Made the call regarding water heater issues received a call back and a diagnosis within 24 hours. Top-notch customer service from entire team and technicians on site. Situation was dealt with within 72 hours of calling for a water heater install. Everything was cleaned up on point working I would recommend this company 100%.
Needed fast service for a clogged kitchen sink. Laura took my call at My Guys and she was able to schedule a technician the same day. Technician, Charles L, was friendly and professional. I ask a lot of questions, he was polite and explained how things happen. I appreciated that he was also very neat and cleaned the floor and cabinet before leaving. I had to have some parts replaced due to leaking. I got 4 estimates and this is the company I chose for the work. They showed up on time and got the work done quickly. The workers were polite and let me know all the areas they would need access to. I’m happy with the work and will be using them again for any hvac needs.

One of the worst experience with AC technician ever. We were trying to get AC fixed for my parents who are in their 80s. They are 80! The home warranty company assigned these guys to come out to check out the system. They came out on Monday and despite my calls to get their report, it wasn’t until Thursday night that they finally sent the report. And this after my many phones to them which went unanswered. I finally got a call 2 days later and I was told that the manager would get back to me with the report. But the report did not get sent until 2 more days passed. When I tried to call to ask what the problem was, they said no one available to take my call until the following week. All the while, my parents did not have AC the whole time and this is really became a health issue. I couldn’t do anything on my own because the home warranty company said they would void my warranty unless I fixed everything according to what the technician saw. They said some parts would be covered while other parts would be out of pocket. Who in their right mind would just go ahead and fix without knowing what exactly was the issue? I ended up calling someone on my own, who came the very same day, fixed everything and all of that at fraction of the cost of what this company was going to charge me. I would not use this company as they are unreliable and unresponsive. I have text messages to prove this review… just ridiculous how they can run a business like this. If you didn’t want to take the case, then don’t take the case. Don’t make my old parents suffer.

They are very reliable and trustworthy. They great service starts with a great contact from customer service who makes sure they understand your request and needs. They are very flexible in how you want the job done and provide a great service to adjust to your needs. The crew from My Guys was very efficient and respectful of my house. They even vacuumed before they left. They arrived early and got straight to work. They finished the job in a timely manner and wished me a good day when they left. I will definitely use them again when necessary.

My Guys replaced my sprinkler backflow valves that were damaged in the recent hard freeze here in the Houston area. Charlie Long responded in a timely matter and performed the job in less than an hour. The cost to do the repairs were much lower than expected. We had an appointment scheduled for July 3, 2024. This was probably 5 days after I originally called them to get on their schedule. They confirmed by email and text multiple times even the day before the appointment. Our scheduled appointment time was 10am-12pm. No one called or showed up. By 1pm, I texted and asked if they were still coming. I called three times and left messages that same day. Even called on July 5th to see if we could reschedule for my July 3rd appointment because no one showed up. They were highly recommended and have good reviews, but all I can say is they are unprofessional and nonresponsive. I wouldnt recommend their services to anyone.
Excellent experience. Highly recommend. The technician was very pleasant and personable, and he clearly knew exactly what he was doing. He got our problem sorted out quickly and for a reasonable price. We were so happy with our service that we signed up for the monthly maintenance plan (set fee gives you two free maintenance visits per year and priority service otherwise.) I figure it will save us money in the long run by keeping our HVAC system in tip top shape and preventing big problems from developing.)

