They are professional, punctual, knowledgeable, thorough, high caliber workmanship/craftsmanship, experts, and their word is their bond!Our AC condenser stopped working in Feb 2024. The first company we called said they couldn’t get out to replace the unit until late March. We contacted Tommy Cool Air via his website Thursday evening and he was out to assess our AC system the next morning. We live in a 2015 manufactured home. He arrived punctually, was very professional, friendly, kind and offered several options for our situation. He also assured us he could have the new condenser and coil installed the next week. Tommy was so knowledgeable on every level regarding AC systems. That was clear from the minute we met him. He’s like a “doc” for AC systems.We needed the indoor coil and the outdoor condenser replaced. He offered several creative solutions. He promised to send us an estimate for the 3 options we selected which we received later that day. We had nothing but problems with the Revolv coil and condenser for almost the entire 8.5 years we owned them. We did not want the same coil. Tommy said he would find something else, and as you can see from the pictures, he provided us with a beautiful Mortex coil with quality construction including a sensor for water overflow, and a filter for the refrigerant line. Our old Revolv unit did not have either of those. We had many questions throughout the process and Tommy patiently responded to all of them. He never made us feel like our inquiries were an inconvenience or bother. “I’m here to help!” He repeatedly said. Indeed he was and we appreciated it! His response time was impeccable! His company also provides several financing options which is awesome because it provides a one-stop shop experience.Jason and Torch were the team that installed our coil and condenser. Jason called the morning of the installation to advise of arrival time. He arrived as promised. He focused on removing the old Revolv condenser outside while Torch removed the indoor old Revolv coil and installed the beautiful new Mortex coil. Torch had a great sense of humor and did a good job welding the new copper line for the indoor coil. His part of the installation was only a couple of hours then he left to help other customers.Jason was there from 8:45am until the afternoon working diligently and meticulously ensuring that every part of the condenser was installed to perfection. His work ethic is next level! Then he came indoors and thoroughly cleaned the inside walls of the air handler area, removed the blower wheel and scrubbed it clean, reinstalled and put all components back together. The man has patience! He cheerfully explained to us what he was doing as he worked away.We chose the 3 ton TRANE XR15. Amazingly quiet!!! LOVE this new AC!!! Blows out COLD air and strong air flow from the vents. AWESOME equipment!!! Totally different from the previous Revolv system. The new TRANE condenser with Mortex coil is FAR superior!!!THANK YOU Tommy, Jason and Torch!!!!! We’ve been having cooling/humidity issues in a new build home for the past two years and had multiple local companies come out to work on the system at least 12 times never fixing the underlying issues. Called Tommy Cool and Tommy was out the next day and spent hours diagnosing the many issues with the system providing recommendations and different options. Communication was superb between Sierra and Tommy from initial diagnosis all the way through the install. The technicians that came out (Ricky, Jared, and Matthew) were extremely professional and took pride in their work. There never seemed to be a rush for the crew to get to the next job, they stayed all day to ensure things were done right. Can wholeheartedly say Tommy Cool has provided the best customer service I’ve experienced as a homeowner, a testament to the management and the skilled and passionate tradesman completing the services. Highly recommend!

We elected to have Tommy Cool come out and fix our AC unit when it stopped cooling our home two years ago. They did a great job. Since then, we have had them come out for routine checkups. It’s always a pleasure. They have some of the best customer service we have seen from any kind of service company. Torchy and Jason have been our most consistent technicians and have been incredible!

I had the pleasure of speaking with the owner, Mr. Tommy Mathison, today regarding options and estimates for replacing my two HVAC systems.Not only did he take time to answer all of my questions, he was extremely professional, no sales pressure, and made me feel like I had been a customer for years.I have no doubt that the hundreds of 5-star reviews reflect the owners philosophy and honesty throughout his company. And thats rare to find today.

