Absolutely great service! Provided a Solaris air purifying system that’ll finally rid my air of mold. My technician Mike was professional and provided me information every step of the install and what each component would do to clean my air. Office staff was friendly and timely. Could not have had a better experience.

We had Air Clinic install a new ac/gas heater a little over 2 years ago.So when we heard a weird noise coming from the ac, we called air Clinic to come out to check it out to see what was going on.The tech came out yesterday Nov 12th.So when the tech was here, he really didnt find anything wrong with the ac. But he said he did see an error core for a heat sensor. While he was checking things with his omh metter and a needle noise pliers , he popped the circuit board.This tech was very careless and should have turned off the power.So now the company says its going to be at least 10 DAYS before they can get a new board.Also, when the tech was leaving he said in kind of joking matter...WELL AT LEAST ITS NOT SUMMER!WHAT THE HELL!OUR INSIDE TEMPERATURE WAS 85!So I called another ac repair company to fix air clinics mistakes.So we will also be sending you the bill.UPDATE!We had another ac/heater company come out and its going to cost us $1600, and will have our ac back on within 5 days and not 10 days.Air Clinic, this is elderly abuse!No real formal apology for your incompetent tech who shorted out the circuit board, which was working and our AC was working.SO PLEASE DONT USE THIS COMPANY.

First off, Mike, the sales person, was phenomenal. His knowledge of the system was extensive and helped us determine the best technical specifications for our home. His personality and professionalism was such that built trust. We needed and received the best information from Mike to help us make a great decision. Air Clinic’s installation team, Mike & Thomas provided outstanding service efficiently without delays or problems. They were extraordinarily hard working both days of installation. They provided constant updates on the progress of the installation and thorough instructions on the new system. If you’re planning on replacing your HVAC system in your home, Air Clinic should be your first choice for competitive pricing, professional installation and thorough guidance. This is such an important decision for our area, pick the right company, Air Clinic.

I didn’t have AC for 2 weeks! I called my usual AC folks over the weekend & they didn’t even bother getting back with me on Monday. I called Air Clinic early Monday morning & they came out within 3 hours! Parts had to be ordered but after all was said & done Sam, Air Clinic, did an outstanding job. He was very courteous and professional. He explained all that needed to be done and took care of it as soon as possible. Mallory from Air Clinic was also very helpful and it was because of her I chose Air Clinic to be my new AC company to go to from now on.

I had an air conditioning unit installed by this company, and I am extremely dissatisfied with the entire experience. The installation itself was sloppy, with visible gaps around the unit. After the installation, the system didnt seem to cool the space effectively. When I called to report the issues, I was met with poor customer service and no immediate solutions. It took several days for someone to come back out, and even then, they didn’t seem to know how to fix the problem. Overall, I am highly disappointed with both the service and the end result. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for professional, reliable installation.

Just had the Solaris system installed. Mike and TD did an amazing job. They worked like they were installing the system in their own home. I could not ask for a better experience. They even cleaned up! Absolutely amazing. They will be our AC company.

Had an issue with my hvac in a new build! The difference between my upstairs and downstairs was 10 degrees! The workers came out and installed a damper system and it fixed the problem instantly! Only bad thing I would say is that when going through the process to get everything fixed. The organization skills were terrible it’s like the office workers and the techs are not on the same page at all! Another thing is I was told multiple times that they would reach out to reschedule an appointment to install everything but they never did. When speaking to my community manager she said in the notes that it stated that they reached out to me but I didn’t answer. Which was never the case and if it was they did not leave a voicemail which is very unprofessional to me! But If we were just going off of the work the techs did I would give this a 5 star rating because they explained everything amazing and got it fixed in a timely fashion!

If I could give zero stars I would. This company installed a new system in our home 2 years ago. Since then they have been out 12 times to work on it. Yet, they still expect me to pay full price for it. The manager at one point told me he would work with the manufacturer to get it written off and now denied that. Its broken again (for a week now). They dont answer calls or texts. Horrible, very unprofessional management here! Terrible customer service!

AirClinic is a great company to work with, they are prompt and respond quickly to any need. They do a good job and our Alert to any problems. Ive really enjoyed using AirClinic.

