The team from North East were friendly, efficient, and respectful of my property. The City inspector just left, leaving me with enthusiastic praise for the duct work they installed! The system is much quieter now & my house is finally warm! They did additional work (sealing unused vents & adding additional insulation) that was not originally anticipated without additional charges!

I have been using Northeast Air Conditioning since i bought my house in 2021 There service has always been professional and thorough. Getting the job done properly without delay or padding the time. I never once felt like i was being pushed to get a more cost;y service over a simple fix yet they are honest about what needs done.TLDR - Great professional service and no hard sales tactics.

I needed several plumbing repairs and David did an excellent job. He was friendly and professional. He did such a good job cleaning up that you could not tell anything had been repaired. I will always use Northeast Air Conditioning and Plumbing and will always ask for David.

Bobby arrived Saturday morning as planned after the service call yesterday. After looking at the cut off valve it was evident that he needed to return to the shop and get the appropriate parts that he didn’t have at the moment. I appreciate the fact that he knew exactly what he needed and proceeded to do it right. He dug out the area as necessary and answered all of my questions. He quickly repaired the cut off valve, it looked great, and he restored the work area. He has done very good repairs for my elderly mother at her home and we appreciate him. Everything seems to be good. My only complaint is that the person who did the job wanted to put me off to the end of the day?? I waited nearly a week to get someone to correct the problem and was told I would have someone FIRST THING Monday morning. They did stay and do the work. I dont know what changed his mind, maybe a call back to the office?

The service done today was excellent!! Your technician found the problem to be outside, and had to physically dig to find and repair the problem. He went above and beyond in my opinion!!

They were fast, professional and fair with the price. My third time calling them up over the years. They never disappoint.

The tech Anthony was so disrespectful, had a very poor attitude and was lacking in his customer service skill set. He played his music on his cell phone speaker for my entire house to hear while he was working inside with no regard to who was home or sleeping. And the worst of it, he ended up misdiagnosing my issue and ultimately damaging it causing me to pay another company to fix it. When the company sent out another tech, Ralph, to close up the work Anthony left open and incomplete, what he said didnt match anything Anthony said. Anthony has a lot of learning he needs to do before he should be able to be by himself at customers homes. I am thankful for the professionalism of the second tech Ralph but he also misdiagnosed my unit when it said it was just a dirty filter. I will not be returning and this company should be paying for the damages Anthony caused leaving me and family with young children without AC for weeks. If left unresolved by this company I will seek mediation services for proper compensation.

We noticed our drain was clogged about 8:30 in the morning so we called North East. They were able to send a technician out within an hour. George did a great job, he argued all the drains and was able to clear the clog in no time at all. I would definitely recommend them. This is a family owned and operated company and the level of service definitely shows.

Jason was very courteous, educational, on time, showed true interest in our concerns and promptly corrected the problem. He shared the oncall number for the weekend as our lack of cooling issue was discovered on Friday at 3 in the afternoon. He was at our door by 4:45pm. AC working again to help us servive this Tx summer heat!I recommend this company wholeheartedly!!!

Northeast Air Conditioning and Plumbing repair men and inspectors have always been polite, efficient done good jobs & explained what & why they were doing it. Recently, when a neighbors tree fell on the power line causing a large flash of light with a lot of sparks, the surge of current went through my copper water pipes that went from the ground up through the wall into the water heater burning both ends off of the water pipes leading to the heater causing water to flood all over the sun porch. A fireman managed who was putting out a fire at the neighbors house managed to get my water turned off before the repairman arrived. As soon as he arrived he knew what had happened & had already brought new pipes which he installed right away & everything has been working fine. SAWS came & turned the water back on. No more leaks.

Plumbing issue, sewer line. Technician asked questions, listened to my description, handled the problem, explained things and responded to my questions. Service was timely, technician was friendly, courteous, professional.I highly recommend North East.Support local businesses!

Hands down the best service I’ve ever had. I called on a Sunday morning and they were here by noon. They fixed everything with an hour and charge a very reasonable amount. I couldn’t be more pleased and I will never use anyone else!

I called with an A/C fan problem, and was given an appointment right away. Anthony showed up right on time, was very polite and knowledgable. He inspected the unit, asked questions about it, and found the solution in no time, explaining things as he worked. Everyone has the “AC went out at the worst time” story and mine is no different. Then one phone call and a couple hours later, North East Air Conditioning came to the rescue. The tech, Anthony was pleasant, polite, educating, and of course he identified and fixed the issue in less than 10min. Contrary to others companies I had called, at no point was there pressure to replace the whole unit or system but I now am certain that this will be where we get our new AC system next year. I only wish companies were more like North East Air Conditioning; fair, fast, and fantastic.

