Five stars, would have given 10 if able. Found on Yelp (5 stars). From the first service call confirming that my 40year old furnace shouldn’t be used to the installation of a new American Standard heater, every one I dealt with was highly professional and friendly. Air Woodlands was able offer a competitive price and schedule for times that were convenient for me. Jeremy, the owner even stopped by to endure everything was going well on the install. Air Woodlands is a family owned and operated business - I will not hesitate to call them again for my HVAC needs.

Ive had Jeremy help me out with several A/C issues with my properties over the years. Hes good, honest, and knowledgeable with his work. When in a pinch he always comes out as soon as he can to fix whatever needs to be done. I cant recommend highly enough!

Woodlands AC and heat came within 24 hours to fix my broken heater… Turned out it was a wiring issue took him about 20 minutes to fix charged a minimal fee and he was out the door. Very thankful for him coming at the last minute.

I have really had a good experience with these guys. They impressed me from the first time I called them. Recently, they replaced my furnaces and made some repairs to my AC. Our unit went out on a Sunday afternoon. We got a prompt reply and the serviceman was at our house within the hour. He had the replacement part in stock and on hand. Unit repaired within 30 minutes. Quick service response. Robert was very polite and professional. Trouble shot our furnace issue and found it to be a propane tank regulator problem but went beyond and made sure the furnace connections were clean and working properly and even helped me figure out the issue at our tank. Would highly recommend these guys they are our go to.

AC thermostat broke down at 7pm. Went to Lowes, got a new one. Tried to install it. I could not. Looked for AC places at 9pm. I accidentally found one open 24 hours, AIR WOODLANDS A/C AND HEATING. I checked them out. Their reviews were exceptional.Called them immediately. Scott arrived about an hour later after a long drive from Willis. Scott installed the thermostat with great skill and knowledge. Price was great and reasonable considering the time. A/C works very well and I can sleep soundly.I know who to call now if I ever have A/C problems. Most importantly, I have peace of mind knowing that there are these wonderful folks from AIR WOODLANDS A/C AND HEATING open 24 hours and with IMMENSE INTEGRITY.

Robert quickly identified the problem with my mini spilt and - surprise - proposed an inexpensive solution as a starting point. If that doesnt work out he will come back and do a more thorough evaluation. The first company I had come out immediately proposed a repair that would have cost 7x what Robert charged me. Will definitely call this company for future HVAC needs.

Air Woodlands A/C and Heating did an excellent service for our A/C. They respond to you 24/7. In our case, it was Sunday midnight and our A/C all of a sudden stopped working especially we had relatives from out of town. We called them and they answered. About 30 minutes passed, the technician and owner himself was the one who responded and long story short, he fixed our A/C. He is very knowledgeable and accommodating. He did not have to answer that phone call on a Sunday midnight, but he is accountable for his own company and set a good example as a leader, he did the right thing. I can’t thank you enough, I have used their service multiple times and it’s always a pleasant experience for our family.

I had three encounters with them. The first one was right after our hot water heater exploded. We wanted to be sure nothing happened to it. It was not in good shape but not from the water that flooded our attic and house. Scott said we could do this in three parts. He could feel our pain about all the expenses that were piling up. When things were a little settled, I called him back and he cleaned the disgusting unit outside. The next time I had to call him was when we had been back in our home but right after TS Beryl. The unit just died. We tried all the device on the internet to see if we could bring it back to life, but we were not successful. I thought we were going to have to wait a few days for the unit, but I think it was the next day or the day after that that we were able to get it. This time it wasnt Scott, but several workers from the same group. They worked fast and later on in the afternoon it was finally feeling cool again. So, three calls and three excellent service. I definitely would give them more than 5 stars, but Im not allowed to do that. There is one more component I believe that needs replacing but we are going to have to wait on that one for now.

We call at 9 AM Sunday morning and spoke with Jeremy by 11 AM Robert showed up to our property. By 1145 our air conditioning was working again. Professional service, this company has always provided us Thank you very much were very pleased.

Owner and crew were very friendly, took the time to talk through different options, and were able to come out to do the work very quickly. They dont try to upsell you or give you items you dont need. They replaced my entire downstairs system in about 5-6 hours and it looks very clean and professional. The owner came back by to walk me through the system and check everything himself. Contracted with Air Woodlands to replace an aging AC/furnace system. Robert spent the time to listen and quoted a system that met my needs without any upsell or additional add-ons that I didn’t need. The system they provided is one of the top rated brands and the pricing was very reasonable - significantly less than other quotes I received. Jeremy’s crew did a great job with the installation - were fast, efficient and workmanlike. Glad I found them - will be using for future maintenance on this and my second unit, as well.

