IM ABSOLUTELY SHOCKED ! I should have took before pics but my house smells and feels so much better than before. I had a room that had multiple dog urine stains and they all completely came out, down to the strong odor ! I’m so impressed and grateful for this service, Thank y’all so much for making my home feel so clean !

This is the second time Adan has come to clean our carpets and we couldn’t be more pleased. Our carpets are spotless and smell great. He even cleaned our 2 recliners we were about to replace due to stains. Very friendly and his helper was great too!!

Gerald and Oscar were great! Came in and cleaned all of my registers (10) then proceeded to fog each on with sanitizer (Decon30). Super pleased with the results. Yes some junk did fall but Gerald didn’t hesitate to pick up the remaining debris. I would like to thank both of these men profusely because they put up with my millennial banter. I will definitely be using them again in the future.

Technicians were friendly and knowledgeable. Due to the design of the venting they were unable to get past a right angle and clear the vent. We gained valuable information on where the right angle is so we can get to it. Thank you for trying!

The experience and overall friendliness of the technicians was great. I was disappointed that they didn’t wear protective shoe covers while in my house. They were walking all over my white rude with their shoes and I didn’t notice til halfway through. My couch looks clean, which makes me happy!

Exceptional work done by the two gentlemen that came to clean the carpet in 3 bedrooms. Very fast and efficient. They explained step by step how they were going to clean the carpets. They also explained the time frame recommended before we place our things back in each bedroom. Would highly recommend Stanley Steamer for cleaning your car.

Always a great experience with each member of Stanley steamers. Carpets always look great. The techincan always leaves the area theyre working clean. We use them every six to eight months. Each experience is always professional.

Scheduled late on Tuesday for Wednesday appointment. They were here and done by 9:30 am. Only had two small rooms but they were efficient. The guys were nice and helpful. Will totally use again.

Adam and Juan came out and were so friendly and nice. The services were explained to me as this was the first time getting my tile professionally cleaned. During the cleaning if I had any questions on what was being done it was explained so I understood the process. The end results are amazing and I couldnt be more thankful. Beautiful clean tile. With 2 dogs and plenty of guests going to and from the beach, the tile was pretty grungy looking. I was very happy that it worked so well. Our technician Larry was awesome. Right on time, worked fast, very professional.

Clean tile and grout. Just installed new tile and it really needed a cleaning. Fabulous results. Took them about 2 hours to do 1000 sqft. Even moved the furniture. Spent extra time on a few areas to make it right. Highly recommend this service.

Even though cleaning carpet and floors in a motorhome isnt something they encounter every day, the Stanley Steamer technicians knew how to tackle the job. They were fast and professional and the entire process took less than 30 minutes. The cost wasnt all that much more than I would have paid to rent equipment and purchase cleaning supplies!

I hesitated to call because I thought the pricing was going to be outrageous. However, it was quite the opposite, it was very affordable. Especially for the amount of work being done. Online quote was pretty exact. Great customer service on the phone. Adam and Juan were awesome!!! They went above and beyond to make sure we were completely satisfied. They were very polite and friendly. Took their time to explain the process. They put on shoe coverings before they entered, which we greatly appreciated. Grout and tile was inspected inch by inch to ensure area was cleaned properly. They literally got on their hands and knees. We could see a huge before and after difference! My tile floor was left with a nice shine. Very pleased, definitely recommend!!!

Chris the representative was nice . No response from the other . The area rug was in storage for a while and was taken out . The cleaning didn’t take long. Maybe 25 minutes tops. I can still smell the storage scent and the pet smell in it . Nothing else extra was offered to me before, during or after the rug was getting treated. I would’ve gladly paid an extra fee to have it cleaned properly. The rug was brought back in and had a strong scent to it (bad). The area rug is fully dried now and still smelt bad . I have now removed the rug from my bedroom and plan to take it somewhere else. Money down the drain for something that didn’t get properly cleaned.

Well everyone that comes to these Apt to deliver something. I was just about to call in to see what happened to your guys. When at 10 am the Black driver knocked on the door. He was obviously not a happy camper. He had start working on the wrong Apt. By the way that lady witch I talked to was very thankful for them getting at least half way with her vents. After that little things youve guys were all business and were up and out of here in about 2 hrs. The driver witch I didnt get his name was very cool under stress both Guy were curtious,and worker 🐝 .I did get a little sticker shock on the Tax end of the bill. Other then that you get a B. Minus on the whole experience.

