What a great experience having ABC Home and Commercial Services replacing our AC/Heating System that went out during the last big cold spell. Mario and Troy were here on time today they were both very professional and respectful of our home. They did a great job of replacing both our outside condensing unit and the air handler/heating unit in the attic crawl space. They also replaced our old thermostat with a new WI/FI unit.I highly recommend ABC for all your AC needs.

ABC always does a great job. Mario was friendly, yet professional, courteous, and efficient. He explained what he was doing and discussed all the questions I asked, answering to my satisfaction. I am very happy with ABC home maintenance services and highly recommend them to anyone who needs maintenance services for their home.

They always do a great job at fixing things around my house. This time it was the air conditioning. Frank got it serviced very quickly and did an overall check on the entire unit to make sure everything was running well. I use them for air conditioning services and plumbing. Very honest folks.

I couldnt be happier with ABCs replacement of an AC condenser (outside unit). Even after replacing both inside (air handler) and outside units once with them, I did shop around to hopefully find something more affordable (since everything costs much more these days). But unlike others who tried to make me spend money on things I dont actually need or gave me a better price only after I tried to bargain, ABC was down to earth and Ed (salesperson) was most honest. ABC carries Lennox, which is supposed to be a premium brand, but it beat all other brand estimates. The team came almost immediately and did all the installation work in one seating (more than 3 hours straight).ABC probably wont pop up in a Google search for top AC businesses. Despite their anteater logo, they do a lot more than lawn care. Their HVAC services might well be Corpus Christis best kept secret!

Very good. Just completed a checkup on the Air Conditioner system. All good. Of course, recommended duct inspection and insulation addition at a future time.

ABC technician, Jorge, spent at least 75 minutes servicing and checking my 5-year old AC unit. He explained the technology and service in a way that was easy for me to understand. He spent more time explaining my unit and AC technology than any other provider in the last 37 years! I highly recommend ABC HVAC.

The ABC technician, Frank was nice, courteous and professional in his work. I have used Frank’s services a number of times. He has always done a wonderful job for us. I am also very happy with ABC’s service manager, Michael, and his staff. They’re all very courageous, pleasant and at the same time they are very responsive.

A/C issue went well Sergio was very knowledge and found the issues with my A/C. The new air filter I purchased was the culprit in restricting the Airflow.

Frank made sure my system was fixed correctly after bad part was replaced. He takes time to make sir I understand what was done. Quick, courteous service is why I have been with ABC services for decades. Thanx so much for having people like Frank on your staff.

We shopped around and got the best deal for a Lennox AC. They were able to schedule us within a couple of days, which was fine because it was not an emergency. These guys worked really hard without a lunch. Great job!

The office staff were very polite and efficient. when the tech arrived he was very professional and answered any questions i had. ABC Home is in my opinion the best one out there.

Frank from ABC HVAC Service came and checked my AC Unit to make sure it operated correctly, he was very professional and courteous. I was low on Freon he added 2 lbs of Freon which showed a big difference in cooling temperature.

Had to replace my outside AC unit, home warranty company denied my service request, and ABC was able to fit me in the schedule within 24 hours! Greatly appreciate the quick response, AC was out for a week prior to connecting with their office. The two installers were efficient and coordinated well with each other to remove my old unit and install the new unit inside and outside. The work was neat and clean and outstanding. I will request these two installers when I replace my 2nd unit next year. Excellent company!

I replaced one of my entire upstairs HVAC systems (both AC and furnace) and everything went smoothly. My wifi is mixed network so the smart thermostat they installed could not connect so I found one on Amazon and the replaced it and now it all works great.

This company is the best ever. I won’t deny it. They are very expensive, but they are well worth the service they give you. It is first first class service. The service man was very efficient and explained everything he did and why he did it. I enjoyed his responses and his professionalism.

The service technician was prompt, professional and courteous. I first received a phone call letting me know the service technician was on his way. Jorge, the AC service technician was thorough and conscientious. Jorge explained details of the service he completed in a courteous and easy to understand manner. He was conscientious about telling me what kind and what size air filter I needed for my Lennox AC/Heat unit. Overall, I was pleased with the service I received from ABC Home Services.

I called ABC early this morning because my compressor was not working. Rollie was the technician assigned to my case. He thought it was the capacitor and quickly worked to confirm his suspicions. The capacitor was indeed the failed component and he reviewed the multimeter readings with me. Rollie had a replacement in his van, made the swap and got my unit running in half an hour. He was quick, efficient and friendly.

