Being a home owner, I think I understand now why it is hard to buy older house not because of the house itself but the appliances that comes with it. I bought my first ever dream house that had aged good with the old 20 yr old Heating Furnace. I called bigger companies and they imediately said it has to he replaced. I thought about looking for someone to hear me first and find solution other than buying a new unit that will cost us dearly. I looked for a company, glad that they are local, and was lucky to talked to Mr Brandon and his son James. They found the problem which the other bigger company did not want to bother and that is the wirring. Moreover, they are trustworthy and knowdegable. They did the job, that bigger companies wont bother.
