Jesse, the team leader, was very kind, considerate & neat. He took the time to answer all our questions, patiently & kept us informed of what to expect next. After removing our tile floors throughout the house, they went to great lengths to lay down plastic pathways so that we could get around in our home over the several weeks it would take to rebuild everything so our shoes would not be sticking to the old, strong tile glue. They were definitely very polite & service oriented.

Providing feedback on the service I received from Servpro. Specifically on Jimmy and Carlos. These guys were amazing. Very friendly and attentive to our needs. They were on site at our home within 12 hours from me contacting them for water Mitigation. They offered to come sooner if it was an emergency. They removed sheetrock, insulation, installed fans and dehumidifier, and placed sheathing over the ceiling opening. They cleaned and hauled off all of the destroyed materials. I highly recommend Servpro and hopefully you will get Jimmy and Carlos.

Absolutely a wonderful team! Jesse and Derek were great. Friendly, respectful and knowledgeable about what needed to be done. We had them in the house for about five days due to a toilet leak. Jesse always texted or called before they were heading our way. He also explained to us what they were doing and even showed us the equipment used to determine water/moisture content. The demo crew who took out the flooring/walls were awesome too. Very polite. Spic n span when they left. No dust, no debris at all. SERVPRO did a great job preparing my home for an emergency. With their Emergency Ready Plan, we were able to have all our concerns addressed in the event of a disaster. They were very knowledgeable and are able to work with my insurance to make things easier if I need to file a claim. I couldn’t have asked for an easier process. Now I know we’ll be ready in the case of fire, flood or other damage to our home!

Jesse V. was the team leader---he is excellent at his job. He led Nick, Derec, & Carlos to perform restoration services at my house. My ceiling fell in due to a water leak On a Sunday morning and wasnt sure what to do. A friend got me in contact with Servpro. Jesse From Servpro was out to my house that day. Assessed the damage and found out what caused the leak. That afternoon. Jesse and Corey from Servpro had fans up and drying up the walls.The next day, Emily and Armando and the other girls had packed up and prepped around all the damaged areas ready for the wall. to be torn down and dried out.When we thought there was going to be an insurance issue, Servpro was willing to work with me to figure out how to take care of the issue. Luckily Jesse helped me out and we got the insurance taken care of. I am so grateful for their help and I would recommend them to anyone, They had everything taken care of within three days

They were friendly and did a good job in sanitizing our bathrooms to pacify a situation that will need further attention by the city of corpus for their negligence with the manhole connected to our home! Our insurance assigned a company from SA for our restroom flooding incident. We couldnt wait the 2 1/2 hours so we contacted Servepro and they were here within 30 minutes. Worked continuously on our disaster for an entire week. Bikari, Jesse, Nick and crew were very professional, courteous, respectful, and consciousness about their work. Would highly recommend!

I cannot thank Servpro enough! I was in such a panic when my house was full of water. I called them out because I hear they are the best. I wouldnt even give them that. a 1 stsr review. The contractors they sent were supposed to be their best floor layers. They didnt cut out my buckled areas in my hardwood floor tried to level it with cardboard. Now that the cardboard wore down the buckled areas came thru the new flooring. I had to completely redo my floor myself. This is what Ive had to deal with.Who uses cardboard to level out warps & cups in flooring. These guys!

We enjoyed working with Jesse and his team. Came to the rescue late Friday night and provided all the equipment needed to minimize the water damage (overflowing bathtub - oops) Checking in daily - on time and responsive to our request and informing us about the situation. ServPro did an outstanding job restoring my condo back to livable. I had a fire that caused major damage in the master bedroom, bath and closet. There was smoke damage throughout the rest of the condo that even extended to the inside of my closed dryer. They did everything needed to have a contractor come in and rebuild, including the carpet and ceiling scrapping. The work they did was efficient as they finished sooner than expected. ServPro’s Mitigation Crew was in my house ripping out walls and flooring and drying things out pretty much immediately after I called them. Bakari is very professional, respectful, careful with his work and cleanup, timely and communicative. I appreciate that he keeps me informed with the progress on my house and they take care with my home. Bakari is really an asset to the company. And Jeremiah has been phenomenal to work with as well. He was out to inspect my home the same day I called and assured me things are going to be ok. It’s extremely stressful dealing with all of this, but they have made the process pretty seamless and put my mind at ease, I can’t thank them enough for that!! I cant not say enough about this company and its people. After we found out our house had horrible water damage and mold, I called Servpro because its a one stop shop. I am so glad I did. Tom, the owner, has been personally involved since day 1, making sure we were comfortable and happy with the work. Jeremiah was in charge of the remediation team, and he became damn near family. His team of Joanna, Trace & Alex took care of our home like it was their own. There was constant communication on the progress of things, great sympathy for how stressful it was, and performed the work to perfection. They truly care about their clients and it shows. I am going to reccomend Jeremiah to everyone I know. They ONE negative experience was with Marie, the admin person. She had some kinda of personal issue with me, which could have made them lose out on $50k+. Im glad Tom followed up personally to fix the issue.

We worked with Kory Essman to restore some water and septic damage to my fathers home. The first crew that came out did not follow instructions, tried to cut corners, were disrespectful at times when we called them on it and overall did an awful job. I wish I had their names and am hopeful they will never br used by Servpro again..Kory came out and inspected their work and promptly called in another crew, Start to Finish, to re-do and fix the work. Start to Finish did a great job repainting, reinstalling carpet and repairing the tile installation. They took great care and pride in the work that they did as well as being respectful. Kory came out to supervise to make sure the job was done well.I would give the 1st crew less than 1 star but am writing this review of Kory and the 2nd crew.

