Ricardo was a great service technician. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Diagnosed our issue and got the parts we needed the next day. Called Colair because we saw their commercials and read the reviews. They dispatched the same day we made the call (on a holiday week!) Fixed our heater quickly. We were so impressed we signed up for the service plan. Highly recommended Colair and Ricardo!!

I can’t even begin to say how exceptional my experience with Colair has been! From Barrett who came out immediately to look at my unit. We didn’t waste time because of the age of my unit I knew it had to be replaced! He gave me 3 different options and never made me feel like I needed to go with the most expensive option! I chose the one that I was most comfortable with! Then Francisco and Eli the install guys took their time to make sure the job was done right! Their work was amazing! Everything looks so professionally done! Then Ricardo made sure I was comfortable with the new WiFi Thermostat and showed me how to work the thermostat from my phone! Actually he got it connected on my phone! Once everything was done Francisco, Eli and Ricardo did not leave until everything was testing at the levels the AC needed to be at! If you need repair or replacement, give Colair a call! If I could give them more stars, I would! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Absolutely worth it. The consultant was very experienced, and demonstrated the wisdom to provide us with insights regarding the duct system and air conditioning of our home. They made it easy to do business with them by answering my phone call promptly, and they also provided financing options for the solutions presented. Very satisfied, my family and home have now top AC and we have peace of mind about the air we breath daily in our home.

Ricardo and his team spent the day installing our new A/C. They were very professional and friendly. They made sure everything was done correctly and answered all of our questions. They cleaned up after they were finished and hauled the old unit away. Ricardo had been out to service out old unit and has always been great.

The technicians showed up on time covered up their shoes from being outside. Took lots of pictures explained what was going on with our unit. Check the AC unit also along with the heating unit.. Called to let us know they were on their way. Overall experience was very positive.

I couldnt believe the exceptional service they provided! My entire HVAC system had to be replaced, but we couldnt seem to get the credit check to go through.Somehow, some way they managed it, and got it installed within the next week! As well, they were very kind, and professional, being as transparent with me as possible. Absolutely amazing to work with!

Excellent customer services, the representative Austin explained everything when beyond to explain everything that I needed to know. he even stars my heater for me. I do appreciate very friendly and respectful.

My technician was on time, polite and respectful, performed the service call, cleaned evaporator coils, drain, checked systems temps.He did find our units coil was going bad and replaced it, also added refrigerant to the unit. I do think the coil replacement was a high in cost, over $300 for a $30 part max. All in all the unit is working better.I would recommend colair again. Also he was very informative let me know step by step of what was being done to the system. Good technician! Thank you.

The two men who came and did my install were GREAT!! The finished results are unbelievable! House was 91 degrees while they were working on it. They waited to show me how it would cool off pretty fast. Dropped 10 degrees in about 30 minutes and lower now. They answered ever question and only left when I was 100% satisfied.

Francisco and Ricardo with Colair installed an entirely new HVAC system in our attic. It was a big job as they had to demo the old system and platform, build and install a new platform, run new ductwork, and install a a new intake. They got the job done and did it right-- no corners cut. Great job!

Woke up to our A/C not cooling. After make a few calls to other A/C repair I came across Colair cooling & heating, I spoke to receptionist Thelma who treated me with respect and assisted me with getting service immediately (within 3 hour) due to us having a 6 month old baby in the house. The service technician (Austin Solis) arrived and immediately got to work repairing our A/C unit. He was extremely professional and was able to get the unit working efficiently within a short period of time. Mr. Solis also informed me of an affordable service plan for our A/C units that only made sense getting for future repairs and service. Our first contact with this company was with the manager Barrett. He was polite, professional, thoughtful and easy to talk to. We decided to purchase a new unit. When the team showed up they were professional and got right to work they answered all my questions so that I was completely at ease. Besides Barrett the team was David,Randy & Ricardo. They got the unit installed in one day as expected in spite of an unplanned gas line repair. My house has never felt this cool since I bought it! I’ve had Colair out to service or repair our HVAC system several times over the last four years and they always do a decent job. They arrive on time and are respectful and clean cut. David McArtor was no exception. In fact he went above and beyond, finding a dangerous crack/leak in our furnace heat exchanger. At that point our goals changed from a tune up to a complete overhaul of our HVAC system. The next day Colair techs arrived on time and began removing our furnace and installing a new Goodman Heat Pump with heat strips. Our new system cools the house down so much quicker and much more quietly. It’s remarkable. We received a 5% discount for paying cash too. We will continue using Colair as our HVAC service providers. They may not be the cheapest but they are the best I’ve seen here in The Valley.

We highly recommend Colair for cooling & heating. We just recently got a brand new ac unit for our home and we are getting new ducts put in as well. Juan Carlos and his coworker were very polite and they were very clean they made sure to put proper protection on our wooden floors and they answered all our questions and advised us at all times when they were leaving or just to give us information on what they were doing. Once they finished they cleaned up and asked us if we had questions for them before leaving. If you’re needing a new unit for your home or needing ductwork make sure to call Colair. Great customer service!!!
