We would recommend Logicool to anyone! This company is honestly more than 5 stars. Our AC started with an issue and our house got hot real quick , I called and they sent Justin . He went up in the attic and fixed our AC pretty quickly. He was very courteous, efficient and answered all our questions. Thank you Logicool for taking great care of us!

Always a great experience when the Logicool Technicians come by the house for my periodic check up. It was a real pleasure learning more about my system from Robert and Adam. They took the time to answer my questions and did a quality job. They even went the extra mile to check on my duct work for a potential obstruction which they did find and corrected. These two appear to make a quality team and are good ambassadors for their company. Definitely recommend their service.

My heater went out today due to a rare South Texas cold snap. Logicool Air Solutions was the first company that came to mind. So I called them. They promptly responded by sending Adam Martinez who is very polite and professional technician. He surveyed the issue with my heater in the attic and the outdoor unit to get a complete picture of the issues I was having in a short amount of time he accurately and completely explained my issues with the shorted out wire and other worn out parts. Meticulously replaced and repaired the issues double check the gauges for temperature and pressures to assure that everything was working properly and in good order. He was very knowledgeable and professional in all aspects of the service and I highly recommend this company and its employees. I wouldn’t hesitate to contact this company in the future. We started using Logicool a couple of years ago, starting with a major redo for our ducting and insulation and eventually to a whole new unit. We have used them for any and all AC issues since then on our property, and have been so pleased with not only their customer service but to the skilled team of technicians that have worked on our home. Our most recent project was because of a windstorm certificate. Not only did they jump to action immediately for us, but they also gave us a couple of options to choose from and completed the install within a week. We decided to have them raise the units due to the amount of sand our home accumulates and it worked out so much better than we had ever expected. The techs on site were prompt and had everything installed before noon. We were amazed at their attention to detail, as well as the quality of the work. We HIGHLY recommend Logicool for any and all HVAC system work, they have never let us down and will go above and beyond to make it work. Thank you Logicool!!10/09/24 - Our home has been forced into major construction work this year due to the original builders mistakes, so we called on Logicool Air Solutions to help us fix our issues regarding the condensation problems resulting from the builder who built this house. Not only was Justin quick at determining the situation, he was also quick with getting us the installer we needed to get the issue resolved. Anthony and Jose came out early and was completed with the work before 3pm. They definitely had their work cut out for them and worked effortlessly to get us to where we needed to be by going above and beyond to ensure the duct work was properly sealed and the insulation was properly applied. Finally spent the money to get a new system and went with Logicool because their techs are fantastic; knowledgeable and professional. They were great when they fixed my old system so it was an easy decision. No more window units, so my electric bill was cut in half with our new American Standard unit. 5 stars all day, highly recommend them for your cooling needs.

I called Logicool Air Solutions to install a new system. Justin and his crew were extremely professional and courteous throughout the job. They took extreme care during the install and covered the flooring and stairs to prevent spillage and damage. Jovan was great, he really laid everything out for my wife and I and explained thoroughly in detail about what our problem was and what our options were. Great service from Justin! We had another company out that told us we needed a coil replacement which would cost more than a new unit. Then they offered to sell us a new unit. Justin came and found the leak in the coil and spot repaired it. Very impressed and happy to find honest people.

I recently called Logicool to come diagnose and fix my heater before a cold front blew in. Francisco came over right away, and did not leave until he had it fixed. He stayed until nearly 11 that night and made sure that my heater was working before he left. I will be requesting Francisco next time I have an issue with my HVAC system. I cannot recommend Logicool enough.

Omg a couple of weeks ago I had this rancid smell coming through my duct work. A couple of years ago I had a company reconnect my duct work after moving my manufactured home. They left my duct work on the ground. I asked for them to fix it but got a reply that they had already spent too much time on it. As a result here in south Texas the ground moles are everywhere. They literally built and encased my duct work with sand and chewed a hole in the side of it. As a result of improper installation it crawled up inside and died. Anyway I contacted Logicool and I’m so impressed from the office to those who took care of me out in the field it’s been taken care of in a timely manner the way it should have been taken care of in the beginning. I more than recommend Logicool. Thank you so much.

