SERVPRO of Conroe

We have used Servpro for two years and counting now (through our home owners insurance) - and our experience has been nothing short of excellent! Unfortunately, our home had back to back years of flooding in our kitchen due to repeat AC condensation line clogging/leaking. The Servpro team was prompt, on site same day, respectful, let us ask as many question as we wanted, and overall the team was super friendly. Our PM (project manager) was Orlando, and he was such a joy to be around. Orlando did a killer job getting everything dried out, and made us feel reassured our home was in good hands. I don’t wish our home to flood again for a third year in a row (fingers crossed), but if it does, I will be requesting Orlando again. 5 Star customer service from him and his team!

Serv-Pro brought my contents pod back today that was picked up on January 19th, 2024.Dallas had a bad weather freeze and my pipes broke flooding my house. A full 9 months later and I have a rebuilt home and finally getting my Stuff back. StatecFarm has been great.BGE Services, NOT SERV-PRO, did my awesome built back. The Contents guys that unpacked my pod were Derek, Kyle and Tyler. They were so careful with my things and were very efficient! So far... these 3 guys were the best part of Serv-Pro. They did an awesome job! Although I would never recommend Serv-Pro for a build back job... their water remediation and contents team have been great! Jill @ Duncanville, Texas.

We went through two plumbers and a leak detection company to help us figure out a mystery puddle, but it was Andrew at Servpro who finally helped discover where the moisture and leak was coming from. On his recommendation, we called our plumber back and we were able to find and fix the leak in a matter of hours. He was very thorough in his assessment and, though we still have work to do to fix the mold that accumulated during our slow leak, I could not be more pleased to finally have our leak mystery solved and fixed and look forward to continued work with Servpro for this job. I would not hesitate to use Servpro again for any water damage, mold remediation or similar restoration in the future!

Eli and his team did a thorough and quick job of manipulating the contents of my house so the needed repairs can be completed. I appreciate them accomplishing this in a timely and professional manner.
