Dirt Free Carpet & Tile Cleaning

So I originally just rated 5 stars for the cleaning, but it gets better… Best customer service I have ever received in my life.My apartment complex tried to say that the carpet was severely stained and the carpet cleaners did not shampoo properly. I called Dort free to see what they would possibly be able to do and Josh said he would love to make it right and touch up the job if it didn’t meet expectations. He was professional and on it. The complex, unfortunately wanted to scam a young college student.I requested photos. The photos looked like normal wear and tear (or a shadow). and the other photo was a slightly discolored, barely visible and the size of a quarter. After speaking with dirt free they still helped me out and made things better for me when they did not have too.This company will do an amazing job on the carpets. I highly recommend their services, as they were exceptional in my standards. and I highly recommend NOT living at the ICON IN CORPUS CHRISTI.

I just bought this house and didn’t know the history but suspected the previous owners possibly had pets and the house was empty prior to me moving in with possible rodents. The gentlemen who cleaned the carpet was very nice. As far as the cleaner they use and equipment I would definetly not recommend this company. I had three carpeted rooms to be cleaned. They were not that dirty but the chair imprints were still in carpet after he left and it took him 10 minutes to clean three rooms. Carpet does not look cleaned. Again, would not recommend this company for carpet cleaning. I did call and make a complaint they said someone would call me back they never did.

I really like the way the company texted me promptly, and kept me informed of my appointment. The Workman were very friendly and helped me understand what they were doing before they started the work. They were very efficient, and I was surprised at how quickly they completed the work to steam clean my tile and clean a very dirty carpet. Four stars only because I would have liked the larger Furniture moved for the price that I paid for the cleaning.

Third time Ive used them in the last year, two different apartments. Always do a great job and my house smells amazing!

Rick and his crew were great! Very prompt and responsive to a short-notice job cleaning the terrazzo tile floors of a house to ready it for sale. Very professional and they performed a small demonstration on an area of the floor prior to starting to ensure that I would be satisfied. I would recommend them to anyone and well use them in the future for similar services. I even got several business cards from them for family and friends

Seriously impressed with how clean the carpets became! They werent horrible in the first place, but its been 5 years at least since theyve been professionally cleaned. So it was time, and a new pet decided to make one spot their latrine. They used an overnight enzyme cleaner, and within hours of spraying that enzyme cleaner the stains were already lifting! Well worth the minimal extra cost if you have pets!10/10, I would recommend and have them back out when its time to clean the carpets again!

These guys are great. My moms cat peed on her carpet so I had them come out. It smells A LOT better but I can still smell it. I called them back and they are sending someone out to do it again tomorrow. Thats awesome! I dont find fault with their service, cat pee is a B to get out! Im extremely thankful they offered to clean it again. They are also super affordable! The guys that came out were very informative and friendly, though I didnt care to hear the magic behind the scenes stuff , just that they got it done. Lol which they did and it was surprisingly fast. Im a no nonsense kind of person and they got down to business and were in and out. Im so glad I called.

Very pleased with my appointment setup with Joshua. When his guy come to clean, he explained to us what he was going to do. We had moved furniture and placed it back so he could do the remaining area. Our carpet had not been cleaned in forever, smells n looks very clean. Rick did an excellent job at a reasonable cost! They are organized, explain what they are going to do, and get it done in a timely manner. They promised services that they did not do. Fast drying $99 value coupon they will promise you can use ..does not exist. I was told that the fans dont even exist and that by the techs doing a second pass would be the same. My tech did not do a second pass and the carpets were left wet and dirty for days. This is the 2nd time they got me with the bait and switch. Never again!

We were very pleased with the cleaning of our sectional couch, 2 recliners and a rug. They all look great! The guys did a great job and we will certainly use Dirt Free Carpet & Tile again for sure.

We have hired them twice to do our carpets and they have been amazing both times! Everyone in our office brings their animals to work and thus there are a lot of accidents on the rugs. Once these guys came through, the carpets looked almost new!I highly recommend using these guys. They are in and out and do a fantastic job!

