The next tech CatGE/Bodewell’s techs told me I was using the washer wrong or that it was “performing as expected”. They also each gave conflicting advice and never once opened up the unit. They finally sent out Sears and the first thing they did was open it up and gone up with possibilities. They replaced one part that didn’t help. The next tech Catalin actually listened to what I said about damage to the unit and found that was the problem! I appreciate you knowing what to look for and listening to your customer!

Sears Appliance Repair did a good job with my LG refrigerator. It was expensive, as all home repairs are, but service techs Archie.and Tony did wonderful work. The technician never showed up. My husband and I both got a call from Kyle around 8am and said a technician would be out between 2-6pm. My husband stayed home all day waiting for the guy. NO CALL NO SHOW. Poor poor business practice. Not to mention, when we called our home warranty people, they were told we declined the service!!! What the hell???my husband wouldn’t have rearranged his schedule and stayed home all day waiting for the tech just to decline. Absurd
Very very nice young man. He had a lot of knowledge, explained the repair and maintenance to me. Super respectful of my home and myself. I would give him a 10. He did a great job, couldnt even tell hed been in my kitchen (no mess left behind) except for the fact he repaired my fridge.
Great work and he got my 20 year old washer working like new. Mike was the first technician sent here. He diagnosed the problem and ordered parts. Robert came today and installed them. Both technicians were very knowledgeable and nice.
I called for service because motor would not start. We tech arrived he started mower with no repair. He work on a few items. When he finished he ask me to move mower. I moved it near my garage After he left I went to move it into the garage it would not start. It is same problem I called y’all in the first place.
Technician was fine but I had instructed Sears that not to come out unless they had the drum bearings. They arrived and said the part was no longer available... heres your diagnosis bill. The issue was already diagnosed before they arrived and if they had of called first it would have saved them a trip and me 120 dollars.

The technician came and did his job correctly, the only problem is that they can’t get the compressor part number for my refrigerator. I put all the refrigerator information in the system a day before they came so they could be prepare for their visit. So, at this moment I lost a day and so far CHOICE has not mentioned anything to me of what is the next step. But at this moment I don’t have a refrigerator and still waiting my call back.

Well the technician was nice but they say nothing was wrong with my washer so they didn’t fix it so my washer still doesn’t work properly
My washer needed a couple of parts to repair it. The second part which was the spin basket, took a little longer to come in. But once it was received, Kyle came back and repaired my washer. I’ve already done two loads and everything is working great. Kyle also explained to me what the issue was and how he tested it to ensure the repair was done. This review was from December 2023Today August 26 2024 Kelvin came to do preventive maintenance on my washer. But while he was here we checked into the dryer. We had not had the interior vacuumed out for all the lint as well as the hoses. He cleaned everything out and made it spic and span. We are very pleased and highly recommend Kelvin and sears Home service . Kelvin was also very professional and nice.

Although the Sears warranty experience overall has been a nightmare, I would have to say that my technician today, Jose, was fantastic. He was here to replace a computer board and he did that, but when I explained the overall problem we were trying to solve (icemaker not working), he tested each phase of the icemaking process to verify that it worked. He took extra care not to scratch my floor, he vacuumed out the lint at the front of the fridge - Something no one else has ever done in two years of visits.
Great experience! The repairman went over items to check before he came out just in case it was something simple that we could handle. He took everything apart and explained everything in detail. I always use A&E (Sears) repair and have never been let down.

We been without a refrigerator working correctly since August and my refrigerator is still not working,sears repair department really sucks,as we are approaching the holidays and I have family coming to my house and yes more food to be thrown away because they came out yesterday 12/2/24,suppose to fix our refrigerator its back NOT cooling my whole refrigerator,why do I pay for insurance just to lose hundreds of dollars in food and havent gotten a replacement refrigerator yet 🤔🤔, we have a samsung hub refrigerator if you cant fix it stop sending these repair Men out and replace my refrigerator..
The tech was fantastic! He diagnosed the problem almost immediately and explained it to me and to a friend that understood engines but was 4 States away in Georgia.He also noticed another engine issue and fixed it too. He also talked to my friend to give him a report on what was done. I truly appreciated that. It wasnt something that he had to do!
Process for repair was totally fouled up. Waited for two weeks for part, which was installed and then taken off as Choice changed there mind the day of repair to offer a gift card for a new washer (only $350) towards a new machine which cost $800.A total fouled up Process.

Sears came out three times and I spent $700 dollars and the refrigerator is still doing the same thing. Two different repairman claim to be unable to fix but offered to try more parts but could not say it would fix the problem. Dont use this service. Untrained.

The technician, Joey was outstanding! Very knowledgeable and professional! Answered all my questions. Quick repair. Sears scheduling system needs to be improved. My appointment was scheduled for May 14th and they sent me numerous reminders. But nobody showed. I noticed there was a link on one of the reminders and it said my appointment was for May 17th, even though I continued to receive reminders of the May 14 appointment! So what gives with their scheduling!

Had a repair scheduled (through my insurance) for 07/18 between 8 AM -12 PM at 1 PM called to confirm and got a Bot telling me that it was 8 AM - 6 PM and could not speak to a human. Try contacting again today and now it tells me that its rescheduled for 07/24. I cant talk to a human in this place...
I was torn between 3 and 4 stars. My appliance got fixed so I went ahead and did 4. The reason for less than satisfied service was that Zorn wasnt friendly at all. He seemed mad and/or that he disliked his job. And he didnt listen to me when i told him the issues we were having with machine. But again, he fixed machine and that was the goal.

Jose replaced the parts request by the previously technician and the frig has been working as expected. This was the third repair call out. The first was to replace the ice maker. The second dianosed a sensor issue, after the repairs were made,this did not resolve the cooling issue. It was on the third call out that the issue correctly dianosed the cooling issue and the correct repairs were made. In the meantime, we were living out of a ice chest for six (6) weeks.

After Kyle left the ice maker never made ice and it was working great before he came to fix a leak from plastic tube in back of refrigerator I never hear water going to fill up ice maker tray. So I have called again to resolve problem. My ice maker was making lots of ice now nothing 12-31-23