Would definitely recommend.7/17/24 Update: Enrolled in the Elite Member service plan for maintenance and stay ahead of any issues. Tech John came to perform initial services. Was polite, went above and beyond, and provided several tips to improve our system and answered all questions we had. I highly recommend the service plan.1/15/25 Update: Techs performed winter maintenance. Checked that everything was in working order and tightened up the wires on outside unit. Techs were informative and professional.

Robert showed up at 8:30 at night to fix our hvac/furnace right before the freeze. He was professional, courteous, and did an excellent job explaining how he trouble shooted the unit.

We use Logicool for our bi-annual service. They spend a couple hours every time cleaning everything out and getting everything up to par. Very professional, very polite, and they show up exactly when they say they are. We recommend them.

I have called on Logicool many times over the years and they always answer or get right back to you. They communicate throughout the process and know what they are doing. They look for the best solution and in my case helped me to save on repair parts by checking on warranties or cost saving solutions. I signed up for those elite services and they go above and beyond to take care of their customers.

LogiCool arrived on time and went right to work. The tech explained what he was going to do and then went about doing a PM on my system. Afterwards he explained what he had found wrong. No issues were found except my filter needed changing, which took care of in about 10 minutes. The entire service call took just a little over an hour. I’m happy and will call LogiCool when my next PM comes due.

The technician who came out for our unit maintenance was Diligent and professional. He caught a wiring error air handler unit for the heat wiring from install that l have been detrimental if it had gone unnoticed. Solved it and replaced our thermostat promptly.

Justin came out quickly on a Saturday and fixed our a/c unit. The motor was out, he didnt even have to leave or say he would need to order anything. Had everything in his truck. Replaced the motor and had us cooling within 1 and 1/2 hour. Very personable young man.

October 11th Logicool Solutions serviced our A/C . Upon arrival system was off due to freezing of unit. Robert Lopez and Corey Garza completed the dianostic and found build up in primary drain line but system was still draining. Also found system underhanded and condenser corroded and dirty. They checked all motors and electrical making sure they were up to manufacture standards. Additional Pounds of freon was added along with Ultraviolet Dye Insertion to check for future leak.Robert and Corey did an excellent job . As of October 28th, the A/C unit is performing well.

We are renting a house on Mustang Island and one of the units quit working. We contacted the management company and they sent us an awesome HVAC tech by the name of Robert Lopez from LogiCOOL.He quickly diagnosed the problem, a bad capacitor and low freon. He replaced the bad part and filled the unit with freon and had the house cooled back down quickly.Thank you Robert and LogiCOOL for saving our vacation and allowing us to enjoy our time on the coast.

As a long time home owner, and retired building maintenance professional, I give high marks to Logicool. What sets them apart in my opinion, is attention to details, customer interaction and service.

Ill give them three stars, only because they did fix the air conditioner. I requested an itemized bill and never received one. Almost 1500.00 for a drier, labor and an expansion valve that was supposedly under warranty. They told me the way they bill is basically a balance due total to get around charging and paying sales tax. Id be hard pressed to use them again. The service was fine, the billing practices dont work for me.

Great experience from the beginning! The kind lady that scheduled my appointment, and took time to explain the maintenance program, was friendly and super helpful. (Im sorry but i forgot her name). They send text reminders and updates. You can even track the technician’s location so you know when he is close. This gave me time to put the dogs outside before he arrived. For safety, they also gave you the license plate on the van. My ac tech was Gilbert Garcia and he is fantastic! He checked every thing carefully, cleaned up the unit and was able to get the unit cooling better just about immediately. He was knowledgeable and nice. He was able to show me the first readings and then the new ones so that I could see the improvements for myself. I feel like I definitely got the 5 star treatment with Logicool and I would definitely recommend them to anyone I know.

