email to send a bid so I provided it.A few days went by, and I know plumbing companies were slammed, and the possibility of it having fell through the cracks was high. At this point we contacted two other companies to come provide bid. Both were responsive, one was available right away the other was several weeks out. We got our house repiped.I received a call today from Lochridge-Priest stating I owed money for a diagnostic fee. This was news to me, I generally dont pay people for services they dont provide. And I generally dont do business with a company that wants to charge diagnostic fees for jobs that can be bid in 5 minutes. The two companies I had come through my house were able to come in and count fixtures which takes less than 3 minutes.Lochridge-Priest said their guy had been in the house for 2 hours.... I wasnt home so Ill take their word for it. One of a few possibilities exists.1. They had a plumber come and bid that wanted a break and took his sweet time on a 5 minute easy job to ride the clock and they now want me to pay for it.2. They are going back and realizing they lost a lot of business to competition because their prices are higher (Im assuming because I never saw what they wanted for the job) so to recoup that they are retroactively calling potential customers and charging them for bids.3. They just have piss poor communication in the office/they flat out try and hide their pricing fee schedule regarding bids to weasel their way in to your wallet.I called and pretended to be a new customer interested in service, and was told they do offer free estimates, so regardless of how this all came about, They can ensure I wont do business with them for any reason in the future. Youve been warned!

Previous technician neglected to turn propane back on. Michael solved this issue. As he was leaving our house he heads water gushing and came back to let me know. It was some kind of installation for backflow. He attempted to turn it off and when that was not successful he turned off our water at the main cut off. Needless to say this was above and beyond his call of duty and we are very very grateful.

Never once was I informed that I would be charged a travel fee… so if your tech comes from a 30 minute away trip from service last rendered or a 5 hour trip you will be charged that gap fee. If they arrive at job site an say they need to go get parts and arrive back at job site 1,2,3 or etc., hours later… you the customer will be contiguous charged a service technician fee from The second they left last job site. If they stand in the front yard smoking for 40 minutes your charges are still adding up! . This company is a bunch of crooks! They do not tell you about all this corruption when they tell you it’s only $100 per hour and then tech arrives and states hey if you allow me to bring on another tech we can save you money and complete job with an 1 1/2 hours for $200then an hour later calls you with the $800 bill and says they only complete what should have taken two techs 15 minutes . Do t worry we will get it down tomorrow

Had a leak, thought it could be the air unit or something with the HVAC.. they checked everything, and I mean every single thing. I got my money’s worth and only wish I would find where the leak is coming from in my 2year old home. Well, it’s time to call a plumber. I would have signed up for the yearly membership, sounds awesome, but I am a little strapped for cash. All I could do was pay for the visit. I would recommend Lochridge Priest to anyone!