Adam has been cleaning our rugs for years.He is friendly and trustworthy. He does a great job- very thorough and clean.I have had a bad experience with other Stanley Steemer employees but never a problem with Adam. That is why I will always request him and refer him when asked!

Stanley Steamer what can I say you did an awesome awesome job I live in an apartment and obviously was not the first tenant in this location. My carpet was in horrible condition and was having a hard time getting it replaced so I decided to call Stanley Steamer and they left my carpet brand new or looking brand new. Jerald and Jose with Stanley were very professional. Their truck and equipment were all in excellent condition. This was a large project with sofas, bathroom grout, plus several carpeted rooms. They asked me questions, they made sure the house entrances were kept clean. They finished on time as per the estimate even with other contractors working in the same area. I was impressed with the work done by Adam with Stanley Steemer. This young gentleman was prompt, very polite and worked steadily to produce great results. I had 5 carpeted rooms to clean and he was all done and packed up in about two hours. The carpets look great and he provided excellent customer service throughout. Took me in last minute thought I was scheduled for appointment so that was great. Had strange experience when paying..one took my credit card number aloud and the other was texting in the background? Strange but I took note. Sure enough I had a credit fraud issue not long after that. So management and customers pay attention!

This is now the second time I have used Adan to clean my tile and grout and he never disappoints. He does an amazing job and is so friendly and kind. I recommend you give him a call for any cleaning needs: tile, carpet, leather, furniture...he does it all!

Adam and Cristian came out and were very friendly and nice. They explained everything to us and helped us understand that the tough spots on the carpet may not come off since they have been there for a long time but they did their best and remove those tough spots! I havnt used Stanley Steemer in years, but I am always impressed. My carpets are 10 yrs old and look like new, again, and smell great. I wanted to pull them out and probably still will, but for now this was a great alternative for the time being because I’m undergoing chemo therapy and don’t have the energy or man power to empty out my furniture, but the gentleman helped moved out the remainder of little things I hadn’t moved out the night before because my husband gets ready for work at 5 am and needed the bathroom space. So thank you, for that, also. I need to make it an appoint to shampoo more often. I will use Stanley, again.

All I can say is WOW, wish I did the cleaning long before this. Carpet steamed, sanitized, & protected. Air ducts cleaned & sanitized also. Now we can breath without sneezing. Team members were respectful and efficient.

On this last visit, I wasnt pleased about the back rooms awful smell. Ten days have gone by but I would like for Stanley to return to remove this unpleasant smell.Lets see if Stanley will honor my call.

The technicians came a little early, but not too early. I showed them what I needed to be cleaned which included the living room, 3 bedrooms with 2 walk-in closets and the hallway. They were very pleasant and helpful. They did a better job than I thought they would be able to do. There were some really bad areas in the hallway that I didnt think would come out, but by the looks of it, they were able to get that area cleaned. They completed the job fairly quickly. I also liked how easy it was to schedule online and that the quote and actually costs were the same! I highly recommend this company!

I had two rooms that needed cleaning and when I mean cleaning they needed cleaning. I was very satisfied with the first room that he did. It really look nice on the second room. I think he could’ve gone over some of the spots a little bit more because I can still tell where there is spots, but other than that they did a good job I also added. Carpet protection I can’t comment on that because I just had it done today.

Gabriel and David that came out to take care of cleaning my area rugs were great! One of my area rugs was a challenge because it’s very fluffy and I’m very picky about it and it had a couple of matting issues but they took the best care of it and the matting issues. FIRST CLASS job. Very efficient and professional. Had carpet cleaned and deodorized. Both tile floor bathrooms cleaned and sanitized. The tile looks clean and bright. Carpet odor gone and like new. Ray did the best cleaning job out of all my previous experiences.

Adan was very courteous, knew his business, and got to work on our carpets quickly. Adan also explained reasons stains may or may not come out, but he did his best to remove any stains he found. We look forward to the hardwood floor cleaning, coming up, Adan will do this project as well.Very Pleased!