Our technician Matthew was very polite and professional. He took his time giving an explanation of the problem we are having. He gave us options for the future of what we should expect. This is our second time having Tommy Cool come to our house...very satisfied both times😊

I cant say enough about these guys! They are awesome. Our AC stopped working and we used a guy a neighbor suggested. While they were there fixing the AC I had them install a smart thermostat I had laying around for a year. The other guys fixed the AC and installed the thermostat and left without even checking to see if it worked. They fed my wife a lie about what they did to fix it and then said they added freon. Common sense would tell you that if you had to add freon then it is leaking and you need to find the leak but they didnt. I get home and can immediately tell they didnt install the thermostat correctly because the compressor wasnt kicking on. So I had to have them come back out and just put the old thermostat back on because I this point I dont trust them to do anything to my system. I called around to find out how much to install my thermostat and Tommy was half the price of everyone else so I made an appointment. The tech Rolando came out and was exactly on time when he said hed be. He was able to install it in 10 minutes and even fix what the other guys broke trying to install it. Rolando then did a complete check out of my system from head to toe and didnt even change me extra for it! He figured out exactly where the leak in freon was.. He explained every step he was doing and why so I can tell these guys are honest and know what theyre doing. These guys definitely have a new loyal customer. Ill never go to anyone else.

My A/C went out and Torch did an excellent job fixing it. He was super nice and explained everything perfectly. 10/10 would recommend

The people at Tommy Cool Air are so friendly, nice, easy to work with, and respectful. The owner was very attentive and gave us several different options to choose from, went over pros and cons, and answered our questions. On the day of our service the office sent out a message stating the technician was on their way and included a picture of the technician as well as a short sentence about him- his likes, hobbies, and interests. I thought that was the coolest thing! Really made me feel comfortable with the technician and made the experience so much more friendly and personable. Rolando “Torch” was my technician and was a true pleasure to work with- super friendly, very knowledgeable, respectful, and skilled. I don’t typically leave reviews but I was so impressed with their company that I felt compelled to leave one. Highly recommend!

We really appreciate their work, service, and competitive pricing. We have been having issues with condensation and humidity in our home and no one has been able to come up with a solution. They were the first to notice an obvious issue that helped but not 100%. They then did a full inspection to find contributing issues and no one has ever bothered to look at the bigger picture. We now have a few things to slowly work on/fix that might all be contributing towards issue. Contacted Tommy Cool due to an AC/thermostat issue very late in the afternoon---within 30min their technician (JASON) arrived and thoroughly and confidently addressed the issue! Jason had our AC up and running quickly and went above and beyond the call of service by taking photos of the problem, explaining the issue that led to the problem; also, double checking the unit inside and outside before he left to ensure everything was running as it should. Our house is back to being COOL and comfortable!!! VERY PROFESSIONAL, TIMELY, INFORMATIVE and THOROUGH! Thank you TOMMY COOL AIR !!! :)

I want to congratulate Tiger Air conditioning & Heating on a very outstanding business with very high integrity. The Tiger technicians arrived right on time led by Mr Christian Perez and went right to work with dedication. The Technician team were highly professional, always advising me what they were doing, very respectful with yes sir & no sir very courteous. They wasted no time working together as a team and approximately 5 hours had the system up and running while they programmed the unit. They demonstrated how to use the control and advised me of the membership maintenance plan and I purchased the Gold plan for the yearly service of my new unit. I and my wife are very pleased with the system, the installation and the professionalism ofMr Christian Perez and his pardner. It’s been a hot summer. I called with upfront knowledge of wanting a split unit for a mobile home. Was denied. I told them we were low on funds, so they gave me a plan to get our trailer cool. I’m now paying them so much money, and the trailer is still not cool. My kids are having to sweat it out until I get this company paid off.

