Great Customer Service!! I recently had to use their services after moving into a new home I purchased. I phoned in a service call late evening with my home warranty company, and the next morning I received a call from Albert who told me they would be at my home around lunchtime that afternoon. He and Gary showed up as discussed, accessed the issues, and took care of the problems effectively. I had a follow-up call, and visit with them the following day about a new unit at some point due to the age of my existing ones. I highly recommend them!! Thank you for taking such great care of us!!

The man that helped us was so kind, honest, and answered every question we asked. I honestly wish I remembered his name because he helped us through every step of the way. Mind you the wait on the actual appliances isn’t their fault. So please be mindful and respectful to these hardworking people. It’s ridiculously hot and they are helping countless households in the surrounding areas. God bless him, y’all, and your families! ❤️

The repairman is very knowledgeable and was able to locate the issue quickly and make the repair. He has done work for me in the past and is consistently able to identify issues, brainstorm possible solutions, then isolate the correct solution. He has a friendly demeanor and makes suggestions to help prevent future problems. I can’t say enough good things about this repairman and this company.

Awesome company, they came out fast and fixed my ac right away. Another company was trying to sell me a new expensive system, A&M Air Conditioning repaired my ac saving me $9,000 dollars. This is my ac company for life.

If I could give them zero stars I sure would. Communication on their end is severely lacking. Left in the heat for over 2 weeks “waiting” for a part. Took over a week to get installed after received, so much for 24/7.

Life savers! Our AC stopped cooling when outside temps were in the 90s, and the A&M team fit us in their schedule for same-day service. And, they had the necessary replacement part in their van and were able to repair our unit on the spot. I highly recommend them.

A&M Air Conditioning is absolutely outstanding in every aspect. We returned from a trip late last night and the Air Conditioning was not working. At 900AM I called and by 1100AM they were at my house and the AC was running again by 1130AM. All correspondence in scheduling was perfect. The technical work at my home was perfect, attitudes were fantastic, and the work was very thorough. A&M Air Conditioning Services contact information is now on my refrigerator and I will use them in the future.

Job was never done right and never came back.I called AHS and still having trouble. A&M never answer their phone nor call back. I paid for the service call. But still my problem still not resolved. Whatever they put it burned the black box. They didnt even put it back right. Thanks to God just that part burned. Had to pay someone else to come check whats going on. With this heat cant just be waiting.

Edit: waited and called with nothing back. AHS even tried calling again and emailed yesterday and got nothing back.They changed my servicer to JDs ac which weve had before for a different issue and were quick to get us scheduled and even said if wiggle room before our appointment comes up they will let me know to get me in sooner.Original:Will update review if they service my ac.Went through my AHS service and he did not contact me to schedule service, its only through AHS that I even knew I had an appointment. He no call, no showed. If he would have even called ever Id be okay with them rescheduling. I called AHS after they tried contacting them to no avail so they sent an email. If he ever responds or comes I will update .

I’ve been waiting for this AC company to replace my AC and I’ve been without AC for one month. They brought me two new units that were default. They never pick up the phone and I never know when they’re gonna come back to fix my AC.

He assessed the problem completely, didnt cut any corners and got us up and running !!! Albert took his time and explained each step to us and showed us pictures along the way . Very pleased .

Memorial Day Weekend. Albert Mollins came out to look at our AC that went out just tha morning. AMAZING SERVICE. ver knowledgeable and not only fixed the issue but educated us on the status of our compressor and to prepare for what is to come. So Appreciative.

We had A&M Air Conditioning contracted through American Home Shield. They came out to the house twice and I was charged an additional $105 dollars for a “part” that I’m not even sure was installed because the company never contacted me about what the issue might be, things they did to try to fix it, or to let them know whether or not the problem was fixed. They closed out the work order as a “resolved repair” without confirming with me or my tenants if the issue was resolved or not. When I had AHS recall them they never contacted me. I tried calling them and eventually they blocked my number I’m assuming because it started going directly to voicemail. They haven’t responded to AHS either and now I have to go through a lengthy time consuming process to get the service contractor switched while my tenants live in unacceptable living conditions. I don’t understand people who don’t do their job and let other people suffer because of it. Maybe they figured it wasn’t going to be worth their company’s time or money to fix the problem. Either way I am extremely disappointed. No one has ever picked up the phone from their provided number. I hope that you don’t treat all of your customers like this.

These guys are amazing. One call, on a Friday evening, they were here on Sunday to inspect my ac. They ordered the part, they replaced my air compressor in no time, and being that I was a disabled senior, they waived the freon fees. They arrived with a smile, friendly and professional, and they left with a smile. Very kind & compassionate knowing that us seniors struggle month to month. Anyway, if you need ac work, use this company. Very very good people.5 star company all the way around !!!

Called Albert on a Saturday after AC went out and I requested a quote on new equipment install. Had quote Sunday morning And agreed on him installing the next day at 2 pm. Arrived on time and did outstanding work and was very professional. He completed The install made a walk through with me and explained everything I asked him about. Would highly recommend A&M for all AC maintenance and repair

This is about the worst I have ever encountered! The man kept telling the AC unit he ordered was no in, although, I discovered from the place he got it that it had been there for nearly two weeks, which he denied. Then he put it in crooked, or bent, (not sure which it is), but, he started yelling at me, then stormed out, refusing to do anything more, telling me that our personnel had bent it, ( although they never touched it). It is still this way now, & I am having to get another AC man here to fix it. I would not recommend this man ever! (I have tried to upload photos, but, they will not upload for some reason -- failed to upload. Thank you for reading this.