As a general contractor I was aware of the tricks of the trade if you will. I had several companys over to bid the replacement of my complete A/C and Heating unit. Some companies bid the job extremely high and some outright lied to me trying to sell me items I did not need. Some of the salesmen that I met with knew less about the systems than I did and one even measured the outside patio. Now to why you came here, two companies bid the job at what I already knew was a correct price structure for what I was asking for. Air Clinic and the other co. were competitive in price however with Air Clinic I received a 15 seer system instead of a 14 which qualifies for a CPS rebate, and they included the thermostat that I wanted. I contacted a supplier friend of mine in Houston and for me to purchase the equipment and install it myself would have only saved me $550.00. Ryan came right out of the box with a fair price for the system and Austin and Xavier did a great job on the install. All involved from those in the field to the office staff are courteous, friendly and a pleasure to do business with, I highly recommend this company.

Air Clinic installed a mini split in a backyard casita in January of this year. I had them come out to service the unit after the summer and in preparation for the winter. George came out and serviced the unit. He was very informative, answering my many questions, and explaining the ins and outs of how a mini split works and how to get the most mileage out of it. Very pleased with Air Clinic and would definitely recommend them for your install and routine maintenance!

My AC unit went out last night. Air Clinic was able to fit us in the same day and were at my house within a couple hours of my landlord calling. Mike Eisenhower did an amazing job. My air conditioner went out at 8pm on a hot August night with dinner guests here. I called Air Clinic from a Google search because they had 24 hour service. I had no idea who they were. They were able to have a technician out within 2 hours. I was amazed. Sam found the problem right away. It was a simple thing and he fixed it quickly. Very polite technician. I was overwhelmed because my son has recently passed away. The technician asked if I was Ok. I told him what happened and he actually took the time to listen to me and comfort me with words of sympathy. He continued to fix the AC, cleaned up and had more words of encouragement and left. He went above and beyond what he had to.

Great experience with Air Clinic! They provided excellent information with selecting a replacement system and did not try to oversell more expensive products. Air Clinic of SA chose well when they hired Roy Garcia to represent their company. Roy came out for an estimate a few weeks back for my sons hot room above our garage. I, then, chose Air clinic to come out and assist me in this job. Both times working with Roy, he answered all my questions, explained well without sounding demeaning (which other companies have done), and went out of his way to help. Roy went above and beyond without hesitation to assist me in my dilemma and all the questions and clarifications that I had. Even down to the smallest problem, Roy helped me greatly and with genuine care. He even gave me alternatives and step-wise approaches/options and didnt go straight to the most expensive option that was presented to me as the ONLY option by an estimate given to me by a competitor. Strong work ethic and genuine care for what he does. Good job, Roy & Air Clinic. Air Clinic will be my go-to for any AC/heater services now.

My service technician DT provided amazing service. He communicated when he would arrive and he even called me when he was almost finished to review everything he did! I was very impressed.

My husband called Air Clinic yesterday afternoon because our AC wasnt cooling. Was pleasantly surprised when the guy was able to come earlier than the 8 PM time we were given. He attempted to repair it oddly by taking photos and texting with someone on his phone. He got it going, for about 5 minutes after he left. Then it stopped cooling again and we are where we started. My husband texted the man that it wasnt working he replied Ok and then crickets. We havent been billed yet, so Im looking forward to seeing that we will be charged for since our AC is in the same condition before calling Air Clinic. We have a different company coming out today. Will not use them ever again. Im not even sure he was a technician. Im sure an actual certified technician wouldve gotten the job done properly. Very disappointed. Two star given because they did show up earlier than anticipated and the guy was nice but nice doesnt get my house cooled down. 👎🏽

My AC unit went out last night. Air clinic was able to fit us in same day and were there within a couple hours of us calling. The technician was very thorough with his diagnostic assessment. We had another company that had checked the unit a week ago, said everything was OK. Obviously that was not the case. Air clinic came to the rescue . They were amazing and I would use them again

I had my regularly scheduled maintenance appointment yesterday. The technician was very friendly and professional. He quieted my system and informed me that I did not need to replace my filter. Good job!

Air Clinic to the rescue again! We had a raccoon take up residence in our attic and it completely destroyed one of the ducts in an effort to find heat. We’ve finally got the raccoon out- and today Quentin came to replace the ruined duct. He was so kind and took care of everything quickly and professionally. I don’t wish a raccoon on anyone- but if it happens, Air Clinic will help you return to normal!

Tech Roy Garcia was amazing!It took 2 visits to diagnose our problem with our AC units. We are now chilling with these 95+ degree days! All is well, and we are very grateful to him for all of his help. Great customer service.

