We’ve been coming here for every car we had to get tires/ rims! Recommended please! Jake always gives us the best deals in town & get it done quickly! Just recently got tires and rims and he had them on within 15 to 25 minutes.!!

Highly recommend process was fast and easy! Answered all my question and concerns about my tires and gave me the best deal. While I waited I pick up a Glock in the gun section! Would come back here again

Since Monday I was trying to get in, they told me that Wednesday will be better, I took my car at the time I told them, after an hour wait they told me they couldn’t do it because they where too busy.I paid for lifetime alignment they will look for anything not to honor that, even I told them I will pay they waist my time of 1 hour waiting for them to tell me they were busy. Never again.

These guys are amazing. The service provided was excellent. The guy in the front counter was very knowledgeable and guided me through the application for credit.

Got new wheels for my truck, and unfortunately the front tires rubbed on the wheel well. George and the folks installed a 4 1/2 inch lift kit that not only made the rubbing stop but it looks great on my Silverado Classic. Cant say enough about the quality service and support I received.

The customer service was Great, But however, they should update their page, because I went in thinking that I could just get a used tire(as advertised) but was informed that they Do Not sell used tires,only Maybe at their other location!!🤷🏼‍♀️

Had a cut on my new tire it was defective, took it too manager and he argued with me that he did have another tire I would have too wait weeks for a replacement, I was not happy ,told him take all your tires back. Put my old ones back, went too R@R. No problem

Thank you so much to tire town got my car back on track with new tires and I needed an alignment bad and they fixed it. Everyone was very nice and friendly would recommend everyone to this place they have 6 months same as cash lease in house.

After going to 5 different tire shops I arrived here.. I wasnt able to purchase the tire I needed, as I have a very odd/rare tire size, BUT I wanted to leave a 5 star review because the guy behind the counter (I wish I got his name) went above and beyond to help me. He went over several tire sizes I could safely switch to which would be ok to mix and match and recommended a more common size to start transferring to. When I need a tire I will definitely be checking in with them first. This is how you do business. Highly recommend!

Treads wearing down due to long commutes. The time has come again that I need new tires. Always a pleasure to do business with them. They keep track of my tread and let me know when alignment or rotation is needed. Since 2016 I have not gotten tires for any of my vehicles from anywhere else. They have an assortment of brands and prices. And with in house financing it makes it easier for me to get the brand I am comfortable with 😁

Had a very good experience with these guys! Very friendly and helpful. Went to get a leveling kit put on and they noticed that there was some rust. Told me they needed to get some parts and replace some of the old parts that were rusted on my truck. Quoted me a price with everything that needed to be replaced. Told them to go for it and they started working on it. A couple hours later they called me and told me that they didn’t need to put a part on because it was still good and they were able to save me some money. When I went to pick up my truck on Saturday, I was surprised by how much they were actually able to save me by not having to replace a part that was still good. Even when I did have some issues they were very attentive and polite, they even sent one of their mechanics to my house and checked out my truck while I was at work. Turns out it was nothing that Tire and Wheel Town did and they helped point me in the right direction and I am able to get the issue resolved without having to spend any extra money. Would definitely recommend this place and will absolutely go back if I ever decide get some more work done on my truck. Thanks for everything!!

Donny was excellent!!! I came in needing the tires and rims done in a day and he was able to make the deal work for me!! In less than an hour all the work was done and I couldnt be happier. Plus their in house financing made it all so easy!! I went with the 6 months same as cash option myself. Will for sure be giving them by business in the future.

Ive been coming to this location for a few years now. Everytime I need to replace my tires, they are very fast, professional, and they allow me to set up payment plans that fit in my budget.

I have NEVER been so impressed with a business. We called Tire Town on a last second whim and from the very get go, Jake was so helpful. He was so genuine and respectful. He set us up with the tires we needed and rushed to get them since we were on our spare. Marisa helped us with our paperwork and was so prompt and friendly, and during the process, we found out she was new and still training and Jake was YET AGAIN, so respectful. This place truly goes above and beyond for their customers and I promise you, we will never buy tires anywhere else. They have our business FOR LIFE.

They will rip you off when you try and get a tire covered under road hasard. Tire was 3 months old had a bubble in side wall. I paid 79.99 for tire to be replaced and should have gotten that back according to the manufacture. They only gave me back $60.00. I guess they needed the other $19.99 for themselves. Manufacture said I should have gotten back what I paid less tax and install well they ripp you off!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They are not the only tire place around so stay away.. Well they said they were going to refund the remaining money and they still havent. When they say warranty as a favor it is part of the deal with the manufacture. I sent George a Tx with my address so he can mail me the balance and this has been over a month and still have not received it. So be careful who you buy from!

Had a unfortunate situation happen and all four of my tires were vandalized. My dad called Donny, and he has been a great help. He has me set up with new tires and getting my car back up and running today. Very thankful for their financing program and being able to get back on the road. Recommend them 10 out of 10!

The worst service staff they didn’t even now how to rotate my tires . The owner pretty much called me a liar.

I personally was referred to tire town on S. Padre Island Dr. by Carmen Aguilar and I walked in and Mr. Donnie, was very professional great help, he explained everything and details to me, and with a contract with print it up he went over the contract with me. I personally refer and recommend anybody in need of tires to walk in to 3822 S. Padre Island Dr. and ask for Mr. Donnie.