We had a wonderful experience with My Guys! They scheduled every step, from the initial inspection to the actual installation, very quickly! They are very transparent about everything they find and explained their findings so I could fully understand. We knew our AC and furnace was on its last legs, and they were able to offer a high quality package that cost less than their competitors quotes we received... and included more. Their warranty package is also top of the line, they back their products and it shows. Their installation crew was very courteous and professional. They protected our home, did a great job, and left everything clean. I cant say enough good things and will recommend them to everyone! We made the right decision to go with My Guys!
Used them for plumbing services. They could not fix the problem on the first try. They did not charge me for the initial effort, instead scheduled for the next day and brought different equipment and products. Within about 20 minutes, the issue was cleared up!!The technicians were friendly and professional. I’ve used My Guys for plumbing in the past and they always do a great job.
I contacted My Guys to inquire about cleaning my outdoor unit. I could see pine needles sticking out from the unit and knew ... that wasnt good! They offered a maintenance plan that was affordable! Gotta baby that AC unit in this crazy heat! I was offered an appointment the next day! I wasnt home when Hunter came by to clean the unit. I was emailed to let me know he was in route and a bio with a picture of him. After he cleaned the unit I got before and after pictures. Ive never been so happy to see a CLEAN AC! Now I dont have to worry that it will be clogged and struggling to cool!
I wish I could give these guys a negative star or no stars. Buyer beware, im forced to report these guys to the BBB. I got a second opinion and the reason my valve broke was due to their previous faulty work. I’ve asked for a return phone call and have yet to receive one after multiple attempts.They still haven’t returned my call.Update…. Still no follow up.
Explained everything to me! I love when a company can let me know what the root cause of something truly was and how to fix it with out it breaking the bank for others! I felt comfortable and that they were very trustworthy. You can even track your technician which is so cool so you’re not just sotting there waiting for hours not knowing what’s up. It’s not often I get to leave a great review on someone and I’m glad I chose them!!!
After spending tens of thousands of dollars on a new A/C system, and being told all the work they did would be covered by their in house warranty, they refuse to fix the simple drain line they installed, telling us it was not their issue. So either they installed it wrong, or didnt install it at all despite it being on our invoice. The owner was very rude, yelled at us multiple times, and even hung up on us, all over a simple, cheap drain line. He refused to listen to any of our concerns. He said we were costing him too much money and he was not going to fix it for no cost. I would use ANYONE but this company.Update: We had another A/C company come in and assess our system, we told them nothing, just let them figure out the issue. They blew out the line and said the issue was the drain line was going up before it went down to the drain and thats why it keeps filling up the drain pan and shutting off our upstairs A/C, whoever installed it (My Guys) Did it wrong. This is exactly what My Guys Tech told us was wrong the fist time he looked at it, but the Owner insisted that was not the issue even though he NEVER saw it, and told us the issue was not something they did, well it was, and now its working JUST FINE, we do not have to blow it out every month to keep it functional. Again, they refused to stand behind the warranty we paid for, very poor customer service
We just purchased our AC unit 4 years ago and it went out last night. I called My Guys at 6:45am just to see if I could get their office hours. Someone called me back by 7:45am and I had a technician at our home within the 9am hour!!I was happy with the quick response time and how quickly they were able to fit us in. Also the technician Hunter was great as well!
My Guys has replaced our water main line going to the house, done HVAC maintenance and just recently replaced the duct work and plenums for our two HVAC units. Each time, we have received professional and courteous service, any questions we have are answered, and any options pertaining to the job are explained. Friendly personnel and the job is done right.
My main water line broke a few days after a freeze, and My Guys came out a few hours after calling to diagnose and replaced the whole line the next day. It was fast and professional service - you can’t hardly tell where they dug up the line!
We had a solid and positive experience with My Guys Heating & Air Conditioning to repair our AC unit. The technician/owner (Charlie) was amazing, and the install/repair crew (Mario and son) were INCREDIBLE! They stayed until the job was complete, and until they knew the unit was running properly. The office personnel (Sarah) was incredibly professional and helpful! About 1 week after the repair, some sort of brown-out and/or power surge occurred in our home which apparently caused a fuse(?) to blow in the control board. I called them the next morning, and Charlie was at our home the same day by noon. He was extremely knowledgeable, knew exactly what to do to fix it and get it going again. He also stayed for a while to make sure the unit was stable and was not going to blow a fuse again. I appreciate their professionalism and diligence to get the job done properly! THANK YOU, MY GUYS!
Called my guys and employee Hunter came within an hour, Hunter was great and had awesome customer service skills and explained everything to us in detail, fixed the issues and told us about your My Guys companys Monthly plan that could save us money so we enrolled in it right then and there. I will definitely be using My Guys for all our AC and heating needs in the future. Plus I like that they are in our neighborhood and very close to us.
Hunter from My Guys came out and took care of a leaking T&P valve on our water heater. He was very polite, knowledgeable, and he provided tips on keeping our HVAC system working perfectly. I highly recommend My Guys and I will gladly use them again.
Great team and service, from start to finish. Appointment was set between 12-2, and the technician arrived around 12:30. Technician (Hunter) was awesome. Very informative, made sure to take time and explain what was going on and made sure that all of our questions, including up-front pricing, were answered before proceeding with the work. Finished work and gave us some advice and recommendations to help any future problems from coming up. We will definitely go with this outfit again, should the need arise, they are top notch. MyGuys was prompt and professional when they came to give us an estimate on our water heater repair. They were thorough and very informative while they were inspecting our equipment and explaining the repair needs. They provided multiple options at a good value with clear and helpful documentation on the estimate. We ended up not moving forward yet with the replacement project, so we dont have experience yet with their project execution.

