Called Justice heating and air for an issue with my heater. Super fast response and helpful. Even gave tips for other things. Have been using them for all heating and air for my home and I won’t go anywhere else. They installed a brand new heating and air unit last year and even hauled away a water heater I replaced. Once again, great service.

Justice repaired my ac a couple of times to keep me going until I was ready to replace it. They were always up front and honest, never trying to push me into a new unit. When I was ready, they helped me choose the right unit and provided a wonderful installation. Great people to work with, I highly recommend them!

Jose with Justice inc was very professional and quick. I have elderly parents,so their physical comfort is super important. The ac had some minor wire issue that he replaced in about 10-15 minutes. He is friendly and efficient. We will continue to use his services! Highly recommend 👍🏾

Joey with Justice AC came out and fixed our air condition. He was at our house within a few hours of us calling him. He also had one of his technicians with him who was very professional as well. Joey walked his technician through exactly what to look and listen for. Our air condition was back up and running within a few minutes of him showing up. Thank you for your quick service! My AC wasn’t keeping up with this S/TX heat. I called Justice Inc and was able to get a quote over the phone. I had a 2.5 ton and went with the recommended 3.5 ton. Jose’s crew were very professional and answered any questions before and after installation. Coincidentally, I found out several of the folks I work with have also used Justice Inc, this gave me peace of mind prior to installation. I have no issues recommending Justice Inc to my friends and family.

Jose was incredible, we were all night, no AC, and he swoops in like a hero first thing and saves the day in less than 10 minutes. He was super polite and very professional. We are enjoying a cool house now! Absolutely call Justice inc for your AC needs!

The HVAC at our house went out last night so we slept with the windows open, which was pretty hot since its July in South Texas. I was not looking forward to spending the day without AC, so called Joe at Justice Inc on the advice of my neighbor at 8 AM and described the issue we were having on the phone with Joe. He gave me a quote that seemed fair and said that his guy was going to move us to the top of the list. His repair guy was here by 9 AM, had the part in his truck, and was able to get our HVAC going in under an hour. The repair guy seemed knowledgeable and did a few other checks to make sure what he had replaced (the capacitor) actually fixed the problem -- it did.I like supporting a small local business instead of a national chain. The service was quick, which is super important on a hot day in July. Thats worth a lot.

We recently used Justice A/C for our store A/C repair. Justice A/C was our choice by recommendation as well as knowing the owner Jose when he originated his business. After a very hot day working in the store on Sunday, Justice was called Monday morning at 10am to look at the A/C Repair job. He scheduled a 2pm appointment and arrived one hour earlier. Within ten minutes Jose identified the problem, gave me options to perform the A/C repair. He didnt have the part needed for the repair he gave us a temporary repair just so we werent without A/C. The A/C repair will be completed once he finds the part needed.Recommended for all A/C Repairs.

Had A/C work done prior and the guys messed it up. Called Justice Inc and A/C guy came right away and fixed the problem and explained what happened. Great service and reasonably priced. Would recommend this company to anyone with A/C issues.

Worse company ever. AC was on 24/7 and would not shut off while the setting temp was never reached and they claim it was because its to hot outside lol. The tech submitted the report to my warranty company claiming everything was good, nothing was wrong with my AC. We reached out to my warranty comp again to request a different company to come take a look because we knew it was not normal for an ac to be on 24/7 without shutting off.. Well obviously something was wrong with the inside unit , its leaking and needs to be replace.! Thankfully this 2nd AC company that came out to check it out found the problem immediately and inside unit will be replaced. But now i have a damaged ceiling that i have to replace and that couldve been avoided if Juctice Inc would’ve taken the time to fine the problem instead of just submitting a report that nothing was wrong ! All we wanted was for them to fix it not “condemn” the unit like you say,so please stop lying and stop calling your customers liars. Apparently Justice Inc dont know what they are doing cause if you did the problem would’ve been caught before it got worse. Justice Inc. comes through again! This past month we had to replace two old AC units at two separate properties. Both units were extremely old, Jose worked with me on installation and cost (2 units - 30 days ouch). What a great person. Ive worked with Jose and his Company for over 20 years. I wont use anyone else. Dependable and good for our community. Thanks to everyone at Justice. Also, they stand behind their work which is huge.

