I contacted Luxury Air for a “ no heat” problem today with my system. Jennifer was very courteous and quickly verified my address and informed me a technician would soon be dispatched to my residence. Within 10 minutes of placing my call, technician Lonnie phoned me to let me know he was in route to my residence. Lonnie was very professional and quickly went to work on my system. What really impressed me was how well Lonnie kept me informed during the process and within 20 minutes Lonnie had my system up and running again. Quality customer service such as this is a rare thing to find these days and these guys hit a home run!Thank you Luxury Air for a job well done!!!

The first was for a complete install 2?years ago and we ended going with the cheaper company - BIG mistake!!! We now have issues with the brand new system that COULD have been from the installer. Trying to save, we ended up spending what we saved on this repair. You live and you learn! Luxury was very timely and kept in contact regarding aany and everything. The people who answered the phone, to the techs who came out to our house-ALL top notch folks! We will continue to use them for our needs! Thank you!!

Great people, response time is great but purchased new AC/Heat unit in June and have had continuous issues with the system (6 times). Not happy with the System that was installed at all. Repair guy just left repairing 2 hrs ago bc our heat wasn’t working and now I have a System Failure Alert on thermostat.

Lonnie our technician is always polite, and arrives at the estimated time. Maintenance is always complete and thorough. Luxury Air does keep their customers informed of new products and Maintenance schedules, you dont have to wonder when your next Maintenance is they call you and set up your appointments. My heater has been giving us problems over the past few weeks and I finally had enough. I called Luxury Air and they were able to get a tech out right away. Tim, our technician was able to locate the problem and fix it in no time. Everyone was so nice and courteous, I will most definitely be using them again!

Excellent customer care and great attention to detail. Salesman was not pushy and was straight forward with what was needed. My system was replaced from top to bottom and was installed better than the original unit was done. Very satisfied and will use again.

Lonny, was prompt and very thorough with his inspection. Unfortunately, we are still having the same problem this morning - the furnace is not coming on. We are thinking it must be something with the ecobee thermostat that Lonny was not familiar with.******Luxury Air was not to be deterred in finding the cause of our furnace malfunction. Turns out one the furnace fans was on its last leg. Lonny and Tim came the very next day and installed a brand new furnace in very quick and efficient fashion. Working like a champ now!All aspects of Luxury Air - from the appt. scheduling & response time to their technical knowledge and installation proficiency - are all A+. They definitely aim to make it right and be sure that the customer is satisfied. And everything is always done in a very friendly and professional manner.We are so happy that our neighbor recommended Luxury Air to us in 2010. They are the best!

Noticed that one of our A/C units stopped cooling around 5 PM on 7/31. 95 degrees outside. Have a maintenance contract with Luxury. Their fully licensed technician was at our house within an hour and made the repair in less than hour. Only charged for the part due to our maintenance contract. No emergency call charge. Been with Luxury over 15 years. They are the best!!!!

I was very impressed with the service that luxury air provided. Julio was very professional, timely, and courteous. He spent over an hour, performing maintenance on my two furnaces. The maintenance program I signed up for, was very reasonably priced.

Steve and Luxury Air always take great care of us. They service ALL of my familys investment properties as well as our personal homes. Just when you thought customer service was dead, along comes Luxury Air. My parents used them last month, another company told my folks that they needed a whole new system, Luxury Air was able to repair their old system saving them over $10,000. I just used them to install a whole house air purifier which was recommended to me. I called and had it installed in less than 24 hours, and it was less expensive than I was originally quoted. I highly recommend these guys for any of your HVAC needs.

We had a strong burning smell which alerted us to call fire dept. where they found possible reason being our furnace. We had no heat and it was in the teensWe were recommended by friends Luxury Air. Although temps were still freezing, we were able to get service and was not disappointedLonnie was incredibly knowledgable, took action. He provided pictures showing us what was not working, what was working and got us up & running.He stayed to make sure house was heating up steadily, checking all the vents and temps throughout house.Cannot thank y’all enough, we will see you back in 6 months for maintenance check

Roy from Luxury Air arrived on time for Spring a/c check. He was very courteous and professional. He checked my system inside the house and outside. I have used Luxury Air since they first opened. 100 degrees outside, A/C blower motor on one of our two systems failed. Service tech arrived in less than 24 hours. New one ordered and to be installed June 30. They honor their maintenance agreements, are honest, knowledgeable, and “know their stuff” All at reasonable prices. Been with them for over 15 years and definitely will continue.

We called this company on advice from a friend. It’s hard to know who to trust in the maintenance world, so word of mouth is almost always the way to go. I first asked for a quote online for a maintenance check to make sure we were going to be good in this N Houston heat. They responded in less than 24 hours and gave a quote of $79. Very reasonable so I called and booked it. They gave me a 4 hour window and made it in that window. Before coming they texted me the day before to remind me (good for those who are forgetful and don’t put it in their calendar). Then they texted me a picture and some personal details about the tech coming out. Nice touch!! They also called from the office to let me now he’d been dispatched and would arrive within 25 mins, which he did. Roy was extremely respectful, not being bothered by my dogs and putting booties on his shoes. He asked where the thermostat and attic access were, as well as the AC unit and got to work. About 15 mins later he reported all was well. He took my payment and offered info on a service plan. Highly professional company. I would 100% recommend!!