I recently had Logicool come out to repair the air conditioning at my home, and I couldnt be happier with their service. They quickly identified the problem with the aluminum coil on the outside unit, which had a leak, and efficiently fixed it. No other air conditioning company would do it, but Logicool did, and their price was very reasonable. They were very transparent during the transaction. I also referred them to my mother-in-law, where they installed a new unit in her attic, fixed some of the ductwork, and installed solar fans. The service is very good, especially Justin, and Im very happy with them. I highly recommend Logicool for any air conditioning needs!

Logicool is such a professionally ran company. From the ladies answering my phone call and scheduling the service appointment to the technician Adam. They both made quick work of my a/c repair/maintenance work and were great at explaining all the details of the work. They never tried to push a new a/c system on me, which i was a little worried about since my unit is 18years old. I am a very happy customer and plan on using them for any of my future A/C needs

We originally called Logicool back in February of 2022 to completely redo our attic by removing all of the old and replacing with all new insulation and ducting to get a better ventilation. The guys did such an amazing job and then some!! We were so impressed we suggested them to my father, whom later had to get two HVAC systems completely replaced in his condo. They naturally did the job I told my father that they would do.Jumping back to a couple of weeks ago, our AC was not cooling. It being on a Saturday we did not expect to be able to get an appointment till Monday, so we left a message. They actually called us back within the hour and Juan and Eric were here within a couple of hours after that, to see what could be causing our problem. They got us up and running but could not see where the actual problem was at that time. He suggested that we get the Maintenance package since it looked as tho our condenser was taking the salty elements our area is well known for a bit harder than we expected.Later that week Justin and Robert came out to see if they can further investigate what the units problem was. They realized that the refrigerant was leaking and that we would need to replace the coils outside. I asked them what their thoughts on the inside unit was, beings that is the original handler since 2009. He suggested that we replace it, the reason for that was it was extremely rusted and he did not see it lasting much longer. If we waited then we could chance it going out this summer and we would then be hit with another refrigerant cost since it cannot be reused. We just happened to be able to afford it right now, so we did just like he suggest. Robert, their sales rep, came the next day, and was very professional and got us a good price.Yesterday Juan and Eric finished our install and did such a phenomenal job. They were beyond professional even tho it took them over 13 hours with a very small lunch break. Due to the way our house was built, these guys had to do a lot of refiguring and adjustments. I could see how they could have become overly frustrated and in turn take it out on us. That was not the case at all! They were so friendly and completely professional, so much so that Juan came back today with Jose to touch things up. Juan wanted to redo our insulation in the intake area since it was so badly built and deteriorating 14 years ago, as well as ensuring all numbers were good. We had Tyler come and fix our Air Conditioner today after calling them today, we were lucky. Hot, hot as heck, but he was cool, fix what was wrong with the Air conditioner in about 10 minutes, and so professional and polite cleaned up after himself we offered him something to drink, and off he went, if you need a air conditioning fixed, i recommend Logicool,ask for Tyler.

During each visit, the technician thoroughly checks everything and informs me of any issues. The technician is fantastic at covering all the details to catch potential problems.

First experience was great. After they got us to sign up for the elite membership it’s been nothing but problems. Poor communication between office staff and techs. Contradicting info from office staff and techs. Got charged $265 to replace a $15 part which was covered by warranty due to them “processing the warranty paperwork and shipping”. Scheduling nightmares with trying to get the work done that they have recommended. Eligible for multiple discounts which have never been offered nor applied. Don’t be afraid to pay a little more for honesty and up front pricing elsewhere.