Mike Jones with Air Clinic through Lowes helped me with quoting a new A/C install. Excellent warranty and financing options through Lowes. After having a discussion about sizing and features, he listed out almost a dozen different systems to choose from. It did not feel like he was pushing me towards any of the more expensive options, he explained what makes a system more expensive and the trade offs from the more inexpensive systems. He also quoted me for moving my air handler to a different location which other companies would not even consider.Mike was very courteous and knowledgeable and I felt like I was the boss throughout this process.

William, from Air Clinic made a special trip out to our house to fix our AC unit which had completely failed this morning.We know he was in Austin on a job when he got the call and we are in Spring Branch.he showed up before expected and he diagnosed our problem quickly, fixed it quickly.our unit is cooling down already.Air Clinic has always been very good to us and easy to deal with.We are happy to recommend Air Clinic.

My brother was having problems with his AC unit. So we contacted 3 different air conditioning companies to come and try to fix my brothers AC problems and for 2 weeks none of them could figure out his AC problem. We were out $400 and not one was close to solving the problem. We had to place my brother in a rehab facility while the AC companies were trying to solve the problem. I finally called Air Clinic Of San Antonio who had installed my home AC system back in 2016. After their lead AC tech TJ evaluated the situation he figured out the problem and got the AC unit working again. The company Air Clinic of San Antonio looked into my brothers situation and generously discounted the price of the work. Now we are happy to say that my brother is back and enjoying the temperature in his house compared to the heat outside. Thank you Air Clinic.

George the senior service technician was great. Answered any question I ask. Educated me on how the system works and what needed to be done to keep the AC running well. Michael E, Quick Silver! He’s a man of speed to get our A/C working again! We were scheduled for late evening, he showed up right after lunch. Offer this man some cold water for his hard work!

Was not a very good experience. Would not recommend them. I used them because it was the company that installed the unit. I even picked them even though the offered service price was higher than another company advertised price. The Tech TJ that showed up appeared to not want to do the service and was only going to do the minimal amount just to say he did the service. Ex. I asked him the condition of my outside unit in reference to the capacitor. He told me that it was weak the fan was pulling high amperage and the compressor had a very highhead pressure. I asked him the question about those parts being under warranty. He said yes as the unit has a 10 yr warranty. I asked him since he was already there would he just replace the part so I could avoid future problems. He then told me that it was a lot of work. I replied it was two screws and three or four wires (unplug and replug). He did run water over the coils but didn’t check the see if that was the reason for the high head pressure. Or if the head pressure was reduced. I told him about a concern i had with a leak i had in my inside unit. All in all it appeared he wanted to do as little as possible and wasn’t to thrilled about making the service call.

Excellent quality and work and product. I highly recommend them for your ac and heating needs. It was a giant puzzle! My AC would work when they came to fix it and when they left it wouldn’t work. They never gave up and nailed the problem! I have used Air Clinic since I built a guest cottage in 2016 and they are always professional, polite and courteous getting the job done as quickly as possible. You can trust them for new construction or replacement and repairs!

Lowes recommended this company to perform an HVAC tune up. Technician came Friday, said wed receive email with recommendations and link to pay for the service. Our AC failed Saturday and we were without AC for the weekend. No email was received, and husband called the company this morning. He told rep the email hasnt been received to pay and that our AC is now out and has been since Saturday. She told him she can take his payment but didnt inquire about the AC system failing or offer to assist in getting repairs. Very poor customer service. We called another company who came out and got AC repaired and we discussed replacement. The other company will now be receiving over $13,000.00 to replace our system.

Our old air conditioner is fixed. Same day service on a Saturday. The technician was great. Very happy

Hayden honestly did his best to get up the best available equipment for the price point we needed to be at. From the consultation to the installation, all went well, if we experienced a bump it was immediately addressed. Air Clinic also did a follow up after completion with a different technician for a new set of eyes to look over the install and check on the system. June of this year will be the 10 year installation period of our 16 SEER Trane HVAC system. Seth, the owner met with us soon after I had sent a 2 am email after our old unit had crapped out. I sent an email to 3 companies and his company was the first to call that morning. Seth was a pleasure to deal with accomodating with the answers, personable and professional. The technicians who installed the unit performed as a unit proficiently, courteous, neat and timely. The technicians who have come out to service our unit as a whole have presented themselves similarly. Quentin, the latest young man to perform their 16 point air conditioning inspection was a polite, thoughtful and efficient technician. He took his time to view a second old unit of ours obtaining the information he needed to pass on to those who could assist us with a replacement or an alternative cooling solution. Quentin also provided a helpful maintenance tip to help keep our drain line clean. The wife and I have been quite pleased with Seth, Air Clinic and their technicians. In fact, I have suggested them to my daughter and son in law recent new home owners. Quentin, spoke of the quality, reliabilty and longevity of our Trane unit. My reply was, well here is to another ten years with the assistance of Air Clinics maintenance special every other year. This is my scheduled servicing. Thank You, Seth, Air Clinic, Technicians and of course those answering the phones always courteous, pleasant and at times engaging.

