New home build unit is two years old and the TXV went out. I was quoted $785 and was told it would cost that much to repair because it was a five hour job to replace. The job only took less than two hours and I was still charged the rate of $785 for a five hour job. When I called the company to ask if I would still be charged the $785, the story changed and they said yes, that I was not being charged hourly, but a flat rate. That’s NOT what I was told on the phone when I said yes to the service. I was told the cost was because of the time of completion. I was also rudely told that I got lucky with them fixing it early. Do not just set up an appointment with this company before shopping around first! The owner of this company thinks we are all made of money and bleed it out.

I’m shocked about the rating of this company! I had to get my coil replaced .. I was quoted almost 2k at another local HVAC repair place. I called my home contractor in hopes to get a deal. He sent me to this place . Robert the HVAC tech was very friendly and did the job great! Amazing prices! Answered all my questions and concerns ! This will be my new go to HVAC repair place.

Whoever was driving their van 04/22/2024 around 230 pm on Rodd field road was a complete idiot, terrible driver. Slammed on their brakes and then stopped at a green light. Probably should drive better when the company name & number is right on the rear of the van.

Very disappointed with Great Air. They charged me the diagnostic fee and then told me about $300 per one hour of labor (parts are under warranty), because they include also maintenance service. I dont need maintenance to a 1.5 years old AC.By the way, Marcus Flores works at Great Air (he came to diagnose the AC) and he wrote a good review like he is a customer?!?

Got there on time... and did a great job getting our vacation home cooled off and comfortable. There is nothing worse than arriving from out of town to discover your AC is down. These guys got out to our place quick and got it fixed in a way that I didnt feel like I was being taken advantage of.

Employees of this company like to steal and use company trailers to do so. Be very careful with them! Do not use them!