My techs today were Justin and Eric. Both of them did an excellent job of getting here and performing the service we ordered. On a blistering day Justin and his amazing team finished complete A/C install. Temps were high 90’s and in the attic Im sure you can add 10 more. Originally I was told when they arrived it would be 8 or 9 hours. To my concern they finished in 6:30. Justin took time to explain the thermostat mechanism. Nice job guys! These guys are great! We had a semi-emergency where we had some guests staying in the house and the temperature was starting to hit 83°. We called around looking for someone to come out and take the call but nobody else would. Justin came out and quickly assessed the situation. He gave me a detailed quote of what it would cost to fix everything and had it done within a couple of hours. AC out at the place were staying. The property manager called logicool. They were out in less than 30 minutes and fixed within another 30 minutes! Super nice! Super fast! Definitely recommend!

Last week, our air conditioning unit went out and my husband could not get hold of our regular repairman so we decided to try somebody new. We looked on Google and picked Logicool in Flour Bluff because they had a five-star rating. We called and made an appointment for the next day. They came out and the repairman was very good. It turned out that the problem was that the two 3-inch fuses out in the circuit interrupter box beside the air conditioner had blown. He replaced those. The air conditioner worked fine but when it came to the billing they wanted to charge us $175 for the first fuse in $72 for the second fuse in addition to the $125 service fee. My husband complained and so the repairman said since the price was so high they had decided to give us both fuses for $175. My husband was a little skeptical on the price of the fuses but we went ahead and paid. Afterwards, my husband went on Google and saw that you can buy those fuses for $15 each. So he went out to the repairman before he left and told him that we were not going to pay 1200% over a reasonable price for parts. The repairman said he would have the boss call us. The boss didnt call, so my husband called and asked to speak with the supervisor or boss. Jevon, who apparently is the owner, answered and my husband told him our complaint that we did not want to pay $175 for a $15 fuse. Jevon went into a long explanation of, well they have to pay rent, vehicles, and employees and overhead and that was just a cost of doing business. We said that we were not going to pay 12 times the price for the fuses and that we believed that was what the $125 service fee for coming out was for. At this point, Jevon started getting very rude and just basically told us that was our problem and that people on the island were happy to pay those kind of prices for good products. We told him well we werent. He then threatened that he could just have his men come out and take the fuses back out. We told him fine and to come and take them out. We dont mind paying a higher price for something good, but a $15 fuse for $175 is just past the point of ridiculous. We told him it was basically robbery or piracy. They came and took the fuses out. My husband went down to Ace at the end of the road and bought two fuses and put them in for $30. We were very, very disappointed with Logicool and told Jevon that we would not be using him in the future.

Exceptionally professional, expert, and polite technicians, even when the job ended up taking 12+ hours— they stayed until the job was thoroughly finished and still took the time to walk me through everything they worked on, answer my questions, and were never anything less than courteous, consummate professionals. Excellent work, and I will be using Logicool in the future!

Called to have my ac system worked on and repaired. I am VERY pleased with the service that I received, can’t thank them enough. They were able to get someone out to my residence within an hour. The service tech (Dennis G.) came out at the scheduled time. He was able to figure out the issue with my ac and explained and helped me understand the problem with system. He even went above and beyond to look for the part needing to be replaced and was able to track one down and get it installed same day. My experience with this company is a 5 star plus. I will definitely contact them again with any future maintenance.

I called later in the evening on December 23. Our heat was not working during a cold spell. They sent someone out the next morning. Justin came out and found the problem right away and fixed it. My AC unit stopped working properly on a Sunday night and I called Logicool Air Systems. Willow was responsive (something that is very rare here in Corpus Christi) and very helpful on the phone. She scheduled Tyler to come out and fix it the system and within a short time, Tyler had fixed the the system. I would recommend Logicool for all maintenance and repairs.

First experience with Logicool. Our AC unit seemed to not be cooling properly and we suspected it had frozen up. Tyler came out and did a thorough inspection of our AC unit and let us know a few potential issues he was seeing. He was very professional and was quick about remediating the issues. This business is more than great! Our AC went out the night before Easter. We did not think they’d be able to serve us Easter Sunday, but they were able to send Justin and Robert over. Within a few hours our AC was back up and running. We have the annual service plan with them so they went ahead and did the half year service as well. Again, happily surprised they did all of this on a holiday.