Absolutely the best. My name is Albert and I live in Portland, Texas. I had AC issues on Sunday morning. I looked up Tommy cool due to all the radio commercials they have. I decided to see if everything they say is true. Well, sure enough!!! 100% true on everything positive Tommy cool represents. After I called them I had a master-tech named Jason show up in 15 minutes. The call was placed on a Sunday of all days. I was shocked. Incredible AC business for sure. The whole experience was great. Rats destroyed our ducts and Tommy Cool came to the rescue. Tommy came out to assess the damage and give us a quote for repairs. He was very understanding and reasonable with his approach. Not only did I feel that we got the best service up front, but we also got the most reasonable price as well. The crew came out the following Monday to complete the repairs. They were here on time, they finished the work on time and everything was cleaned up when they left. We were upset that rats in our attic had caused such damage. Even though it was a large expense, we feel we got the best solution at a very fair price from Tommy Cool. They made a bad situation more bearable.

Matthew was fabulous. It’s Sunday the AC isn’t working, it’s hot and he was here quickly. He was very knowledgeable and able to trouble shoot the issue to make sure it was fixed correctly. My mom has lived in her home since 1985 (built 1955 no AC) we reached out to a handful of companies and Tiger Heating & Air gave us the best deal easy to access estimate online line and even better they are contracted through Lowes making it easy for us to get a great no interest finance plan with them. Their employees and sales representatives were professional punctual kind and accommodating with our schedule and followed strict CDC COVID protocols. They were finished in 2 days they did a great job and I recommend them for any HVAC system need, we are now freezing in our home and are ready for the 2021 heatwave.

We ended up needing to replace our entire AC system, which we were not expecting to, but he explained 6 options very thoroughly, so we could make the best decision for ourselves. “The Torch” exceeded our expectations and provided us with much needed cold air!

Called them and a couple of other companies around 11:30 last night. They were the only ones to call me back at 8 am. Showed up at 8.45. Found the issue and fixed it. He was thorough and kept me informed about everything before fixing it. Thank goodness they came through for us. Oh I canceled my home insurance policy they were no help whatsoever. Extremely professional staff! I called their business and they were able to come out right away. I received a text with a picture of the technician that would be arriving to my home. Technician, Jason Herrera, called when he was about 10 minutes away and he was very courteous and extremely professional. Jason was very thorough in troubleshooting our AC and had our system running within the hour. I would definitely be using them for any AC needs!

Matthew is very friendly, professional and thorough. He did an excellent job and explained what he found and the work that needed to be done. There were no high pressure tactics and no ‘doom and gloom’ scenario that made me concerned that the air conditioner was on its last leg and about to die any moment, just an honest and detailed account of what he found, along with pictures! We agreed that he would email a quote for me and my husband to look over and discuss before moving forward with the work that is needed. Very happy with the service I received!!

Unfortunately we did not have a good experience with this company seeing i really wanted to given all the positive reviews the gentleman didnt even check three unit inside the house just went straight outside and said he needed to add freon for around$500 and possible leak treat for around another $500 which just didnt seem right called another ac company and they actually opened the unit inside the house and found are drip pan inside the unit was messed up causing the water to leak out and said that was are only problem which was around a $300 fix way better then $1000Edit if i turn out to be wrong and ac starts leaking again i will happily re visit review and admit fault on my end thank you for your response.Update they never followed up on that weekend or called like stated in there response took the money and ran its been 3 months since another technician from another company simply replaced the drip pan and we have not had a single issue since problem was fixed

Tommy was able to come out the same day I called to ask for a quote. We discussed my A/C and Air Handler needs. He answered every question and provided additional explanation when I asked for it. He even asked me questions about my A/C and heat usage, and gave me recommendations as to what options I had. Tommy was professional, courteous, and friendly. He took his time, and I did not feel rushed. I received his quote that evening as promised. He continued to work with me to finalize my quote. I was impressed with the high standards of this company and would highly recommend them.

When I contacted Tommy to run a dryer vent through the roof he explained he couldnt do that type of work. But instead of just hanging up the phone he went above and beyond and explained he would reach out to someone who might be able to do the work. A short time later Tommy provided a name and number. I called and spoke with the person who advised he could do the work for a reasonable price. In a few hours the dryer vent had been run out the roof and everything was working to perfection. This company is amazing!! Thomas did a great job of informing us what is going on with our AC and duct work. He also was amazing at getting us multiple proposals for the job for us to choose what was right for us. Michael arrived on time for the job, was professional and courteous the entire time. Two other technicians joined him to help replace our AC, coil for the heater, and all of our ducts. They did the entire job in about six hours when we were told it was a two day job. We highly recommend this company.