1-8-24 Update: No heat this morning. Contacted Luxury Air and the technician arrived on time and worked over 3 hours but couldnt find the issue. The tech put it all back together and it worked! Think the 15 year old system had dirt or something in the wiring which was fixed by taking apart and putting back together. Luxury Air is an honest company! They could have said, The what-cha-ma-call-it was broke...$600 to fix! I wouldnt have known. We trust Luxury Air!July 2008: This is the only a/c company that was able to solve our a/c issue of not cooling upstairs sufficiently without having the expense of purchasing another a/c unit. Luxury Air installed a zoned system which solved the issue for much less than installing a second /c unit. They have my business for a lifetime!

Luxury Air has been my go to A/C & Heater company for many years. Their service has always been exceptional! They are the best! Their honesty and the way they take care of customers, is a true rarity in todays service world!!

Great customer service and the quickest response time. They came out the same day and checked my unit another company had installed a year prior. Due to the previous company not installing correctly and not making sure our unit had the correct warranty as stated in our contract. This company went above and beyond to not only fix our ac system but also make sure I had the paperwork corrected and it was all completed the next day. Thanks to them we had a proper working ac the next day and now a less expensive electric bill as well. I can not say enough great things about this company and their employees. I placed an after hours service call on Saturday evening and early Sunday morning I received a follow-up call and their technician Josh(extremely nice very knowledgeable and professional) came within an hour and made a full inspection and had my unit running very quickly. This is the second time that I have used Luxury and Im still happy with their service. They are honest and dependable and most of all, nice. Everyone, everytime has been friendly and courteous.The first time I used them I had a major issue that I couldnt afford. They were able to patch my system up until I could get a new unit. This time was a minor issue and they didnt try and sell me some fancy new unit, they repaired my unit and told me I was in good shape.

A call was made to set an appointment for service to our a/c units. Later I had to change the time due to an emergency and the office staff rerouted Lonnie to the afternoon. We have used Luxury Air for almost 19 years, when Steve (the owner of Luxury Air) worked for another AC company. Since the first time we made an emergency AC repair appointment at our first home until now with our bi-annual maintenance at our second home, Luxury Air has never let us down, always on time, professional and reasonable. I completely agree with a prior review that you just cant put a price on honesty, integrity and trustworthiness! And Luxury Air has very reasonable prices, you dont have to worry about being charged for anything else except what needs to be done or repaired. We will never use any one else!!!

Recently bought this house, and one unit was old and I knew I would need to replace it at some point. Well that point was less than 2 months after moving in! Call a total of 4 companies and luxury was able to give me a better system for thousands less than the others. They also were able to install 2 days later on a Saturday. I would recommend Luxury Air to anyone needing a new AC!

Tim showed up on time. Showed him were everything was. Told him to give everything a good going over and let me know if he had any concerns. After the inspection he told me for the age of the unit nothing was wrong and it appeared that it had been well maintained. He also took pictures of the blower fan to show how clean it was. I would highly recommend Luxury Air and Tim who was very trural and polite.

Bought two new HVAC systems less than 3 years ago. First repair last year a capacitor which was warranty work. . This year a new motor was needed, find out from another company that an after market part was used by manufacturer no warranty. We get to pay $575.00 for something that should be covered by warranty. Very disappointed in this whole situation.Called office to try and resolve the situation and told since the other ac repair used after market motor our warranty could be voided. Seems like we never really had a warranty to begin with...Very disappointed had been customers and used this company for company repairs as well. You dont leave your customers holding the bag for a product bought from and installed by you.

They were able to come out the same day I called, another company had told me itd be 3-4 days before they could get to me. With this Tx heat we know thats too long to wait to get an ac fixed. Lonnie was great also, he helped my blind mother fill out her check for the bill.

I cannot say enough positive things about my experience with Luxury Air! Critters had gotten into my attic and damaged my ductwork beyond repair. Another company had given me an estimate for replacement and more than one person recommended that I contact Luxury Air before making a decision. Steve and JD came and evaluated my situation and provided me with an estimate that was HALF of what the other company had quoted! The installation team of Alexander and Victor arrived this morning and completed the job this afternoon and did an amazing job cleaning up! Every person that I dealt with from Luxury Air, including Joanna and Cindy in the office, interacted with the highest level of customer service that was always punctuated with a smile. We have used Luxury Air for at least 15 years, and they have been the best to work with. we started years ago when the wife and I were traveling. Sister-in-law was staying with the pets and the AC went out. she called a name brand in the area. they told her it would all need to be replaced for over $9000. i said to wait. A friend recommended Luxury AC. he looked at it and said it was just a bearing and had 1 in his truck and. replaced it for around $100. unit ran for another 5 years. we have used them ever sense

