A fabulous experience. Everyone was quick to respond to message, installation was a smooth easy process! The AC is working better than ever!!

I had a negative initial experience with Precision Air. The only reason I am amending my review and would consider doing business with them again is because of Montou.As he is part of the commercial side, he had no reason to become involved in my residential experience and try to make things right, but he did. Montou accomplished in less than 1 day what I had been waiting 4 days for the company to do. His apology was sincere, my experience was not brushed off, and he said he would make it right. That is how you treat customers, no matter the size of the account.I hope the company realizes what a valuable asset he is.

Stace was great in helping me pick what system would work best for me and helping set up financing. The guys who installed everything were on time and worked quickly and efficiently. I was impressed with the quality checks that were done throughout the day. I am very happy with the service I received and the AC works great just in time for summer!

Excellent service, and follow up. They came out last year to install insulation in the attic and to do a leak test. When they did that, they told me that I would get two follow up inspections for free, I totally forgot about that, but they called , followed up and did what they said they were going to do.Aside from that, just talking to the staff is fun, theyre knowledgeable about their services, and they have a great CRM, because they remember little details about you.. makes you feel part of their family.I will recommend them to anyone who asks this summer.

I called them at 2pm on a Thursday and Marshall was at the house quickly and resolved the issue with in 30 mins. He was very polite and knowledgeable. I will use them again and request Marshall.

Customer service was excellent the whole way through. Tech came out and found the problem immediately. Had my unit fixed the following day. Over all very satisfied and definitely recommend to family and friends!

I had an AC unit installed by precision air on July 8,2021. Start off by saying the unit they installed was a complete downsize from the original one I had before. Also, they installed their unit completely incorrect and we started having numerous amount of problems after they installed our unit. The humidity in our house was higher than outside, for a whole week our ac unit never shut off in continued to run non stop. There was tons of condensation on the inside unit and outside also my ducting was also leaking.(mind you nothing leaked before until this unit was installed) Because they are not knowledgeable on this AC unit it has resulted in numerous service calls from them coming out trying to fix all their flaws. I have also had to have other AC companies come out and do visual inspections without touching our unit to avoid any type of warranty voiding they threaten to do so with. Because of the AC unit not being installed properly causing my ducting to leak and damage sheetrock in my bedrooms and it has damaged my electrical switches and plugs because of the condensation from the ducting dripping into my walls which an AC company and electrician company has referred the issues back to how this unit was installed. I also have numerous text messages stating to them that my ducting has never ever leaked before and all they could say was that this AC system does not support your ducting which to me that is something that should have been examined first hand before any installation. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE FOR ANYTHING they are worthless I have contacted Eli the owner, and the sale person Stace who sold us this unit and neither one of them has done anything to get back with me and help and tried to resolve the solution the ladies in the front are so quick to be rude and try to find any little thing to void our warranty with them. Do not use them for anything you will regret it they way we have for almost a year. This company has just been a nightmare and refuse to resolve their faults and flaws and all the damage that has occurred to my home ever since this unit was installed. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY!! And I have many other photos!! Do not use this company!

Precision Air is top notch when it comes to serving your families AC needs. They were very quick, knowledgeable, and had beyond great customer service. Our tech Michael I believe was his name was so great and kind. This tech was fast knew exactly what the issue was within a couple minutes and completed the job before I could offer him a water. Precision Air is my go-to HVAC company for maintenance and repairs. They are courteous and patient when giving advice. I recently had UV lights installed for my units to help reduce airborne contaminants that affect my allergies. They are reasonably priced and they were efficient in getting the work completed. 10/10 recommend.

Stace was second to none on customer service, very very helpful with all questions and concerns I had. The crew they sent out to replace inside and out unit, all new duct work, and insulation were very professional and I could tell they knew what they were doing. From the moment they answered the call to the time they left the house. Friendly, Professional, trustworthy, and affordable. Jamie was super friendly on the phone and served was with excellent customer service. Our tech Kevin, was not only on-time but was able to get us in early. He did an amazing job and advised us on a promotion that will help us in the future. Our A/C was working in no time and we are very satisfied customers.

Kevin showed up to check my unit because the over flow sensor was triggered. He came earlier than expected (which is a good thing) and he was very patient in answering all my questions. Explained everything to me and made sure I had a good understanding of what happened. I am extremely pleased with the customer service and the techs that have been sent to my house.