9/28/24: Fixed my mom’s shower leak, replaced garbage disposal and a few other things. Great job and friendly staff. Most importantly makes it easy for payment online and remotely, since I manage this for mom.Again NE has done a great job for us! Highly recommend! Great company! Have been using for many years.

We have been customers of Northeast Air since the mid 1980’s and have always experienced superior service and quality. Rick, the technician, was super efficient and was even able to schedule us earlier in the day than expected. My only suggestion is for him to leave the house in the same way before the service. Our attic light was left on and the staircase was left down and more importantly our outside gate was left open. We were unaware of the gate and our dog escaped the yard. Luckily a passing motorist called our number from the dog’s collar and we got her back.

Gabriel was very professional and honest. Well spoken and very knowledgeable! He explained everything he did on the AC tune up and then explained the issue why my AC unit was not working. He had it fixed after agreeing with the cost. He even let me know about about the service plan offered and I definitely signed up for it. I have a great feeling with this company for the long term.

Could not get my usual a/c guys on a weekend so called NE and they were out in 30 minutes. Identified the problem ( a short in old wiring) and got us back up in 2 hours. The tech was professional, informative and a nice guy. They have done work for my 97 year old mother in law for both plumbing and a/c and are always prompt and competent.

As always NorthEast to the rescue. My son just does not get what you should and shouldn’t put down the toilet. George came and checked both bathrooms to see wha the problem was. Unfortunately there was only a little something in the pipes leading to the street but he got it all cleaned up and nothing is clogging the pipes anymore. Thank You George you rock!!

I have been a customer of NE plumbing since 2013. I thoroughly appreciate their prompt response to a slow leaking toilet. Because they had previously replaced parts in the toilet and the leak was still troublesome they came out the same day and replace the valve and floater free of charge. I received help immediately, excellent service by a knowledgeable technician, He took the time to show me the problem, obtain the repair part and also educated us on maintenance issues. This is a very ethical company- they fix the problem and don’t push for an unnecessary purchase of a new system. The scheduling was VERY. Efficient- they saw that a repairman was in my neighborhood and scheduled me after that appointment.

They came out quickly and were much more knowledgeable and affordable then the first company that came out. Bobby diagnosed the problem quickly and had it repaired within 15 minutes saving me hundreds of dollars compared to the other company!

Replaced both upper, and bottom bathrooms faucets. In both instances, the plumber Plumber Bobby Vidalwas professional, experienced, excellent work skills and completed the work flawlessly.

After receiving a $13k estimate for a new HVAC system, we called North East for a second opinion. NEs Ralph arrived and assured us that he is a trained technician and not a salesman. They discovered that my heat pump drain line was clogged and went above and beyond to unstop it. They called in additional employees to help. After many hours of work, they finally got it unstopped. They were determined to unstop the pipe and they didnt stop working until they did so. I was very impressed with their work ethic.

I needed repairs on both of my toilets. From my initial phone call to the speedy service I received just a few hours later, everyone I interacted with was friendly and professional. Weve been using this company for a few years (HVAC and Plumbing) but the last two visits for plumbing have been very disappointing.Called to schedule a plumbing leak (exterior) and two faucet replacements (Interior). Received an email to confirm the appointment the same day. However, no additional communication afterwards and no communication on the day of the appointment. We had to call the emergency HVAC number to find out when the plumber would be arriving.Our biggest concern was that we could not find any obvious signs of a leak and needed help finding the leak.We pointed out a couple of suspicious areas in the yard, the areas in the house that we had checked, etc. but the plumber seemed disinterested. The plumber didnt make any effort to look for the leak, didnt check the house, faucets, meter, nothing. Instead, the plumber got to work on the faucet replacements and later said that he didnt have time to dig around the yard, he had other jobs to do, and to call a leak detection company. OR call back and schedule again.We called a leak detection company the same day and the next day they were there. We pointed out a suspicious area, we dug down, and found the leak. We did. And then the plumbers fixed the leak.We were very disappointed in the overall service from North East Air Conditioning. We really needed this leak fixed and were expecting to get it fixed that day and they didnt come through.This was the second time that we had to find the leak ourselves. Same attitude, barely made an effort to find the leak. The plumber left and we discovered the leak afterwards and called the company to send the plumber back for repair. Both instances, it was the same plumber. We will not be using this company any longer.

