I’m not sure how this company has any 5 star reviews. After purchasing a new HVAC system (almost $12,000), and dealing with shady customer service (not calling us back, forgetting to install the drain sensor so water doesn’t leak through the attic, and not connecting the internal wires to prevent humidity from forming) this company is truly horrible. They wouldn’t stand behind their haphazard work; they wouldn’t adjust their mistakes on a brand new unit (that they advised us to buy). They wouldn’t correct the internal pan of the unit (which was installed incorrectly, as well). Truly a nightmare.The good news: One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning fixed all of the problems. Apparently, we’re not the only ones that have had issues with Annaville AC…

Im a Realtor and have a property listed in Calallen, which is under contract and scheduled to close fairly soon, when I discovered the central air conditioning had gone out. The Sellers previously had very good experiences with Annaville Air Conditioning and wanted to call them first...so I did...and Im so glad I did! They responded quickly to my frantic call and were prepared to send a technician almost immediately to the property to diagnose the problem. Kevin Harris arrived at the property to diagnose the problem(s) and was a pleasant surprise right from the start. That young man was extraordinarily polite and respectful; and right away it became clear he was also extremely knowledgeable and competent. He jumped right in to evaluate the situation, while politely explaining to me what he was doing and why. He knew exactly what to do and quickly discovered the problem, which he was able to explain to me, along with giving me a TurnKey price for the total job, right then and there. Before leaving he wanted to get in the attic to verify the condition of the ductwork and inside unit, to ensure there were no additional problems.I couldnt be more pleased and grateful that I called Annaville A/C! Mark did a great job repairing our inside unit. He was quick to arrive and diagnose the issue, we were back up and running in no time.

Our outside motor was replaced and coils were cleaned. The Tech that came out to do the repairs was very knowledgeable, informative and did an outstanding job.

A friend of mine recently had a scare with their heating system, so I called to get a check up, they came the same day, and luckily fixed a problem that could have been huge. We noticed that our home was getting hotter by the hour until it reached almost 90° I called Annaville Air and the phone was answered by the most polite lady. She was very concerned about our problem and went out her way to get us worked into their very busy schedule the same day. Timely, incredibly knowledgeable, and shared all his findings with pictures and explanations of why humidity and A/C were running more than necessary. Best of all, the humidity is rapidly going and the comfort level quite remarkable at a higher setting- 76 is now comfortable, where 72 was previously necessary. Cheers to a job well done!

I’ve used Annaville A/C multiple times over the last few years for our hunting camp and other Ranch houses. They are always very quick to come out and help. Even with the 30 mile trip to the ranch from their location they still make it out the same day sometimes within two hours of me calling. The guys are always very polite and knowledgeable in their field of work. I have been through two other HVAC repair companies and they don’t even compare to Annaville AC. I don’t review businesses on Google very often, but I wanted everyone to know that these guys should always be the first AC repair and installation people you call.

Customer service is not dead. It thrives at Annaville AC! When you call, ask for Marc. This technician went well above and beyond what we had called for. Not only did he fix the heating problem, he searched and found additional problems that he immediately addressed, climbing through the attic, testing and retesting, making sure that everything was in perfect working order. Annaville AC came out with very little notice and did an excellent job repairing my AC. Also my final cost was actually lower than the upfront quote I was given. Their service reps were great especially Gary who was prompt and knew exactly what was needed to get us up and running again. The previous company we contacted was slow and didnt trouble shoot the problem correctly. Gary figured things out quickly and everything was back to normal in no time at all. We will not hesitate to call Annaville AC again and will use them in the future.

Mark was timely in his arrival, thorough in informing me that the smoke detectors were likely to go off as this was the first time the new system installed was used in the heating mode since purchase. Mark noted that the filters needed changing and I drove to a local merchant but forgot the filter size. Called Chanel at Annaville who then called Mark and Chanel then relayed the correct size. Saved me a trip back to the store and most kind all around. Great people, great service!

Heater was not performing as intended. Called Annaville AC and the receptionist was very efficient, worked out a time that fit my schedule. Marc was our technician and he arrived 10 minutes early and quickly diagnosed and repaired the issue. He even went as far as taking a video with his phone to aide in describing the issue. Today Marc came out to fix a coil that needed to be replaced. He told us at the beginning how long it would take to fix the issue & was upfront with any costs that weren’t covered under our warranty. We called this company because we were needing a new AC unit installed. We called and asked for someone to come to our home and give us a quote. They were able to come the same day we called. Israel came out and looked at our duct work & our old system to suggest what we might need. He went over all our options & answered all the questions we had. There was an option for every price range, and we never felt pressured to pick something we weren’t comfortable with. We committed that same day, and was able to have installation within 3 business days. Israel and his helper came at the scheduled time and got right to work. They were very professional the entire time. They made sure to clean up any mess they made in our garage and put things back that they had to move around. We are very happy with this company, Israel and our new system. They are even coming back at the one week mark to make sure the unit is up and running properly. Years ago we used to call Annaville A/C for all our air conditioning needs. They were always professional, courteous and fairly priced.About ten years ago we switched to a home warranty company to save money, but were disappointed in the quality of service provided and we realized we hadnt really saved any money in the long run.So, when our air conditioner failed this week, we called Annaville A/C. Technicians Mark and Jeff came out promptly the next morning and diagnosed the problem and recommended some needed preventive maintenance. We have used Annaville AC for the last 10 years for service, but recently had to replace our system. Tommy was very thorough and knowledgeable guiding us through the various options, and helping recommend a good compromise between quality and budget. He also looked at our existing duct work and recommended changes to meet best practice. They were able to schedule the work quickly; the install was also very quick (less than 4 hours) and professional. The price for the Tempstar system was very reasonable. We will stick with Annaville AC for our continued service and maintenance; and equipment replacement too.

