Avner and his staff were very professional and were in the job site ready to work. His staff did an awesome job, and are hard workers. Very pleasant and courteous while at our home. The left the job site cleaner than it was before they arrived. Tuesday Avner arrived discussed the job and within 2 hours had four different quotes explaining all the options. By Tuesday afternoon job was scheduled and completed Wednesday. I would 100% recommend SOUTH TEXAS COMFORT CONTROL. I will have them back to replace ducting soon.

After going nowhere with the service provider (based in a different city) for weeks, sent by my home warranty, through word of mouth, I found Avner and his company. After calling him directly, he came the following day, examine the issue and gave options. He even send someone to install a portable AC unit awaiting final fix.Jennie, Jerry, Raul, and Nick were so helpful. They even came on a Saturday and installed a new unit. If you are busy like me and have a busy schedule don’t waste your time with these people. It seem they only Service paying customers which I was going to be, but I guess a retrofitting install screamed red flags for them.Choose this place because of all the great reviews they got. However, I did not have that experience. I had set an appointment for an estimate on a retrofitting install in my home. The lady was nice and scheduled me for Monday with a window between 11 and 1p. The day came and nobody showed in that window of time. I called and she said they got busy so we rescheduled. So Wednesday comes with the same schedule time and again no one showed in the window of time..

These guys are the best in Corpus Christi TX. We had an issue with the HVAC duct, and I reached out to at least 5 contractors. While all of them came to the site, but only STCC provided a clear description on the issue and also recommendation to address the problem. The service, customer care was exceptional, and pricing had detailed breakout with multiple options. Awesome job team.

Avner came out to the house and checked out my AC system, ran diagnostics. He said system was looking good but it looks like the drain is backed up. He cleared it out and haven’t had a problem since. 100% recommend Avner and South Texas Comfort Control. Having moved to Corpus fairly recently, I’m glad I found a HVAC guy I can trust.

Raul was my technician, he was very knowledgeable and made sure the job was done right. This was my second time to use South Texas Comfort Control and I will continue to use them from here on out. The service was for my wifes aunt. She had another company come look at her A/C because it stopped working. He either didnt know what he was doing or was trying to take advantage of a disabled, elderly woman, & told her that she needed a blower motor that would cost $14-1500 & would take at 10 days to get in the part. So I called S.TX. Comfort, & they had the part in stock for $200 cheaper. The tech that showed up, THE VERY NEXT DAY, found it was only that the drain that was clogged & it didnt need a new blower motor. The tech did a full check of the system & said everything else was in good working condition, & recommended some new ducting work because the cheap builders of the house used flex ducting everywhere. So anyway, he did what the other company should have, his job properly, & didnt try to scam an elderly woman. The bill was a little over $200 & not $1500 or more. Thank you for being honest & getting her A/C back up & running without trying to take her to the cleaners!!! God bless you & keep up the good work!!!!

Great company, trustworthy and knowledgeable. I had my Hvac system heat pump worked on by them. My unit is about 4 years old and it was worked on by 3 prior companies but I continued to have problems. I decided to call South Texas Comfort Control and the owner came to look at it. He did a thorough check on it and communicated what he saw as a problem. He had a busy schedule and still found time to look at the unit and put me on their schedule as soon as possible. His employees are also honest, knowledgeable, efficient and hardworking. My system is working perfectly well now.

I had the best experience with STCC my mini split quit working so I had 3 different companies come out and fix my problems and STCC was the only one that would take the job and thank god because from the start to the problems being fixed was actually a pleasant experience from speaking to the office to the technician I definitely have my new AC people And would recommend them to all of my friends and family thank you. Could not ask for better! Great service. The crew arrived at the house with our new unit and within five hours everything was done and up and running. Two days later, Avner, the business owner, came to the house to make sure everything was running properly. Would be glad to be a reference anytime.

If I could rate them a higher star I would. I’ve lived in my house for one year and I have had AC issues since day one. They are the fifth AC company. I’ve actually had come out to my house. I have had trouble finding a good AC company as I find most Just want to sell you something or put a Band-Aid on it and don’t want to fix the issue. I was having leakage coming around my vents and through my walls. My son‘s room was having water, dropping through the ceiling and creating a mold issue. When south Texas Confort company came out to look at everything they suggested a dehumidifier which other companies in the past have told me I needed, but couldn’t explain why I needed it , when I asked them questions, they were very thorough in their answer. These guys were super professional. They kept me in the loop on everything they were doing. They explained when I had questions on why they were doing certain things. Also, while they were up in my attic without any question, they saw a couple issues that I did not know existed and they fix them .

They are fast to respond and do excellent work. Very knowledgeable and know their business.

Avner and his team were one of the best service experiences we have had in Corpus Christi. They provided constant communication, went above and beyond to keep the work areas organized and clean and were very courteous and friendly. Even at the end, my wife said she has never seen a service team go to such lengths to clean up the work areas and inside the house, even wiping down surfaces etc. They listened to what we wanted fixed, gave us a reasonable quote on the work and completed the work within the budget. The owner Avner is awesome. Not only does he do excellent a c work he went above and beyond today. There was a noise coming I thought from the AC control unit on the wall. I could smell melting plastic. He checked thoroughly and discovered it was the doorbell unit. He doesn’t work with door bells but took time to check it and to dis engage it; even checked the attic to be sure the house was safe. And didn’t charge me for his trip out or his service. Best thing I did was buy our AC unit from him. A really good honest guy. We have stay comfortable in the awful heat. Thanks Avner.

I have used South Texas Comfort Control for two new AC units and one new dehumidifier. They are honest and caring company. They are prompt and such a blessing anytime I have a problem they come right away or call me to make sure that everything’s working and their prices are very reasonable and honest, and I love working with a godly company. Also, the guys are so kind and they clean up after themselves and are very clean. If they make a mess, they clean it up and even swiffer it up to me that’s a big deal. I’ve never seen such a clean crew do such a great job.

Other A/C companies were two to three days out. They came out in an hour after my call. The gentleman explain what was going on and gave me some options. The staff and technician are very professional and honest. Thank for getting are A/C back on and getting mother back in her home.

Our unit went down on a Sunday, we called Avner on Monday Morning and he was there at the time stated, diagnosed the issue and helped look up warranty information. He had to order the part, but was prompt when it came in a couple of days later. Im sure that if the motor had been in-stock it wouldve obviously been same day service. They are great. They came and looked at my system but instead of being like all the others and charging me for not being able to fix the problem, he instead told me I would need a plumber and that he would send me a quote to keep the problem from happening again after the plumber fixed it. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM. HONESTY is not dead.