The owner of the company Jeremy was involved in every part of my repair. He tried to warranty anything he could to save my pocket book some jingle. His technicians were all on time. He came by as the job as it started and completed before his team left. They cleaned up after themselves and left no mess. He also has good pricing and offers financing options if needed. He gave multiple repair options and let me choose what Inwanted to do. Zero pressuring into work I didn’t need done. Most AC companies want to install a new unit on every item that is wrong. Best decision I made after hurricane Beryl destroyed my A/C was contacting Woodlands A/C. They came right out and had us up and running in a few hours. The price was less than a third of the price John Moore quoted. John Moore is the biggest rip off in town. The woodlands A/C, without changing their price, even installed a knew drip pan and leveled the foundation where the unit was installed. John Moore charged $700 for just doing a leak check then quoted $12,000 plus to do the job. My new A/C is working like a charm. With the new unit and adjustments made to the former installation, it’s better than before the storm!!! I will be using this company from now on.

This is a very honest and professional company. Robert has great customer service qualities. He spoke in words that I could understand about my AC. We were first led to Air Woodlands through a referral. That customer had found his Air Woodlands quote to be 25% less expensive than a local competitor, and he considered Air Woodlands’ subsequent service to be exemplary.Our particular need for a new HVAC unit resulted from a lightning strike to the house. After we reached out to them, Angela and Jeremy, the owners, immediately provided a telephone quote with a few options, which included units at different price points and a few different brands.We did our own research, but when we needed guidance, Jeremy came out to the house on a Sunday evening, evaluated our specific needs, addressed our concerns, and helped us decide on a unit. He did not push for the most expensive option but rather the one that best fit our home’s requirements.The unit was installed two days later. The crew was very professional; they were polite, respectful of the house, and efficient. They arrived before noon, and our house was cooling by early evening. From an engineering perspective, the assembly of the furnace and other components that make up the HVAC system in the attic looks like a work of art. The attention to detail surrounding all areas of the assembly (the alignment of the joins, the sealing of the seams, the mounting on the stands, the piping, the reconfigurations of the existing duct work, the electrical wiring, etc.) shows me that Air Woodlands is one of the few companies that still place pride in workmanship rather than doing a job as fast as possible with the bare minimum required effort.Jeremy was on-site during most of the installation, and he made time to speak to our insurance representative on the phone to further clarify and strengthen our damage claim.We would highly recommend contacting Angela and Jeremy at Air Woodlands for any heating or air conditioning needs.Best regards,Lynn and SteveMay 2024

I can’t say enough good things about this company. Our AC went out in the middle of the night on Tuesday and they were out to look at it by 10am on Wednesday. Got parts and had it fixed by Wednesday night. (THANK YOU SO MUCH!) This is our 3rd time using them for our AC needs and we will continue to call them. Jeremy was able to get my A/C back up and running. We had been working with another company and going back and forth with no success for two weeks. He had cool air flowing through my home in 2 hours. Jeramy was super quick, and so catering to service My Home. With hurricane Beryl hitting my air conditioning unit took A hit. Not only was he quit, but he was super knowledgeable. Don’t look anywhere else if you have HVAC issues - Air Woodlands is the way to go!! Another local HVAC company came out to my mom’s house and told her there was a Freon leak and she needed to spend $10K to replace her entire system when in reality there was no leak and her system was working perfectly fine and just needed a capacitor replaced. Scott from Air Woodlands came out and verified everything was working well and was professional, courteous and most importantly honest. Angela in the office got us on the schedule quickly and was helpful all around. These folks are the best and I will not use anyone else in the area for our HVAC repair and replacement needs going forward.

Jeremy and Co. are the best! Our AC stopped working when our previous HVAC guy did a shoddy install. Jeremy came the same day and was honest, knowledgeable, and thorough with reasonable prices. Unfortunately, we got the bad news that we’d likely need to reinstall the equipment again (Jeremy walked me through all the mistakes and cut-corners my previous HVAC guy did and I agree with Jeremy’s assessment). My advice to anybody reading this is to stop looking for cheaper deals and hire Jeremy to do the job RIGHT the first time around. We will definitely use this company for our future HVAC installs.