The A/C technician, Hunter, arrived on time and did a great job explaining the work he was doing and his evaluation of my HVAC system. Ended up with My Guys through home warranty. They were very professional and straight forward on our AC issue. I had my original 1997 American Standard system replaced. Charlie stepped in and helped me with the warranty company as well when they started playing games. I had one other issue that Alex came out a fixed at 10PM to get us back up and running. These guys are great. I’ve found my AC guys in My Guys.
Im gonna keep this nice and to the point. I needed two jobs done, all the parts were provided even plumbers putty and teflon tape. The only thing needed was labor. The first quote from the technician was 700+ and it was rejected. However you want to look at it it comes out to 100/hr for 7 hours. Once relected the technician goes to his vehicle to talk to a superior, returns with a 500+ amended quote, once again 100/hr for 5 hours or 50/hr for 10 hours. Unbelievable, I can only imagine the quote with parts included. Good luck with your business. Oh by the 89.00 service fee was for what !
They did not arrive at first and kept changing the time that the technician was supposed to arrive. Once he did arrive he did a great job explaining what needed to be fixed and how he was going to fix it. He also made sure that everything was running good in the ac unit. The cost was a bit expensive. The cost and the changing of the time are the only reason it’s not five stars, other than that, great service.
These people sold me a capacitor for $300.00 dollars, that retails for $15.00. Ive never been so ripped off in my life. I would not recommend them to anyone.

I hesitated at first to find someone to fix my A/C after being told that my system was old, but Im glad that we went with this company. Charlie was very responsive and quick in coming out to help with our old unit to patch it until we could get the new one installed. They went over everything really well, and I couldnt have asked for a better deal. The financing was nice due to the pandemic. The REME air filtration system installed also helped with allergies in my home by cutting down on the dust significantly. I now recommend this unit to all of my patients. As far as it goes, couldnt have asked for better service.
I replaced my complete system in May. 2018. My Guys A/C did an excellent job in the work. They were prompt and courteous and cleaned up completely when completed. The new system has cut my electric bill by 45-50%. It is very quiet and efficient.Fast forward to today and the controller went out due to a power outage/surge we experienced this past Thursday. I called My Guys at about 4:55 PM and they came over right away and replaced the smart control unit this evening by 6:00 PM.My Guys A/C provides excellent equipment and service and I highly recommend them for your heating and A/C needs.

