Approx 5 years ago I built a new home & Jayson did the HVAC system. He told me & put on my receipt I had a 10 year warranty! 4 years later the blower motor went out & I called Jayson no return call. I texted him & he claimed he was out of business? I had to pay $500 for someone to replace the motor! Motor was covered under warranty ($750 if I had to pay!) At this point I discovered Jayson had never filed the appropriate paperwork for my 10 year warranty- so it was reduced to 5 years! I texted Jayson, no response! Last summer I had to pay $450 to have an expansion valve replaced! Now I have a leak in the a/c coil! Estimate to replace is $1000! If I had a 10 year warranty & a reputable business owner I wouldn’t be out this money! I’m beginning to believe the system he installed is a piece of junk! I would give him a zero rating but Google doesn’t provide this option!BE AWARE! Fast forward to 8-2024….fan motor out again!!!!! Another $1400 out of my pocket because Jason did NOT register my unit!!!! Saving to replace entire unit in the next year at a cost of $10-12k more dollars out of my pocket! This company needs to go out of business!!!!!

Installed unit in home we purchased, according to manufacturer they didn’t register for warranty. Builder called them, I called them, won’t return calls. Shady.

Highly recommend, good group of guys, excellent service, quick install. Beat three previous bids easily.