I called Justice Inc. this morning because my 30+ year old A/C was not cooling. Shortly after my call, a technician arrived during the scheduled time.The technician was professional and treated me with respect. After looking at both the inside and outside units, he fixed the issue within the hour. I was thrilled to learn that I would not have to replace my 30+ year old unit. I have used Justice Inc. for the past years and will continue to use them in the future. They have been responsive, reliable and perform quality work for a fair price.

Weve been using Justice A/C for over 11 years, since they installed our original system. The service they have provide has always been great. The service techs have always been on time, and they even make an effort after normal hours. We dont know what we would do without them during these hot Texas summers!Thank-you!!

****WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEY WILL CHARGE YOU 75$ TO COME OUT AND THEN OVER CHARGE YOU LIKE CRAZY FOR ANY LABOR****** So our AC went out and my wife decided to call this commpany mainly because they could be out to the house the same day (75$ fee to come tell you what is wrong) They get out there and look around and come to the conclusion that its the blower motor. Which they were correct, it was in fact the blower motor that was seized up. They also added on cleaning the blower wheel and evap coil. He gets done and says he is headed straight to his office to give us a quote to fix the ac (this is 9:00 AM) i call them at 1:00PM and they havent received his service paper yet and i told them ITS 90 DEGREES IN MY HOUSE I NEED TO GET THIS AC WORKING. The lady said she will call and get it, i called at 4 and finally got the total these people seriously tried to charge me $1850.00!!!!!!!!!!!!! to replace my blower motor, 700$ to clean my SLIGHTLY dirty evap coil and blower wheel, labor, $40.00 for my $4.90 capacitor and access to ge to my blower motor!!!! I ended up getting it all done for 402$ parts were 202$. DO NOT GET THESE PEOPLE TO YOUR HOUSE UNLESS YOU WANT TO PAY 2000$ FOR ANY WORK TO GET DONE!!!!!!!!!! I INCLUDED A PICTURE

I can say no bad about this company, from the front office, to the technicians, I experienced nothing but professionalism and integrity. Glad to have found an HVAC company as trustworthy as Justice. This is the type of company you want to do business with. Thank you Justice!

I was in need of a plumber and they got my plumbing issues take care of real quick. Thank you for taking care of of me. Don’t waste your time and money looking for plumbers give them a call.

There nice, until after they are paid to replace your air conditioning units. Then there attitude changes with repeated service call requests to fix there shoddy work. After the third unit. Ive gone elsewhere. I should have learned sooner. Do youre self a favor and hire someone else. Just read Justice reply of complete lies. Firstly, I dont have a boyfriend that left me!!! Secondly I didnt cus anyone out Thirdly, they could have returned and fixed there shoddy work. But they choose not to. Buy from them and every unit will require some type of service from them every 3 to six months. Then see what happens????

My HVAC was leaking through my ceiling, when I called the company both receptionists that i spoke to were very kind and got a tech at my home right away! The tech was very curious and respectful walked me through what was wrong and also fixed everything within a timely manor! I am overall pleased with the service I received! 10/10 Highly recommend.

Very pleased with Justice, I called for my a/c and a guy was at my home within an hour and fixed my problem. Im thankful for this company, the service guy was very knowledgeable and proficient. FIRST COMPANY that made me feel like he wasnt just trying to get money out of me! I was unaware of their new services so im looking forward to my appointment for the remodeling I need done. The 2 technicians that came out to our house 2 days in a row, were friendly and diligent. They were sent by our home warranty people and overall we were pleased with their work. We are so thankful they were able to get our AC up and running again!

Do not use this company! They have no morals or ethics and customers do not matter to them.Arrived 2 hours late. I explained the problem, the 2 year old unit wasnt cooling below 79-80 and had been like that for several months. I have a window unit in my bedroom that has made it cool enough to get by so had been putting off calling for service. The technicians said the unit was 2 pounds low on freon. There might be a leak but since the problem had been going on for so long it must be a very small leak. They told me they could add more freon and that should last for a long time, rather than spend big bucks for a leak test. I was charged $75 for the visit and another $75 to add 2 pounds of freon. A 600% mark up of the actual cost of R410a by the way. Well nothing changed, the unit was cooling the same as before they came. I called and asked to speak to the owner, Jose Alvarez. Was told he would call me back. He never did so I called and complained to the woman who answered the phone. She gave me no apology or offer to send out another technician. She said I had a bad leak and I should have paid for the leak check. When I said I would file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau she hung up on me..