We needed to replace the front electric struts on our Chevrolet Suburban and after calling multiple shops around town I went with Tire and Wheel town because of their excellent customer service and efficiency. They did an excellent job from customer service all the way to the actual repair. We didnt mind the wait, its such a friendly atmosphere and now we are back to riding smooth. I would give them more stars if possible and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for suspension work done. Also, my 2 year old accompanied me to the shop both of my trips there (1st time they double checked my suspension to make sure we ordered the correct part since it was pretty costly, 2nd for the work to be done), and they were extremely patient and kind which makes me so much more grateful because bringing along a toddler anywhere adds additional stress to the situation.

Just got a whole set put on my truck this morning. George was great, looking at many options and possibilities to fit my truck and what was the best value options for me. Went with Hercules all terrain. They look fantastic, better than the stock tires I came in on. And super big thanks to the guy that came in on his day off to get my alignment taken care of too! Will be back for our van next and will send referrals as well!

Went last week to have both tires fixed. Told them the passenger side back huge leak and driver side very slow leak.( Both under warranty) They claimed to have fixed them but driver side kept going down slowly. Went back today and got told it was a hr wait but I could go to the other location up the street. Which I did . And they found what was causing the slow leak it was in the tread.. Why couldnt they find it the first time.

I recently purchased a suspension lift and a set of wheels here for my 2010 Ford F-250 4x4. They were the best price I could find in town for the wheels and they had easy financing for the lift kit. My cousin actually recommended this place to me because of the cheap prices but i did not know that would entail cheap tires. I ended up buying 4 tires for $120. I at least wanted them to last a couple months but within a week the left rear tire tore completely open. It was $100 just to replace that one tires and to make matters worse I was out of town For work and was late to a meeting. Another two weeks pass and I just had another tire do the exact same thing. It’s sad to get my eyes poked and my money taken. There goes my Christmas...

Finding black wheels for my Benz was a nightmare until I came to Tire and Wheel town. They helped me find just the right size for my Benz as the Benz has bigger calipers than your average vehicle. They took the time to work it out and researched on my behalf. First time I used their services was to get some new tires for my Challenger. You will NOT be disappointed!

Tire and wheel is awesome i have been here like 5 times with different vehicles of mine when i needed new tires or work done this is the place i came to each and everytime they have been awesome to me each and everytime. I would totally and highly recommend going here they have the best customer service and great prices and do great work.

Rude and kept calling my grandpa after he said he didnt want the tires that he was trying to sell. Literally called 3 times to be annoying and trying to sell after we told him that we didnt want anything and hung up. They then proceeded to call the next day even though we had told the guy we didnt want the tires. Go to discount tire in Portland instead, the listen to you and get your tires back on fast (:Edit: you talked to my brother however. Discount tire had no problem putting on the tires that we asked for and they have been working just fine. Thank you for your rudeness since you kept yelling at my grandfather and insisting he knew nothing about his truck he has owned for 20 years. Not to mention that he has heart problems that you couldve made worse.

Got a set of 33x12.50 r20 Buckshot IIs for my Kmc slide wheels and my 3in leveling kit with my 2in drop shackles installed. They did an awesome job and even gave me free lug nuts. Highly recommended.

We’ve brought 2 vehicles here and both times the staff has been super helpful and doesn’t add on extra things we don’t need. I’ll be back with my truck when I need new tires.

My very long time and good friend sent his wife with their child to this establishment.The tech went to move the vehicle to perform the service and did not bother to verify that the vehicle (manual equipped transmission) was in neutral. Cranked the vehicle over to start it and the engaged transmission caused the vehicle (Ford 1 ton with a large diesel transfer tank which fully loaded weighs pretty close 12,000 lbs) to lurch forward about three feet to make contact with a part of the building.The damage to the vehicle was dismissed. As was the lack of safety and professionalism as should be observed by anyone entering any vehicle to operate it or even start it in preparation to operate it. There easily could have been someone else who had been hit by the lurching vehicle. There could have been injuries to the tech directly.As the issue was escalated, my friends wife and child were ordered to leave. No hint of apology for the damage and a verbal edict that they didnt want or need their money.BOO Tire and Wheel Town. You of all people should know that there are different configurations that vehicles come into your business in, your techs should know how to operate, safely and consistently all these vehicles.

Great place to go for tires and wheels. They installed a leveling kit and tires on my Titan XD about a week ago and it looks great. Employees are very friendly as well. Thank you tire and wheel town!

I went here for them to replace my brakes. They squeak worse now than they did before I went to get them done there. Horrible, horrible service! Their shoddy work left two of my lug nut bolts stripped. Thats gonna cost me extra money to get that fixed or replaced. Thanks for nothing guys.

Went there off of a recommendation but now my vehicle is louder than ever and feels like they did not balance the tires after placing them on. Would NEVER reccomend! Alot of money spent and very dissatisfied.

Beware horrible customer service, horrible quality of work, sale cheapest products for top dollar! Had no idea this was a payment type place...they are taking advantage of the people who need to pay for products this way! I paid for my lift, tires, and wheels out right and took my truck back time and time again! Now has $510 worth of damage due to this places handywork!

Shady business practice got quote for 5 tires and ordered 5 rims $100 deposit then I get call that quote was for 4 tires only and and extra tire would be $300 more,if u say no they keep your deposit so u get rail road into paying or walk and lose your deposit,then sensor problems on a new 2018 Jeep has new sensors no problem until they worked on the wheels and tires then they say take it to your dealer its got warranty,the dealer said well they got your money they are done with you,I should have gone to discount tire never again here.