Air clinic installed 2 HVAC (2021) systems promptly and kept all areas clean. The price was the best out of 4 bids. 15% lower than the highest bid. Tuesday one of the furnace units stopped working. I called Air Clinic after hours, and a person answered. I was told I would receive a call to set a service call next morning. At 7:30 on Wednesday, Air Clinic called to confirm the problem, and ask how soon I wanted service. ASAP I said. At 8:15, I was told the technician would arrive in 15 min. Well, it did take him more like 20 min, but by 9 am my system was working, and is still working fine. You can’t go wrong with this guys. They are professional and friendly. Just had a third HVAC (2024) Installed by Air Clinic. As was done before, their bid was the lowest and the system is working perfectly. I do recommend them for all HVAC related work.

This company did a fabulous job. We had an emergency heat pump break down right before the cold winter storm came and they got our new HVAC installed and working great so that we were very warm and comfortable in the winter blast! Recommend this company. Everyone was great!

Extraordinary service! All three professionals that came to my house were extremely dedicated and even explained exactly what happened to the unit. It took 4 days to get it fixed, but only because they needed to wait for the right part to be replaced. In the first visit TJ showed me where the unit leak was and this was really helpful later on when Roy and Jessie came the following day so I could share that info with them. I will be forever thankful for having Roy and Jessie fixing the AC unit even late at night. I wish all the services were like this one, efficient, professional and really respectful! Great job team!

WOW! Two sets of improperly sized and installed HVAC units over a 7 year period and then we buckled down and treated the remedy of our HVAC disaster like a business project!We contacted 12-15 HVAC contractors in the San Antonio area and finally settled on 3 companies that provided proposals and plans of action.Ryan Cawthon at Air Clinic was MARVELOUS! He sealed the deal following countless hours of physical review of our home and existing units, numerous discussions about the deficiencies of our existing (1 year old) systems, and many discussions about our needs based on comfort level requirements, maintenance requirements, finances and overall expectations.It was a long process (due in part to us being anxious about making the wrong decision), but Ryan hung in there and patiently answered (and re-answered) each question and concern that we presented. Once the customized (Ryan even included a notation about our 3 rescued cats!) contract was signed, everything moved in an orderly and timely manner.We couldn’t have asked for an easier or more professional installation. Jeremy, Mike and their teams of installers were FABULOUS! They were tidy, polite, respectful and very considerate (even of our 3 rescues!). Follow-up fine tuning by George and TJ has been effortless for us.Working with Shayla in the office - a breeze! We highly recommend Air Clinic for all HVAC needs. We’ve even signed up two family members’ households for bi-annual HVAC maintenance!

$89.00 service call another 289.00 to air blast out the clog on the drain line. For that much I buy the tool. The tech however was very kind.

This gentleman not only identified the problem and immediately and professionally repaired it he addressed not one but several items that needed quick resolutions. After a thorough cleaning and detailed explanation of the causes that lead to the emergence I now am more confident in my home heating and cooling needs. When we were having air concerns in certain spaces they came to our home as many times as it took to make sure we were comfortable. They never wrote us off or tried to tell us we did something wrong. They just kept going until our concerns were resolved. Roy came in and was friendly and knowledgeable. He found that the motor on my unit needed to be replaced and we set that up for repair before this became a problem.

They were able to resolve my issue with my new system. The only complain that I have is that my AC that they installed is not even 6months old and they charge me an after hour fee for the technician to come and troubleshoot only to find out that the issue originated from the installer who neglected to remove a piece that is normally remove causing my system to not function correctly.

Great Service initially - before payment was made -- Install was not completed but I made the payment - They were suppose to come back in install bigger grill that they didnt have -- they promised to do that -- Once payment made NO SHOW! Rep Hayden never picks up his phone, dont answer text, Office always wants to talk to the Rep. Called today again --- spoke to office - They now want to charge $150 Fee, HVAC was never brought up for Quality Check -- Would not recommend. No Professional Company.

