Texas Cool Air installed my HVAC system in my home. They have been outstanding with their responsiveness and follow up. It’s so hard to find quality vendors that actually work with integrity, this is a company that I’ll use for all of my hvac needs because of their integrity and they are just great to work with. Thank you Brandy and the whole team at Cool Texas Air.

We had our a/c to stop cooling Sunday night and I call Cool Texas Air Monday morning and the young lady was very nice and understanding said there was a technician in my area. She scheduled him to come out that morning. Charles the technician arrived and check the unit inside and then the outside unit. We were advised that the capacitor needed replacing on the outside unit. Charles replaced this part quickly. Charles was very professional, knowledgeable and curious. The price was very reasonable. I definitely recommend Cool Texas Air. I will have them return in six months for a check up on my unit. Thank you Cool Texas Air.

Messaged the company the night prior as my AC stopped working. Brandi called me first thing in the morning. Within the hour, George and Charles showed up. Fast diagnosis, incredibly fair price and issue fixed on the spot. Professional, nice and so easy to work with. They will be my go-to as long as I own this house. Amazing service!!

We didnt know they did plumbing work, and glad to find they did. We contacted another Plumbing company Champion and had them come out. We had what we thought was a pipe leak in the shower behind the wall. They quoted us $2,235 to cut a hole in the wall and to replace the pipes. Champion explained they dont do cosmetics so we would need to find another company to replace the wall. To see more of our interact with Champion, look at the review on their site. So I call Cool Texas Air, to see if they could recommend any plumbing company and was told they did plumbing. I schedule a time within 2 hours. Once they arrived, within 2 minute he said it was the cartridge and the cost was $295. That is 1/8 what Champion quoted us. They were done in 20 minute and I currently have no leaks. Come to find out they do all sorts of repairs. When in the past I would tell people about how great their A/C services was. I will tell everyone I know about all their other services.

My AC was not working and I have 4 kids and it was extremely hot. I called Brandy at Cool Texas Air. She sent George out to my house within 1 hour. It took him 20 minutes to fix it. Best customer service I have ever had.

They were able to help us when our landlord was being super difficult thank you guys again for saving us in this Texas heat. ❤️

OMG 😳 I was having a issue with my Air conditioning and another company tried to sell me on new system. A friend told me about this company and instead of 1000s of dollars my system was good to go much less. They were on time and worked fast to get us up and running. Highly recommend them

I was able to work with Keith who was very professional and polite. He took the time to explain when I had questions and made user that my home was cooling as it should be before leaving. This was in the middle of summer and they were able to service my system early in the morning to avoid me sitting in the heat all day.I would defiantly recommend this company to anyone in the future.

CoolTexasAir is awesome! Because wed used them in the past to fix a pressure regulator and were so impressed, the choice was easy to call on them after the massive Texas deep freeze. They promptly designed the repair needed, provided a more than reasonable estimate, and quickly got to work to install my whole-house system which is better than the original. Their work included many extra fixes, not in the original estimate at no additional charge because they thought it was needed. During this same job, Richard even made time to respond to our emergency water heater outage even though it was outside his busy schedule. This team is incredible. Richard and Jessica go above and beyond to satisfy customer needs. They are the consummate professionals, personable and extremely accommodating to customer needs. They provide expert service, advice and solutions on every call. Always my first choice.

I have been dealing with Cooling Texas Air for a little over 3 years and I must say that they are the absolute best AC company I have ever come across. They are tremendously professional and very attentive to our needs. We had several issues with our AC unit and Richard ( one of the techs) came after hours to accommodate my schedule and ensure that my family did not go with heat or air for any unreasonable amount of time. All the staff there have been tremendously friendly and attentive to our needs always offering quick and efficient resolution. I would recommend these guys to anyone that needs assistance with their heat and AC system.

Just want to say first, this company is amazing. Jessica and Richard are hands down generous, genuine kind hearted people. After looking for someone to install some AC registers for my home Jessica quickly reached out to me and wanted to help. After giving some back story on the house she immediately said we can take care of you the next day. Richard and Chris came out and had the job done very quickly and done right. By far the worst service EVER! They bill you before coming out for AC/Filter servicing. Brandy will never ever return your call. Technicians don’t ring the bell they walk up to the door just to say they came by. Luckily I’ve got it on door cam. Save your money go with a company that has business integrity! Hopefully this review will make them return calls but I doubt it they are crooks just like the Realty company that owns them.

I had a AC issue and went with this company after comparing prices by other companies this company by far had the best prices and customer service around. They gave me same day service and were very professional from beginning to end. They were on time/kept appointment at time stated, reliable, open communication was outstanding and very professional. Extremely professional work and tech was very clean in his work and pick up afterward. I highly recommend them to anyone that has ac issues.