Luxury Air replaced my very old ductwork for my upstairs area. It had become brittle and was losing its effectiveness. They also reworked the placement to make it easier to navigate around my attic.As part of the process, they took on the work of guest bedroom downstairs which had never cooled effectively and I have had multiple companies try to fix! Luxury Air solved the problem and went above and beyond what they were contracted to do in order to provide a top notch solution. If I could give more than 5 stars I would! I called Luxury Air for a second opinion for my business AC. Steve, the owner is honest and down to earth. He came out on a Friday afternoon, diagnosed the problem quickly, and was able to get it fixed Saturday morning so we could be open to see patients on Monday morning. And most importantly, he saved my small business thousands of dollars. A different AC company told me I needed an entirely new AC unit, which was not the case! Luxury air has also done work on my residential property and we have always been very pleased w/ the quality of service. You just cant put a price on honesty, integrity, and follow-through. Use Luxury Air for all my HVAC needs including a recent install we did. They do a great job and price it right for the quality of service you get and the comfort of knowing if something goes wrong they make it right. I have been using luxury air for several years. In 2018 they replaced my old ac and I use them for my service and maintenance now. They are alway easy to work with and don’t try to up sale you. If there is a problem they are very thorough and trying to find out what the cause is for the problem.

Put a out a call due to my heat going out, they arrived with in a couple hrs even during this busy weekend polar vortex. They then identified that my furnace had not be converted to propane back when we built our over 2yrs ago. So they secured my system and advise that I put in a call to my builder, i did and they sent out another HVAC company whom verified my system had not been converted and they did not have the parts to convert so Luxury Air had told me to follow up with them should I have any problems and yet they followed up with me to check on me and my family as we were nearing these colder temperatures. Within hrs they were back out and got me up and running and to that my and I family are truly thankful for their curtiousness and promptness to follow up. I would most certainly recommend these guys as they went above and beyond.

Our A/C started blowing hot air on a Friday night in July. I called them Saturday morning and they showed up in less than an hour. They were there 5 minutes and had fixed the problem. It was extremely affordable, they were very professional and kind. They also gave us tips on preventing the problem from happening again. This company is awesome!!!

I Called 2 different companies prefered by comfortmaker for the warrenty, first one came and said call some one else after looking at it for 20 min. I called these guys and Steve came right away, my system is smarter than the avg tech, but he was able to find the problems and get parts and repaired right away.

Julio, Alex, and Allen just left my house after installing a new AC. They were very professional and even swept my hallway when they were finished. These men were at my house all day and even worked around my three school-aged children. We really appreciate the job they did will be recommending them to anyone needing AC repair in the future.

They put a new motor in my nearly 20 year old hvac unit in late april and then i left for the summer and when i came back for the winter the heat wouldnt come on. A contact issue. They came within 3 hours of my call and didnt charge me as a call back even though it was 6 months since the motor was put in (because i wasnt in tx for most of that time) Over the 20 years i have always used them and been very pleased. Soon i will have to get a new unit and i will have them put it in.

Always an excellent experience with these folks. Knowledgeable, honest, and the new Tranes they installed in 2011 upstairs and 2015 downstairs have cut our KWH consumption by 30%. They also solved an original builder design problem upstairs by installing a larger return air vent. Now, the upstairs stays comfortable without the unit running almost all the time.

Julio came out to do a pre-purchase home inspection for heating and AC. He did a professional job and was knowledgable / helpful regarding many aspects of the overall heating and AC systems and what to pay attention to for any items not up to spec.

Super disappointed. Zero integrity. They feed you bad info when they check your A/C unit and will tell you repairs are needed and they are not. Two separate occasions two separate buildings same bad news. I tried to call the main office and talk to the supervisor? I was informed my complaint would be taken into consideration. No resolution. As I told the main office we as consumers have choices, however if I had an employee (tech) showing up to repair sights giving bad information to the customer I would want to know. On a lighter note I did find a great company to work with so it all turned out great in the end.

Great service. Took time to show me part that needed replacing & show why. Use them every Spring & Fall for tune ups. Can’t risk losing the A/C in Texas!

Luxury Air is the contractor my builder used to install the HVAC unit in my home. I was due for an annual checkup and was happy with the performance of my AC system so I decided to use the same folks.After the visit from the tech. my wife told me that she was informed the outside unit was dirty and needed to be cleaned. It would be an additional $60 for the tech to do this. WHAT?!?! My wife declined the additional service cost.I contact the main office to question this and was informed that they have changed the policy this year and charge an additional now for outside coil cleaning.Keep in mind my HVAC system isnt even 2 years old. It would need a simple rinse with a water hose.In my past experience with other HVAC companies this has been part of their annual maintenance.Needless to say $80 dollars later my HVAC system checks out OK and I will be cleaning the outside coils myself this weekend. I am NOT HAPPY!I think I will be using someone else next year to do the annual checkup and make sure the outside coil cleaning is included.

We found out about Luxury Air through family, and we love them! We love how professional they are, and they always get back to us quickly. Last summer, we had some issues with our AC unit, and they fixed it for us, and weve been happy with it ever since. We also love their AC maintenance plan- they help schedule both the AC check in the spring, and the heater check in the winter, which I love because thats one less thing for me to think about.Luxury Air is the best!