We hired Tommy cool to re-duct our ac system and to put things in context I live in a older home with limited “attic” space it’s not a welcoming environment up there.. Thomas showed up and took a look at our duct system and confirmed what we already had figured, it needed to be upgraded to materials from this decade. As anyone in corpus knows trying to find a good contractor in this city is like trying to give a cat a bath, but these guys exceeded all my expectations and their bid wasn’t outrageous, These guys showed up exactly when they said they were and finished exactly when they said they would. They’re efficient, polite, and hard working. They will always be my first call for my A/C issues.. as a matter of fact we have already hired them to insulate our attic later this month as well.

Jason was very friendly. I was told that they couldn’t find the problem although I did pay for diagnostics on my ac. Also paid for them to charge my unit with Freon. Was told they would contact me on Monday about a warranty on my inside unit (that it may have a leak but was never confirmed) and I have not heard from them. Paid a lot of money and my home still is not cooling

Proper Top-Notch!! I had another company out as my A/C stopped working, they did a couple of tests, and within a few minutes and $89 later the tech said I would need a whole new A/C unit, My unit is only 6 years old!!, and this was very upsetting and stressful and these things are not cheap. I had a gut feeling that I needed a second opinion, a couple hours later with recommendations from my neighbors, Tommy Cool Air was the one I decided to call, within an hour or so Tommy himself called and said he would be right over, as soon as he turned up he checked over the unit without any testing devices and said yup we can fix it, he ordered the parts and his friendly Tech Rolando came out within a few days and fixed it. I will only call Tommy Cool Air now for my future A/C issues. What a great team, honest, friendly, and affordable.

Came on a Saturday morning even a be little early. Very thorough and efficient, system checked fine but upon inspecting the ductwork in the attic found a cracked open duct and vents which he repaired. Credits to Christian for attic work in south Texas in the heat of summer is a special challenge. Thanks !

Timely responses to emails and calls. Comparable prices for duct cleaning, but I felt the cost to clean the coils was a bit on the high end, since they were easy to access and cleaned in place.Would have given 5-stars, but the process left behind a mess for us to clean. Several of the rooms have a thin dusting of grit/grime on our belongings. Had we known, we might have tried to cover some of the furniture.

I had to call Tommy Cool Air on last minute help due to leaking A/C in the attic. I had heard their advertisements on the radio and said, “Why not try them.” Matthew came out late in the day and stayed until the work was complete (around 7p-8p). He kept me informed throughout the process, even coming out of the attic a few times to update. He is down to earth and easy to talk to. I’d recommend him and Tommy Cool Air to do any work needed. Keep those advertisements going. They worked, at least on me!

Matthew Perkins, one of Tommy Cool Air technicians came to our house for the spring check. He was very polite and friendly, respectful of us and our property, and was obviously highly-trained and qualified and no high pressure sales tactics that we have had with other AC service companies in the past. We will ask for Matthew when we set up the fall checkup.We are very happy with Tommy Cool Air and our new Trane AC/Heating system.

Tommy Cool Air responded very quickly to my home after my initial call. Technician Christian was very professional, courteous and made the repairs in a very timely manner. Would recommend and use Tommy Cool Air again.

Tony Mathison was my contact sales representative. He showed up on time and was extremely professional. He explained the different options and seer ratings and informed me about the attic insulation needed for a proper installation. I asked him about my Eccobee thermostat and if it could be installed on my current system. He replied yes, absolutely, and to my dismay he installed it free of charge! I will definitely be going with this company.

Mathew was right on time, called before he showed up, very easy to talk to, explained everything as he went and fixed my much needed garage mini split! Definitely happy with the service I got.