I chose this service because of the great reviews on line. The reason for the low stars is solely due to price.The technician began over-selling, trying to get me to do stuff that wasnt needed. Then he gave me a bid for nearly $700 to do the job.I do not have a large house. I allowed him to tack down ten feet of carpet which cost me $176.00 approximately. Im sure I could have gotten this done for under $100, but hed driven his truck to my home.And I hired him to do part of the job because I couldnt afford to have the whole house done at his price. And because some relatives are coming who are allergic to cats.However, luckily for me and not for him, he left the job for an emergency flooding somewhere else and didnt do any carpet cleaning. He went to the other job and was hospitalized due to the heat.When he didnt show up, I wasnt called. So I called this company paid this company off and called another company who has worked for me before. I had to go through old receipts to figure out who the other company was. They ARE GREAT. They are going to do the whole house a third of the price he would have done my house for.So--my complaint has nothing to do with quality of work or the people who answered the phone when I called the company, but solely to do with the price.

My carpet looks great! Im having a baby on thursday and wanted to get my carpets done before he came and they were very responsive! They came exactly when they said they would, helped move some of the furniture around since I couldnt, very fast and pretreated the stains. I loved that they took card so that was also convenient. And lastly he told me that they completely sterilize the carpet as well so even though its washed its also sterile which is a huge bonus when Im about to have a baby crawling around ok it ❤

I was amazed by the stain removal because I had some very set-in-stone stains. I was mistaken about this service! My carpets are spotless and appear like new again. I am quite amazed!

I called to get a quote on Thursday and they came out Friday to clean my staircase that had not been clean in 3yrs and they were nice enough to do a trial clean on my dirtiest stair and I seen progress immediately. A local yellow company completely destroyed my carpet. It was still dirty and developed ripples from all the water they had left behind. My rug was soaked for days & it wasn’t even clean. It just smelled like deodorizer, that what it was. I took a chance on Dirt Free when I saw them at a home and garden show and honestly I just felt like he couldn’t make it any worse. I’m sure glad I did, because they completely restored the color and all dirt was gone!!!! Our rug actually looked NEW again and it dried the same day and wasn’t soaked at all!!! I highly recommend Dirt Free. The money is absolutely worth the quality with this company! I will be calling you again soon to clean again. Thank you.

I need to edit my previous review. I would like to apologize to those who read the first review and used this company. I was not here at my home when the work was done. Yes, they kept me apprised however when I returned to my home I found they had ruined my appliances. They are supposed to use a shower cap like cover to cover the stove and dishwasher, well the technician did not. The chemicals used stained my appliances and I was not able to get them cleaned. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They offered nothing to fix the situation. They did not offer to come and try to clean the appliances. They did not offer to refund the cost of the service. They were so unprofessional. I hope no one every uses them again.

We are a local business and this company came out to give us a bid on tile floor cleaning, they cleaned a sample area, and the estimate was quite pricey but they claimed to be professionals and said that we would not have to worry about the quality of their work. We set and date and they arrived on time to perform work. The men that came to perform the work seemed to be in a very big rush to complete the job. They spend much of the time on their phones while working and were completed within 1.5 hours. When it came time to review their work and I stated that the floor did not look anything like the sample cleaning job, they took a firm stance that they spent a good amount of time cleaning the floor with their equipment and that they were not going to spend any more time to make it look like the sample area that they had cleaned.I did not want to argue with them, as it seemed apparent that they were in a rush to go complete another job while being on the clock to perform my job.Would not recommend this company for your cleaning needs.

They were on time, seemed to be in a hurry, rushed thru the whole house and now after the tile sealer has dried can see where they missed, tile looks great, grout quite a few missed areas. Carpets really do not look any cleaner to me. Plus one of them left a surprise in my upstairs toilet, dont mind them using it, would have preferred they flush when done! Tile cleaning was way too expensive for what they accomplished. After watching that part happen, I will do it myself the next time! 2 STARS is being generous!