On May 12, 2023, Jose came to do my routine inspection of my AC unit. He found that I needed a new capacitor which cost $225 to install which I thought was very high. He also recommended that I have 3 pounds of Freon installed at a cost of $585! I declined. On July 15th, I asked my neighborhood AC expert to check my AC to determine if I needed 3 pounds of Freon. He used his gauges and app to determine I needed zero Freon!I talked to Air Clinic general manager, Phillip, about the problem. He immediately acted promptly to correct the problem. I will continue to use Air Clinic as I have done for many years!

Missed three consecutive appointments without any notification. Spent an entire year trying to sort out billing and service for three separate accounts. After 3rd consecutive missed appointment, I cancelled contract and yet I continue to get billed. Technician recommended service that another technician performed although he felt the service wasnt really needed. Major repair accomplished and now Im not sure there was actually a problem as there were no symptoms of an issue. Overall, lack of service, lack of communication and not trustworthy.

This driver cut me off during a busy intersection. Then decided to tailgate another driver. Horrible and a huge liability!

This year’s annual maintenance was done without any issues. I was thoroughly informed about the inspection of the interior of the inside unit with video that was taken. The technician asked questions about previous appointments from yesteryear to make sure they did per standard procedures when flushing the drainage pipe. He gave me some advice about Diversitech’s pan treatment capsules that are used monthly to prevent the drainage pipe from clogging. I ended up going online to purchase some because it’s much faster than using white vinegar.Great job!

The first.Technician that came out identified a circuit panel that was burnt out and put in the order. On Monday, they came out in the afternoon and installed it, and did a diagnostic test which determined nothing else was wrong. Later that night, we finally started seeing cooler temperatures in the house..

Probably the best customer experience I’ve received with any company in the past ten years. As a customer, I truly felt customer service has been something that has been lacking with just about all companies during this day and age as the world is just in a different place currently. Pandemics and other challenges such as a lack of qualified applicants for employers to pull from are just a few examples as to why customers have been getting the short end of the stick lately. I’ll admit my first impressions of Air Clinic and the work they performed on my home was not up to my standards, not to mention some very unclear communication from the start, left both parties frustrated and me not wanting to move forward with them. It wasn’t until the owner, Seth got involved, and he personally came to my home to inspect the work that was clearly not up to his standard as well. (In all fairness, judging from the previous reviews I was the exception to the norm) but from that point forward, I was sent out a very competent crew for duct work and I cannot thank Austin and his crew enough for the marvelous work they performed in my attic. Seth even came back out to reinspect the work which was completed and made sure I was thoroughly satisfied which I was. You can tell that he takes a lot of pride in this company that he has built from the ground up and that bolds well for a company when you have a leader, leading from the front then everyone else will emulate his example. I contacted Air Clinic with a concern and Mallory went above and beyond to help get me scheduled quickly. She answered my calls and called me back when she said she would. That earns huge points in my book. After my initial maintenance call, it was determined my system was running as it should be. My concern was still with the condensation that was leaking from some lines outside the air handler as well as cold air leaks due to my builder’s original installers. Mallory put me in touch with George who came out to seal up the area and answer all my questions. George was friendly, funny, and very informative. He made me feel more comfortable about the situation. He wanted to make sure I was satisfied with the service. So my experience with Air Clinic was top notch.

I requested a quote for a Mini-Split system install and was contacted by Preston who scheduled an appointment that fit my schedule. He came by and gave me a fair quote and great financing options. He was very responsive and knowledgeable about my questions related to warranty, financing, and install timeframes. Austin and Heath were the installers and they were very professional and efficient. The whole install process took less than a day and a half. They took all of the packaging the system came in and cleaned their entire work area. They answered all of my questions and left their number in case of any future questions or issues. AC system works great! I would highly recommend this company.

After living with a system that was inferior in every way for over 10 years, we finally decided to begin seeking proposals to replace 2 complete systems and rework a lot of the duct work in our house. We spent about 2 months seeking help with 10 different companies in and around the San Antonio area. All were big name companies with good overall histories. There was a wide variety of solution ideas as well as a wide spread of costs that were proposed. In the end, we decided to go with Air Clinic and we are so glad that we did.We received an excellent proposal which included a high end heat pump system for our downstairs area and a less than high end for the upstairs. We also needed extensive rework of the ducting and the addition of 3 zoned areas so as you can see, this was a large job for a residential reinstall. As a matter of fact, one of the more popular radio advertised places here in town told me that the job was too big for them to do and that they wouldn’t even bid on it.Air Clinic not only showed up on time but they performed a knock-out job from 8:00 in the morning until the evening hours for 3 days in a row. The technicians all had specific strengths and they worked together like a clock. Removal of the old systems, installation and assembly of the new systems, reconstruction of boxes and replacement and new runs of duct systems worked like a charm. On the first night, they made sure to keep an AC system for our master suite area so that we could sleep comfortably and we did.Ryan, Preston, Austin, Justin, Andrew and Kevin each performed their jobs with great care and respect. I simply cannot stress enough how much praise I have for all of these gentlemen and what they have done for me and my family. Truly the best of the best.