My experience with Air Woodlands has been great. I have an older AC unit and for some reason my unit decided to break down on holiday weekends. Its hard to find words to describe the level of incompetence and disorganization Ive witnessed.Scheduling a simple repair turned into a Herculean task, thanks to the multiple people I spoke with, each offering a different, conflicting answer. Its as if they have no communication whatsoever within their team, leaving the customer to navigate through the chaos.To add insult to injury, they managed to top their scheduling problems by ordering parts for my repair and then, unbelievably, giving them away to other customers. I was left waiting for parts that never arrived, all the while being told contradictory stories about their whereabouts. The lack of accountability and responsibility displayed by Air Woodlands A/C and Heating is mind-boggling.Its clear that this company has serious internal issues that directly impact their customers. The left hand doesnt seem to know what the right hand is doing, and the end result is customers like me left in the lurch, wondering if well ever get the service we paid for.If you value your time, money, and sanity, steer clear of Air Woodlands A/C and Heating. Their track record of scheduling problems and the sheer incompetence in handling basic tasks like ordering and delivering parts is a red flag that should not be ignored. Find a company that respects your time and values your business, because Air Woodlands A/C and Heating certainly does not.

We have had a lot of air conditioner work over the years. Air Woodlands, especially Jeremy the lead technician, is the best we have ever seen.

I am extremely grateful for this company my church AC unit went out and we were without AC for a month for that cause we was about to cancel services because we know in Texas when it gets hot there’s no hope, LOLI’ve called a couple of people they never fixed this problem but when I called them at the last minute, they came out that same night and solved the problem and work overtime to bring a solution. I am extremely grateful they are AC company.

Very great service! They worked a warranty claim through our home warranty policy and replaced the evaporative cooler. Later that evening, the AC stopped working. I called them and they came back directly to check it out for no cost. It was after 8pm and it turned out to be no fault of their own. It was dead batteries in the thermostat. Jeremy came out early morning and was quick, extremely knowledgeable and more than anything a great guy to work with. Just by knowing what unit we had and how old he knew exactly what issue was. I had the best service! My neighbor had Woodlands AC/Heat working on their home when our heater went out. ln the meantime, we had another company come out and diagnose. That other company was unable to do the repairs at that moment and due to it being a holiday weekend, we were going to be without heat for at least 4 days. My neighbor had Jeremy from woodlands ac/heat come and look at ours and give us a second quote. Not only was his quote $700 cheaper, but he was able to replace my furnace the very same day. They worked until 9:00pm that night, but got the job done. They were so concerned about our family going without heat that they worked overtime to make sure we were all comfortable. We are forever grateful! Highly, highly recommended!! Absolutely the best service!!

I returned from travel and realized my furnace was not functioning. I called and a service tech was there within the hour. He spent a couple of hours cleaning out a plugged line and, without me asking, adding a cut-off to avoid future unintended clogs in the drain. The price was reasonable and the service outstanding.

Id like to start by saying Ive had several companies come out over the years and nobody could correctly diagnose my problem. Within the first 15 minutes, Francis and Marcus figured out the issue. But just to be sure, they ran diagnostics and confirmed their suspensions. These guys were friendly, prompt, and really made me feel like they cared about my situation. They walked me through everything they were doing the way a dad might teach their children, and I really appreciated that. In the past other companies wasted my time and money, but Francis and Marcus actually cared and I felt it. Technician was very friendly and outgoing. Very responsive and fast. They came out in less than 24 hours for them to come out. The technician took the time to explain what the issue was and what needed to be repaired. The cost was significantly less than what I expected it to be. Will definitely use this company again.Update: my furnance started acting up. I scheduled an appointment online Friday evening. They sent out their technician Francis Saturday morning to inspect my system. Francis took the time to explain all of the different steps the system goes through in order to fully cycle on and work correctly which was pretty cool. He let me know what was wrong with my furnance and what part was needed to fix it. The furnamce is over 23 years old and he said I could fix it or replace it. He gave me several different option for fixing vs replacing and I chose to replace it. He then gave me several different replacement options and didnt push me to go for the most expensive. He gave me enough education and information to allow me to make an informed decision that I felt comfortable with. I never felt pressured or strong armed into any decision. I felt like Francis was very understanding of how the cost of repairs or replacement can have an impact on someone. I felt comfort with my decision to replace the furnance and the cost was less than I expected and based off my research for cost to replace a furnance, it was either on par or less than what I found online. My new furnace is now in place and I am so happy with my decision. Its such a relief to find a company that has their customers best interest in mind and arent out to scam people. They are awesome!