I had a Noise problem with a bathroom faucet. Northeast diagnosed the problem and did not charge for the estimate. These people are honest and that’s difficult to find these days.

Called NE because air setting was not working on thermostat mode. Gabriel came to service it and was nice and helpful, but did not seem to know the TRANE system and needed my costumer service installation and user guide. Said fan was working but air was so low it was hardly coming out And it was normal for this system. I have had several AC units but never with so low air circulation. My house is very dusty and I need good circulation for health reasons. I plan to try a certified TRANE service maintenance company in the near future. I will still do business with NE they are a good company.

Jason was my technician today. He said a component on my unit just needed cleaning, a quick fix. He checked everything on my unit and cleaned it up. He was very professional, friendly and he explained everything he was doing and why. Why have I’ve been with this company for years? I trust them, they are fast, affordable and reliable.

The service fees are ridiculous. I’ve been using this company for 20 plus years and never would’ve imagined paying $200 for a service call and diagnosis. My toilet was backing up and I assumed something was in it and explained this to the tech. He used an auger and found nothing and eventually landed on my toilet wasn’t getting enough water. He showed me a workaround that would allow more water to flow into the toilet and said I’d eventually have to replace it. That’s it and that’s all. 10 mins later I have a $199 invoice. I knew the service fee was $99 but you’re actually charging $100 to run the auger?! And didn’t find anything in the toilet? Ridiculous. Never again. Make sure to ask for the service fee list- if available.

North East Air Conditioning and Ralph are amazing! They really saved the day from this scorching heat. My quoted time was at 3pm but they let me know they can get here at 10:30am awesome! Ralph was super transparent about the prices of the services provide which are all at really good prices. I will only go to one HVAC place from now on out!

Paul DeLaRosa repaired a plumbing leak near my water meter. The job was messy, muddy and frustrating because it was hard to pinpoint the leak. But Paul did a superior job, fixed the problem efficiently even while dealing with an overly friendly dog, a hot day and an ongoing foundation repair. I appreciate the quick response and highly recommend the company and Paul.

I had my entire system replaced and would recommend North East to anyone. They provided me different price point options but never tried pressuring me into a more pricier system. On install day, Gabe and his crew showed up on time, finished when they said they would, kept me informed on what they were doing, and were very respectful of my home during the job and cleaned up every bit after they were finished. My system in working great and I’m super happy with my product and customer service.

I had a water leak in my front yard by my garage, i sent an email to NE ac/heating/plumbing. They were very prompt in getting here, David came out and located the leak in one of my pipes, and fixed it perfectly. Very professional and curtious. I would highly recommend them for any type of work. They also came out and installed a PRV and a new shut off valve. Awesome work and very professional.

The faucets for my washer were stuck/frozen and would not turn off. I’m sure it was due to non use over the years. NE Plumbing was able to schedule us quickly, came out on time and took care of this for a reasonable fee. The technician was friendly and knowledgeable. This is our second experience with them and both times we have been so pleased.

He took the time to not only address the problem, but explain the probable cause (hungry raccoons). He pointed out some future problems to expect but did not pressure me into immediate purchases. We had a leaky hot water valve, I was able to call around 9am and get someone out the same day by 1pm. Our issue was corrected by 1:30pm! Our technician was very nice and told us exactly what happened. Would definitely recommend.

This company is awesome! My AC was on its last legs, so I contacted them to come out and take a look. They came that same day and it was determined that I needed a new unit ( Not a surprise to me :) ) That was on a Thursday. By Friday they had found a new unit (which are in short supply all over the country due to Covid) and scheduled the install for Monday. The crew came earlier than expected, and finished earlier than predicted. Every single person I dealt with was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. I also like that its family owned - you can really tell with the way they treat their customers that they love what they do. I highly recommend this company!

North East Air Conditioning and Heating services my Mom’s house and our house with precision, always reply to my calls, they are on time, very professional, and share their knowledge with me. They will provide you with the same level Excellent Customer Service and care they give me!

