Very thorough and courteous! Pointed out a number of issues with our system.Returned to fix our 14 year old gas fireplace insert. They replaced the bad part and did not leave until it was working properly.Randy did a great job!!

Ramco came to the rescue to fix our A/C on a Sunday and were extremely professional. They had excellent communication regarding their estimated arrival time and were able to make the needed repairs the same day. We highly reccommend.

We only had window air conditioning .I went to the Home show and theres where I found out about Rambo mechanical .they called made appointment. They put all vents and central air in 3 days .they guys were very polite and friendly and happy to have central air 😀

Brandon came out today and was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He repaired our AC in a timely manner PLUS he was extremely punctual. I was told he would arrive between 12-1 and he arrived right at 12. He cared we were all hot and dripping in sweat and got straight to work. Ramco is great! Do business with them and you will not regret it! He said he was going to have lunch next door at Jason’s deli when he finished to only walk through here 15 minutes later with his lunch to go because he said he just got called out to do another job. He could have sat and ate but cared enough to get back out there because South Texas heat is insane! He genuinely cares! Stop reading reviews and contact them!

Ramco mechanical was in my neighborhood doing an install on a neighbors home. I was able to talk to a technician by the name of Justice Martinez. I told him I was having issues with my central air he took a quick look at it and fixed whatever he fixed and its running great now! He was super friendly and helpful! Saved money, The techs repaired a leak that another company said it could not be reached was going to replace 30’ of 1/2” copper tube. Job completed with no extra fee add on.

I had my dryer vents cleaned. The technician comes to the house without the proper equipment. He borrowed a brush from my wife to clean the vents from the roof. I was expecting a high powered vacuum. He told my wife that he usually doesnt clean dryer vents and that he works on AC units. The job was not completed correctly and the vent is still clogged. I was however still charged 107 dollars for someone to clean the vent with a brush.

David is very respectful and really knew his work. Highly recommend! Awesome customer service.