I contacted Cool Air on a Sunday and got an immediate answer from the owner Kevin. He was able to set me an appointment up for 8am the very next morning. Although some issues arose that made them unable to make the appointment time, they went above and beyond with their hospitality, which earned them this 5 star review. My service technician Keith was very knowledgeable and immediately was able to address the issue and got right to work fixing it. All in all, I just needed refrigerant and he even went further to personally clean out my air intake vents. Due to the issues that arose that caused the appointment time unable to be met, Brandi and Keith even gave me a more then fair discount on the services. Due to their customer service expertise and knowledge, I will continue to use Cool Air for Al of my HVAC and heating needs.

These folks do great, fast work. Jessica, Richard, and Malvin understand the ideals of awesome customer service. They keep their customers informed and let them know that their business is appreciated. They went the extra mile for me. Therefore, I greatly appreciate them. If you have heating and cooling needs in your house I recommend that you give Cool Texas Air a call.

A friend of oursWorks here called her on a Saturday because we had issues with our A/C she called her boss & the boss got in touch with his weekend tech it took only about 1 1/2 hours & the tech was out here working on our unit. He was knowledgeable about working on units he was professional & did a great job trying to help, fixed the issue & we were very pleased with Cool Texas Air we recommend them for your repairs.

I love this company, we’ve been using them since we moved to converse and we are beyond happy with our luck in finding them. Richard is so cordial, he explained every step, and worked fast and efficiently. The best part is that they accommodate to mine and my husbands schedule, working after business hours just for our convenience, if I could rate more stars then I would, they are just that good.

I received the best customer service I’ve received in quite a while! I received an appointment the same day I called. That’s almost unheard of in the month of July!They truly went above and beyond. My AC stopped blowing cool air the night before, so I called around to other places--the earliest they would be able to swing by is by the afternoon. This summer heat being crazy hot, having to wait additional hours for a technician to come over was becoming unbearable. Happily, Kevin answered at 8 am sharp and said theyd have someone right over to take a look at my issue first thing. Twelve minutes later, Mike and another technician arrived and took a look at the issue. In all, everything took approx 30 minutes (thank GOD!!). They were very friendly and polite. Obviously, the worst case scenario is having to replace the whole unit (ours will need that eventually anyways), but I found their prices very reasonable and would definitely use their services again the future. The owner Kevin was very professional, honest and kind. His Tech Mike was awesome, fast service and even put shoe covers on without me asking. I will be using Cool Texas Air in the future. Highy recommend them!

Ive had the pleasure of meeting Richard, Cool Texas Air, in 2018 when my AC unit stopped working last summer during 100 degree heat. I couldnt get any other Company to come out that night. Richard came out at 10:30 pm and within 1 hour repaired my unit. He also provided other services to ensure that my unit will continue to operate efficiently. Im very pleased with the service and have established regular scheduled service visits. Ive also recommended CTA to family, friends and neighbors.

Same day service! They’ve serviced my home twice with perfection. Fair pricing! Absolute professionalism from the phone call to the service. I have them stored in my ‘favorites’ file in my phone so I don’t loose the number. Oh, and my mom referred me to them because they were so good to her in her home.

A/C went out the night before. Once I got up I called at Cool Texas Air 7:30am, they dont open until 8am. I was expecting to leave an message on a answering machine, but the owner of the Company Kevin answered at 7:30am. I was not ready for that. LOL I told Kevin my problem, and told me not to worry, and he would sent Mike out first thing. Mike arrived at 8am, found my problem with in 15 minutes, said it was a blower, and he had one on the truck. It was going to be a very hot day, Mike worked so quickly, and got my A/C back up and running by 10:15am. Also during the conversation with Mike, found out the company also does other work like repairing ceiling cracks, dry wall repair, landscaping, and a few other things. I would recommend Cool Texas Air for all your A/C work.

Cool Texas Air has installed and repaired AC units in my last 5 remodeled houses and they have treated me professionally and provided great value for their services. I woke up on a Saturday with my A/C not running. I called Cool Texas Air and the owner, Kevin, fit me in to their schedule the same day. The technician arrived earlier than expected and had my A/C running in no time. He took the time to educate me on how the system worked, showed me all the gauges so I could see the numbers for myself, and talked to me about some different options. Meanwhile, Kevin kept in contact to make sure the job was done well. I recently found some mold inside of my ACs plenum and needed to have it replaced. I called Cool Texas Air and Richard came by the next morning to give me a scope of the work that would need to be done and some option with prices. Once we agreed, he began working. He was extremely diligent and did not stop working until the day was done. It was a 2 day job, and he was on time the second day. He worked another whole day until the work was complete. I am really particular and I can say I was impressed with Richards attention to detail and the obvious pride he took in his workmanship. I feel like he was absolutely looking out for my familys best interest and I now have a reliable trustworthy AC guy on my list of go to people. I will definitely always recommend Richard and his team to any family and friends that have a an issue with their HVAC system!