We are very happy with our new system. Stace Rodriguez was able to help us get a new air conditioning system with new duct work and keep us in our budget. The install team were professional and did amazing work, my husband and I are extremely happy and grateful. We recommend this company to anyone that is looking for a new air conditioning company.

If there was a half star, I would have chosen it. These guys did an install at Local steel mill with the quality that I can only describe as being done by a group of 2 year olds. Duct was done very sloppy, not secured and almost all the dampers left closed. Air handlers left with panels not secured left open etc etc. They also did a sheet metal duct install leaving the duct unsecured and gaps in the duct connections. I can only imagine what the quality of work their service department puts out. I wouldnt recommend using them for anything.

Eli Owner and his crew did a Fantastic job with my recent hvac upgrade install. Installed a newer model so there were a few hiccups but they made sure to make everything right!! Any issues I had they resolved real quick with professionalism.Stace was the salesman for my system he was very helpful along the way with making sure I was happy. My Newer unit uses 50%+ less energy than my old one. I’d definitely do business with them again! 👍🏼

Precision Air came to my house on July 27th to fix our AC during this wild heat wave. They were on time, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure we understood the issue and how they would fix it. Our unit was fixed and pumping out cold air with it thirty minutes. I cannot recommend this company enough and will only use precision air for any future HVAC related issues!

I consider you the best compared to other one i used. Your technicians are great at their jobs, only thing is we can never get anyone on the phone to make payments. Great company is all i can say.

I initially contacted Stace Rodriguez about attic insulation; after inspecting my home I also mentioned that we had AC issues and he immediately recommended having a technician come out. On the Day we had the attic insulation installed he also had a technician come out to inspect our AC system. Stace was able to coordinate two big jobs in one day, as we had A brand new outside condenser unit installed as well as attic insulation. I will definitely recommend Precision Air and Stace Rodriguez.

Zeke and Jose came our to replace our unit. They were very professional, friendly, and had our new unit installed quickly. I would recommend them to anyone, and I will use them in future for all of our A/C services.

Their customer service was almost as bad as their work. Before they showed up, the AC kept the house around 78 during the heat of the day. A bad expansion valve turned into no AC for a week, and when they finally finished after 4 separate repair visits, the house is around 83 with the main unit running and 3 windows units.To top it all off, they also put a small hole in the ceiling just below the air handler. Minor inconvenience and small repair compared to a week without air conditioning and terrible customer service.I would recommend literally any other company!

Unfortunately my AC went out and I had to make the call at 430am. I get called from the tech saying do I expect someone to come out that early? I mean when you advertise 24 hr service I do. I am a understanding man and understand everyone has families and lives. However, I do not feel that is a proper response to a customer especially in the heatwave we are currently going through. The call lady was very respectful and patient with me.

These guys were very respectful. Their work ethics was great. Unlike some other companies they even cleaned up after themself. The work time was on point!!! I like that (Good or bad) the salesman’s person was upfront honest.

The crew from preciscion air installed a new AC system in our house. They were very competitive on price and did a great job on the installation. They were very professional, payed attention to the details, and made sure everything was done right.

I had two technicians come to visit my school to try and figure out why one of our classrooms wasnt staying cool. Both technicians left without speaking to me and I had to call the office to find out what they thought the issue was. The manager I spoke with on the phone was condescending and rude to me. So after two visits, I still have no answers. I absolutely do not recommend this company.

I called other places before I called Precision Air and I got a lot of estimates but every company refused to start until November (after all, it is hot in those attics) however, I needed new ducts within 2 weeks. I called Precision Air. Stace came out and looked at everything, gave me a quote and we moved forward from there. They really met my deadline and did so at a very reasonable cost. The only thing I have to say is that they were not very clean (though they did sweep afterward) and instead of removing my runner, they folded it and proceeded to tramp on it the entire time. Other than that, they installed all new ducts in 2 days and they were all very pleasant. I didnt get any weirdness from any of them and felt comfortable the entire time with them being in my house. They also came out really quickly (on the same day they finished the ducts) to fill my Freon and did so at a great price. I have been exceedingly happy with the work they have done and would recommend them for duct and vent work.

Montou was our salesman for the unit we replaced in our store. He gave us excellent service.

Precision Air was great and here in less than 30 minutes. Unfortunately I had reached out to another repair company and after waiting three hours I made the phone call to Precision Air (mind you it was 9:00 p.m.) and Eli responded back immediately. He sent out the technician Marlon and he was great. He diagnosed the problem within minutes and had us up and running in less than 30 minutes. Thanks you guys and we will definitely be requesting Marlon again, he is very knowledgeable.