GET a quote 1st. Youll likely get a huge bill! In my opinion my bill was outrageous! Could have gone to Home Depot and spent $1000 on a few blowers, a dehumidifier and a shop vac and saved $5500.00. These guys are currently on-site at the storage facility I manage in Fort Myers, Fl after the Hurricane Ian devastation. They are amazing, have a great work ethic, and are all around just great guys. We had water damage from a leak in the above condo that flooded our condo. Everyone at Servpro was very professional from the office staff to the project managers. Zeke the project manager was amazing. He did an excellent job of communicating with me and sending me pictures to keep me apprised of the progress of the project. Jeremiah was also excellent and a good communicator. The quality of work provided by Servpro was excellent. Christy helped to make the estimates and invoices concise. Tim was also very helpful in getting the project estimates and working with the insurance adjuster. This was really a great experience in a bad situation. I would highly recommend Servpro to anyone and I would use them in the future.

My house flooded, upstairs and down, broken pipe, ran for three days while I was out of town, running out the front door..I called Servepro...They came, and with with them came Jimmy, my contact and job manager. Jimmy immediately gave me his contact info, telling me to call him day or night. Her meant it. I woke one night, with a concern, and texted him at three in the morning. He responded instantly. In my absence, they boxed up my possessions, removed wet walls, ceilings, floors, and cabinetry and dried out my house with an enormous number of air and dehydration machines..In about a week. Im now dry, the house smells fresh, and Im ready to commence repair. I still text Jimmy; and asked him to let me know when I need to stop bugging him..He said hed stay with me til my house was back the way it was. How about that? If I hadnt called these guys, I have no idea ho bad this would have gotten...Do yourself a favor.

A fitting in my attic broke early Friday morning. Half of my house ended up flooding. I called ServPro and they had someone at my house within the next hour. It ended up taking 5 or so days to dry everything out. Someone came and checked on the progress every single day. All of the employees that I spoke with were extremely professional and friendly. We were so impressed with the professionalism and concern shown by Jeremiah and Isaiah. We had a portion of the ceiling fall due to a pipe leaking in the attic. They cleaned all the insulation and debris. Both men explained what was being done as the work was completed. They provided an estimate and explained all options prior to our giving authorization. Unfortunately we had a house fire March 2019. Our insurance company gave us three names to call and I just picked Serv Pro and it was the best choice. They were fast at getting on site to start. You can’t ask for nicer people to help you in your time of need. Twice during this ordeal they called me about money they found in my house.....honest, courteous and extremely helpful. Serv Pro provided us with the best service and I highly recommend them. Everyone that I dealt with was SO very nice....from the supervisors to the ones working on site to the office staff. What a top notch company!

Following a hurricane, I had standing water in my basement and no electricity to run my sump pump.Tom and his team called me back minutes after I reached out to them, were on the scene shortly after that, and walked me through all the details and options to get the water out with a generator. I wasnt even home at the time so they took pictures to help me best assess the situation.Best part is they were really nice guys and treated me more than fairly. This was a circumstance where we were vulnerable and really could have been taken advantage of. True professionals. Couldnt recommend them more highly.

I feel the need to update this review. Servpro reached out with a heartfelt apology and explained the situation on why the paperwork took longer than expected. It was nothing either of us had control over. That sincere apology means a lot and as a customer I would like to change my 1 star review to a 5 star review. That Texas freeze was a disaster for everyone (especially ServPro) and I honestly feel in my heart this wouldn’t have taken so long if it was any other time. Everyone I have spoken with was nice and professional and the guys did a great job mitigating & cleaning up all of the damage.ServPro came and did my water damage clean up and Jeremiah was wonderful, very professional and so were all of his workers. The reason for the 1 star is because of the time it’s taking to get my paperwork back to submit to the Insurance.I was told at completion it would take 2-3 weeks for the paperwork to be completed. It’s been over 6 weeks now. I have called and spoken with a few employees and each time they say “it’s been sent to the owners for the final OK” and by the end of the day it will be emailed to my insurance company. That started about 2 weeks ago. So far we have been waiting over 6 weeks and we can’t begin fixing our home until they send the paperwork to the insurance company. I have been polite every time I have called. I’m so disappointed in ServPro. I understand things take time but this is too much. I recommended a friend to use them but I will no longer recommend them.

Rip off.....lies dishonesty. We had a house fire. They lied and even took belongings from our house that were not damaged. They over charge for the work they do. I would not recommend them to anyone....

A built-in garage shelving area collapsed spilling contents and the shelving itself onto the car and floor. The damage was covered by my home owner’s insurance. Serve Pro’s Nick & Andy came in and made quick work of the mess helping me sort through what was salvageable and what was trash.

The short of it . . . I had an insurance claim for water damage due to a leaking A/C condensation line in the attic, result was a mess. ServPro came out and handled the mitigation (removal of all damaged sheetrock, insulation, etc). Did a very professional job of it!The long of it is that the claims agent for my insurance was on the same page, not even sure the same book . . . Id never been through anything like this before. Auto claim yes, home claim no. I felt lost and confused by the process. Marie Dotterwick stepped up, explained the process, helped mediate between me and the insurance company - the result was that a new claims agent was assigned and things have been moving forward. Thanks Marie, to you and all of the crew for a job well done.