Be prepared to write a big check! These people came out on a Sat. and charged $300.00 without fixing the clog. They came back on Tues and spent hours at the house without finding the cleanout in the garage. $1000.00 later the plumbing was working. I have never paid more than $450.00 to unclog a drain and when I called the owner, Sean, he scoffed at me and said I should have told the plumber where the cleanout was. Really? Now its the customers fault for the plumber not knowing what he was doing? They are supposed to be theexperts. Wasnt aware they were having trouble locating it. Thecomplaint call did reveille I was doubled charged a service call and Sean said I was being so nasty he shouldnt refund me the doubled charged $99.00. Im expecting to at least be refunded the double charge. Will not use these people again.

Called to have a leaking shower head repaired. I told them I would only be available during a certain 2 hour window of time and they were very accommodating. The technician was nice, arrived on time and repaired the issue. That was about 2 weeks ago and we have not had any problems since then. The price was reasonable.

David was fantastic. I only have one day off per week during residency and he completed my water softener installation in a great time frame and walked me through every step! Highly recommend.

Staff are always friendly when I call. Many plumbing questions can be answered by Jim, a master plumber on the phone.We have used North East before and been satisfied. This time, not so much. The installer for the water softener did not seem to know much about the water softener and was unable to answer questions. He left with the water softener in bypass mode so our water wasnt even entering the water softener. He also pushed the regenerate button on the unit and it went through the cycle with no water in the unit. According to the instruction manual, the salt should be above the water level. We had 8 of water over our salt. We also had some water spewing out of a hose.- To their credit, when I called with all the issues, Susan, who answered the phone and Jim the Master Plumber were both very friendly. Jim confirmed that my unit was in bypass mode through some pictures that I emailed them.They immediately sent out another plumber, who checked out the unit, fixed the air escape so that very little water comes out of it, got it in normal mode and started the regeneration process. We are waiting to see if the salt/water level gets to the appropriate levels after regeneration. If not, I will call and talk to Jim again and believe that he will tell me what to do.

Great service, quick response, a little pricey

Kyle the plumber disconnected and then reconnected the gas line over 2 days during a foundation repair. When reconnecting he tested the system, made sure my stove and water heater were relit and good to go. All very quick and professional.

My AC went down on the hottest day of the year (so far) and Northeast was able to get it fixed same day. The rep that came to the house, Jason G, was great! He showed up within the time window, got the AC unit up and running and had me go up into the attic so he could show me exactly what had caused the issue to begin with. He was patient and answered all of the questions that I had regarding my system and the repair. I strongly recommend Northeast AC/Jason G.

I called North East Air Conditioning for the first time because my heater had a faint natural gas smell. They scheduled me for same day service and they were at my home within a couple of hours. They cleaned the furnace for winter and replaced a capacitor that was going bad, but they could not locate the gas leak (at that point, neither could I.)Within minutes, the gas smell came back. I called their office and instead of getting the usual run around of making another appointment, they dispatched the techs to come back to my home.They were back within 5 minutes. They were able to detect the gas this time, they replaced the flex line and brought the hard lines up to code and the gas smell is gone.Rick and Greg were great, they were very friendly and made me feel like a priority rather than just another job. They werent trying to upsell me and the fact that they came back meant the world to me. Not only that, but the price was reasonable for all of the work they did.You guys have earned a loyal customer. Thank you!

Have been customer for 10 or 15 years. NE Air have installed two new units at my house and kept the old ones alive as long as they could. Any problems that pop up they have always been able to get someone on site within 1 day. Very happy with their service for over a decade.

I called to schedule maintenance for my tankless water heater, and was set up the same week and for the time slot I needed because of our work schedules. Posting this for my 83 year old mother. Tech came out. ( Ric M. ). She asked what was being done. He explained all that he was going to be doing. Did everything , checked freon, cleaned coils, flushed drain line. Explained to her the unit was old, but was in good working condition. She was happy and very relieved. She had another company come out ( pink vehicles), they showed her pics of a bunch of problems. Freon leaking, broken parts, corrosion, among other things. She was told she needed new system. We were so glad he had a reputable company come out and give 2nd opinion. We also will be using North East for our home and spread the word. Thanks Ric for taking care of my mom.

The price of the cleaning went up. need to let customers know since I made the appointment back in early September. will not be using them for anything else. will go with 1st call pluming. at least there honest about their prices. sometimes they come across arrogant. never got an apology for them putting a hole in my ceiling last year.

They have been servicing our a/c for 25 years. Honest, knowledgeable, reasonably priced. They always fix my ac not try to sell me new one.Just recently used them for plumbing also. Very nice and did several the jobs right. Ladies in the office also helpful and friendly.