Came from vacation to a broken compressor of the outside ac unit. Mrs Jessica made time to assist me and booked me a next day appointment. Mr Richard arrived next day explained in detail everything he was doing. He patiently answered my questions. He emailed my options and alotted me the time to make my decision. Needed help with an AC problem last minute. Cool Texas Air still made it to our house even though we called late in the evening. They fixed the issue within 10-15 minutes. They were also super friendly! I recommend them 110%.

My AC went down over the weekend. I called two AC companies and both of them could not come until Monday. Just wanted to share an experience I had with cool Texas air. I called out two other AC companies and was very disappointed how the. Techs just wanted to replace the AC unit without looking at it 1st. When I call cool Texas air they did a full check of my AC system then gave me couple options what they could do to fix the problem. Needless to say it’s fixed and feel very comfortable referring this company. Highly recommend!!

WE suffered with an ancient HVAC system and were grateful when the inside temperature went down to 83 degrees! Richard and his staff were professional, courteous and efficient. They came in, removed all the old equipment, installed a terrific new system and took the time to ensure that we were instructed on the use of the system to maintain peak efficiency. Used them in the past. Werent out to get all your money. But now...its questionable. They wanted double for some routine servicing; compared to their competitors. Their pricing needs adjusting before I consider them again. Hopefully they will research competitor prices so they can be competitive.

Had a couple of dampers that needed to be replaced. Other companies wanted to charge $1500 and more. Cool Air did it for $1000. Also techs Melvin and Richard were very professional. I will definitely be using them again.

We had a terrible experience with the person named Richard who I think is the owner of the company. Neither Richard nor the mold expert who came with him for their initial visit had gone over the mold report to us. My husband and I had to open it up during their visit as they were completely oblivious to what the real problem was and where in the house it was. They mentioned they had talked to our mold inspector before coming but were completely unaware of where in the house the problem was. That goes back to not reading the report. The quote that was sent to us seemed cobbled together than well thought out to what we really needed to resolve the situation. The carpet cleaning was completely missed in the quote until we brought it up to him. There were also a couple of items that seemed redundant.There seemed to be a disconnect between what our mold inspector recommendation for the sheet rock was and what he thought the mold inspectors recommendations were. Cutting the sheet rock vs electrostatic fogging. This disconnect further delayed the project.Considering all these confusions we had setup a time last Thu ( at 5 pm for Richard to come out to the house, along with our mold inspector (not sure if that was communicated to mold inspector)to clearly explain to us every line in his quote with regards to how it applied to our house and the work that was to happen. My husband even left work early to make sure he was at the house in time for this meeting. But he neither showed up nor contacted us. I had texted him a few times he got back and explained the quote to my husband over the phone. He also mentioned he had to go back to San Antonio. This is extremely unprofessional and shows an utter disregard for someone elses time.During that last phone call he made it a point to tell my husband that we always had the option to go with somebody else if needed. If that was our thought, we probably would not have tried to reach out and work with him in the first place. Again very unprofessional.I will definitely not recommend this company to anyone and please be aware. They are very unprofessional and I don’t think they know their job. They hardly could answer the questions that we ask him.

Its been triple degits the last couple of weeks and our unit of course felt was more cooler inside than outside. I recommend this company 100% the service and experiene was enthusiastic and the end results was more then satisfying i got my AC cooling again. And the prices were reasonable. During the 2021 winter stormageddon, they went out of their way to bring us an air filter because our outside unit was freezing up making it hard to heat our home. We were not previous customers, Jessica saw my plight on Nextdoor, and came to the rescue. They delivered it directly to us without changing a delivery fee, and not knowing if we would even become customers. If that is not amazing, I don’t know what is. Great customer service, easy to get ahold of. Came out the same day, on a Sunday. They were quickly able to fix the problem. I will recommend them to anyone without hesitation and they are my number one go to for future concerns that may arise.

My brother had Richard Andre of Cool Texas Air come out to his house on July 4th weekend. He came by Saturday and made some repairs. Turns out the fan motor was factory bad...not his fault. He came back on SUNDAY and replaced it. He is still here wrapping up his tools and its 7:26 PM on Sunday!!! This guy cares and in my book he rocks!!!!!

Today during the worst weather I can imagine Richard and Jessica came to save our bacon! The heater wasn’t working and the temperature was steadily dropping. They came within an hour of being called to save the heater for my two young special needs babies. We appreciate them so much!