Had Dirtfree out this morning and what a courteous and professional team. They did a thorough job but also knew we had a little one that would have to go down for a nap in a while so they were speedy. Our carpets look better than when we moved in and we will for sure use them again!

Cleaned my four bedroom home. They are on time, professional, efficient, and generally pleasant to be around. I trusted them and I highly recommend Dirt free Carpet, as they goes above and beyond to meet their clients expectations!

Company troubled with bait and switch techniques; Beware. All I wanted was a non toxic carpet cleaning. I was supposed to get fresh clean carpet that my kids could crawl on. All I got was toxic service beginning with the technician and continuing through management all the way up to corporate. My carpet was left filthy, not clean. Promises to re-service the poor workmanship were not followed through. They baited and switched, then pretended they would fix; essentially a no-show to the fix. My carpet was finally cleaned after I hired another company. Dirt Free took my payment, and has not returned it despite my attempts to collect the debt they owe me. Terrible business practices. It happened to me. It could happen to you.

Had a bit of an unfortunate experience with one of the operators here a couple of years ago, but the owner, Joshua stayed with me offering to make things right. At the time, I didnt have anything for them, but recently, we had a rent property that had really been abused by the tenants with all sorts or stains and filth on the carpet including dog feces and such. WE could hardly stand to go in the place. Joshuas crew did the job and you would never know how bad it had been.Hugh

So, I have quite the interaction here to tell. BTW, Im not much of a reviewer or complainer but here goes. I called a different company I saw that had yard signs out in the neighborhood to clean and detail my travertine tile, 1500 sq feet. They came out, sold me the dream and I hired them. Short story, I was embarrassed, insulted and angry. They showed up late, used my water and made it worse. They sealed in dirt and debris and told me that was how it was supposed to be. NO ITS NOT. The guy and his wife demanded payment before the job was done. I had to get the police involved to get them to leave. I was in tears. So, that company completly scared me from having people come work in my home. Well, my husband did alot of research online and came across Dirt Free Tile cleaning. WAS A DAY AND NIGHT DIFFERENCE dealing with these gentleman. The 2 guys that showed up were such sweethearts andreally felt bad about the sitatuon I was left in. They came in and stripped off everything the other people did and made my floors look brand new. They took their time , didnt rush and didnt leave until I was happy. This company and these 2 workers were a godsend. I felt comfotable in my own home and I even hugged them when they were done. I appreciate the care and attention they took not only to deal with my floors but also with me. Its hard to find people you can trust and im glad to have come across them.

I had a shower overflow and one of my properties and soak the carpet. This company was great that came out and cleaned everything up. Smells wonderful now.

Dirt Free Carpet & Tile Cleaning is efficient and wonderfully easy to work with. They tested the fabric on my sofa and it turned out it wasnt a good candidate for cleaning. However, now that I have worked with Dirt Free Carpet & Tile Cleaning, I would not get upholstery or carpet cleaning done by anyone else.

They do fantastic jobs from rugs to tile, marble etc... Once they got done with my tile and grout floor it looked like new. Even some of the chipped tiles were fixed. The marble was shining like new.

My husband asked me to get his mothers house cleaned for her. she is elderly and she needed help. i called this place bc i saw them on the tv. Very nice young man came out and got all her coffee stains out of her bedroom carpets. he was a sweet man and it smelled nice when he left. i got a coupon too fo rmy house when i need it done

I think Ive gone through every carpet and tile cleaner in the entire area. My husband thinks im crazy, I just want my kitchen spotless and since hes not wanting to help, i hire some guys . dirt free came with this huge truck. It was pretty loud and a little annoying but man did it ever steam the HECK out of my groutt. Why go out and buy nice tile, pay alot to have it installed if its not going to look good?? am i right? anyways; it looks awesome, the cleaner who did th ejob sealed the grout too, so i will report back later and let you guys know how that is holding up. Fingers crossed it will stay this clean!!!!!

Tile cleaned up better than I could evre get it to when I mop it. I try try try to mop it and scrub it that clean but I cant get it as clean as when dirt free steams it for me