I called My Guys A/C after I noticed water dripping from the overflow spout in my backyard. The scheduler I spoke to was extremely polite and knowledgeable. My technician Charlie Long came out the very next day at my convenience. It was the start of covid and Charlie took precautions to keep me and my family safe before it was mandated. He listened to my concerns and took his time in my attic throughly inspecting everything and checking my outside unit. He found that not only was there a clog, and my unit had a rusted, nearly overflowing pan, but also took photos of loose ducting that had been poorly sealed off by the previous homeowners after demolishing a bedroom. I was basically paying to cool my attic for no reason! Charlie gave me a quote with all of my options laid out, he had taken photos of everything to present to me while explaining the break down of the costs to repair. His prices were extremely affordable (even on a single moms budget) and he was able to explain, with photographic evidence, why I needed the repairs I needed. I felt very at ease, which everyone knows is rare in home repairs. The crew here truly are My Guys, I would recommend them to anyone looking for quality, affordable, transparent, and trustworthy heating and cooling service.
Isaiah was the technician that serviced our AC. We were very impressed with the promptness in responding to our initial call and his promptness regarding appointment time. Matter of fact, he called to see if he could come early. How often does that happen?! Isaiah worked steadily, never stopping until job was done. All I can say is WOW. I have never had such a wonderful experience! We not only had to replace the HVAC but all the duct work in the entire home! I felt overwhelmed at the thought of it, it was not going to be an easy job. Not only was it done in only 2 days, but they were so polite, on time, efficient and quiet! I work from home and barely heard them. I couldnt recommend a better company. Additionally the price was amazing! We got set up with a state of the art system and its so easy to use. Hold on to your pocket book cause they are going to get it. Was charged $421.70 to install an a/c capacitor that cost $13.95 on Amazon. It took a total of 35 minutes for the entire job and said that it was an act of God so the home insurance would not pay. I want be renewing my insurance either.Since posting this review, I have received a call from My Guys to discuss my a/c charges. They explained their charges and I pointed out my disappointment. To my good fortune they agreed to what I felt was a reasonable charge. Due to their quick response, I will look to them for future business.
BE AWARE!!! My Guys was sent out to our house via our home warranty company. They spent 15-20 minutes at our house and without opening up anything, they said we needed to replace our 3 year old evaporator coil at a cost of $1,600 to us. We hired another company to come out, they spent 4.5 hours, ran multiple test and could find nothing wrong but a dirty coil - which they cleaned. I did not need a new coil as My Guys Hating & AC suggested.

My guys were a life saver. Our AC quit working during a heat wave. We called our insurance who could not get contractor to work with us. We called my guys. They came next day. Troubleshot problem. We decided to totally replace our aged HVAC system. By the evening next day we had cold air brand new units inside out. UV light protection and 5 ft filter. The air inside the house feels wonderful and we have 20 year parts and labor warranty. We recommend this company to all our friends and neighbors.

Alex came out for a warranty repair. He was quick, thorough, explained everything well before I could even ask. Part was covered under warranty so no $ out of pocket. He checked Freon levels, told me ductwork looked good, again without me needing to ask. I’ve had warranty work done by other AC companies who’ve tried to upsell me on items I didn’t need. I think the technician makes a big difference. I would use My Guys for non-warranty work as well and I would request Alex again.

Charlie and is team is amazing!! Last year during the freeze, we had a pipe burst and called Charlie and he came right over and helped fix the hole and got our water back on. He and his staff are friendly and competent. We have used him to help qirh our ac issues as well and is prompt and provies quality work.
EWARE!!! This is the first ever review I have written, but wanted to save someone else who may get taken advantage of. I filed a claim with home warranty. My Guys said I have a leak in the coil and the new coil required modifications to the system that was not covered by warranty. So it was going to cost me $1500 to replace the old coil or for $2000 additional, I can get a whole new system. I called My Guys to get an explanation of why it was going to cost $1500 if they are just replacing with a similar coil. The response was vague at best. I ended up getting a call from the owner. When I challenged him on this, he got mad and was yelling over the phone at me. Ive never had a company yell at me, and it was the owner!!!I said I would not do business with them after that. Got someone else out, and they said the was a tiny leak in a fitting that just needed to be tightened. They fixed the leak and added Freon for my $75 trade call fee. Works great now.So they exaggerated the leak and tried to set the quotes in a way that I would be crazy to not pay and get the new system. Complete scam!!!
Had a wonderful experience with My Guys Heating & Air. Our air conditioner was making a really strange noise and they came out almost immediately to find out what the problem was. They did some research to find out that the part was actually still under warranty, got the part within 2 hours and we were up and running in no time. I would highly recommend this company!!!
Ac went out Wednesday night called them on Thursday morning and they had some one show up 4 hrs later to fix my ac. Which he did in about 20 minutes. They are always professional and explain everything. Will definitely continue to use them.
I’m a new home owner in harpers landing. Had an issue with a heating furnace - would trip carbon monoxide sensors. Called My Guys in the afternoon and they were prompt on location within a few ours. Charles was very knowledgeable - fixed the issue, explained to me the whole system and how to maintain it. Such a time saver having a local trusted service provider.
Our AC went out and I filed a claim with my home warranty company. They assigned it to My Guys. Isaiah called and let me know he was 20 minutes away, showed up on time and got right to it. He found the initial trouble and replaced the part, but it had caused additional part failure which he pointed out could happen just as it happened. He ordered the new part which came in right as he had predicted. Showed up again on time and made the repair. We are a bunch of cool cats again. Isaiah is fast, friendly, knowledgeable and reliable.
I want to thank Charlie and his team for fixing the issues with our rent house air conditioning units on such short notice. The house was very hot and they adjusted their schedules to assess the situation. I was concerned about the quote/price (about $600 more than a competitor quoted) but Charlie assured me we were getting a higher quality of service.
They were very professional from the quoting of the installation of the new heating and air units(no surprises or hidden fees) to actual installation. They were on time, friendly, ready to work, and very respectful of us and our property. Charlie Long and his team did a wonderful job.
Of course the AC dies on July 4th at 10AM. I called My Guys and got the off hour emergency number. Charlie took the call and was very polite, explained that he could help and was up front that there would be extra charges for coming on the holiday. I expected that but was pleasantly surprised that he made a point to tell me up front. He texted me back that his tech would be to my house approx 2pm. At 1:30 I was contacted that they would be more about 3, which was fine with the holiday and I was happy that they notified me prior to being just late. The tech arrived, diagnosed the issue as either the motor or the capacitor. He checked closer and it was a motor. He had the replacement part on his van and completed the repair and got the system back up quickly. I couldnt be happier that on the 4th of July holiday they came out, diagnosed, and repaired my AC. The price was good, the service was great, and I would recommend them highly.