Oct 2022. (One week after cleaning.)Our first experience with Stanely Cleaner was around 2019. The gentleman did a great job. However this time was a different story. We had livingroom, hallway, 1 bedroom and a area rug cleaned. I feel the job was rushed and not as advertised. For the $180 + price we paid, I expected better service. I waited a week to post my review to see if Stanley would reach out about complaints. Nope. Nothing. Now we have to have the carpets done again. Thank you for the first service you delivered. This second time however has left us unsatisfied.(UPDATE...) 11/9/2022I received a call a few days after posting my 1st review. Stanley Steamer set up a new appointment for the very next day to fix my issues. THANK YOU THANK YOU to Mr. ADAM MARTINEZ and REY PENA for fixing it all. It was explained to me what was done and how they corrected it. You can see the difference! I APPRECIATE THE WORK YOU BOTH DID!

They arrived on time. They sent a text 40 minutes prior to arrival. Super impressed with their professionalism. They wore A mask from the time they rang my doorbell to the time they left my home. Would’ve liked a more professionally dressed person, honestly. He was fairly organized and quick, but he never told me how long it would be before I could walk on the carpets, and I forgot to ask, so there’s that. I would have given more stars if he hadn’t left water on the tile, had done all his outside business before leaving my front door ajar, and had just been more professional all the way around. It was just homey doing carpets, but I like to hire professionals.

Gerry did a great job! Thank you! Rugs are clean and bright! 2 rugs needed pet deodorizer, the smell was gone right away! 24 hours later and rugs are dry, no pet odor has come back! Have had that issue with other cleaning companies.

I had terrible dirt build up in the grout lines of the flooring. I called them to clean and seal the grout.This is a back breaking job. I have done parts on my knees with a brush and cleaner but honestly didnt think Id survive cleaning all the floors. These men came to demonstrate and it appeared to work very well so we had all the floors done.Theyve done a wonderful job of cleaning out the grout. It is 100 times better. They applied a clear sealer to each grout line. There is a full 2200 square feet of tiled floors.. They also cleaned an area rug and two smaller rugs and all look great. Both men worked for 6 hours to get it finished without taking breaks, despite me asking. They were professional and knowledgeable about the services and products available. My only regret is not getting them here sooner.

Mr. Martinez arrived on time, answered all our questions, and was very professional. This is the second time we’ve used Stanley Steemer to clean our carpet. Last year they did an “ok” job although we had to call them back to redo one spot. This year the work is visibly much better. Our carpet looks like new and I don’t foresee having to call them back this time. We will definitely use them and ask for Mr. Martinez in the future!

Very much satisfied with Stanley Steemer and the employee, Adam who was sent out. He done an excellent job on my carpets. Im so glad he mentioned that he could get my tile in the kitchen, dining room and laundry room cleaner. To be honest, I thought that was the color of the tile because I always mopped it and it stayed that color. I found out it needed a DEEP CLEAN. If he hadnt mentioned it, I wouldnt have known it could get cleaner. Had my tile cleaned. The tech was on his phone constantly and did a poor job on my tile. Some areas looked as if he never touched it, which is possible. I left a text message with the business and was assured a manager would contact me, which never happened.I should get a refund but that will never happen. Poor service and a horrible job on my tile.

First timer using this service. The scheduling and appointment process was first class. The representatives Gerald and Larry were on time. I showed them the rooms and carpets which needed to be cleaned and they got to the task. They were professional, wore appropriate face mask, and slip covers on shoes so as not to bring in dirt on their shoes. The cleaning was exceptional and completed in record time. Make sure if you reschedule your service with them you call them on the day of service to remind them about your appointment (early). I had been using them for years. Took the day off to be home for the cleaning service. They never showed up. I called to ask when they were coming and they said they did not have me on the schedule and there was no way they could come out because they were too busy. I took time off from work to be there for the cleaning. I spoke to the owner and gave him the name of the person that rescheduled me and he said there was nothing he could do about it. Basically sorry you wasted a day off and by the way we cannot get you in until next week. Maybe a discount on my next service would have prevented this review BUT he could not do that for me. SO in sum.. if you use them they need a call to remind them to come out to your home.

