Ceiling broken down after they came to install motor. When I called they said it’s because clogged I called the other AC company came in turned out the line wasn’t connected right. Now I have to get contractor to fix ceiling.Owner James and manager are rude. Unprofessional and yelled over the phone.Paid over a thousand dollar for more damages.

Thomas was the technician who analyzed our ac unit. He was thorough and informative. He arrived on time, kept us updated and gave us options to repair our unit. We will use them again.

Didn’t get the problem solved. They will come over and say you need this after all the work they recommended. AC still not cooking and they took tell you will need the replace other parts and keep charging you more but still AC not working. They are just theft.

James came out during the freeze when our heater wasn’t working and got it working. 2 months later and our electric bill is 4x normal, can’t seem to get the house cool. Had another guy come out today and James had some wires crossed so our house was heating and cooling at the same time. I’ve reached out but still waiting to hear from them to make it right.Update: Never heard back.

I wont tell you about the other guys I called before I called Keep It Cool. I wont mention my suspicion about sabotage, the fear tactics of we dont like to say Black Mold. A/C not cooling, replaced the capacitor, still not cooling. Called Keep It Cool, got a tech within 2 hours. Thomas did some quality work. He explained everything had the latest technology, none of that analog gouges, its a digital world. Had my system up and running in no time. Keep It Cool is my HVAC company. You know how you feel like youve been mugged anytime you have any kind of tech in your house, be it a plumber, electrician or a/c, Keep It Cool is a company you can trust.

James and the crew are always professional and are quick to respond to anything. Would highly recommend them to anyone. I have used them from new installation to repairs. They do great, thorough work!

We had Keep it Cool and a competitor come out for a diagnosis on the squealing noise our A/C was making. Keep it Cool bid about 1/2 of the other company to fix the problem, so we hired them. Very happy with their service, employees were prompt, knowledgeable and professional and they didnt try to upsell us which I appreciated. I do recommend them.

I called on 5/18 to have someone come out since my air conditioning was not cooling the house down. Melanie called me to inform me that a service technician would be by at 11:30. Taylor arrived and was very friendly and professional. He took the time to answer all my questions and had the air conditioning up and running again. Its very rare that I come across excellent service. These guys were so AWESOME!!!! Our a.c. went out completely and the owner James was not only very professional but very accomadating 🙌 He provided portable acs in meantime to keep us as comfortable as possible. Today they replaced inside and the outside units at a very reasonable price. We were definitely due for new units. They worked carefully and efficiently. They even cared enough not to leave behind any kind of mess with jib was complete. I especially enjoyed the professionalism of Jimmy and Josh. Hardworking guys. The owner James is very nice, his team is also great. I’d give it 5 stars but I was suppose to have someone come back to fix our sheetrock and no one has came. It’s been about 3 months. I’ve called 2 or 3 times for an update but no one gets back with me on when they will send out the person who will fix it. Our sheetrock is getting worse in my living room where the new duct was installed. I just get told the person has my number and should be calling me to come out but the guy doesn’t call. Other than this issue, as I mentioned. Everyone is great at Keep it cool.

I highly recommend Keep It Cool AC and Heating! They replaced my inside and outside unit at the best price I could find. They are honest and very reliable and even laid down mats to keep my flooring clean and even cleaned up after they left. Had a whole new system put in after our old one was giving out. Also all old duct work taken out and new duct work was install. Time frame was 2 days and in 2 days it was done. Owner was very attentive to his workers and their job duties - very professional. Thank you very much.

Our A/C went out at the worst time..6:30 at night. I called around asking if anybody had a tech available. Keep it Cool not only answered and was friendly, they were honest about the time it would take to get someone here. The tech, Richard, was amazing. Very friendly, professional and explained everything, and didn’t try to nickel and dime us. They are very reasonable priced and did not try to charge me extra because our a/c went out after .5pm. Do yourself a favor, call Keep it Cool when you need anything A/C related.

Third same morning service that was professional and thorough. They are my go to A/C service provider. Won my business two years ago. As an old HVAC tech from 40 years ago I wouldnt use anyone else!

Seem to be nice people but they did not follow up to send a quote after they went to my business to do their evaluation for the work I requested. Didn’t hear back at all after over a month since they said they would work on a quote. Called back and lady on phone said she would send quote that day, have not seen anything. Very unprofessional company.