Wow, I would not believe it if I didn’t experience it!We have 2 Lennox HVAC units in our home, and one stopped working. After trouble shooting and resting the fuses etc. I realized that the thermostat is caput. Swapping the thermostat from the other unit, as they are identical it worked. So I knew exactly what the problem was. Called Precision AC and told the girl the exact issue I need help with. She scheduled a technician to come next day. Great!The young man showed up the next day, told him what the problem was fiddled with the thermostat for 5 minutes and agreed that thermostat needed to be replaced. He called the office checking if they have that type of thermostat, they don’t. He called Lennox dealer here in Corpus, gave them the cat number, they have it.The technician went to get the thermostat and called me from the store to make sure that I am « aware of the charges » $975.I was stunned, when he was talking on the phone with Lennox store on the phone he was on speaker, and I heard the store quoting him $340 for the thermostat price. That meant they wanted to charge me $635 for simply buying the the thermostat and put in its place. The process does not involve anything at all. No screws, no nothing. Just align the device and push it in. That’s it. I declined their service, never the less I was forced to pay $95 for « diagnosis » never mind that I told them the « diagnosis » before even they come on. The technician didn’t diagnose anything else of what I told them.Called Lennox store to buy the thermostat, they seem in cahoots with AC companies, and won’t sell to home owners.Got into the internet, fount the exact thermostat I need for $295. Took 3 days to arrive. Got it out of the box, push in place. 30 seconds of setting up the time etc. Voila, working as a charme.I am still in shock, they want to rip me off $635 for literally no more than 2 minute of actual work. That consists of pushing into place a thermostat.

Excellent service and responsive. Inspected our AC system and checked all operations. Gave us estimates for work needed to elevate the HVAC piping in the attic to eliminate any future condensation from the pipes laying on the floor of the attic, and also to install a vent from living room to another adjoining room for better air flow. Very satisfied with the service and and highly recommend.

Zeke came on time, checked the system, and knew exactly what was the problem right away. He also fixed it quickly, and allowed us to have cooling working again over the hot weekend. He knows his stuff. Amazing guy and service. We highly recommend him!

Our AC went out over the 4th of July weekend. I called one of the big name AC companies in town that claims to be constantly concerned about me. They were unable/unwilling to fix the problem and I later found out they misdiagnosed the problem. I called Precision Air and they showed up within an hour and fixed the problem within 30 minutes. The tech, Marlon, was awesome. He knew exactly what to do and how to get me and my family back into a cool home.Thank you for your great service. Will definitely use this company again.

This is the third year that they are taking care of servicing my heating and AC for a very reasonable price. Zeke is always professional, knowledgeable and helpful. I just signed up for another 2 years of service.

I called them Sunday morning because my ac had stopped working, I had to call these guys because they had recently replaced the motor and I still had warranty. Guy on the phone told me they wouldnt get anyone out until the next morning? The temperature was 86 degrees in my house, my kids and I were miserable all day and night. Next morning, one hour after my scheduled appointment. The ac guy used a multimeter and found the problem to be the fuses. Didnt take more than 10 minutes to replace, charged me 85 dollars to come out and another 85 dollars for the fuses ?! Come to find out the fuses cost 11 dollars for a set of two on Amazon!! I was charged 35 dollars for each fuse!! I dont believe thats fair at all I was so over charged and thats not right ! Yaa sure they are really nice to you if your a new customer. This was my second time calling them to look at my ac I didnt think they would skrew me over like that or make me wait as long as they did. Im stilll really upset about it I wasted money and time make sure you COMPARE PRICES if you call these people to your house!

Received a text message when the Tec was on his way allowing me to get home in time for him. Very professional and courteous. Checked all aspects of the A/C system and tuned it up. Would recommend Precision Air to all my Family and Friends.

I have to thank this ac company! I called around every ac company and no one could come out to look at my ac for a few days. Precision Air responded so fast with in ten mins!! My ac was fixed in 20 mins. 90 degrees in my house that day, there was no way I could wait a few days. Thank you guys!!!

Same day response in just a couple of hours was great when it is 90 degrees. Employee was professional and did a good job. Cost was more than I would prefer but comparable.

Not to confident in the work. After 2 service calls and 2 seperate repairs on my OLDER system, It is still not functioning properly. Wont go back a 3rd time.