I highly recommend Stanley Steemer, they are very courteous and very informative....I was informed by the lady(im sorry, dont remember her name but she was very nice) that David was on his way.....he arrived in a timely manner and he explained everything he was gonna do before he started the job. By the time I knew it, he was done and my carpet looked like new again. Im very happy with the outcome....I will be calling them again soon to clean the carpet in my other bedrooms.Thanks David for a job well done!!!

Gerald did an outstanding job, and the best job humanly possible, on a Soot and smoke damaged leather sectional for my Daughter. He carefully took his time and was very meticulous in thoroughly cleaning it. It had been damaged in an Apartment fire after the power outage and subsequent power surge that caused their dishwasher to catch on fire. Thankfully there was a couch left to try and clean, however, It was not covered by the Apartment Complexs Renters Insurance and she still owed money on it, so it was worth the excellent price quoted by Stanley Steamer to attempt to save it. Gerald worked extremely hard, and we really appreciate his efforts, hes an excellent representative for Stanley Steamer and an asset. Thank you!

I have 3 dogs ( 2 of them puppies) and a cat that go in and out all day. They got my light gray microfiber couch and love seat looking like new! They called to see if they could come early. They got here promptly, were both friendly, quick and professional. We will use them again.

Crew was right on time, worked quickly and efficiently, explained everything they were doing, and were friendly and courteous. My carpet looked (and smelled!) a whole lot better. Rates were reasonable and scheduling was easy. I recommend Stanley Steemer!

Very efficient servicemen. Polite, helpful moving furniture to get to areas needing cleaning. Informative and respectful.It is a big expence for a senior citizen on fixed income, like me, to get this service done, but I myself cant do it due to age (75) and physical limitations. I do wish Stanley Steemer had a senior discount.My bill was almost $300.00 dollars today, but it was a much needed service.After all, its us old ladies with indoors dogs that help keep job security for your company (heehee).👩‍🦳🐕 Thanks, again.👍My house looks and feels and smells great again!🏚

I live in Colorado and I hired them to clean the carpet at my mom’s house in Corpus Christi, TX. The did and excellent job. After they were done they called me and I paid them over the phone. Very convenient, I will use them again for sure.

I needed two area rugs cleaned. They were very quick to send someone over. The guy arrived within a couple of hours. I received a courtesy call.Overall I say this is a good well known company. The guy that cleaned my rugs was very professional.

Joel and Gabriel arrived on time, and they did an absolutely phenomenal job! From the get go, they explained every detail of the process and explained how they would be cleaning the flooring. We had a carpet staircase and ceramic tile and grout deep cleaned, and I must say that the carpet and tile looked almost brand new! Had our stall shower cleaned a few days ago. The cleaning wasn’t well done. The owner contacted me. The manager and two other employees are here today to clean it again. Let me just say, “WOW!” They are going above and beyond to make things right. The manager had me come look at their progress and told me everything that they’ve done and what else they have left. The shower looks brand new, like it’s never been used! What FANTASTIC service! DEFINITELY recommend!

My house was rented to tenants with kids and dogs. The carpets were stained and smelled terrible. They came earlier than expected and got all 3 bedrooms about 500sqft done in less than an hour. It was awesome and super effective and super affordable! Will be doing it again in the near future just to keep up with it!!

Had a good experience this morning with Stanley Steamer. They cleaned a La-Z-Boy couch and loveseat that has been in our family for a long time. Gerald and Jonathan were our cleaners if I’m not mistaken. Good experience overall. Would recommend to a friend or family.

Adam Martinez did an excellent job on the carpets, area rug, and my couches. Carpets were pretty beat up by my messy kids, and now they look great! I went ahead and added the deodorizer carpet treatment as well. It was a good investment considering my carpets were neglected. I decided to do my couches also since the carpets looked so new and fresh. They were very conscientious of my furniture and floors where any drips were left behind. I moved all my small items out of the way before hand and prevacuumed so I could have them solely focus on scrubbing those dingy surfaces. Im pleased with their service and will call again in the future!

The techs did a great job on our carpet, which hadnt been cleaned in years. They arrived on time, were courteous and professional, and got our carpet looking good as new. I will use Stanley again next time.