I had been waiting a whole week for the warranty company to fix my ac. I got tired of waiting. A&M services came out right away and had a new unit put in this same day. I would highly recommend them to all my friends and family. Albert was friendly and professional. I called them because they have an A+ rating with the BBB. I see why they have it. Great company!!!!

If 0 stars was an option I would choose it! Albert with A&M is disrespectful towards women and clients. I was told to use Albert and A&M through my home warranty company for an AC replacement. Not only did he threaten my tenants, he hung up on me numerous times while trying to figure out the process . Then his company charged us TWICE for a 3k project! All the while I was talking to my warranty company and him regarding who, what amount and how I pay! Just avoid A&M overall!Let me add! They wanted payment immediately and my husband and I have these things called JOBS in the military where we cant access our phones all the time. No worries I have consulted with my attorney, have a phone meeting with the BBB tomorrow to discuss this so called A+ rating. Let this owners ugly response be proof that his customer service is TRASH!

I had a great experience with A & M Air Conditioning. I had two other companies come out and look at my unit. They did not know what they were doing. I did not feel comfortable with them and did not trust there diagnosis of my unit. A & M was professional and fast. They found the real problem and had it fixed in no time. Thank God for them. I will be recommending them to everyone I know.

This place is a complete joke. Fixed my ac and it’s still broken. It’s been over 2 months without ac . Contractor doesn’t answer calls and says part is not in and he will install when he receives part. Turns out tracking number states part has been delivered and now they making me wait another week or longer to schedule. He still denying ever received part completely unprofessional, and unresponsive and flat out LIES!

The work was quick, and all my questions were answered. Will definitely be calling for any repairs or maintenance issues. They said someone would arrive in an hour, Im thankful they showed up on a Saturday my ac went out lastnight it was very hott. Its take time to cool as the house was at 88 degrees and within 20 minutes is now at 82 degrees. Now my dogs wont have to deal with the as they stay indoors.

I had my A.C. go out on July 4th of all days. Looked in Google called several people and finally found this company. Everyone else said they had no one to send out. This company didnt even hesitate and told me he would be here in about 20 minutes. He came at 1045pm and fixed my unit as it had a clog in the drain line. I definately would recommend and use this service again in the future. Thank you for the excellent work.

I had a great experience with this company after calling different places i was given a call back from A&M services with in minutes and they arrived shortly after to fix my unit. I was so glad they didnt mind the drive out to where i live since i live 40 minutes away from the companys location. After a short time my unit was back to work, great service and fast too! 5 stars

They were fast to come out and thought the ac was fixed. Hours later it is still not working called and they told me because it was hot it would take time to cool down. Not a happy camper. I dont have $$$ to waste. We had to have another company come out and fix our a/c and come to find out wires that were not supposed to be cut were. Thank God our unit didnt blow up. Never again will we use this company.

I cant say enough good things about this company. Ive had two companies come and work on my unit, one of them a large one here in Corpus. After multiple no shows, unsuccessful service repairs, outrageous quotes, and worst of a repair that caused damage to my house; I called A&M. He was at my house in 15 minutes after the call, very professional, respectful, and fixed what the others guys couldnt in less than an hour. Quality work, on time, and an extremely reasonable price. Im not sure what more you could ask for.

I wish I could give this place 0 stars! They came to my house and lied about ringing my door bell or knocking for the service after I was already charged! Upon lying again and saying they were returning for the service they refuse to answer ANY calls! HORRIBLE customer service! They never showed up despite saying they would arrive within the hour!

I called them to come out and service my unit as it wasnt cooling. They ran a leak test and determined that someone had removed my freon. They filled it without giving me an estimate and wanted to charge me $ 485 plus taxes for 3lbs of freon. I told them that it was too much. They said that they could recover it. I told them to do that. I then had a second a/c tech go and fill with freon for $ 180.00. He filled it but the compressor wouldnt start as A&M had removed the fuses and left them on the ground. The tech put the fuses back in place and tried to start the compressor, only to discover that the terminals of the compressor had been broken. Horrible unethical company that will over charge. I filed a police report against them. Do not do business with this company!

I highly recommend this company. Super nice and good price. They came out on a holiday when I had a house full of family, life savers.

UPDATE: this guy and his lousy work through the home warranty company actually cut my secondary drain and ended up causing over $40,000 worth of damage to my house. Blocked my number, won’t answer email, won’t provide me with invoices. Don’t use!

This company changed out an air handler for me recently after convincing me it was the only way to fix an unspecified problem. The new unit takes a lot longer to cool the house down, but at least it works. What I really disliked was the absolute lack of care during the installation. The welder was the worst Ive ever seen. Half the house was covered in ash from his constant relight attempts and obvious lack of skill with the torch. Ive got light colored furniture, so despite hours of cleaning, there are still stains. And they had to lean on all walls in the vicinity of the work area - filthy hand marks and grease stains. Tools put on ornament benches, paint damaged from carelessness. Maybe they would be good if you need an AC installed in a commercial setting where respect for property is not necessary. But keep them out of your home unless you want a ridiculous mess.

A&M is an exceptional company not only were the prices reasonable but the service quality is top notch my a/c service was restored the same day when all the other companys were booked. A&M is easily one of the best ac/heating company in corpus i would recommend them any day.

2 different appointments missed. Had a 9am appointment Saturday morning which was a no show. If you have a life and need to schedule things, dont call these guys.

Called and spoke with a representative who said they could be at my home at a specific time. No call, no show. I waited approx 30-45 mins, to allow for traffic or maybe a job gone longer than expected, but still no call. I called the office to inquire about status and got no answer.
