I had called Warren Tire several times to plan a long distance trip to replace tires. Every call was friendly and courteous. Once I finally arrived, the service was quick and efficient. I highly recommend this company!

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTSIm writing this review as a warning to others: stay far, far away from Warren Tire Pros in Corsicana. My experience was nothing short of appalling. Despite our company having a long-standing business relationship with them, I was met with hatred and discrimination when I tried to pick up a routine order.The atmosphere was toxic, and it was clear that I was not welcome. As someone whos never experienced such blatant prejudice, I was taken aback and left feeling disrespected and upset. Its unacceptable for any business to treat customers with such disdain, especially when theyre just trying to do their job.If youre looking for a reputable and inclusive business to handle your tire needs, look elsewhere. Warren Tire Pros has lost my trust and my business forever. I will never set foot in that establishment again, and I would advise others to do the same. I do want to say there was one short gentleman there with glasses who helped me.*To anyone considering doing business with Warren Tire Pros, beware:* you may face similar treatment if you dont fit their narrow and prejudiced expectations. Take your business (and your dignity) elsewhere.I hope this review helps spread the word and encourages others to think twice before supporting a business that tolerates hatred and discrimination.

BS tire down the road said they changed my valve stems. Said there was no nails. Took my money. Immediately for a few days after I had to air tires, which lost 15 to 27 pounds out of 35 in less than 12 hours. Went to Warren tire. I found out and they showed me BS didnt change the stems they charged me for days before. Warren tire people WERE honest and showed me the original valve stems, with sensors attached, were still on my van. They changed them for me. They gave me the nail and valve stems and sensors for proof. Guess who woke up to not having flat tires! This lady! Doing 75 on a highway is safer now. Thank you Warren tires staff. Thank you for finding the nail BS tire didnt even look for, and really changing my valve stems. You are one in a million.

Bought 4 new tires asked for white letter/ white walls out. Lady said no problem. I think they’re all black but if they have white we will aim them outside. They put them on the black side out so I thought that’s how they were. Got underneath the truck to paint the bumpers and they have white walls on the inside. Not that big of a deal. I took the hubcaps off to paint the wheels and one of the studs were broke. That was a big deal to me. I went back up there and told them about the stud being broke. They sent a guy out and he said “if we would have broken it we would have fixed it” ok but you couldn’t have told me it was broke anyways??So I told them about the white walls and wanting them switched and they said it wasn’t on the paperwork for white letters out or white walls out so they were going to charge me to mount and balance and dismount to get my tires I originally wanted. definitely will never go back there. Do you think after spending $600 that they would treat you with some kind of respect but not this place

Worst place took my truck for a diagnostic and they wouldn’t give me a written estimate on what exactly was wrong with it. The lady that’s there said we are a small business and don’t do print outs which is ridiculous to me! I’ve gone to plenty of small businesses and they give written estimates. This is one Small business I will not support!

This place is great. They are the only place I have found 16 ply trailer tires. They do trailer inspections. They will order any tires they dont have in stock and have them the next day.

This place is a complete scam. I took a vehicle in almost a full year ago to get a quote (not diagnostics... I already knew exactly what needed to be done) for a brake repair, paid $85, and STILL have not received the quote for a new brake job. I made it clear that this is why I was there and that I was shopping prices for the work. They told me it would take a week or two and that a portion of the fee would go towards having the work completed. 20 plus calls later, multiple in which Ive asked a manager to please contact me to figure out a solution, still NOTHING. Their solution was sending me a list and having me look it up myself because they dont have time. If they didnt have time they should have told me instead of taking my money and providing a list with no pricing which is what was promised to me for payment that I gave. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CON ARTISTS!!!

Although an outside vendor failed to confirm an appointment the woman behind the counter was rude and not willing to be helpful in any way.

These guys got me fixed up, efficiently, professionally, and very affordably. So thankful for small business! Blessings to you guys and thanks for getting me back on the road. #ThePreacherman

BJ is a trustworthy mechanic. I did some work on my vehicle myself but had a noise. They diagnosed the problem which was a simple fix & took care of me for a good price. 100% recommend!!!

Great service: friendly and explains everything so there are no surprises. Good pricing. I prefer locally owned business vs. chain. Sometimes you have to wait a few minutes but I am ok with that fact.

Just got back on the road to Houston after a quick fix at Warren Tire Pros. These people work hard, know what they are doing and are quick with their work. Traveling from Fort Worth Horse show with a horse and a 6 month old baby in tow, we needed 3 tires fixed. This is the place to stop. Our drive, now feels nice and smooth. Thankyou Warren Tire Pros!

Amazing service! We had a flat tire on I-45 (nightmare!) and I called Warren Tire Pros to see if they could repair our tire. After arriving they were incredibly kind and helpful! They checked out our tire and repaired it in under twenty minutes. We appreciated their attentiveness and kindness more than anything!

Broke down on our way to Austin early in the morning, before anyone was open. Their mechanic saw our hood up and stopped to help. Towed us to their shop. All were very nice and professional. Took great care of us and were very reasonable. Feel blessed since we were from out of town and didnt know anyone.

