He is right about the gate and my wife didn’t answer. She wasn’t the one who schedule it I was. He said he didn’t have my number which he did I texted him Friday the message was read and I called him multiple times from my number so he had my number. I called him to reschedule he said he would call me back never did. I even offered to pay more for my mistake on the gate which he said he only waited 15 minutes not 30. This also would of been his second time out to fix my freezer to charge me a 95 dollar service charge just in a 5 day span. I called another company they came out the same day and found a leak within 10 minutes of being here and fixed the problem. Only charged 75 an hour versus 95.

We have worked with Michael Henry for several years whenever we needed to have our AC units serviced at our previous house. When we decided to build our new home, we knew he was the one to call. My husband and I had a log home shell built and requested a bid from ICE to install the entire HVAC system. My husband is a mechanical engineer and provided specifications on the units he wanted. Michael reviewed the specifications and advised us that the unit that my husband specified was actually larger than what we needed and recommended a smaller, more efficient unit that would save us money on the purchase of the system and also on our monthly electricity bill. He also suggested installing three zones in the house that would allow us to manage the temperature in different areas. We’ve been in the house two years and the unit is working great! As for commercial work, the office building I work in recently had a water leak in our hallway that seemed to be coming from the HVAC mechanical room. I overheard the building manager and the maintenance supervisor discussing that they AC company they use had been out twice and couldn’t find the source of the leak. I suggested they call Innovative Cooling and Energy Solutions and a few days later I saw the building manager in the hall and she thanked me profusely for the referral. She said that Michael did more in the first 15 minutes that he was there than the previous company had done the past two years! She also said that he had made several cost saving suggestions that she really appreciated! It is very rare these days to find a company that knows their business, is reliable and saves you money!