I am going to edit my review to one star from 5. I had to give anybody a real bad review but Im going to. I had the same experiences. Jackie Carter. I thought they did a good job because I paid good money for it and it seems like they did good a job. But we have pets and I was thinking what is that smell and where it says coming from? Well certainly it wasnt the carpets because I paid $200 one time and $600 a couple years ago. Well seeing how was Labor Day and all I had a couple days off and I decided to do some deep cleaning of the house. Yes the smell was from the area rugs and carpet. Yes, we have pets. However, they are very clean and neat and wherever our particular how we take care of them. But yes, all pets do walk on the floors and it does stain and get them dirty. Long story short, I took all the carpets outside and power wash them. There are absolutely absolutely filthy!!! I did not expect this after spend an over $800 and then last 2 years. Just a side note, I used to work for Stanley steamer about 30 years ago. I was in Austin at the time and it has some very good trainers. Very good managers that show me how their properly clean a floor. Carpet. Double stroke burber and then one dry stroke. Triple stroke shag and thick carpets and then two dry strokes. Five strokes, super high traffic, dirty areas and three dry strokes. There is no freaking way any of that was done on my carpet and theres no freaking way any quality control was taken care of. Also, I am sad to say I read many many reviews before I made this review and I know its going to happen. Its going to be a stock reply from corporate. Can you please send me your email address, specific address and time so were going to address this issue. No I just wont do it. I just want you you all again. It pain me to do this because I took pride in my job when I was with yall. And also I still do believe yall do the best work. However, I wont use yall again. Ill just take the day off and do it myself, save the money and do a better job. If yall want you can come by and smell the area rug I set out side. It was a huge area rug 12x14. The smells coming off it when nauseating. Yall can smell it now. I clean it myself and theres no scent coming off it at all. Again, Im sorry to give you all a bad review. But yall need to know this. I dont know if they have good training or this is how they do work anymore. But that does not right. When I was there. I never ever ever would have got by with sloppy work like that I would have been sent home for the day or suspended. Which never happened. I took pride in my work. Or the customer would have called back and I would have gone back. And that did happen from time to time. It happens. It happens to us all. also I am sorry, when I was really cleaning the rug myself I didnt take pictures of the access suds coming out. We had told them that the washer leak and it need a real good cleaning. And they didnt do it!!. I am a senior citizen and still working. I cannot afford to to hire someone to do what I can do myself. Even if I have to take the day off and lose that days pay. If this is the kind of work Im getting, Ill do it!!! Before you call them, do this. Take the day off. Do it yourself and Ill bet you would be more to satisfied than paying $600 or even $800 and wasting all that time and having to do it yourself all over again anyways. Sorry fellas Im just telling the truth I had to give you all a bad review but thats life. Thats the way it goes

Great service! Carpets looked like they were brand new! 10/10 recommend!

The service was great. My only compliant was that I was scheduled for service after 4pm. The service tech finished around 5pm and when I went to process payment via debit card I was told that office staff leaves at 4:30pm and that it had to be cash or check only. I do not have checks and if the office staff who called me twice that day would’ve mentioned cash or check only after 4:30 I would’ve taken out the cash payment. Instead the tech had to follow me to my bank drive-thru that thankfully was still open so that I could withdrawal the charge amount. My service window was from 4-7 and payment should be available within that time.

They did a fantastic job. Were on time and very friendly. Went over cleaning process and what they found with the cleaning as well as after care instructions. Would definitely use them again in the future!

We have used Stanley Steemer for many years at our Senior Community. I called and set up a date for an estimate and that week we ended up getting terrible rain in Corpus Christi, which Im sure gave them lots of work. The manager did show up on the time/date in which we were scheduled for our quote. He came in real huffy-puffy, walked into my office and said Im just the manager of Stanley Steemer and we have too much going on, so what is it that you need? I was taken aback by his attitude, it was like we were a bother to him. I told him we did not need his services, we would call someone else and asked him to leave the building....I also wished him a good day. I called Stanley Steemer to let them know of his poor attitude and they made a claim and said someone would call me back within 24-48 hours. It has been over 2 weeks and no call. I was able to get our needs taken care of by another company but it is sad that they just let us go as a repeat customer without even a phone call.

The technician was friendly and did a great job. It was very easy to self book my appointment online and select the services I wanted. I love that there wasn’t any annoying staff trying to upsell things to me. I will use them again in the future.