Air Clinic was fantastic. When our upstairs unit cratered after 16 years, Air Clinic was ready to go with a new, very efficient Trane, plus they repaired some badly needed duct work. The whole thing was still significantly less expensive than the 3 other bids we got. And they came back out a week after the install to make sure everything was working properly. Outstanding service start to finish. We were very happy to switch to Air Clinic for our ongoing maintenance as well. Never had such a great experience with an HVAC company.

So, after many years dealing with an old system (15+yrs), we had to look at replacing it. We used 2-3 different companies in the past to fix/replace several parts (fan, compressor, condenser, thermostat) and for the most part it was a great system.We decided to research some local companies here in SA and Air Clinic was the first one we called (we had 2 earlier quotes in the last 6 months) Thats all it took, ONE phone call and 3 days later, job complete and system works great! Never fails..as soon as I leave town for work, something around the house goes down.On Sunday around 5 oclock my wife texted and said she just got home and said the house was 81 degrees but the thermostat was set at 76. I left a message with air clinic. I was notified that someone would be able to come out the next day on Monday to take a look. Luckily this wasnt the middle of summer and the wife and kids were able to stay in the house overnight. As promised, a technician ( I wasnt there, so unfortunately I dont have his name) came over and diagnosed the problem. I had a leak in the coils. The tech didnt have the parts needed but made a call to have the parts delivered to the house. While he was waiting for the parts he removed the bad coils and not much later the new coils arrived. The tech replaced the parts and had the system back up and running like new again. I hated not being there, but it was awesome having a company come in and take care of a problem so quickly. I cant say enough about this companies customer service and service after the sale. A++

I got a full hvac install, Ryan came out on a Tuesday to see the unit they were replacing and take measurements, he got me set up with the quote for the new system and the crew was there first thing the next day starting the install, they answered all of my questions, were very professional, and did a very great job. We just had a full AC system install by Air Clinic San Antonio. Ryan came out to give us a quote for a system, and provided 6 choices for the install explaining the differences between the options clearly. He wasnt shy about climbing up into the attic space to get a full idea of what our install would entail so his quote would be accurate. His install team Austin and Santos did an excellent job with putting in the system. All three Air Clinic members were polite, friendly, professional, and worked to get the job done right. We had our install done in June (...in Texas), so the attic space was practically nuclear hot; but they kept plugging away until the system was installed correctly.

Neil was my tech. He was on time. He quickly found the problem and as he was checking unit i was telling him how I felt the unit was working for the past few months since I just bought the house. He suggested adding a part that would help to even lower my electricity bill. I also mentioned some other issues throughtout the house that I was needing to figure out who to contact to fix. Some of these things he said they do as well. He spent a little extra time to take measurements and other information needed so he could work on an estimate for these extra projects which will help bring my older home up to code (something I was already planning on doing). This was like a ONE STOP SHOP 😊 which is GREAT for a single parent who doesnt have time.

This company is amazing!! From the start Ryan came out to bid the job and educate us on their products and workmanship of the company. They specialize in Trane HVAC systems which we all know are great products. We had two other proposals from other companies and felt the most comfortable with Air Clinic regarding price, service, workmanship and follow-up. We ended up purchasing three systems; two for our our home, a main unit as well as a mini split for another add on as well as a complete system for a rental property of ours. The systems were all installed today on time and very efficiently. The installers Austin and Luis were great, very friendly and actually had good personalities and a pleasure to deal with. Today, maintenance technician came out to do the semiannual inspection of my air conditioning system. the gym was very polite he explained everything he was going to do and he went right to work. after completing his inspection he explained the status of BAC and heating system.