Justin did a great job servicing my HVAC unit. I appreciated how he took the time to explain what he did, and show pictures. He cleaned out my lines, tested my system, replaced the filter, did a thorough job cleaning out my condenser, and checkout out my dehumidifier and air purifier. I also appreciated that he took the time to really answer any questions I had about my system. Justin was here for about 90 minutes making sure my system was in tip top shape.I also appreciated how I get a text when the technician is en route. I was given a 2 hour window of when he would arrive, sure enough he came when they said he would. Very good company with attention to dentail.

The tech they sent out was named Tyler and he was extremely professional, fast and thorough. Robert Lopez was my technician I had diagnosed my hvac was able to narrow it down to the compressor. He was extremely knowledgeable and was able to explain everything and what needed to be done to fix the system.Will be using their services again. Even signed up for their maintenance plan.Slightly complaint is that when I originally called for the diagnostic website says 55 but when i called I was quoted at 165 l. but they did explain that it was after hours. Just wish it was stated on the website as well. And I do love the military discount witch is the reason I went for yall.

Pretty professional company, technician Robert L was really good to deal with and was patient with me as my card was having difficulty processing the payment for the service call. We called dispatch and got things situated with an alternative method of payment.Only lost a star because of price and a pushy sell on their evaporater coil cleaning subscription:Quoted me 330$ for a compressor swap after paying 50$ for service call. Unfortunately, this was simply not competitive enough for a job that takes 20 minutes with the swap of a 15$ part. I just ordered it myself on Amazon and replaced it the next day.For anyone who has zero confidence or time to do AC work, then they can be a good fit for you.Otherwise, Id recommend saving a dollar and looking to do it yourself if its an easy fix.

Was beyond impressed!!!☺️☺️Showed up before they were alotted to be here. They took the time to do it efficiently, andeven explain how this happens pretty frequently with gas heaters. I was so worried this couldve taken all day, and may not have a working heater by the next cold front BUT, i have been given such clarity in knowing that it can be fixed, just have to contact the correct people, and have faith they will do exactly what they were sent out to do!! I forgot to ask the names of the techs but, their company as a whole just goes above and beyond; I feel thats what most people want. Especially when it comes to things like heating and cooling because customers dont really acknowledge how much more seamless or beneficial a worthy technician becomes valuable until they dont have hot or cold air!!

He took the time to explain to me what was wrong and what needed to be done to correct it. He will be back this week to finalize repairs. Updated (05/04/23):Tyler came out for our yearly A/C System maintenance. As with our previous experiences with Logicool he was courteous and efficient. I truly enjoy the service we receive from Logicool and would recommend them to anyone looking for help with their A/C Systems.4 Years Ago:We had a Sunday A/C condenser motor failure and Mathew came out and diagnosed the problem quickly and had a solution and repair done quickly and efficiently. He was courteous and professional and even rescued a wayward turtle that for lost in our yard.Repair fee was reasonable and I will call them again in the future!I highly recommend Logicool Air Solutions!

The owner of our Air B&B made a great choice when they call Logicool. Justin and Robert showed up at 1030pm after the leaser texted me for 2 other companies that did not show up Prifessional and had the AC up and running. Great service from a great Team.

I could not recommend this company enough!!! They came out twice and both times it was Justin. He is professional, smart, and timely. Both times he identified this issue, gave us advice, and gave us time to make a decision. They aren’t trying to screw you out of money and the second time he came back they waived over $100 to help us save money. As he was working he showed me what the problem was and sat outside and explained to me exactly what was happening and why. He explained what part was needed, how much it cost and finance options for it. If he didn’t know something he told me, but also said he would get back to me with the information which he did. These guys are who you want helping you with your AC.

The response time and service provided was great! Robert the technician was polite and courteous getting my a/c back in business. A little pricey but worth it since some others I randomly called either didnt answer or couldnt make it out at the time I needed. Thanks again for your service.
