I had an excellent experience with Premium Comfort! Our air conditioner fan motor went out and they were able to send a technician out quickly. The technician was professional, knowledgeable, and got our system up and running again in no time. The house is cool and comfortable again, all thanks to their prompt and efficient service. I highly recommend them!!

Premium Comfort was recommended to me by my son in law. I chose not to pay weekend rates but they were here first thing Monday morning. Jose explained what he was doing quite thoroughly. He was friendly and very polite. I plan to stick with Premium Comfort for all of my air conditioning and furnace needs.

Not fair but Premium Comfort LLC is the dealer for Carrier and the product is flawed.Have 2 Carrier units and the newest was installed 27 months ago, now im looking at a $1,200 repair for inverter board in outside unit. With the price I paid for this advanced unit I could have bought 2 trane units and no service issues, or at least repair bills. I will not buy another Carrier product. But I do like Premium Comfort service.

José was a professional. He notified us when he was in his way then was able to find the issues with our AC unit and corrected it. I recommend this company for any AC issues.

Premium Comfort came as a referral from a friend after my drain pipes clogged and caused my drain pan to leak. Eric and Jose came on a Sunday to start the job. They were thorough and informative. Carlos, Leo and Jose returned a few days later and the commitment to taking care of my problem continued. They are were very hard working, knowledgeable and patient in explaining things to me and answering all of my questions. They truly went above and beyond. Ivette, the receptionist, was always reachable and also very knowledgeable and able to get me scheduled quickly. I called around for quotes and their prices seemed better than most places. Would highly recommend.

I have nothing but great things to say about Premium Comfort. They came highly recommended by someone in our neighborhood, and they did not disappoint.A technician was out to our house within an hour after hours when our AC unit stopped working.He diagnosed the problem quickly, thoroughly explained the issues, and reviewed all of the possible options. Parts were ordered and installers were set up very late into the evening and work started first thing the next morning.This company knows how to treat their clients well. Knowledgeable, efficient, trustworthy. Never once felt upsold. And customer service is an A+.Highly recommend and would use them again for any job around our home.

Premium comfort has been outstanding! This is my 2nd time using PC. They sent Jose T out the same day! He explained the issue, explained my options and followed through until the problems were adequately addressed. They were very responsive to questions/concerns and arrived on time. Jose Tobias was our HVAC technician today and he was wonderfully thorough and knowledgeable. He took a look at everything and answered all of our questions with diligence. This is the kind of service you pay for! My experience with other companies has been terrible; vague, absent mindedness and condescending attitudes. Im so happy to say that with Jose at Premium Comfort our experience was the complete opposite! Despite it being the start of the holiday weekend, we didnt feel like an inconvenience nor was our tech in a rush to leave. He was patient with all our questions and helped us understand everything he had to share with us about the diagnostic. I highly recommend this company! Their customer service is top tier and they really care for their customers. We will be trusting them with our maintenance and repairs for the future and look forward to working with Jose again!

In the past, I had an emergency situation and they handled it on a Sunday no problem so when it came time to put a new system in, of course I use them and they did spectacular job. It’s simple a five star company is a five star company.

Generally speaking, the reason for my rating was the prompt response and scheduling (from Ivett) of the service, along with very good support from the team (Jose Tobias and Leo Moreno). Thank you for that!The service fees were also fair. Only components sold were overpriced (40 dollars for a fuse and 250 for a contactor). On that they need to do better.

Leo and Ray were friendly and professional. From head to toe, they did everything great. Super impressed. Would definitely have them back if needed..

Carlos, Adam, Leo, and Ray installed two ACs, a furnace and replaced good amount of the ducting. It was a big job. My house has never been this cool! Even the rooms that were always warm before are now nice and cool. These gentlemen were very courteous and made sure I knew how the system worked and explained my new thermostat functions. They even cleaned up behind themselves and swept my floor! Great team! My experience with the Constellation team including the Energy & Comfort Consultant, Michael Gann was top notch. Very pleasant experience from the beginning to the end. Pricing was super great compared to other quotes I received. I truly feel like everyone was very trustworthy. Thanks everyone!!!!!

Service was just fine, it was just the $580.00 cost to spend less than an hour replacing a blower fan motor. The motor was covered under factory warranty so I just thought the cost to install was a little exorbitant.UPDATE after Comments from owner:I never said I didn’t agree to the price. But that doesn’t mean I have to like it. Still think it’s rather exorbitant but you did take $40 off of the service call which made it $620 total.Like I said in my review the service was just fine it’s just that $620 total does seem a little out of line to bring in the shoebox sized motor which was covered by factory warranty, but I’m just a common man so what do I know.Thank you for your response

They notified me of schedule and updated me of progress, arrived as planned. Jose was very cordial and knowledgeable of system. I have used them for about 2 years including system replacement and have been extremely satisfied.

It was getting warm in the house; our new A/C stopped working. We called Premium Comfort after 10 p.m., they responded quickly and solved the problem. The bathroom sink used for A/C drainpipe was clogged and triggered A/C to shut off as a precaution. Premium Comfort to the rescue!

Make sure to ask for Certified trained and factory authorized dealers/technicians when requesting a list from Carrier for service referrals.From my initial setup appointment call with Yvette who was very professional and courteous. I was having issues with my Carrier warranty, and Yvette took time to listen and fully understand the situation. I asked several questions, and if she didn’t have the answer she would be honest and say let me find out and call you right back. (Great customer service) By the time I called all the technicians were booked for the day, and I was on schedule for the first appointment the next morning. However, at 4:00 pm that same day I received a call from Yvette stating that she could send someone out right now if I was available. Yvette was very upfront and honest letting me know that the AC probably won’t get fixed today if a part was needed as the Carrier part warehouse closes at 5, but the technician would be able to diagnosis the problem, order the part (if in stock), and I would be the first appointment on the books after he picked up the part first thing in the morning.Eric was my assigned technician. I read several great things about him in the reviews, and they were all spot on. Eric was professional, personable, knowledgeable, and most of all honest. He provided me with the same level of service as if it was his AC that had an gone out.THANK YOU, Premium Comfort, LLC for the excellent level of service provided throughout this whole stressful process. He was very respectful and explained everything down to what it cost and why he was replacing Certain parts. He cleaned the coil condenser. Showed me how to properly maintain it for the future. I recommend Eric business because he did a great job fixing my A/C at my house, he came the same day i contacted him. He told me he had 2 other service calls before coming to mine so he said he was going to be at my house like at 5:30pm and he showed up. He got here started working/ troubleshooting my condenser unit and check my coil in the attic,after like 30mins of troubleshooting my unit he told me that my compressor went to ground and fried. As an electrician i confirmed that by checking it my self etc..He gave me different quotes and affordable prices to work with. As today 2/5/19 my A/C has been fixed and working great its really cold now.He is a professional technician and take pride of his work.