I contacted AIR Woodlands for a service visit to my mothers home in Spring, TX, while I live in California. The response was very prompt, Angel was a pleasure to talk with, and she was able to get me scheduled quickly. I was able to have my mothers ac unit repaired within a matter of hours. Came home at 6pm to our house at 78°. Called up Air Woodlands and they had a tech out within 30 minutes of calling! By bedtime the problem was fixed and our house was cooling down! Very fast and friendly! Highly recommend

ACs stop working when you don’t need them to. I called Air Woodlands at 10:30PM expecting to leave a message and was surprised when someone picked up. They worked me into the schedule and told me that they’d be there the next day between 10-12. Robert called me and told me he was 15 minutes out and was at our door at 10AM on the dot. I expected to be told we needed a new condenser and lots of rework based on experience with other companies around us. It took Robert two minutes to figure out that one of the service disconnects was dead. Robert told me that the unit still has some life in it (it’s a 1996) so no need to do much right now. No pressure, no up sell, straight answers. The trip charge was minimal and Robert got me a quote on a system replace for the future. I know that unit will come up for replacement soon enough and when it does, Air Woodlands are getting that work.

I have a maintenance contract to give me two inspections a year. This is a very valuable service to me as they are thorough and keep records on all work previously done. They will come back to me to replace a wire installed previously with no charge.

Called at 7am on the Friday after the great freeze of 2021. They were at my house by about 9:30am. Diagnosed the problem very quickly, thermostat needed replacing. Replaced the thermostat and was completely done by 10:50. I was charged for the thermostat and the price of the service call - nice!! Explained what was done and instructed me on how to work the new thermostat. PLUS alerted me to water gushing out of pipes under my house. I am more than pleased with the job as well as his genuine concern for my well being.

I called because I thought my AC was dripping water and it ended up being a plumbing problem. The owner Jeremy was super knowledgeable and found the issue within 5 minutes of being at my house. What a great family owned business!!! I was having some problems with my father who has memory issues and his a/c. I wasnt sure if it was leaking but they went over there right away and helped explain it to him and to me in an easy to understand way. Flat out told me it wouldn’t be right to clean out our air handler in the attic because of the leaks in the coils, saved me about $500! And in less than a week they were able to replace the unit at a reasonable cost in about four hours! On a previous service call I made to them they were booked out until the next day so they offered to bring in a window unit, and install it so at least one room (bedroom) would be cool until they could get out first thing the next morning.... Had them out to look at my ac and why the bill has been so expensive. I was quoted over 6k in repairs just to maybe hold me over for a while. I can get a whole new system for that. Also was told I needed more freon and I needed over 6lbs at over 100/lb. False. All of it. I had a second opinion and for under 200 my ac is working great and only needed 2lbs of freon. Also, his ad says $45 service call or ac check up and he charged $75. Watch out people. Waste of my mil money to have them come out.

My A/C and HVAC system stopped working after a recent water heater replacement and i didnt know why, i called to ask for a technician to come visit and after i explained my issue, the lady on the phone very kindly guided me through a potential solution and it ended up being something very dumb that i literally fixed with the flip of a switch. Will definitely keep them in mind next time i need service!

Its an awful feeling to arrive to a 86° house on a toasty, dry, 🔥 Texas summer after working 13hrs. I appreciate Robert response, professionalism and foremost swinging by so late (10pm) to fix our unit! This company is a gem for having to work late hours!

I dont know why it has taken me this long to write this review. Sam has been taking care of my whole familys HVAC needs for many years. Hes trustworthy and honest. I just referred him to a friend and decided to write this review. He doesnt have all the fancy painting on the side of his trucks and his crew is the salt of the earth. Absolutely great service. Ive lived in The Woodlands for twelve years and never had better service. I called Air Woodlands and Jeremy answered the phone, told me he could come out later in the day (its Summer), kept in touch with text updates, came out when promised, and fixed my Lennox A/C for less than I expected. Oh, and he was friendly. I found Air Woodlands A/C on NextDoor but recommending very highly here on Google. (July 2019)

Air Woodlands have been serving my A/C for over 5 years.First, hey moved my unit around the corner of the house out from under new patio cover.Since then, they have been serving my unit a few times helping me keep this older unit running.As soon as I can replace the unit, Air Woodlands will be the one to call.