They had a quick response to our request and came out the same day I called. Mark was efficient and explained everything to me. He assessed and repaired the unit.

I called several a/c businesses in June to have my a/c unit checked for possible replacement. None seemed interested in my business. Tried again beginning of July to find someone to come out. Called Annaville Air Conditioning and the tech, Billy, came out, visually checked the unit, and recommended replacement. The tech came out on July 14 and installed the unit. Unit has been working great ever since. I have been following the regular preventative maintenance schedule and very pleased when Billy comes out and checks the unit. I would highly recommend this business to my friends and family needing any type of a/c work or maintenacne done.

The technician Marc Smith came out and checked out or struggling g A/C. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and did not push us to replace even though or unit is going on15 years old. Call and scheduled an AC Repaiman and The guy showed up and wouldn’t even look at my problem in the attic (Drainline is clogged destroying my ceiling above with water) all they want to do is Sell you a new system not even attempt to repair the one there. Charged me $88 to come take photos of my unit from my attic access ladder. I have planks down to walk on in attic but they “require” a “large” work surface! Seriously have they ever been in an attic? What do they want a freaking finished out attic to work in? Seriously they just want your $ and not provide a decent service! What happened to the companies that actually work now a days?!!! Or at least try to help! But no they took my money and ran when I told them I need a repairman not a salesman! Would not Recommend ever! Edit: the point is NOT about the pissy $88 it’s the fact that I explained to you guys the situation BEFOREHAND and that I work out of town and my pregnant fiancé had to work that day so my mother in law was there and the guy did nothing and demanded she pay him before he would leave when I told him he didn’t do anything except try to be a salesman on the phone! Now I have to miss days from work to drive 12 hours to fix it MYSELF! And the ceiling in that room is freaking ruined! It’s just frustrating that an ac repair company won’t work in a truss attic! There is a platform around the unit your guy is just a lazy pos. Keep your check!

The new carrier unit they installed runs well , is quiet and our electrical bill dropped 5% even though we added 3 people to our household at the same time .

Our first experience with Annaville A/C was great! Marc and Jeff arrived at the appointed time and found the issue with our a/c right away. They explained what needed to be done and took care of the issues in a timely manner. Marc and Jeff were both professional and friendly.

We decided to replace our A/c unit after some headaches of being left in the heat of the south texas summer. We have a 3 year old and I work from home fulltime so you can understand the frustration. Annaville A/C sent over Israel within 24 hours of our call, none of the three other local A/C companies even called us back (ever). Israel came on a weekend, patched the old unit and helped us price an entirely new unit. He and Brian came back out within a few days and removed our old unit, replacing with a new unit. We surprisingly encountered a manufacturer problem 7 months after this installation and once again Israel was at our home first thing in the morning. He was able to diagnose and fix this problem and took the time to explain what exactly occurred. I feel that this company is honest and upfront and is willing to fix all things. Thankfully, we went less than 24 hours without AC. Israel restored our trust and allowed us to enjoy this new unit again. He told me it would take a day in a half to install everything and he completed the job in one day. He called me back the next day to check on the system and how it was working for me. I had a hard time at first trying to find an ac company that would come out on a weekend. After several frustrating calls to companies that claimed they were 24/7 service, I was finally able to reach a company to come to my house on a Saturday at 9:00 pm.My wife and I were happy that relief was on the way, it was starting to get pretty stifling in the house. I chose this company based on good online reviews for a new complete install and was quoted a 6 percent discount for an upfront check payment. Being at the mercy of the USPS, the check did not arrive the next three days. I called to make a credit card payment so that we could continue with the scheduled install. Was disappointed that, first of all, the company requires full payment before the job is even started, and secondly that the owner wouldnt bend a little and do the job at the quoted price, costing me a couple hundred more dollars.Things usually work out for the best, so Im okay going with someone else. But I dont think Ive ever had major home repair work done that required full pre-payment.

Great people and Great service at Annaville AC. Always finish the job and do whatever it takes to get the satisfactory end result. In over 17 years, we have never had a bad experience with them. Calls are returned in a timely fashion and help is available 24/7 without overtime charges (who does that?). Ronnie got our heat working again after my wife and I woke up to an uncomfortable 60F the morning of our once a decade snow. It is hard to find companies that exhibit the quality, integrity, and character that Annaville AC does.

Annaville AC is incredible and helped me in a super critical situation. Memorial day weekend, AC fails at my mother in laws house. She is bed ridden and house temp was approaching 90 degrees when i got there. Called Annaville AC without any knowledge as i live in austin. Explained the situation to Tommy from Annaville. He arrived in less than an hour, assessed the situation, and found the issue. Compressor was bad.Needed a new unit. In less than 2.5 hours we had a new unit installed and cool air was flowing. Cannot offer enough praise and thanks for his speed, efficiency, professional, care, compassion and honesty. This is what we all expect when we call for AC repair and it never gets delivered.