I called Justice Air Conditioning and Heating early Sunday morning after freezing over night due to having heater issues. The technician gave a time in which he would arrive at the house and was there 5 minutes early. He figured out our issue within minutes. Kind, courteous, and very knowledgable! Their 24 hour service is great, and I would highly recommend Justice AC!

WARNING! Do not use this companys services whatsoever. We hired Justice Heating & Air Conditioning upon the warranty companys referral and my fathers house was ruined by their inept employee. When my elderly fathers air conditioning stopped working he had to call his warranty company for help and for some reason, Justice Heating & Air Conditioning is the company they use in the Corpus Christi area. The one repairman they sent out installed the coils in backwards and for several months water leakage slowly damaged the ceiling of our home without anyones knowledge. The ceiling actually started to collect water and swell, eventually causing a drip. We didnt find out it was due to poor installation until an actual repairman came out to fix it and let us know. When confronted with this information, Jose stated, go ahead and sue me! then promptly hung up the phone. Needless to say we are in the process of suing. Please beware.

Replaced my inside and outside unit. While working up in the attic, the guy almost fell through my ceiling. I didnt make a big deal about it, I was glad the guy was okay. They said they would repair the ceiling and I was okay with that. IT has now been a month and they have not been back to repair it. They just covered up the hole in my ceiling and now i have to do the repair work myself. They were also to return to install a thermostat, and they have yet to do that as well. Very unprofessional, and i am truly disappointed.

After a long week of events that were out of everybodys control, we had service from a great tech. He was good at what he does. He walked me through what he was doing, and was polite and kind. The office staff, when I called made sure that everything was in line, and that the same mistake was not made twice. Although we had some issues, nobody is perfect, sometimes stuff does happen, but if parties work together like Justice did with me, calm, cool and collective, it all works out. I would choose Justice to come out again and fix my a/c.

In June of 2009 when my a/c & heating unit was installed the service was great but unknowingly to me they installed a faulty coil. But when they discovered it was faulty, they didnt say oh, Mrs. Rodriguez let use replace it for you it was our fault. No, instead when I discovered it was faulty and I called them they said it would be $1,350.00 to replace or if I cut my wall they would only charge me $575.00. WHAT?????? Pay $1,350 or save money by cutting my wall and pay $575. And how much to repair the wall? Huh I said no to both options. You want to scam people by installing faulty equipment then charge an arm & leg to replace it on top of the already $5,000 I paid to install the first unit.

I am so glad I decided to call Justice AC...I called acouple of other places after 6 PM, when I got home from work because my house was hot. Two places went open and one said Id have to wait until the next day. The tech with Justice AC answered and came by and fixed the problem in less than an hour. And the cost didnt break the bank. Thank you Justice AC!

We have used Justice for several years for all our heating and air conditioning needs. They take care of us promptly and efficiently. When we need help with heat/ac Justice is the only number we call.

I never leave reviews but im very upset and its hard to get me this upset. We had a tech come out here on May 28 , said he did testing and found nothing wrong, that all components were working properly. I had an odd feeling about the guy cause he looked rushed but gave him the benefit of the doubt. Anyway all of June we kept batteling it out with this texas heat still wondering how nothing is cooling, yet the tech said its good to go. We couldnt take the heat anymore and decided to spend some more money to get a second opinion and guess what?! The new tech was able to instantly see what was wrong. There was a Big leak that had been happening since before the guy from this company came out here. So Shame on you! He either didnt care and just wanted the money or truly does not know what hes doing!

The owner, Jose Alvarez, is extremely vindictive if you are dissatisfied with his companys services. He will delay service and parts purposefully and ADMIT thats what hes doing. He has caused a woman who is 8 months pregnant in South Texas summer months to have her AC repaired delayed days. Do NOT use this company. They do NOT care about their customers.

Called to have AC checked on 4th of July. They came out and made sure everything was running correctly.

Jose did a very good job on the repairs. Would recommend him for any others who need a capable and reliable HVAC technician.

Very friendly staff! They came out to fix my AC shortly after the part arrived. My only complaint would be that they didn’t call when part was picked up a day later than initially said. However, they did come install same day and it took less than 15 min!