He was also very helpful answering any questions I had, and stayed an extra 20 minutes making sure the issue would not arise again. The technician came for the service and for four days he didn’t place the order for the part needed. The order was placed after I made many calls asking the status of the repair. This happened in June-July, in the worst of the heat wave. More than one month without AC, and I didn’t receive even one call from them. Of course, I ended up fixing the AC particularly. I guess they still don’t know if I’m alive
The technician was very helpful and easy to talk to. I had blown a fuse from when I had been installing my new smart thermostat. The technician showed me where the fuse goes on the unit and even gave me a spare one for if it happens again.

These are really great guys. However, I needed a shower faucet changed out. It took them three trips to finally get it done right. But after they were done, it makes a loud noise. Never did that before. They said its normal.
The tech was scheduled to arrive between 1 to 3pm, tech shows up at 12:55 (5 mins. early) and asks me whats going on with the A/C unit. I describe whats not happening and gets to work. Within 5 minutes, he returns with the defective part, has a replacenent part on his truck and in another 5 minutes he has it repaired. A/C is blowing and he takes the inside temp with a gun on a couple of registars, waits a couple of minutes and re-takes temp again to verify A/C is blowing colder air. Im observing him taking temps. I agree so he packs up, cleans up and leaves. A day later A/C is working great. I appreciate him being on time, works fast, has the correct part and stays around to ensure unit is working correctly. That waa a job well done
Called, MY GUYS Heating & Air, first thing in the morning and received maintenance service the same day. Mr. Charles Long was the technician that came out. Charles was very professional, informative, on-time with a positive attitude. The repair guy had to do some trouble shooting to figure out the issues, and was very patient, knowledgeable, and through. He explained everything clearly to me in a polite and professional manner. Would recommend their services 10 out of 10.
The guys came out to do a gas inspection that’s required for our foster parent license. They were extremely nice and efficient. Plus they are extremely affordable compared to others that charge double or triple for the same service. I look forward to using them for my A/C and heating needs in the future.
I would like to start off by saying that I am not one to put people on blast or even write reviews for that matter, but in this case I had to. This company is TERRIBLE and I would never recommend them to anyone. Long story, very short. I called my home warranty people and they sent them out. The technician said he couldn’t find anything wrong, but I assured him that something was definitely NOT right as my bill for April was close to $300. I paid him my $75 service fee and I asked for him to look one more time before he left. What do you know... he found the problem. The technician disabled the heater (yeah, my heater and A/C have been running at the exact same time, so bacially cancelling each other out) and said the part would take a few days to come in. That was on May 2nd and now it is May 17th and I haven’t heard or seen from anyone. I followed up with the office on Monday, they had no record of there being a problem, so the lady said she was going to reach out to the technician and give me a call right back. I never heard back from her, I call the next day same thing - no answer, left voicemail and still no return call to this day. I get home yesterday to an an electric bill that is $477.03 (I wish I was kidding!) and they cashed my $75 check to add a cherry on top. I have already called my home warranty company and told them about my experience with this awful company and have a new company coming out. I just wanted to share my experience so others don’t get taking advantage of and receive the same extremely terrible customer service that I have endured. I know nobody is perfect and we all make mistakes, but at least own up to and not be cowards about it. Thanks for nothing!
The young man that came to our home was Isaiah. He did an excellent job. Extremely knowledgeable and helpful. This was a follow up to another companys screwup. He fully diagnosed the issues but also rechecked everything to make sure. He offered suggestions options and did everything to make sure pricewose we were good. Detailed everything out as he went. Good young man and a great rep for the company. Highly recommend.
I woke up to no water. Called them at 8:30. They showed up at 10. New water heater 5 that day. Super fast and amazing work. And these guys couldn’t be nicer. Would use them every time from now on. These are really nice people who will go above and beyond to help you!

