We had our air ducts replaced and a UV light installed. Such a great company. Rick, Henry and Orlando did an amazing job. They were very helpful, considerate and got the job done. My husband and I could not be more pleased. 100% satisfied.

Very disappointed, we’ve always used this company for many many years. Had them come out to check on a noise coming from the inside unit, the noise didn’t change the temp, it remained the same. They came out, said it needed to be cleaned due to dust & clean the outside unit. After they left the ac was still working fine, they returned took out the motor to clean it & clean inside the unit well when they were putting it back in it just happened to be that one of the wires came undone and now we need a whole new motor when before the motor was fine, never said anything about a loose wire & nothing was ever said the first time they came out. So of course we had to pay, now we have no ac & the guy has the nerve to say we’ll charge you what the store charges us, like really. You’re the one that broke it & now I’m stuck having to pay for it. Like I said we’ve used this company for years, now I know to have the owner come out & do the work & NOT the son in law.

I have used these guys at my house twice and again at my son’s house, which I pay for and he lives in for free, but that’s another issue. These guys are very reasonably priced, do exceptional work and they actually show up unlike so many contractors I’ve dealt with over the past few years. I’ve had them replace a furnace/A/C unit, move another one and install it correctly, saving me from having to replace it, put in an A/C Split to cool my garage which used to get up to 130 degrees and now stays at a comfortable 75 degrees. I give credit where credit is due and these guys are top notch. Honest, reliable and hard working! 5+ stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️+

About a year ago, a friend recommended Alpha for a quick repair on my aging system. They arrived quickly and did the fix at a very reasonable price.A year later, it was time for a new system. I got two bids and went with Alpha. So glad I did. They take pride in their work. A new system install is a financial commitment, so it was very assuring to see this crew work diligently every step of the way.

Alpha A/C is our go-to for anything A/C related. Ever since we found Sam and Rick, we haven’t called anyone else! The whole crew is great. They always respond quickly, they are professional, and are honest and fair. They have performed repairs on our old units, and when it was time, they handled installation of new units. We trust their work and refer them to others often.

Ill give these guys five stars and give more if I could! We use them whenever we have an issue, which is just maintenance. Our son was needing some A/C work done on his house and we told him to call Alpha. It started with the phone call which was friendly and helpful to the techs who arefriendly and professional. Great professional service! We had our outside unit installed. They put a new pad under it, cleaned the area and hauled away the old unit. I highly recommend if you need AC service. I will be calling them back for future services.

Install crew arrived as expected. Enough men were sent to safely move heavy items. Installers used test equipment to be sure the new A/C was working properly. Everything looks good and works fine!

Sam and crew are professionals who are thorough and courteous. They never try to over sell, but repair what is broken at a reasonable price. They have been doing my HVAC work at home and at my business for over a decade now.

Sam & Josh were able to service and repair our A/C unit in a timely manner. They were able to obtain and install the parts needed quickly. Even with a very busy schedule and other issues they made time to take care of us. My family never had to be uncomfortable in our house. They made sure we had the warranty paper work registered. Offered payment options. Made sure everything was working correctly and cleaned up afterwards.

We’ve always had a great experience when using Alpha A/C & Heating for our heating and cooling needs. I got a new ac unit installed buy Sam and his crew. They were extremely professional and answered all the questions I had during and after the install. I had a few issues after install so I called Sam and they came out the next day fixed the issues no question asked. I couldnt be more satisfied with the results and I highly recommend this company for anybody looking for a new unit or to get there ac serviced. I was happy how knowledgeable and professional the guys were who installed and came back out to fix the issues were.

The owner Sam came to my house for an estimate and he worked with me on the system and the price. His brother, Orlando, is the installer. He and his whole install crew did a very professional install. I got a complete system replacement, inside and outside, and they had the job done in about 4-5 hours. The cleaned as they worked and left no mess what so ever. Alpha A/C is now my one and only A/C contractor for future service. I highly recommend them.

They are timely, professional, communicative/well spoken, clean.... couldnt ask for better service! When they tell you they will be there, they mean it! A+!This company came out 3 separate times for our A/C issues. They squeezed us in for an emergency call, scheduled the next apt for the full fix, and then came back showing us someone stepped on our vent causing condensation and mold issues which were not present until our A/C was running as it should. When they leave you will be cold & happy!It was 90f here today and the attic had to be at least about 125f, these guys dont even bat an eye at it!P.S. The damage was not caused by them, we had other contractors in the attic where the damage was, not them. Seriously A+ company with great employees!

We hired Alpha AC & heating 7 years ago to install a new system, and they have returned every year to service and repair yearly they have always been courteous and attentive to us as customer would give them a 10 an a rating system of 1-10.

Of all the places I called to replace my indoor and outdoor units, they were the most reasonably priced. Everyone was very professional, the installation was pretty quick especially since it was 91 degrees outside. They vacuumed any dust from the ac closet, and swept up any dirt they tracked in.
