Did a great job of reviewing the issues, giving some options, and providing their recommendation. They were very honest with what they recommended and why. Their recommendations were clearly respective to the homeowner and helping keep the repair cost a minimum without impact to quality and integrity of the repair work.

We bought a fixer-upper in 2020. Blue Marlin Maintenance was the major contractor on our remodel.From lighting to paint, new kitchen island and countertops to rails on the stairs, new outlets to HVAC, new garage door to baseboards, revamping the laundry drain to repairing water damage from the winter storm, they did it all.Jake, Levi and the boys turned a old run down house into a new updated home. Now, Jake is still the first call we make when ever anything goes amiss.Blue Marlin Maintenance... quality work at a fair price.

I had another contractor quote me and informed me my AC would be down for 3 weeks due to his ability to get parts during COVID. Jake and his crew sourced all my OEM parts in two days had me up and running in 3 days! They also found the other contractor had quoted me for several unnecessary parts! These guys are honest hardworking and trustworthy! Can’t recommend them enough!

They came out the my house and fixed my ac and didn’t give up till the issue was resolved! Sergio was out tech he showed up on time everytime and would let us know when he was close, he came out 3 times and fixed the issue everytime brain kept us updated about our parts and service!!

Tech (Sergio) was on time. Courteous, knowledgeable. Did a diagnosis in a timely manner. It will be my decision as to where we go from here. Took measurements for some bathroom renovation. Paint, floor replacement etc… all and all good service.

I used Blue Marlin for AC service and found there pricing really good but i found the work to even be better they do not act like normal contractors trying to push and up sale. They did give me multiple options as well as offered financing.

I had brand new air conditioner installed. They changed ducts and vents. They were great. Talked us through it. Reasonable prices. I will definitely use them for all my air conditioning needs!