Had a complete new AC system installed by Isreal Sr. and Isreal Jr.. They were absolutely AMAZING. They arrived on time and quickly began the process of a difficult and complicated installation. My home had an undersized unit for the sq. footage. They quickly began the process of removing the old system and ductwork. They had to replace and reconfigure old ductwork and add a new unit. This job also required some carpentry skills. They were very careful as not to damage anything during the process. They completed the job within the time estimated. They made sure to clean up after themselves. They treated me and my home with respect. I am very impressed with the level of professionalism, expertise, and overall craftmanship of this DYNAMIC DUO. I got a top of the line unit with top of the line service. I am very satisfied. Air clinic will always be my first choice.!.

There were a few issues after the install, but they came by to make sure everything was rectified in 07/2017. They also helped me identify an electrical issue that needed to be addressed.Now just need the winter servicing done since we actually got cooler weather.Updated 11/12- thermostat was gone blank with a white screen. Similar issue as before. Will reach for a service call and update my review accordingly.Updated 11/15- the folks came out 11/13 and knocked out the issue and made a great recommendation for the unit. Good turnaround for service!

These guys are great!...I have used them to install two units now...a downstairs unit and an upstairs unit. They did an outstanding job of replacing our 30+ year old systems. I thought you couldnt stop a Trane!.....anyway....Called our Home Warranty provider to have someone come take a look...told them they needed to be familiar with Trane systems. The guy came out, looked at it and actually looked a bit confused/perplexed at first...he was very polite, etc and decided a part needed to be replaced and took it with him....SO....called Air Clinic and they advised me we were still under full labor/parts warranty with the unit so I called the original technician and asked him to just return the part he was going to get replaced.... so Air Clinic sent Raul out this morning. He was very professional and got us back up and running after replacing the part that needed to be replaced (which wasnt the original part identified by the other company. I still very highly recommend Air Clinic AND Raul for your AC issues....we purchased two units from Air Clinic (through Lowes) and if I needed another this is where I would go to make the purchase. I am even considering cancelling our home warranty and just using Air Clinic for our Air Conditional needs even though a maintenance agreement with them would cost more...at least we would get someone who wouldnt look at the unit and get confused. We have had similar situations with other issues with our home warranty...you never know who is coming out OR their level of expertise.....thank you Air Clinic, Seth and Raul for getting our system up and running again!

I scheduled service for a routine tuneup sir conditioning maintenance. The technician failed to perform the maintenance correctly causing a clogged main line drain. The secondary overflow line drainage was leaking onto my front porch causing rust stains on the porch and brick. Leaving a high mess. When I called back to have them fix the problem I was told I needed to pay for another service. I called another company that explained the screw up from Air Clinic, but they did fix my problem.

After many others have failed, hopefully this is the start of a great and lasting experience. George evaluated my system, found the issue and recommended fixes to keep my fairly new systems working optimally. Best thing, he was knowledgeable about my issue. So no wilg goose chases and multiple shots in the dark to isolate the problem. Happy so far.

Honesty and Integrity in an industry that lacks such things. Now days AC companies seem so commission driven it’s tough to tell who has your best interest in mind, until we met AirClinic. We needed a full system replacement, which is a big purchase for our 2500 sq ft home. We were given excellent options and a great financing choices. AirClinic was punctual, clean, and did a professional job on our new Trane system. Can’t thank these guys enough!

We were out of town when our roommates let us know that our AC unit had stopped working. Scrambling, we contacted the HVAC outfit with the highest rated reviews on Google...and they delivered. Even though it was a Saturday, Heath was able to stop by, diagnose the issue, and provide a recommendation. He even took our call after hours that same day and promised a follow-up on Monday AM with the office. Before they had technically opened, Air Clinic was on the line and ready to answer our questions - financing, installation lead times, differences between systems, etc.Full disclosure: They are a Trane dealer and obviously want to sell the product. However, they also offer Day & Night systems as well. They were straight-forward in explaining the differences - in our favor, as we went with the Day & Night and BOTH systems come with a 10-year parts/2-year labor/1-year maintenance from Air Clinic - a huge bonus.We contracted Air Clinic on Monday morning and by Tuesday evening, our house was cooling from 91 degrees thanks to Heath and Jeremys hard work. They showed up, were courteous and polite, and got the job done without complaint, keeping us in the loop all the while.Had we waited on our home warranty service (and their contractor who we couldnt even locate online), wed still be waiting while our pets kept languishing in the heat. Instead, Air Clinic provided a great experience from start to finish and we are now happily controlling our new AC from our iPhones!tl;dr --- DEFINITELY WORTH THE CALL!

