We’re so thankful for Gregg’s quick response to our service call on a hot Sunday morning. We unfortunately woke up to no A/C during this heatwave. Gregg was very professional, personable and reasonable. We highly recommend Indoor Air Specialties!!!

This company has exceeded all our expectations.Greg showed up at our house in 30 min after we contacted him. He had great customer service and our AC was fixed in no time at all. I went through Greg at Indoor air specialties at the beginning of September when my ac went out. He was very reasonable on cost and worked with me so we could get my ac up and running so my toddler didnt have to suffer in the heat! He was awesome and his guys were fast and efficient. Fast and friendly service. I highly recommend them!I had my AC go out on a 98°F Saturday afternoon and called [another company] for emergency service only to get an answering service and no call back from the company. After 2 hours of baking in my house I called Indoor Air Specialties and Gregg had someone at my house within 30 minutes and my AC was cooling in no time.The other company called me back after 3 hours...it was 95°F in my house... you shouldnt have to wait that long for emergency service.

He fixed another company’s bad installation job for me AND told me the parts were still under warranty. He is an honest person to deal with and found the problem quickly. Gregg came out about an hour after I called for service. He diagnosed the problem with my A/C as a defective compressor. He repaired it quickly at a much cheaper price than I expected. Indoor Air Specialties has been my go to company for my restaurant for over 4 years. They are quick to come out and assess my equipment, and get it fixed. They have also worked on my employees AC units at home and get that done just as fast. Besides getting repairs made in a timely manner they are also very reasonably priced. I have used Indoor Air Specialties at my commercial property as well as my home. From the time we first started using them they always met or exceeded our expectations. It is very difficult to find honest contractors who will tell you what you dont need as well as what will be required. If they tell you what it will cost it will always be that amount unless of course unforseen circumstances that are out of their control come up. This has been my experience and I dont even think about calling anyone else unless Indoor are just too busy to get to me as soon as I need repairs. I highly recommend you call them first and save yourself a lot of grief.

We had to have our microwave vent updated to accommodate a new above stove microwave. We also needed the microwave installed. We were expecting someone to come and look to see if they could do it and within a few minutes the team came in and began the work. It was like a well oiled machine. And within a hour the vent was updated and the microwave was installed and working. Thank you so much for your attention to detail and professionalism. Had my central ac unit go out and called the company with the best reviews...Greg showed up an hour late and pumped 3 pounds freon in without permission or telling us whats going on and charged us and left knowing there was a leak. we wanted it diagnosed and repaired then filled, but he wasnt very responsive and did what he wanted and charged us for it...fast forward 2 days and 3 pounds of freon lost im sitting here with a broken no working ac and out of 225 and he wont return my call,save your money for a company who cares.....

When our AC went out in the middle of our bipolar weather, Indoor Air Specialties saved the day. They were fast, friendly, clean, and extremely affordable. I have 16 businesses in Corpus Christi and near by towns that Indoor Air Specialties takes care of all of our HVAC needs. They are prompt and on time. If there are changes to the schedule due to emergencies that arise, I am notified right away. He also takes care of my residence and I have recently replaced my aging system with a high efficiency Trane unit and Im completely thrilled at the increase in cooling capacity and the electric bill dropped about $40.00 a month which may not be typical but Im not complaining! Whether its general maintenance, repairs or complete installation of a new unit for commercial or residential, I would recommend this company to anyone.

They came out on a Saturday night at 12am. Didnt charge alot either for it being the weekend and late. They were very nice and professional. They had my AC working within an hour! And explained what was wrong and told us how to maintain our AC. Thank you again Indoor Air Specialties!

My son’s room was always 5 to 10 degrees hotter than the rest was of the house. They added another duct to his room. No longer was there a wall of heat when you walk into his room. There service was outstanding ,customer service was great. I highly recommend them .

Had a really bad run in with a French sounding company Starting with R: Extremely Rude ( Im being merciful- I soeak French, Spanish, Portuguese and surprise surprise- English). On Labor Day Weekend the Owner of Indoor Air Services answered the phone and was at our home in 15 minutes. Then, he replaced the Capacitor in 15 minutes, and immediately our A/C was up and running.