We brought our 2016 Highlander in for new tires in February 2020. They installed a general grabber tire. After installation we brought the car back three times because the tires vibrated so bad the steering wheel shook in your hand. after the third time we brought the car to blue star tire down the street paid 40$ they balanced the tires one time shaking went away. We are trying to establish a local tire shop because we had just moved to town. This is not the shop you want to go to. last week we had a nail puncture our sidewall on the brand new tires. We went back to Warren tire to see if we had roadside assistance and road hazard warranty on the new tires we just bought. They told us they couldn’t help us at all unless we could show them the paperwork. I asked can’t you just look it up in your computer she said no, I can’t do anything without your paperwork. I said you have nothing in your computer you can’t look it up she said I can’t help you without your paperwork! my wife and I went home tore the house apart looking for the paperwork we spent almost 2 1/2 hours looking for it. We can’t find it so this morning we called said we can’t find our paperwork how much would a new tire cost us. The woman on the phone said over $180 I said we only paid 138.52 per tire when we bought them. guess what she did? She pulled our invoice up on the computer without any paperwork!! The very same invoice she said she couldn’t pull up on her computer unless we handed her paperwork yesterday. When I asked how she could pull it up on her computer now she said I was working with three customers yesterday I didn’t have time for you. so not only did they not want to help us yesterday they wanted to take us to the cleaners for a new tire. I wouldn’t use these people again if they were the only tire shop in town. most tire shops if you bought tires from them and you have a tire go bad within the first six months of owning the tires would’ve sold you a tire at cost and threw in the mounting balancing as a courtesy. especially with the fact that they couldn’t balance the tires to begin with and we had to spend $40 at another facility to get it done. that’s customer service and the kind of place we were looking for. This place just wants to take you to the cleaners. Take my advice go to Blue Star tire they’re very nice people they know what they’re doing and they can balance the tire. We got the same tire from them for less Then the original installing dealer. They have great customer service don’t use Warren tire.

Fantastic professional shop. We know nothing about cars and they made us feel very much at ease. Excellent customer service, fixed our car up in amazingly in one day, and were really responably priced. Strongly recommend.

Go to the little guy for the same price but support others from your community. These dudes had me hooked up real quick

Tammy and crew were fantastic! We were traveling from Houston and had a tire problem and thankfully were able to find them. They replaced the tire and we were back on the road within 15 minutes. Amazing! I highly recommend them!

My experience goes like this!When I pulled into the parking lot I was greeted immediately and asked how I could be helped. Very very important I felt like I was the only customer there...I made my way to the customer waiting area and as soon as I sit down here comes Tony with my keys saying my car was ready!Theres really nothing else to say!If you were like me and you thought that customer service was a thing of the past, well youd be wrong! Says what he does & does what he says.....

Drove over some debris on the Interstate north of Corsicana and blew a tire. Knew I didnt want to drive to Houston on the spare, located a place on the outskirts that didnt have a tire that fit a RAV4 but they suggested Warren Tire because of their large inventory.Wonderful people!!! Had a large waiting room and got us taken care of within 30 minutes. Really appreciated the quality of the work and honesty. Asked them about the other tires and was told the front ones were at 50% tread but didnt need replacing now. If you need tires, these are the type of people you want to work with!!

Only there a few times when a friend will be able to help this review out. my only personal experience has been with a friend of mine and I was in need of a tire repair. To tbe best of my knowledge service was done in a timely manner with no issues with personnel or needed repair. I am not sure what they are in addition to the tires i believe also did front end alignment with . needed repairs done. Not sure about any other repairs done or available from this Tire shop

Made an appointment on Tuesday for Friday morning. I got there right after they opened and was told everyone that came in before was first come first serve. What is the point of an appointment if they don’t honor it? Wasted my time and now have to go somewhere else next week. And a very unfriendly place to boot. Plenty of choices in Corsicana, I recommend any place but Warren

Just want to send a Big Texas Thanks to David Warren and Warren Tire Pros. We have 2 sons at UoA and we took their trucks in for some service items towards the end of the semester. Warren Tire has always done great work for us previously, however this time something didnt come out right, and my son didnt notice until he got back to Texas. We had it corrected, I called Mr. Warren and explained what happened, he did some research, called me back, and reimbursed us for the repair. Its this type of service that makes the difference between a good company and a great company. Our sons will be in Tuscaloosa for another 3 years, and we will be back. Thanks again.

I took my vehicle in for repair, I was meet with a smile and a how can we help you approach. After discussing my issues, we set a appointment for the following day. I brought my car in a member of staff took me home, when repairs were done they picked me up at work (at a fair price). Warren tire is a business that has my future business and I will recommend to others. TEN STARS THANKS

We had the low tire light come on traveling from College Station to Frisco. Looked for a close repair shop & Warren Tire was on the top of the list. They inspected a tire with a staple in it. Took care of the tire & air pressure in all the tires. Back on the road in 10 minutes. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

The worst place to take your vehicle they hold your vehicle and lie about prices they say they dont charge holding fees and when they catch feelings they charge holding fees after they tell you they dont. They yell at customers and try to charge you more money if you get your vehicle because they havent fixed the problem very shady place and very unprofessional i dont recommend anyone going here

We were losing pressure quickly in our tire on our way back to Houston. Warrens was the closest Tire shop. They put us to the head of the line and Stacy fixed our puncture hole ASAP! Proud of this friendly place.

Never had a problem out of Mr. Tony anytime Ive come here. Good on the work. Just had a tire alignment and he showed my my numbers and everything after the alignment.

These guys run a great shop. I had a screw in one of my tires on a drive from Dallas to Huntsville (Tx) and stopped at Warren Tire Pros in Corsicana, Tx. They were fast, took care of my problem and got me back on the road in about 10 minutes. They pulled the screw, inspected the tire, plugged it, and sent me on my way for a very reasonable price. That was a month ago and Ive been running on that tire daily with no problems.

Fast service. Our camper tires were dry rotted and 2 blew out. They were quick to get us in and out and gave us a great deal. Friendly as well. I would definitely reccomend!!!

Theyre remodeling a little bit inside almost done anyway my dad comes here get tires rotated and inspection done couple years ago installed a grill guard on his truck and theyre excellent in service