Very friendly and knowledgeable technician. Tested everything in the entire system for leaks. Put sensors around the house to find future problems. Im so glad I called Tiger Heating & Air. Thomas helped get someone over to our rental house on a Sunday, and sent us multiple proposals to fix the issue the same day. Prob the most professional and prompt HVAC company Ive dealt with over the last 5 years. Our long time tenants are always honest about how they feel about the people we send over to do work, and I trust their word. I was extra pleased to hear the same sentiments from them. Im definitely recommending them to anyone who asks me who I would call in the middle of hot weather season. Compared to the previous AC install we had done on another rental house, their prices were very fair, but the service went beyond my expectations. The best service we could’ve ever asked for. A Saturday night about 8:30pm, I realized our AC had stopped cooling when I noticed our home was getting warm. I checked the thermostat and sure enough, I knew something was wrong. I went to go check our outside unit was making a humming noise. We called around to 7-8 different companies that claim to be 24/7, only to find that they could only come out during the week or none ever called us back.We finally called Tiger. We explained our situation and it also sucked because the way our builder built our home, the living room and kitchen windows do not open. The bedrooms are supposed to but the windows have set in wrong and you try to open them and they don’t. They’re stuck. When the owner came aware of our situation, he stepped in and recognized our situation as an emergency. Within 30 minutes of calling, he was at our doorstep to diagnose the issue. He found the capacitor had gone bad. He replaced the capacitor with a stronger and more efficient one than the one we originally had. He also adjusted our drain pan level which I know will save us one day down the road. From the time we called Tiger to the time Thomas was finished and out the door with cold air blowing, it was maybe an hour or an hour and a half? That’s the fastest and most incredible service I’ve ever experienced.We can’t thank Thomas enough for his hard work, promptness, and going above and beyond. He takes great care of his business and they are truly 24/7! We dreadfully were preparing to go without AC over night, but thanks to Thomas we only had to deal with a hot house for a few hours. Now we are able to sleep cool tonight. Thank you for your hard work. Thomas and his company will be our go-to guy for any AC problems in the future. I highly recommend Tiger!! Thank you!! Hottest day in months and ac goes out, very professional company from the people in the office to christian who came out and fixed the ac. Will definitely do business with them going forward. My evaporator coil needing replacing. The office staff was responsive to my 1st call, set a bid within a couple of hours. All email response’s were quick and easy. Made arrangements to come out on a Friday, but got busy were not able to come on regular day, they worked with me to reschedule to following Monday. Tech showed up on time forgot a part needed but had delivered, was very efficient and seemed knowledable. Got the air handler coil cleaning done in good time, and had my unit up and running before the hot part of the day. Been working great ever since.

He told us both the capacitor and fan needed to be replaced and he said that even if he replaced them, he couldnt guarantee it would work because its 10 yrs old and the best thing is to replace it. I asked if there was any way to find out if the compressor would still work and he said only if he replaced those parts first, but if it doesnt work after that then we would have wasted that money and still need to replace the unit.We dont have money to waste, so felt there was no choice but to replace the whole unit. I made him aware that we have my elderly mother, kids and several pets living in our house and that this was an emergency. Still, he left us with a still non-working A/C and said I would get an email with quotes on a new unit. I asked if I would get that email that same day and he said yes. Its the following evening and I still have not received that email. I called at the end of the day yesterday, begging for help and the lady just said to wait for the email and I should get it the next day. Still have not received it.But thatsOK, because another company came out this afternoon, replaced the capacitor and now our A/C is working great. The fan, which your employee said was broken, is working great. So that was a lie. It was also a lie that he could not test the compressor to see if it still worked. The people who came out today tested the compressor windings and said it is fine, as evidenced by our A/C now working. I dont appreciate our lives being put at risk over something that was a simple, quick and easy fix. A few members of our household were having heat stroke symptoms last night in the sweltering heat. But yall only care about the money, it seems.