Our home warranty sent them out and the gentlemen basically brushed all my concerned out the door. Her really didnt want to do the job correctly. Even told us one of our air ducts was pushing little air thru but didnt tell us why it wasnt really working. Turns out a vent was closed and a motor was broke. we only know this because we had another a/c company out. Will never use them again. They just wanted my money.
Isaiah was very professional, worked wisely and efficiently and not only repaired the initial issue but found a secondary problem and repaired it. Had he not suggested adding a surge protector for the outside unit we would have had additional problems in the future. He explained everything thoroughly and answered all questions we asked including those about light bulbs burning out very quickly in our home. Isaiah also suggested another item that we may consider. His appearance was neat and he move politely in and out of our home as necessary. I appreciate his professionalism.

On Saturday my tub and shower backed up w water. I was very lucky that Charlie Long - My Guys Plumbing Heat & Air was able to come very quickly and blow out the sewer line. They came back today and had to work hard to get the linecompletely open. Without Charlies quick response I would have been without plumbing till Monday or Tues.
Called them when my Nest thermostat started acting out. They showed up within an hour! Isaiah was very professional and explained what was wrong in a very simple/understandable way. Will totally call them again if another problem arrises and would definitely recommend.
This was the most efficient and professional service company I have ever dealt with. They were honest about what was truly needed and the condition of my unit. They trouble shooted every possible trick before recommending and worked with me on financing and my warranty company.
I hope you read this review before letting my guys preform any work. If they show up turn them away.Charles lied to my warranty company, which they decided to not warranty my claim. He then tried to sell me a whole system. Funny he had the new unit and could get it installed the next day. After talking to my warranty company they did warranty my unit, unfortunately the work was preformed by my guys where I get screwed again. I was told I needed a new drain pan per the unit manufacturer $278. Once the guys removed the old drain pan I checked and there was no difference in the two pans. The old pan was dusty where the new one was shiny. I called my guys office to let them know the pans were the same. I was then lied to again and he threatened to pull his installers off my job until payment was received. This same pan can be bought at the home hardware store for $115.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, FIND ANOTHER HIGHER REVIEWED COMPANY
When we moved in to our new house we knew we would need a new ac. My Guys was able to come out quickly and answered all of my questions. The next day they came out and installed a whole new system. Now I know my family is breathing clean and cold air!