My experience with Stanley Steemer was very professional and friendly. The staff (Brandon & Patrick) were as professional as could be. They were good and very professional. I will be requesting them again.

My husband said that the small couch/love seat was not moved and it wasnt very clean once every thing was dry and between the couch and the coffee table.The floor still looks dirty. The couch that was cleaned still smells unfresh. I questioned if it was treated with the deodorizer and was told yes. However, I dont think that it was done good enough for me. Also once I checked out the closet I had the same compliant with the smell. I was told that it was because of the mating. Still what ever its from I should have been able to smell the deodorizer and didnt. I would expect more out of this service than what I got. I would like to say that the help was very polite.Thank you.

I had lost hope that my carpet that was only 5 years old could be cleaned, but the crew did a phenomenal job! I like that they set up bumpers around corners so their hoses don’t scratch paint. I had one room cleaned and an area rug and I added stain protection and deodorizer to both and it was $132. Not bad for the amazing clean carpet and rug.The only thing I had a tiny problem with was the fact that it took over 24 hrs for the carpet to dry & I had fans on it and turned the ac way down. I’m thinking it was the extra stuff sprayed on after the steaming happened.I have vacuumed the carpet since they came and there’s virtually no dirt in the cup, only carpet fuzz and the stuff I had to vacuum.I will definitely call them again if I need to!

To begin with, We were given a great price! The technicians were very professional and courteous. They worked hard and did a great job!! We will use Stanley steamer in the future!

My bedroom was flooded from a broken water pipe. They came in and took care of it by putting in fans and dehumidifiers and suck in the water out with a big vacuum cleaner. The fans and humidifiers ran for one solid week. My floors so far seems to be doing ok and I will use them again if needed

Gerald and Jose contacted me before they showed up. They introduced themselves. They were friendly but professional. They did a very good job of cleaning the grout in my kitchen, laundry, bathrooms and shower stall. I was very pleased and will definitely be calling Stanley Steemer again. Thank you Gerald and Jose!

After finding a large stain on our new sofa, I knew that I had no idea what to use because I did not think it would ever come out, I decided to try Stanley Steemer. I am so grateful that the tech came right out and even better, removed the stain so that it cant be seen at all! While he was here, I asked the price for cleaning two large rugs and the price was so reasonable that I had him clean both of them as well. Prompt service and cleaned the pet spots from the couch well. Unfortunately, two new black spots showed up after they started working on the cushions that they couldnt remove. They denied causing the stains but I believe they did.

Scheduled to have a clients leather couch heavily cleaned. The surface looked good but between the cracks of the cushions was filthy! Called and they said they do not clean where the cushions meet nor would schedule to come redo it. Sorry 1st time user to test them. We manage over 400 properties. Will not get another scheduled cleaning from us. Not quality

The 2 gentleman were nice and they did well but unfortunately it’s Stanley’s products that aren’t good . The smell like bad chemicals. That’s their standard material. If you want it to smell good that is extra $$. So I had to pay quite a bit extra just to get a nice smell. With other company’s a nice clean fresh smell is already in the product they use so you don’t have to pay extra.

My carpet looks like new again. I will start doing this service once a year.

The tech wasn’t going to even move the furniture which is stated on the website as a stipulation on their part. If the ONE swipe on the tile floor didn’t take off the piece of tape, he was just going to leave it there. My husband being present is the ONLY reason that it got done somewhat correctly. He also ended up doing the shower on his own bc the tech said he didn’t have the shower tool with him. Which is another conversation bc there’s either lack of communication between scheduling and technicians or management OVER those technicians.So he just wasn’t going to do it. Which was the main reason for the appt to begin with. So super thankful to my husband for making the tech do what he clearly didn’t intend on doing AND doing some of it himself.

I love Stanley Steemer. My teenager’s carpet looked like a lost cause. I tried cleaning it with a bissel floor cleaner and stain cleaner products. Didn’t work at all. Stanley ’s machine lifted the stains in seconds. They always have discounts on their website. Whole house looks and smells great.

Disappointed. We have been using Stanley Steemer for almost 40 years. You can get 3 rooms for $99.00 but 1 room and an area run are over $200. Most crews really care, the last one was ok at best. In and out in a very short period of time.