This company was so professional and efficient. Our AC system stopped cooling and we knew it was time for a complete replacement. This company worked with us and came to our house within 12 hours of us notifying them. The technicians that arrived were super professional, I give them 10/10. My only complaint is that I didnt realize how messy the process would be, and that fiberglass would be everywhere. They used a drop cloth and cleaned up after themselves well, but the dust just spread all over everything. I feel like if I were better informed I would have prepped my house a little better.

He looked at our current set up to recommend what we should do for a new system. Matt is the technician that came and installed the new unitOur old AC went out, its over 10 years old. We werent going to risk fixing the old unit just to have it break. Its time for a new oneThomas came out first to analyze the house, the old unit and to recommend what we need for a new one. Thomas is very friendly and very professional. These guys also dont waste their time, theyre here to work. Thomas explained everything we needed to do based on his recommendation. If I had questions, he answered them. They do it right, theyre not rushing but they get to the point and are friendly with their communication and delivery. Thomass recommendations were simple and easy to understand. I received my quote quickly. I have nothing but good things to say about ThomasMatt installed our new system today. He arrived early and went to work right away. Again theae guys dont waste time. Poor Matt, our fence was in his way and he used ninja focus and took our fence down quickly to get to it. I felt bad, the new unit is bigger. He had to do extra work but that didnt phase him one bit. He did the job all by himself, he carried the new system on his back as if he was carrying all of our burdens upon his shoulders. This company better take care of Matt, the man is driven. Not like OJ drive driven but the guy knows his stuff and does it right, driven. I called this week for a repair on my system, at 9AM and Matthew was at my house, in Beeville, before 1:00 that afternoon and had the house cooling back down in no time! These guys are still as awesome as they were three years ago when they installed the system. From my initial request for a quote to completion of service, Tiger Heating & Air was stellar. The initial contact from Sierra at the office to schedule my appointment went smooth and proceeded to an intelligent estimate from Thomas. I had follow up questions for both Thomas and Sierra and they answered promptly and professionally. Matt and Christian along with other guys (I apologize dont know their names) , installed the a/c, furnace, and duct work in my home and completed it professionally in one day. Most important, my house is cool and my wife is happy. Of note, my crawlspace for the duct work is incredibly limited in height in my 67 year old home. There is no ability to stand upright and it is hot and dirty up there but these guys got it done despite the challenges. Highly recommend this company!

I cant say for anyone elses experience but the services provided from beginning to end cant be put into words. Everyone that works there were very knowledgeable to any questions I had. The crew made sure the job was done the right way even making sure the old wiring was replaced and installed with the proper wiring for the 17 seer system and thermostat. Michael was professional, prompt and explained the procedures to me. We woke up and the heater was not working. Called Tiger air and they came out and found that one of the heating elements had shorted with another one. While ordering a replacement, they configured the heating element to work until the replacement arrived.When it arrived Matthew was on time, professional and resolved the situation.We use tiger Heat and Air for all of a/c work. They are honest, reasonable and do good work.

Our AC stopped working on a Sunday and after speaking to my brother, he recommended Tiger AC. I quickly called and received a response very quickly. Was told that the gentleman that was “on-call” was already at another location, but that he should be at our residence by 4:30 pm. An old house, recently purchased, practically no cooling with the A/C on. The estimator pointed out all the individual problems, condenser, ductwork too narrow and very worn, coils needing thorough cleaning. The estimate was to correct the problems, not an across-the-board replacement, as most A/C companies gave. Very reasonable price for high quality equipment (Trane) and expert installation. AND, they are actually willing to do the work when it is needed. The major companies I contacted just flat out refuse to do the work in hot months, despite being A/C companies, or charge several thousand dollars more. Tiger is my new company. And I highly recommend.

I called Tiger Heating and Air for a service call and second option before replacing an evaporator coil. This saved me a substantial amount of money as there wasn’t a leak. A major a/c company out of Corpus Christi has told me six weeks ago to replace my “leaking” coil. When I told them I was going to think about my options they never bothered to email me the quote. Thomas sent Chris, Isiah,,,Isaac(?), & a helper, (name?), to remove old Trane HVAC & install new Trane HVAC with coated condenser coils. All were extremely polite & professional in the extreme heat. All went very well, however, we are still waiting secondary tray drain installation to be done, (when they are in our area?).