I dont usually write reviews unless someone is really good or really bad. This is the latter case.I had this company assigned to me from the Home Warranty Company, and boy was that a bad idea.They came in promptly for the first visit and collected their visit fee but after that the nightmare started. Mind you this is July in Houston, TX and its a 100 degrees outside . I have a 6 month old in the house who is to say the least uncomfortable with the heat.The technician spent all but 2 minutes in the attic and told me the evaporator coil is leaking, takes almost 5 days to send his diagnosis to the Warranty company. IN the meantime, I call these guys multiple times to be lied over and over again that the report has been sent. Now the warranty company says its going to cost me $1500 out of pocket based on the diagnosis report. I ask for the detailed breakdown from MyGuys HVAC but I get nothing from them. The lady who answers the phone calls starts screening my calls, she answers when I call from a new number. WOW! Now, its been 3 weeks and still no solution and I am not going to approve a $1500 repair that I know nothing of. Almost a month later, the Myguys HVAC calls me and asks me if I want the repairs done, this is after avoiding my calls all this while. I have a one word answer NO.I have the home warranty company assign a new company and guess what, the price was cut in half $750. My AC is working great and cools like its the North pole in my house.So along with being unresponsive and unreliable MYGUYS HVAC is also trying to rip me off.STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS!!!!
AMAZING SERVICE! this company fixed my problem of 6 months that no one could figure out. they came, tried a couple of things and done! after other companies changing my condenser 3 times, because it was supposed to be defective, they found the problem! fixed in 1 day!
Had an internet company bust our pipes while putting fiber cables in a ditch. MY GUYS had no problems at all fixing their mistakes super friendly and will answer any questions you have would definitely recommend to anyone for their plumbing needs!!
Charlie was very nice and helpful in explaining what was wrong with my air conditioner. Hopefully my air conditioner will work for a long period of time but if I ever need a repair again, I would not hesitate using this company.

I don’t tolerate with liars, cheats, thieves or those who associate with them.All of the negative reviews are very consistent with my experience in speaking to both of the company representatives mentioned in previous reviews. If you have the time, I would like to share my first and hopefully my fina experience with this “company”.I have hired the factory service advisors from the manufacturer to come and do a complete autopsy on the equipment that this company “diagnosed” and gave a report back to my warranty company in turn denying the claim for reasons that nobody else in the industry has ever heard of, either these guys are mechanical geniuses or they find that it’s easier to make it up as they go. (My money is on the latter)After hearing their absurd claims, I reached out to some engineers from the manufacturers of the equipment and they too were blown away by this claim. I had 3 other companies come to my home after “Those Guys” departed from their 10 minute diagnosis (which my wife timed) and 25 minute claim denial phone call (which was also timed and recorded). All three of the third party companies had a different diagnosis than the one that “Those Guys” gave in their 10 minute diagnosis. Although each of the 3 other companies opinions were different than the inexperienced technician from “Those Guys”, all 3 of the third party opinions were consistent with each other.After my less than desirable experience with this duo, I reached out to some other professionals in the residential air conditioning field. I have found that “Those Guys” have a reputation as being very shady, dishonest & unprofessional, (big shocker huh?). Which is exactly what my first impression of “Those Guys” was. It’s unfortunate that there are license holders that are allowed to conduct business in this state and be so dishonest and unprofessional.I’m anxious to read the lengthy misleading response that “Those Guys” leave to this negative review. If there has been anything that has been consistent in their operation, it’s leaving a lengthy response to a review explaining how it’s the reviewers fault that they received a poor experience. “These Guys” will soon become “What Guys?” as they will become another one of the many air conditioning service companies to go under every year.In my professional opinion, I would recommend that they charge their business name as the thought of saying “my Guys” in association to these fly-by-nighters gives me a feeling of nausea and anxiety.Thank you for taking the time to read my review, it’s unfortunate that I even felt it necessary to write this as I would much rather have given a five star review and been able to explain much less.For the record, I did allow both of the company representatives a chance to make the situation right before this unfortunate situation that’s a result of poor business ethics started to escalate to the level that it’s going to go.Thank you again for taking the time to read this.
I have never in my life written a review on anyone or any place, good or bad experience. But I was so scammed by this company, I have to fore warn people. DO NOT use this place. All they will do is tell you that you need a new system and way over charge you. Then they are done once they get your money. They dont finish the job. They schedule a week later to come back, then call a long time after they were supposed to be there to say they cant make it and dont have anything available for another week. I have now been without a/c three weeks in the Texas heat in August. I have taken off work three days. I now have to pay someone else to come fix it when I have already paid them for it. Also, will have to take ANOTHER day off of work. DO NOT use this place! !!!! Pay attention to the bad reviews on here. The good ones are the employees and the owner himself.
