Went in today to get an inspection in order to register my car. A man I believe was owner met me, was very friendly, & got straight to work. Really seemed knowledgeable about what he was doing. He explained his way through the inspection process & did not try to sell me a service or part I honestly did not need. He then got me back on my way in a timely manner. I appreciated his honesty & professionalism. I will be using his business in future.

Dave sent Micha to pick up my 2007 Hummer H3 with a bad transmission on Monday. The vehicle was ready late Friday with an all new transmission. Numerous other things I requested to be done were also taken care of. This is the second time I have used their services and would highly recommend these guys for what it is you need. Picked it up this morning and drove over 50 miles getting back home with stop and go traffic as well as 65 mph highway driving and it ran great. Great price Great service! Thanks Guys.

Awesome folks!!! Came in for inspection and accidentally left my credit card... they found me on Facebook and sent me a message to notify me!! THATS HONEST AND WONDERFUL in my book!!! My experience here was great! I got both cars inspected here and had no problems. Staff was friendly. Then on my way out of town I realized the alternator I recently put in myself was going to fail so I pulled into their drive. I took my wifes car to get a replacement alternator (free autozone replacement under warranty) and was out in the heat trying to put it in myself. The guys in the shop came out and helped me put it in for no cost.That is customer service/ Good Samaritan work at its finest. Thanks guys! Highly recommend.

Ive known David for several years and hes the only person that works on my vehicles. Hes always willing to work with me on the cost of repairs and allows me to pay it out. He will do extra things and wont even charge me. I love the staff and will only use them!!!!

Very professional and honest. Its hard to find a good, honest mechanic. Especially for women. This is the place! They dont try to sell you what you dont need.

Super quick inspection. Less than 5 minutes. Very respectful and took me in 30 minutes before closing great service.

They charged me $1,600.00 to replace my A/C compressor. Kept my car for 6 days. They put the wrong compressor on my car causing me to break down on the freeway after hours. Closest place to have it towed was the dealership. Where they looked to see what was wrong and found the wrong part had been installed. I had previously had new belts installed and they were shredded because of the wrong compressor. I went to the the shop to speak to Larry about the problem. He refused to pay for the belts. Was extremely rude and got belligerent with my sister, whom was there to witness what transpired. She said nothing and Larry threatened to have her thrown out. If you are a woman I would not recommend going here, or anyone else.

I took my car in to get the belt change and inspection they found that two other parts needed to be fix, they couldn’t tell me how much the other parts would be but I really needed my car fix so I told them to go ahead and fix it. When I picked up car the total amount seem so high, I ended up paying and left but something didn’t feel right I called OReilly and asked for the parts that were on the invoice just to make sure that’s how much they cost or close that amount to my surprise they had charge me double the price of the parts that was over 200 dollars more of the originally cost it was ridiculous I try calling them back but the lady at the front said that was what they cost and they don’t overcharge but that’s a lie I was very disappointed and angry I will never go back there or recommend to anyone!

I just got another insurance for my car and they emailed me the proof. The guy there said it wasnt enough they need an insurance card. I have been sent this type of proof before and gotten inspected with this proof before. I have been pulled over and showed this insurance before and the cops accept it. It says right on the top TEXAS CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE. I am not sure what other proof he needs. First and only place where I have had an issue getting my car inspected. Worst of the worst.

Have been taking my car to Inspection Plus and Automotive Repair for years. David Staacke has great customer service and has the best prices in town. Besides from doing all of my maintenance he does all of my State Inspections so its a one stop all in one service.

I am new to this town and I was trying to give a local business a chance thinking they would be welcoming. I was wrong on that one. They have poor customer service and can be rude. And they need to freshen up on their Chevy knowledge.

Great honest people. I took my truck and thinking it was going to be about $1,000 for the repair and come to find out it cost me zero with their recommendations. I would recommend this place to anyone I know.

All in all pretty timely. It was a bit more expensive than Im used to. But they use the computer reader, so a bit more through.

Work estimate covered issues that 2 other garages did not find. Did not mention issues listed in other estimates. After 2 weeks, havent heard from them regarding ordered parts.