Called for a heating tune-up right before a cold front. They came the next morning and were very helpful. They made a good quick check-up, and made some good suggestions about some maintenance we can do ourselves. Very helpful and very friendly! Will use them again

My home was built in 2002. I called ABC for a consultation for a new AC, duct work and insulation addition blown to code. We came to an agreement and last July the upgrade was complete. All of the installations drastically reduced the monthly electrical bill and the inside comfort is unbelievable. The team then and the team that checks twice a year are reliable, informative and professional.

RJ was excellent at quickly getting the problem diagnosed and fixed. I cannot recommend this young Man HIGHLY ENOUGH!! Hes a Wonderful Asset to the Company.The Company is very helpful and thorough.I look forward to using them in Corpus Christi and San Antonio for all my Home Service needs.

Always a wonderful experience with everyone from receptionist to the lawn crew who treats my yard for fleas, ticks, mosquito, and bug control. We have recently signed up for the maintenance service on our furnace and air conditioning unit, and Frank is a valuable asset to yalls company. Fan motor on HVAC would not shut off. Called several companies that said they offered 24 hour service, but ABC came out on Saturday afternoon and shut if off and then took care of the repair once they got the part the following Wednesday. Technician Rollie was on time and made the repair. I have used ABC before for a plumbing emergency and now HVAV. I highly recommend them.

I submitted a late night online ticket and received a friendly phone call in the morning to schedule a repair visit. A knowledgeable staff person arrived a few hours later and resolved the problem within minutes. Fast and reliable friendly service. I would easily recommend ABC.

Rollie did a very good service on my HVAC system. He formed me about adding a surge protector to my out side disconnect switch box to save on damages to my a/c unit and inside thermostat.

They are punctual and professional. They were able to figure out what was going on with my unit and quickly took care of it.

10 minutes after I paid them for repairing my NEW LENNOX system it stopped working. They replaced all the parts that they said was bad and it still didnt work,finally messed with the thermostat and it came on I paid them they left it quit working.was supposed to call me by 5 to come fix it again its 5:30 havent seen any one yet no calls nothing. Do not use this rip off company

Im very pleased in the work. The only thing I didnt like is they dont have the size of the unit you paid for 3 and a 1/2 time. One time or whatever it was, this is not very professional.

Always impressed by the professionalism and honesty I get from these guys. Had a leak in my ceiling from a light fixture. Called another company first that sounds like moto-scooter. They wanted to start by tearing up my ceiling to find the leak??? I told them no. Called ABC, they started in the attic (common sense) and found it was just the drain from my AC unit clogged. Cleared the line in no time and saved me from an unnecessary upcharge of a torn up ceiling. Im just going straight to them from now on for plumbing/HVAC issues.

We bought ac/heating unit from the former Neal Air & Heat 6-7 years ago. Then ABC Home & Commercial Svcs took over Neal’s customer base and we have been pleased with the service we have received as adopted customers. RJ came out today to service our a/c since it wasn’t cooling properly. He quickly diagnosed the problem and went to work correcting the problem. We are cool and content once again! RJ is the best!

ABC HVAC PERFORMANCE IN THE AC WAS THROUGH, FRANK LEAD THE REPAIR AND WAS EXCELLENT IN CHARACTER AND JOB COMPLETION.

Air conditioner was not cooling and it was a sudden change from an hour before. ABC sent a technician, named George, out within 30 minutes. After looking the unit over he discovered that I had made an error reinserting the drain plug back into the drain. I had accidentally knocked off a rubber seal and the washer that went along with it. The outside unit will not run without this plug being put back in properly.The repair was made quickly and I learned something that I will never repeat.

Called for an a/c yearly checkup this morning and the friendly, professional staff set me up TODAY. The technician was on time, professional and friendly. He did not try to sell me anything but did fully explain any questions I did have.

Spent a day and a half trying to set up appt and then was told we dont have a estimator in the corpus area so they are going to decline the job why didnt you say so in the beginning instead of wasting my time I would nit and will not recommend your vompany or use your company again

Our system stopped working on a hot Saturday afternoon and once we contacted them on a Sunday morning, we had a technician working on our system within 2 hours, and all was repaired and working an hour later - awesome service over a high-demand weekend.

Technician very knowledgeable, efficient and polite. However, beware pricing of a/c filters. This company has raised their prices, and can be found on amazon for almost half theirs. Just do your research.