Just had this unit installed 1 year ago. It has frozen up a few times. Called them up and they replaced the relay. Froze up again and now they are saying that the coils need to be replaced and the system needs recharging. They want to charge me $1700. Pffffsssstt

Edit: Update to the service I received. After all was said and done, they took ownership of what had happened and quickly rectified their mistake. I never blame people for making a mistake because I often times find the response to it to be the true show of professionalism. I can personally verify that their team are quality professionals and will work hard to make sure you get the service you want. Both of my units are now in great working condition and the turnaround on both was with haste. Definitely recommend them for any HVAC job.Original: Mechanic made a mistake by switching out the wrong AC unit, but owned up to it and took responsibility in getting it fixed. As of right now it still doesnt work, but they said they will come back out with new parts to repair the other system. Ill be glad to up the rating once/ if it gets fixed.

Chris was great unfortunately price quote was too high $11,000.00 for a Traine 3.5 to central a/c with furnace installed seems a bit high. do understand you get what you pay for but Im afraid several companys beat this price by thousands. Very professional and responsive. I contacted them for a quote and they were able to get one to me very quickly. Thomas listened to what I wanted and helped me to choose what would work for me. I wanted an air filter attached to the unit in my attic as well as a UV light. A day or two after signing the contract my air conditioner broke down and the part to fix it was 20% of the cost of the new unit. Tiger Heating & Air offered to give me a window unit to help me get through the couple of days before my install date. The technicians came out on time and were professional and courteous the entire time they were here. They also made sure to clean up before they left and since they did duct work there was some insulation that had fallen out into the house and they made sure to get that cleaned up as well.

I called Tiger AC to have my AC checked out since it was just running nonstop but not cooling. Thomas came by right away and found out I had a leak in the system. Within a short period of time he had oue home cooling again and ordered the repair part to fix the issue. Excellent service i highly recommend Tiger

Did a great job installing a new whole house system. We tried another company first. They did a horrible job. After giving the other company numerous attempts to work out all the bugs in their system without success, we had their system torn out.Christian from Tiger Heating and AC was very sensitive to our frustration from our prior experience. He and his team were exceptional at installing the new Trane system. For the first time ever our master bedroom is the same temperature as the thermostat.We feel blessed to have found Christian and Tiger Heating and AC to do this job for us.

Quick service. Everything explained fully. Process discussed before any extra work done, including putting it in priority order (MUST be fixed, should be fixed soon, can be done to improve... eventually) so no hidden fees. Was so pleased with the work, joined the yearly maintenance plan and they are the ONLY ones Ill call for AC work.

Matt went out of his way to do a really good job on installing a new waranted evaporator in my Lennox AC unit. He went out of his way to aquire the new evaporator coil that was furnished under an extended 5-yr.warranty. He didnt really have to do that for me.I watched hin work and asked plenty of quetions for my own learning experience and he didnt mind answering my questions. He does his best to perform GOOD WORK. I really appreciated his work and explanations to my questions.I didnt know at the time of his love for Music. I love Good Ole Western Music and Old and Gone Musicians. Christian Perez showed up at my house right on time to install a new AC system.I worked steadily for over four hours without stopping. He is very courteous and professional. He as also very patient with all of the paper work.

Tigers customer service has been wonderful. There was an issue with the thermostat which caused for the entire AC unit to not work. They came out immediately and replaced the thermostat with a temporary thermostat so I wouldnt be without air, until they were able to order the SMART thermostat all free of charge....Thx TIGER

It was a return visit, drain clogged up after unclogging visit in 24 hours when humidity went up. First visit sucked a frog out of drain, tech took picture, he’d never seen that. On second visit (no charge) got it draining again poured 2gallons water. Used air pressure and vacuum cleaner, but checked vacuum (which had been cleaned out from first visit) found another frog! Tech took it with him a first for him also! Probably caused weird animal behavior by eclipse! Lol
