Total assurance has been my go to since 2020.I switched to using the directly rather than going through my home warranty due to the quick service! These guys get it right the first time and the best thing about it is they are fast! Strongly recommend them. The best in town for sure

Great Service overall.!They were very helpful and knowledgeable in the couple of times I’ve needed their service for both AC and Heating issues. Fairly priced. Omar did a great job improving our HVAC system functionality and performance. He found issues that at least 5 other companies missed and made the necessary repairs at a reasonable price. I will be using Total Assurance for all of my A/C needs in the future.

Total Assurance A/C & Heating Company was above and beyond. My A/C went out in the middle of the night. I called their 24/7 number in the middle of the night 12:45am and set up an appointment for 8:00am. The tech showed up on time fixed my issue, professionally and in a timely manner. Total Assurance made a way to help us out with an inspection even though we only gave them one day notice. They also anticipated that we would ask for a quote on some repairs/replacements, so by the time I remember to ask, they had already emailed me the quote. They are extremely professional and helpful. We were so very pleased with our experience with Total Assurance, it’s almost shocking how quickly they responded to our call, they wasted no time either while they were diagnosing our AC. In less than an hour we knew what’s wrong with our AC, plan of action how to fix it and immediate quotes. Abel technician was a Little angry for doing his job, he didnt explain whats process and activities done till asking him and even he did not check inside all heating or ac unit is working as before after installation heating kit . He removed breaker original and replaced with fuses instead and it supposed to kit come with breaker too

Our a/c stopped cooling on a Thursday at 10pm. I called the company that we have a service contract with only to be told that they didnt have anyone until the next morning. So, I called Eric, and he said a tech would be out before midnight. Wayne showed up at 11pm. House was 80f when he arrived. He replaced the capacitor, and the house was cooling right away. My husky mix (who just had surgery), and I were so thankful! After reviewing the receipt the next day, I noticed a charge that I didnt understand. I called the office, and Kelsey listened to my concern and said shed credit me back the charge. Outstanding customer service! Thank you to Eric, Wayne, Kelsey, and Bianca for your professionalism. After two weeks of waiting in Texas record heat we reached out to Total Assurance, and they came out and fixed it in record time. We remodeled an old house and Eric came out several times during construction and offered advice and made recommendations on the HVAC design. We wanted a system that was energy efficient but still maintained high air quality. His design was spot on and everyone who worked in the house was a professional and did high quality work. Our summer cooling bills have been less than our old house and the air quality so much better. Highly recommend Total Assurance.

Omar is a great technician; very smart and knowledgeable. He provided great customer service upon installation of our new system last year and really helpful troubleshooting over the phone this evening (clogged drain line and properly working float switch)! Our AC suddenly went out on us Monday evening. Adam had our AC back up and running the following day by about 3-4pm. Customer service was exceptional! Adam arrived promptly and got to work right away. We even dealt with rain on and off and he still made sure to get us taken care of as soon as possible! Adam did a great job explaining everything that was wrong with our unit and what would need to be done. Pricing was also reasonable and he even educated us on the existing warranty that we were unaware of. This is an honest company that is doing what it states to. I certainly recommend their services, as we were very happy with the job, service, promptness, and dedication of Adam and the business. My family and I came home from vacation to discover our AC was not working correctly and the house was extremely hot in the middle of the summer. Omar from Total Assurance came out and quickly remedied the problem. Chris and the rest of the staff at Total Assurance is extremely knowledgeable, quick and polite. The price was very fair. I have purchased 3 air conditions from a local company in the last 2 years, they have been around for years,(it is 4 initials). I needed a one year old air condition fixed on Saturday night at 9:30 pm. They advertise 24 hr service and we even have a yearly service contract. They come out with no after hours prices. The property to be serviced was one of our homes with 2 elderly people. No one would call me back! Then dispatch said, no one would call till the morning. I called TOTAL ASSURANCE at 11 and the nicest guy named Adam was happy to help me. Adam came right over, was kind, professional & the nicest person. We were up and running in minutes! They truly are 24 hour service! Thanks again Adam!!!

Great customer service! Very responsive. We had an issue after the technician left and my husband called to ask some questions. He was back at our house within 30 minutes (at 10pm even though he wasn’t on call). He fixed the issue and everything began working. Josh was a pleasure to work with!

They have come over on a Sunday night when I was having problems with my old system. I have recommended them to multiple people I know and all are happy with their service. Previously a tech from Total Assurance resolved an issue that at least 4 other companies tried to. Most recently they went above and beyond to get one of our units up and operational for an event we had this past Saturday even showing up at 8am on Saturday morning to get the job done. The team at Total Assurance AC and Heating are the best in Corpus. Over the past year, I have had them out to our house to keep our older systems running. Bianca is a Queen at the shop, with Adam and Robert being the best techs in Corpus. Even when I have a question, one of the techs will call me and we discuss what is going on with the system, helping them troubleshoot and save time when they come out. I am sad that they do not extended home warranty services, I wish they would bring that back, so I could use them for all of my AC and heating needs. But, with that said, I still use them even when I have a home warranty, because I know they will get the job done right the first time. They are on time, communicative, and price fairly.

They came to my house after being recommended by one of the employees and I had to wait and call in just to get service after weeks of waiting. I have kids at my house and even after they came out and fixed it, my house wont break 85 degrees. Luckily the weather outside is worse so we are surviving but so much for a positive outcome. Wont be using them again. I will say that on a positive note the two gentleman that came out were professional and kind. For them I gave an extra star.

Ive never had an HVAC issue that Total Assurance wasnt able to come out and fix quickly for a very reasonable price. More importantly I havent needed to call them back like I have with so many other service based companies. I personally wouldnt give anyone else the business in Corpus Christi. I know the job will get done right, and I know the repair or maintenance will be done in a timely manner.

The technician Omar came to my house and was super professional. He took care of everything, explained everything, told us what we needed going forward since our inside unit is 20 years old. Just really honest curtious service. To put the icing on the cake, the bill was lower than what I expected.
