I am a tech for an ac company here in town.We are swamped with calls & already struggle to get to our customers on time because of the summer demand and the shortage of techs due to corona virus.I, as a tech, depend on Carrier to give me prompt service so that I can take care of my customers in a timely manner.But Carrier doesnt seem to care about my time, my schedule & my responsibility to my customers to get them serviced on time.Theres only 1 guy working on the dock. The front doors are locked & tell you to go to the dock for service. The one guy on the dock saw me, & said one minute! Then hopped on a fork lift & left me standing, waiting for A RIDICULOUSLY LONG TIME.So now I get to explain to my customers as to why they are left in the heat longer.Carrier needs to improve its customer service ASAP.
I call carrier often with my Air Conditioning company to pick up parts. Out of all of the Carriers we use for parts, this one is the least helpful and lack basic customer service skills. It is very helpless feeling as a customer when you cannot find a part, and the customer service representative has no interest in helping you. Ashley from the office was the most recent representative that was not willing to help me, nor transfer me to a supervisor.
Horrendous customer service. Been waiting for a stock part for over a week. Totally unwilling to send it next day air- even if I paid for it. I’m putting in two new systems at our ranch and It won’t be Carrier.
Ordered new equipment from this company and it has been pushed back continually. Signed the agreement in December its now its the end of May with yet another delay. Every week its something pushing it back further. I would have given negative stars if it were an option.
