I have purchased numerous parts over the last 13 years. They are very personable & knowledgeable. I usually order my part # by phone or give them my item info. & let them research my part number. Within a few days, unless it has the part in stock, the part comes in & I go the store & pick it up. They have always given me great Customer Service. I highly recommend them.

I called about a critical part for my dryer and after about 10 minutes on hold was told We should have it. I told the man on the phone I would be right down as I only live less than 5 minutes away. He told me dont bother because Were leaving in 10 minutes for a while. Mind you their hours are 9:30 to 5:00 and this was at 10:15 in the morning. I asked when they would return and was told 2:00 pm. So I waited all day until 2:30 only to go to the store and discover the doors locked and nobody was around. There was no sign on the door either. I tried calling several times throughout the day trying to get my part and they never answered. I took my business elsewhere and Im glad I did because I got my part MUCH cheaper anyway. I dont recommend this place. Clowns.

This place is amazing! The parts center has been a life saver on more than one occasion. They will track down a part if they dont have it and order it for you, instead just saying we dont have it. Ive been using this place for 25 years and its the same great service.

They have a good stock of appliance parts and can usually get the them pretty fast if they dont. Call before you go, sometimes they are out of the store, and you could be left waiting a bit. That said I prefer to wait and give my money to local companies not china.

Called for a dryer heating part. Owner knew right away what the issue was, the cost (far less than online) and that he had it in stock. He even offered to stay open late because the next day was a holiday and his store would be closed! True to his word, I got to the store after closing time and he was there with the part. Outstanding! This guy is a gem.

Came in to buy a part I couldnt find anywhere else for my garbage disposal and they had a similar spare part in the back which he gave to me. I had it fixed in no time. Incredibly helpful and great customer service. Will recommend!!!

Great experience and support diagnosing a problem with my dryer! I had a problem with my dryer and did some research online. When I got the offending pieces out of my unit I brought them in and was told how to fix the problem and they had the needed items on hand. They took the time to explain some things I didnt know to look for on the reinstall as well. THANK YOU TO THE GREAT FOLKS AT SIMPSON-DABNEY!

Open on a Saturday. Quick consultation on the phone resulted in getting an $8 part to save a $1000+ refrigerator. Got the part same day instead of waiting for a shipped part off of the internet which all ranged from $30-$40. Couldnt be happier.

Fast and reliable. They helped me identify the serial number location and the correct part to repair my oven. Had the part the day they said they would and it was waiting for me at the counter.

Their Google listing says Saturday 8:00 - 12:00 I pulled up at 11:24 a.m CLOSED! Most families work during their normal business hours and shop on weekends, I think they should be open more hours on Saturday, at least until 3:00 or open more hours during the week. Could be that they dont need the extra business?

We moved away from Conroe a little over a year ago and needed help with a washing machine repair. Was helped over the phone with simple part replacement! Did business with these guys for 30+ years and miss them alot! Nobody services appliances like them! Conroe is fortunate to have them!

Drove here on Friday at 2pm from Spring and not a person in site. Doors are locked and all lights are off. No notice online stating closed on Fridays