They installed a brand new system in my house. Within the first few days they had come out to fix a wire that kept burning up. They were here three times that first year fixing that same issue.The next time it happened was when we went to use the heater which makes sense cause it was some wire that had to deal with the heater that caused the issue. They came and fixed it because it was still in warranty.The next winter however we were out of warranty and the same issues that has been happening since they installed the unit happened yet again. They told me I was out of warranty and it would cost 250-300 to come out and repair it. I argued the fact that it was the same issue and was told he would talk to his manager and give me a call. Never did so I went and bought heaters for that winter.Now here we are in the middle of summer and that wire had caused a small fire. So I called them to come look at it. I waited to bring up last year until they actually showed up.The guy told me that the same wire had caused the fire and it would now be around 650 to come and repair it.I explained that the issue has been happening since day one and he replied “well these units aren’t the best” I told him that it was worth the 8grand that I paid and needs to be fixed. He told me “let me talk to my manager” that was a week ago and haven’t heard anything since.I am going to report them to the Better business as well as reach out to a lawyer and let as many people know what crooks this company is.They came off great but once they got my money they left me to burn.

Air Clinic was kind enough to install a 5 ton high SEER rated A/C system and gas heating system in my home last Summer at a time it was needed to replace two XR-12 that were over 18 years old.The installation seemed complete in working through the Summer and the Winter. Two additional visits were made to ensure that the proper fitting was used for the propane gas for heating and for the thermostat that required replacing in order for the system to operate correctlyA seasonal service was performed recently by another company for two older A/C systems during which the contractor checked the newly installed TRANE A/C and heating system to ensure that there were no issues from the original installation performed last Summer.Unfortunately, the contractor discovered that the gas piping needed to be completely rebuilt to ensure that there were no propane gas leaks in the attic and to tighten the Freon connection.Air Clinic performed a follow up visit to ensure that the installation of the system was performed correctly with a remedy proposed that was accepted.On 5/26/2021, Air Clinic was called out to service a drainage backup issue in the primary drainage line and in the secondary line. Both lines were blown out to resolve any backups and the system is now operational for the Summer.I give Ryan and his team high ratings for having a technician come out on the same day to resolve the back-up issues and to explain the emergency shut-down functions of the TRANE A/C System when blockages occur in the drain lines.

Steve was awesome! I felt bad not offering anything to drink, I know it was hot outside and inside my house. After running a diagnostic on my system he broke down all my possible options and resources to get my A/C unit fixed. Hope that someone gives him a raise.

Fantastic experience!If you need repair or new A/C system this is the people to go to.Hi yall, I normally dont write reviews but this time I MUST.Five stars for this company is not in of. Wish I can give them six.Ive been involve with home building companies before and that give me an extra access to more info about A/C systems then average bear. So Ive thought.From the get go I was very impressed with Ryan and the way he explained ins and outs of installing a more powerful A/C system then the one I was replacing and reminding me that extra air return docks will be needed to get the most of the new air handler and heat pump. Non of the previous people who was giving me a bids for the job ever mention this and Ive totally forgot about it my self concentrating on price only.The amount of care, honesty and sincerity for doing the right thing Ryan displayed in our conversation is rather rare this days.Then came the install day and two guys show up - Santos and Steven.130 degrees in the attic. They worked non-stop with out a break. So polite and always with a smile. Great team. When I ask them to take a break, Santos told me that they must get my home cooled first before gets really hot. Within 6-7 hours my house was at 72 degrees again.All that happened on August 15th. Since then Ryan contacted me 3 times to make sure all is working well.BIG thank you to Air Clinic and the great people who make all the difference in customer service satisfaction.

Roy did a great job took the time to blow the AC drain pipe out and clean out the unit outside by washing and getting dirt out the unit

My air conditioner was broken, I was told by another air conditioning company that the whole AC had to be replaced. I called air clinic for a second opinion, and they told me my air conditioner only needed a part replaced. They saved me $1000. Of dollars and. We’re so kind, honost, and professional. Price was competitive. Everyone that I have dealt with was professional and on time ! Austin & Zack were did a beautiful job with the installing of our new Trane HVAC system. My house is an 1940s ranch style house with a 3 attic space to do the attic work required on very hot and humid day. It was not an easy job - 1940s houses give very little room in the HVAC department ! I told Austin and Zack that they helped my house birth a new Ac unit and boy is she pretty and powerful ! This is the 3rd HVAC system that I have put in while living in this house and most professional experience that I have had by far ! Had to leave a review because this installation was so awesome !!!
