Martin has been such a blessing for our company to work with, hes always responded promptly and taken care of all of our needs. Hes extremely knowledgeable and makes sure our orders are exactly what we have requested. Great customer service!

Don’t rely on these people to come through in the clutch. My installer needed a part late in the day and they wouldn’t work with him because it would go past closing time. Had to go without A/C overnight.

Martin is incredibly helpful. I had to relay info from our tech to him and admittedly Im the wrong person to be translating AC info but the job got done and Martin was a huge help.

Lennox is a good company but the manager here is very rude
